SRI REJEKI ISMAN MUHAMMAD RIO HERLAMBANG F3514055 Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan kajian terhadap penerapan sistem Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja pada PT. Sri Rejeki Isman saat ini sudah memenuhi standar UU No. 1 Tahun 1970 tentang keselamatan kerja dan UU No. 23 Pasal 23 Tahun 1992 tentang kesehatan kerja atau belum. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa PT. Sri Rejeki Isman sudah menerapkan sistem keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja namun belum maksimal serta belum memenuhi syarat ketentuan UU yang berlaku. Pada pembahasan penulis telah membandingkan sistem K3 di PT. Sri Rejeki Isman dengan syarat-syarat K3 yang benar berdasarkan UU No. 1 Tahun 1970 dan UU No. 23 Pasal 23 Tahun 1992 serta menganalisis dan membahas lebih lanjut semua kekurangan kelengkapan mengenai Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja. Berdasarkan pada pembahasan dan kesimpulan yang ada terdapat beberapa saran bagi perusahaan, yaitu: untuk agar ada pengadaan dan sosialisasi yang lebih terkait APD, penambahan alat pemadam kebakaran, dan peningkatan terkait hak-hak dan kesejahteraan karyawan di tempat kerja. Disamping itu perlu adanya kesadaran dari pihak karyawan dan perusahaan tentang pentingnya K3 yang kemudian dapat bekerjasama untuk melakukan peningkatan dan pembenahan sistem K3 PT. Sri Rejeki Isman.Peningkatan pelayanan kesehatan kerja, yaitu penambahan tim unit kesehatan kerja yang dirasa kurang, kelengkapan kotak obat dan P3K serta pemenuhan hak karyawan yaitu pendataan dan keikutsertaan pada jaminan sosial. Get PDFSuccessor selection is a process of searching and accessing internal staff who has potential successor in experiences and ability by replacing a position for a retiring staff. Selecting a successor is an important part within an organization to finding a replacement based on the position. Especially finding a leader to lead a company to be success. A successor with has highest value criteria such as experiences, skills, qualification are qualified to be a candidate replacement of leadership. Selecting a successor is used subjective criteria to evaluate in higher learning of successor based on the following factors. The problem occurred is the manual evaluation is not an optimized enough to making a result that is not accurate to determine. Therefore, this research will use ACO technique to optimize the problem to ensure the output more accurate and reach the requirement from the organization needs. ACO algorithm is the best solution because it included the optimization technique to optimized the result based on the data criteria needs. Therefore, in this research, will be use Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) algorithm as an optimize technique that provide a shortest path of defining a successor that is their highest value of criteria. In the future work, this research will discover more method related to ACO technique to make more optimize and develop a complete system for the organization used

Get PDFThis research aims to identify the character education values contained in the book Washaya al-Aba' li al-Abna Muhammad Syakir and the role of his opinion on the richness of character education values. It is hoped that this research can be used as a source or reference in efforts to develop education and character as a whole, especially character education according to Islam. It can also be used as a reference to facilitate understanding of character education and as a reference for relevant research in the future. This research method is qualitative and uses a narrative biography method. By using a descriptive presentation approach, this autobiography of the character's thoughts combines the ideas of character education from his work. Library research, or library research, is a research method that involves books, articles, notes and electronic media. with primary sources from the book Washaya al Aba Li al-Abna and secondary sources from study books. In this research, data collection was carried out through the documentation method, which includes searching for data through variables such as notes, books, and articles, among others. The author used a content analysis study to analyze the data; they analyzed the data textually based on the contents of the book. The research results show that the book Washaya al Aba Li al-Abna contains 17 educational character values, divided into two categories: 10 character values fall into the moral category and 7 character values fall into the performance category. Faith and piety, love and obedience to the Messenger of Allah, respect for parents, respect for teachers, truth or honesty, nobility or self-respect, patience, sincerity and a simple life are moral characters. Performance characteristics also include trust, discipline, hard work, never giving up, love of the country, interest in reading or literacy knowledge, and concern for the environment
