TINJAUAN FATWA DSN-MUI TERHADAP PENYITAAN BARANG JAMINAN PADA KSPPS AL-ANSHARI KOTA BUKITTINGGI
No full textThe purpose of this study was to find out or explore the procedures for confiscating collateral carried out at KSPPS Al-Anshari, Bukitinggi City and to analyze the juridical redemption of collateral confiscation carried out by KSPPS Al-Anshari, Bukitinggi City. The research method used by the author is qualitative research using field research with data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. Primary data sources consist of KSPPS Al-Anshari managers and employees. The data processing carried out here is qualitative. The results of the research that the author has done, First, the guarantee in the murabahah contract at KSPPS Al-Anshari is using property as collateral for debt, in practice the collateral in the financing is handed over to KSPPS Al-Anshari, but KSPPS Al-Anshari will give time leeway to customers to settle KSPPS Al-Anshari's debts, secondly regarding confiscated goods that are not in accordance with the fatwa because in the fatwa the confiscated goods should have been auctioned but the KSPPS Al-Anshari did not do so by making the confiscated goods an office operation. Islamic financing conditions in Indonesia in general are the Syafi'i (syafiiyyah) and Hambali (hanabillah) schools, that is, when the party responsible for the debt cannot pay it off, the debt is paid using assets or goods used as collateral or assets from the sale of assets used as collateral the. The benefits of collateral cannot be used as collateral (al-marhun), because the use of collateral is used up and damaged, therefore it cannot be used as collateral
Singapore as A Norm Entrepreneur in Strengthening Regional Cybersecurity through the Development of ASEAN CERT
No full textThis article examines the development of ASEAN Computer Emergency Response Team (ASEAN CERT), which has experienced significant progress influenced by Singapore’s role as both an initiator and a technical norm entrepreneur in regional cybersecurity. Singapore’s active role is closely tied to its domestic interests in cybersecurity and its relevance to the progress of digital transformation, which remains vulnerable to cyber threats. Although ASEAN CERT has been adopted by consensus among all ASEAN member states, its implementation faces challenges due to differing understandings of the importance of CERT, as well as gaps in cybersecurity capacity and capability among ASEAN countries, which may hinder its implementation. This study aims to explore Singapore’s strategic position in utilizing its resources to bridge the technical CERT gap through the ASEAN cooperation framework, as well as to explore the potential of ASEAN CERT in supporting the development of ASEAN countries’ technical capacity and contributing to existing international norms

Overview of Indonesian Islamic Education: A Social, Historical and Political Perspective
No full textThe aim of this study is to examine how the historical genealogy of Islamic educational tradition, particularly the tradition of teaching and learning, has contributed to the development of Islamic education in Indonesia. By drawing together in an analytic way a historically based description of the social and political circumstances surrounding Indonesian Islamic education, the study discusses some significant issues concerning the religious base, knowledge base, structural form, and the pedagogical approach of Indonesian Islamic education, all of which are important to the development of a modern form of Islamic education.
The argument of the thesis is that the existing values of the Islamic tradition in education, particularly evident in Madrasah schools, provide a valuable basis for further developing and reconstructing an effective Islamic education system in Indonesia. However, there is also a strong need to construct an Islamic education curriculum in Indonesia that can meet the challenge posed by the circumstances generally understood as 'modernity'. The quality of teaching and learning in the Madrasah are very much influenced by the quality of the wider Islamic education programme. Any change in the curriculum of Islamic education will thus have significant effects on the quality of the Madrasah schools in Indonesia. This thesis will thus conclude by suggesting some implications for further development of Islamic education that arise from the study.

No full textPerkembangan teknologi di segala bidang kehidupan dirasakan semakin terus berkembang, salah satunya teknologi informasi (TI) dimana dalam menjalan suatu organisasi perlu adanya sistem TI yang baik, diperlukan suatu evaluasi atas penggunaan sistem informasi agar pengelolaan informasi dapat berjalan secara efektif dan efisien. Yayasan Baitul Maal PLN Unit Induk Pembangunan Kalimantan Bagian Barat (YBM PLN) didirikan dengan tujuan untuk menghimpun dana zakat, infak, shodaqoh, dan wakaf (ZISWAF) dari masyarakat muslim dan dana-dana halal lainnya. Dalam penelitian ini, COBIT 2019 dipilih sebagai framework dan berfokus pada 5 domain, yaitu EDM02, APO04, APO05, APO07, dan APO08. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu analisis kebutuhan, penentuan domain COBIT, pembuatan RACI Chart, dan penyusunan rencana audit. Hasil analisis didapati capability level domain EDM02, APO05, APO07, dan APO08 telah melebihi target, sedangkan domain APO04 memiliki gap 1 dari target meskipun yayasan telah berhasil merekrut ide-ide inovatif dari luar (pelanggan, pemasok, dan mitra), namun masih perlu melakukan proof-of-concept terhadap setiap jenis kegiatan organisasi yang akan dilakukan untuk menutupi kekurangan gap tersebut

The type of writing used is a literature review study that focuses on writing results related to writing topics or variables. The author conducts this literature study after determining the topic of writing and establishing the formulation of the problem, before going into the field to collect the necessary data. Any systematic study of a new market geography requires a combination of sober minds and generosity. But marketers also have to feel secure in their own beliefs and traditions. Generosity is needed to maintain whole values and other ways of life and other values based on other people's perspectives. in other words, overcoming the negative prejudices that are a natural result of human tendencies toward ethnocentrism. Prophetic Sexology in Hadith: A Preventive Model for Adolescent Counseling in Indonesia
No full textThis study focuses on explaining the model of preventing sexual violence and crime by formulating religious values from thematic hadith texts sexology preventive counseling, as the basis of moral ideas in the relationship between men and women. This study aims to provide an overview of how sexology hadith texts can be used as prophetic counseling materials related to preventive sexology for adolescents. The method used in this study is content analysis using sexology theories about sex and sexuality in the structuring of sexology thematic hadith. As a result, the hadith texts that have the content of preventive sexology counseling for adolescents are not limited to sex as reproduction and procreation but transcendent and ecosexological. Second, prophetic sexology provides biological (al-jismiyyah), psychological (an-nafsiyyah), spiritual (ar-rūhāniyyah), and ecological (al-bī'ah) aspects. Third, the value of preventive sexology of counseling on the aspect of al jismiyyah strengthens in terms of hygiene and health of the reproductive organs (at-tahārah) and marriage commitment. Meanwhile, the al-nafsiyyah aspect emphasizes productive and safe attitudes, behaviors, sexual urges and sexual orientations as well as humanist gender relations. Meanwhile, the aspect of al-bī'ah emphasizes the urgency of sexuality related to the function of vital organs that are actively involved in protecting the environment as well as the spiritual aspects of al-ruhaniyyah which reflects the cleanliness of the heart (rūhiyyah) from immoral behavior or adultery. An Important contribution of this studi is the basic idea of prophetic sexology goes beyond sexual health, reproduction, and procreation, namely, sacredness, spirituality, and ecology adolescent sexual healt counselling. Contributions that can be made by sexology counseling include increasing awareness about reproductive health and self-esteem (al-‘iffah), maintaining modesty (al-hayā'), and paying attention to aspects of eco-sexology and spiritual sexology.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran bagaimana teks-teks hadis seksologi dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan konseling prophetik terkait seksologi preventif bagi remaja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa analisis isi (content analysis) dengan menggunakan teori seksologi tentang seks, seksual dan seksualitas di dalam strukrurisasi hadis tematik seksologi. Hasilnya, bahwa teks-teks hadis yang memiliki muatan seksologi preventif bagi remaja di temukan tidak kurang dari 40-an hadis yang meliputi aspek konseling dalam bentuk al jismiyyah, al Nafsiyyah, al Bi’ah dan ar Ruhaniyyah. Kedua, nilai-nilai prinsip konseling seksologi preventif pada al jismiyyah menguat dalam soal kebersihan dan kesehatan organ reproduksi (thaharah) dan komitmen pernikahan. Sedangkan aspek al Nafsiyyah lebih menegaskan sikap, perilaku, dorongan seksual dan orientasi seksual yang produktif dan aman serta relasi gender yang humanis. Sementra aspek al bi’ah lebih menekankan keterlibatan organ vital dalam menjaga lingkungan serta aspek spiritual yang mencerminkan kebersihan hati (ruhiyyah) dari perilaku maksiat atau zina. Ide dasar seksologi prophetic tersebut melampui kesehatan seksual yang sekedar pada aspek seks sebagai reproduksi dan prokreasi tetapi juga sakralitas, spiritual dan ekologis

mungkin gambaran usulan untuk mengimplementasikan kebijakan MBKM di
era informasi teknologi yang sangat cepat berubah dewasa ini. Sebagai
pendidik profesional, para dosen tentu memiliki kiat dan cara tersendiri untuk
bisa menghasilkan output lulusan peserta didik yang benar-benar sesuai
dengan tujuan dan target kebijakan MBKM tersebu
