    This rasearch the influences of three leadership style (Transformational, Transactional and Servant) on employees'Job satisfaction in Dinas Perdagangan Tambang dan Energy (Disperindagtmaben) Padang. The data obtained through questionnaire. The study found that the transformational, transactional and servant leadership styles has a good influences on employees' job satisfaction. It means the leader at Disperindagtamben Padang has already use this three leaderships styles in a good ways. Therefore Disperindagtamben Padang should maintain and enhance the leadership styles to improve employees job satisfaction

    Abstract: This study aims to analyze the effect of the value of health on tourist attitudes on local Padang food. This type of research is a causative study that looks at the influence of independent variables, namely the value of health to the dependent variable, namely the attitude of tourists to local Padang food. Respondents in this study were tourists / tourists visiting the tourist area of the city of Padang. Determination of the number of samples using a purposive sampling technique of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results showed that the health value of food significantly influenced the attitude of tourists in local Padang food. Keywords: Consumption Values (TCV), Health Values, Tourist Attitudes in Local Foods Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh nilai kesehatan makanan terhadap sikap turis pada makanan lokal Padang. Jenis penelitain ini adalah penelitian kausatif yang melihat pengaruh variabel bebas yaitu nilai kesehatan makanan terhadap variabel terikat yaitu sikap turis pada makanan lokal padang. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah turis/wisatawan yang mengunjungi daerah wisata kota Padang. Penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa nilai kesehatan makanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap sikap turis pada makanan lokal Padang.     Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membahas efektivitas penyelenggaraan pelayanan terpadu satu pintu di keluarahan Dadok Tunggul Hitam. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan cara observasi dan wawancara. Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan, pelaksana pengabdian dengan mengunjungi secara langsung kantor Kelurahan Dadok Tunggul Hitam pada tanggal 19 Januari 2022. Hasil pengabdian ini adalah Proses penerapan pelayanan terpadu satu pintu di Keluarahan Dadok dinilai efektif karena semua proses terkendali dan terdaftar. Hal ini memungkinkan masyarakat untuk memantau semua permintaan izin, meminimalkan masalah, dan memastikan kinerja organisasi melebihi target yang ditetapkan. Budaya pelayanan terpadu satu pintu di Keluarahan Dadok dinilai efektif. Karena budaya yang baik membantu dalam mencapai tujuan menerapkan layanan terpadu satu atap. Faktor pendukung efektifitas pelaksanaan pelayanan terpadu satu pintu di Keluarahan Dadok adalah 1) luas wilayah Keluarahan Dadok, dan 2) pengalihan izin oleh Kecamatan kepada Keluarahan Dadok. Faktor penghambat efektifitas pelaksanaan layanan integrasi dari satu sumber adalah 1) keterbatasan anggaran untuk sosialisasi dan penerbitan, dan 2) Masih belum cukupnya staf yang memiliki keterampilan yang diperlukan

    Since 2020, Mixue has started to expand in Indonesia and experienced rapid development by opening 317 outlets by the end of March 2022. The massive opening of Mixue outlets cannot be separated from the viral phenomenon among netizens. This article aims to analyze the literature review related to the virality of the Mixue brand and its impact on product purchases. There are 5 scientific works have been analyzed and the results show that viral marketing has a positive and significant influence on consumer interest and purchasing decisions. Furthermore, turbo marketing can also positively and significantly influence on consumer purchasing decisions. Finally, the existence of brand image and brand awareness can also have a positive and significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions

    Wisata religi merupakan wisata yang diminati masyarakat saat ini.  Masjid Al-Hakim yang berlokasi di pantai Padang menjadi tujuan objek wisata religi, baik wisata lokal maupun nasional. Keindahan Masjid yang berlokasi tepat di tepi pantai menjadi daya tarik bagi wisatawan, hanya saja keindahan tersebut dirusak oleh sampah yang bertebaran di berbatuan sekitar pantai. Tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat prodi administrasi bisnis yang terdiri dari dosen dan mahasiswa, sebanyak 15 orang melakukan kegiatan berisih-bersih pantai yang berlokasi di area Masjid Al-Hakim Padang. Dari kegiatan tersebut, dapat dikurangi sampah sebanyak 15 kantong plastik.  Kegiatan ini tidak dapat membersihkan pantai secara permanen, karena sampah yang datang adalah sampah yang dibawa air laut dari sungai yang sudah dicemari sampah. Kesadaran masyarakt untuk tidak membuang sampah di sungai sangat diharapkan. Untuk itu perlu kerjasama berbagai pihak dalam sistem pengelolaan sampah yang berkelanjutan di kota Padang

    Enhancing Hospitality Competencies: The Role of Mobile Augmented Reality In Indonesian Vocational Schools

    The integration of immersive technologies such as augmented reality (AR) in tourism and hospitality education remains limited, particularly in developing countries like Indonesia, where textbook-based instruction often restricts student engagement and practical skill development, leaving gaps in spatial, procedural, and conceptual competencies. This study examined the effectiveness of mobile AR applications in improving hospitality competencies and explored gender-based differences in learning outcomes among vocational school students. A quasi-experimental design was implemented with 420 eleventh-grade students from four vocational schools over eight weeks, where the experimental group used AR to simulate hotel operations while the control group received textbook-based instruction. Hospitality Competency Test scores were analyzed using ANCOVA controlling for pre-test scores, and qualitative data from semi-structured interviews were thematically analyzed to complement the quantitative results. Findings showed a significant positive effect of AR on overall competency (F(1,417)=175.36, p<.001, ηp²=.296; Cohen’s d=1.18), with higher post-test performance in spatial awareness, procedural knowledge, and conceptual understanding. A significant gender-by-intervention interaction (F(1,415)=5.04, p=.025, ηp²=.012) indicated that females in the AR group achieved greater gains in procedural knowledge (d=0.43) and spatial learning. Qualitative findings reinforced these outcomes, revealing increased engagement, collaboration, and comprehension of complex service processes, with only minor technical challenges. These results suggest that AR can be effectively integrated into competency-based vocational curricula to accelerate skill acquisition, enhance engagement, and promote gender equity in hospitality training, provided that adequate infrastructure and teacher professional development are ensured. Future research should include multi-site longitudinal studies to assess retention, workplace transfer, cost-effectiveness, and the potential benefits of integrating AR with VR, AI, and learning analytics for scalable implementation
