Kata Kunci:Latihan Beban Squat, Tinggi Lompatan, Bolavoli Latar belakang yang mendasari penelitian ini dilakukan karena adanya perkembangan zaman semakin modern dari atlet dan pelatih harus memiliki keterampilan dan wawasan pengetahuan baik dalam pencapaian kondisi fisik. Dalam pencapaian kondisi fisik atlet ataupun pelatih harus melakukan metode latihansecara baik dan benaragar memperoleh kondisi fisik lebih maksimal, karena kondisi fisik akan mempengaruhi prestasi atlet lebih optimal. Peningkatan dan pengembangan kondisi fisik dapat menerapkan metode dan variasi latihan seperti yang telah dipaparkan yaitu latihan beban Squat sebagai upaya untuk memberikan variasi latihan dalam menerapkan peningkatan dan pengembangan kondisi fisik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh latihan beban squat untuk peningkatan tinggi lompatan pemain bolavoli Putra Ampat Kabupaten Sumenep. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan pre-eksperimental design. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah atlet putra Ampat Kabupaten Sumenep dengan jumlah 20 pemain. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes vertical jump yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui tinggi lompatan pada pemain dan mengukur kemampuan power otot tungkai. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, eksperimen dan pengukuran keterampilan yang berupa tes vertical jump.Analisis yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan teknik tes normalitas dan tes homogenitas yang dibantu dengan (SPSS)Statistical Package for Social Science. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan hipotesis yang menggunakan teknik one way anova dengan bantuan (SPSS) Statistical Package for Social Science menyatakan ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan dari latihan beban squat pada pemain bolavoli putra Ampat Kabupaten Sumenep. Kesimpulan dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan, latihan beban squat memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan tinggi lompatan pemain bolavoli putra Ampat Kabupaten Sumenep. Dari hasil penelitian ini, peneliti menyarankan agar mengembangkan model latihan beban squat yang lebih baik dalam peningkatan tinggi lompatan pemain bolavoli

The Life Path of Javer Effendi Baruch During the Austro-Hungarian Administration
Get PDFBased on available archival material and periodicals, the author reconstructs the life story of Javer Effendi Baruch, one of the most respected and wealthy citizens of Sarajevo, during the Austro-Hungarian administration of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The personality of Javer Eff. Baruch has not been thoroughly researched in the historiography so far. It is known that Baruch gained a social reputation during Ottoman rule. After the arrival of Austria-Hungary in Bosnia and Herzegovina, he not only managed to preserve and strengthen his social position but also acquired enviable wealth. This paper aims to present the unusual life path of a Sephardic from Sarajevo. The paper analyzes his life path from a supplier for military needs, a customs tenant, a Sarajevo city councilor, to a convict for insulting majesty. Based on the available historical materials, the existence of changes in the relationship between the then administration and society towards Javer Effendi Baruch after 1887 is examined

The method of developing communicative skills for non-Arabic speakers in the perspective of Ahmad Fuad Effendi
Get PDFArabic teaching suffers from the problem of forming students who are proficient in communicative skills, as it is difficult to master, and the reason may be due to the lack of appropriate methods. The objectives of this research are to highlight the teaching methods for developing the communication skills of Indonesian students according to the perspective of Ahmad Fuad Effendi, one of the prominent experts in Arabic teaching in Indonesia. Researchers use qualitative approach by studying the perspective of experts in Arabic teaching. The data was taken from the documents related to the subject, especially the book Methods of Teaching the Arabic Language, and the interview with the author. The data was analyzed according to the theory of Miles, Huberman and Saldana. The results of this research, it is that the teaching methods for developing the communication skills of Indonesian students according to the perspective of Ahmad Fuad Effendi contain three things: (1) the need to benefit from the different language teaching methods, as there is no single method suitable for all circumstances and situations. (2) Emphasis on the communicative aspect in teaching Arabic, because the most important objectives of teaching Arabic are communication. (3) The application of intensive Arabic lessons to teach language skills, where sufficient study hours are available. The conclusion of this research indicated that mastering communication skills can be obtained from the use of various methods with special attention to communicative learning and intensive learning

INCIDENCE OF DENTAL CARIES IN JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL (SMP) N 1 MUARA KELINGI MUSI RAWAS REGENCY
Get PDF The increasing case of dental caries among developing country rather than the establish country which showed the decreasing of case. The high incidence of dental caries in children requires optimal handling, especially in preventing the incidence of dental caries in children This research is a quantitative research. The sample in this study is the 7th grade of public junior high school Muara Kelingi students (195 students) using total sampling technique. The data in this study were obtained using secondary data from surveillance data and medical record . Then analyzed using the Chi- Square test. This research was conducted in June 2020 at SMP N 1 Muara Kelingi Kabupaten Musi Rawas. The results showed the variable age (p 0.002), gender variable (p 0.200), knowledge variable (p 0.001), cariogenic food habits variable (p 0.001), nutritional status (p 0.212), toothbrush habit variable (p 0.015). and variable utilization of service facilities (p 0.002). In the multivariate analysis, it was found that the most dominant variable associated with the incidence of dental caries was the habit of toothbrushes with a p value of 0.012. Pengembangan Metode Bandongan dalam Kajian Kitab Kuning di Pesantren Attarbiyah Guluk-Guluk dalam Perspektif Muhammad Abid al-Jabiri
Get PDFThis article discusses one of development step of bandongan method applied at Pesantren Attarbiyah in Madura. In actual fact, author analyzed it by using contemporary of philosophical approach to find out the methodological basis in carrying out development and to fine out its success. In this case, author used Abid al-Jabiri’s thought of turats as a main approach in making observations. But author also used other approaches to analyze other main object within it, such as Paulo Friere’s thought used to analyze bandongan method and taxonomy’s Bloom used to analyze the success of it. This article presents the interesting research result that the development of bandongan method at Pesantren Attarbiyah can be mentioned successful because of several reasons. The first is continuity between tradition and modernity and it is synchronic with Abid al-Jabiri’s thought and the ushul-fiqh’s principle—al-muhafadzatu ‘ala qadim al-shalih, wa al-ahdzu bi al-jadid al-ashlah. Secondly, there is discussion season between santri that formerly had never happened for this method is monologue, teacher-centered, and indoctrination.
