PERJUANGAN REKOGNISI PEREMPUAN NELAYAN PUSPITA BAHARI DI BONANG DEMAK JAWA TENGAH
No full textFisherwomen in Bonang District, Demak Regency, face various issues related
to gender relations, social stigma, violence, double burdens, and a lack of official
recognition for their profession. The limitations on women's roles as fishers stem
from gender stereotypes that define fishers as male, despite the fact that coastal
women play a crucial role in fishing, marketing, and processing activities in the
fisheries sector. Against this backdrop, Masnuah, the head of Puspita Bahari,
advocated for the fulfillment of rights and official recognition of fisherwomen's
employment status as part of improving their social well-being. Therefore, this
study aims to demonstrate the struggle against various forms of inequality, as well
as the steps taken to address these inequalities and the impacts of these efforts.
This study employed a qualitative descriptive method, with data sources
consisting of primary and secondary data. Data collection was conducted through
participant observation, interviews, and documentation. The author was directly
involved in the field by participating in various activities of fisherwomen and
Puspita Bahari members, such as training, group discussions, and internal
organizational activities. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction,
data presentation, and conclusion drawing. In this research, Axel Honneth's
Recognition Theory is used as a theoretical framework. Recognition Theory
explains the relationship of full recognition obtained through struggles in three
main domains of recognition.
The results of this study indicate that female fishermen of Puspita Bahari
experience various forms of disrespect in the form of violence, social stigma,
discrimination, and patriarchal practices. Analysis using Axel Honneth's theory of
recognition of the struggle for recognition of female fishermen in Bonang Demak
illustrates that the Puspita Bahari movement was born out of negative experiences
in their social lives. These findings align with Honneth's three domains of
recognition: Love, Rights, and Solidarity. In the individual domain (love), it enables
the restoration of self-confidence and improves psychological well-being. In the
legal domain (rights), it strengthens the recognition of identity and the fulfillment
of the rights of female fishermen. Meanwhile, the social realm (solidarity)
encourages female fishermen to gain opportunities, support, and greater
acceptance in community life

In this thesis the author discuss "The Toki, Sai, and Koro in Japanese Sentences (Studies of Syntax and Semantics)". The author chose the title because toki, sai, and koro express the same thing but there are some differences and it leads to frequent errors for Japanese language learners, so it need a study to know the difference betwenn toki, sai, and koro.
The first step, author collected data through a variety of sources, then the writer sort the data and analyzes it using distributable and descriptive.
Toki has meaning which indicates a situation that happens suddenly, showing continuous events or habits of the past, and show event that occur only once. Sai has the meaning which shows the time and indicates the additional meaning like kikkake, chansu, or kikai 'opportunity' which there is a decision to be taken. Koro has the meaning that indicated uncertain times.

The purpose of this study is to determine the appropriateness of the accounting application at the Prima Sehati Village Unit Cooperative (KUD), Lubuk Ramo Village, Kuantan Mudik District, Kuantan Singingi Regency with generally accepted accounting principles. The types of data used are primary and secondary data. The data collection technique used in this study is to use the interview method, which is to hold direct questions and answers with the relevant sections and documentation regarding cooperative finance. The data analysis method used is descriptive method, which describes a real situation that is found and then analyzes the data based on theories related to problem discussion, then makes decisions. From the results of the research conducted by the author, it was found that the Prima Sehati Village Unit Cooperative (KUD), Lubuk Ramo Village, Kuantan Mudik District, Kuantan Singingi Regency had not calculated and recorded the employee benefits obligation as indicated in SAK ETAP number Chapter 23 which requires companies to record employee benefits. employees in financial reports. Abstrak
Dewasa ini persediaan sumber daya fosil semakin menipis dan kedepannya akan mengalami
penurunan kapasitas. oleh karena itu banyak diadakan pemanfaatan energi terbarukan seperti
pembangkit listrik panas bumi, pembangkit listrik tenaga air, solar, angin dkk. selanjutnya
pembangkit listrik energi terbarukan ini akan disimulasikan dengan wind and solar simulator.
Dimana pada solar simulator panel surya akan diterangi oleh lampu halogen 1000 watt, sedangkan
untuk wind simulator akan di sambung dengan motor sebagai pemutar generator. keluaran wind and
solar simulator akan dihubungkan dengan battery melalui mppt charge control. daya yang telah
disimpan dalam battery akan dikonversi menjadi tegangan ac dan dihubung dengan jaringan PLN
dengan menggunakan grid tie inverter. Tegangan pada juga battery akan dijadikan indikasi sebagai
pengontrolan beban sehingga beban akan on dan off tergantung dari tegangan battery dan
pengaturan dalam program arduino

Abstract
This era supplies of fossil resources dwindling and the future will be decreased capacity. therefore,
many held the utilization of renewable energy such as geothermal power plants, hydroelectric plants,
solar, wind and others. The next renewable energy power plants will be simulated with wind and
solar simulators. Where in the solar simulator solar panels will be lit by halogen lamps 1000 watts,
whereas for wind simulator will be continued with the motor as a generator player. wind and solar
simulator output will be connected to the battery through the MPPT charge control. power that has
been stored in the battery will be converted to ac voltage and linked to the grid by using grid tie
inverter. The voltage on the battery also will be used as an indication as controlling the load so that
the load will be on and off depending on the battery voltage and setting the program arduino

Scientific work aims to determine the impact of marketing communications to purchase decision at Hero Supermarket Gatot Subroto. The author takes the title is to know about marketing communication activities conducted Hero Supermarket Gatot Subroto and find out whether or not the impact of marketing communications to purchase decision at Hero Supermarket Gatot Subroto. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis by using data gathered through a literature study, interviews and questionnaires. Type of scale used is a Likert scale. The sampling technique used by random sampling. In this study the authors used the technique of data analysis qualitative and quantitative with product moment correlation.
From the result of this scientific work we can conclude that the presence of a positive relationship between marketing communication with purchase decision at Hero Supermarket Gatot Subroto is 0.55 and the magnitude of the impact of marketing communications in Hero Supermarket Gatot Subroto explained the purchase decision is 30.25% with a significance level 5% ( = 5%). Thus we can conclude that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted
The Correlation between the Students’ Motivation in Learning English and Their Reading Comprehension at the Eighth Grade Students of SMPN 2 Lembah Melintang

in learning English and their reading comprehension students of SMPN 2 Lembah
Melintang. The research methodology was quantitative research by using
correlational method. The population of this research was eighth grade students of
SMPN 2 Lembah Melintang. The samples of this research were 30 students of
SMPN 2 Lembah Melintang used simple random sampling. The instruments of
this research students’ motivation questionnaire and reading comprehension test.
After analyze the data used statistic calculation, the results of this research showed
that there was positive significant correlation between the students’ motivation in
learning English and their reading comprehension at the eighth grade students of
SMPN 2 Lembah Melintang. Which robserved = 0,963> rtable 5% = 0,361

The main issues raised in this paper is how the development of the performance of the Partnership and Community Development (CSR) in the PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Branch Jambi as one of the state-owned company that served as the executor of the Partnership Program and the Small Business Environmental Assistance Program (CSR) in the last two-year observation period, namely in 2011 and in 2010. The author conducted a study to assess the performance of CSR based on the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises No.: KEP-100/MBU/2002 about health assessment state-owned company. CSR performance assessment indicators located on Level Effectiveness and Disbursement Collectible Refund Rate Loans.
To obtain the data in relation to the writing of this paper, the author uses descriptive and comparative analysis methods to analyze the performance of the Partnership with the health assessment indicators that guide state-owned enterprises in the performance appraisal His company.
From the research that has been done was known that the performance of the Partnership and Community Development Program at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Branch Jambi Efektibilitas level performance value in the Fund Distribution Partnership Program in 2011 got a score of 1 (one) points, or 80.65%, whereas in 2010 obtained a score of 0 (zero) points from the percentage achieved only 68.21 %. As for the level Efektibilitas Disbursement Community Development Program the past two years to obtain a score of 3 percentage points to 98.53% in 2011 and 94.85% in 2010. Return to Collectible rate loan at 2 (two) points or 58.48% in 2011, whereas in 2010 only reached 23.45% and got a score of 1 point. Total score CSR performance in 2011 to 6 (six) points have increased compared to 2010 which only earned a total score of 4 (four) points, but unfortunately the author saw the rise is more problematic due to the elimination of accounts receivable in 2011 is not due to improved performance in the implementation of CSR
Mural-Making Process by Vina Puspita - East Jakarta - Indonesia
No full textThis mural is part of Vina Puspita's practice-based reasearch for her PhD. It was initiated to respond to the available space/wall at RPTRA* (Child-Friendly Integrated Public Space) in East Jakarta. The idea of a mural is also a continuation of voicing the social message that has been raised in the MAP project in phases 1 and 2. It is the problem of young people and the community related to brawls (Tawuran). The mural process took three days. On the first day, we began the session with brainstorming on the themes and messages. We used free writing techniques followed by a discussion to make decision. Next steps are sketching process, composing the layout and creating digital simulation. On the second and third days we painted on the wall and did finishing at last.</p
The Role of Graffiti as an Expression of Youth Identity: (Case Study on ROCE and BKRE Bombers)

However, for graffiti artists or bombers, graffiti is a place to express themselves. Even though it received a lot of negative responses from the public, graffiti was able to survive and continue to exist. Based on this, the author wants to know the meaning behind the activities of the bombers who chose graffiti art as a medium of expression. The author uses qualitative research methods. The data collection techniques used in this article are interviews, observation, and documentation. The theory used is the theory of self-expression through the symbolic interaction approach by George Herbert Mead. The research results show that graffiti perpetrators or bombers choose graffiti as a medium for self-expression and self-existence. Graffiti allows bombers to display their work to the broader public.
