Bahagia Sumber Abadi located in Kebakkramat. The research method used is observation and interview to obtain primary and secondary data. The discussion technique used is descriptive analysis. This study aims to determine the evaluation of logistics management functions and to know how to improve the function of the warehouse in order to optimize logistics functions at PT. Bahagia Sumber Abadi. The author give input to the company to better ignore ice cream quota stock, so that consumers don’t complain at the time of delivery of goods that aren’t in accordance with consumer ordes. Landuse culture and water quality (BOD, COD, DO) in the upper citarum river corridor
No full textThe culture of land use in river corridors has a major effect on water quality, especially on organic chemical parameters such as BOD, COD and DO. This complexity is the main attraction to study in depth. The objectives of this study include several points to analyze (1) the correlation between land use culture and water quality (BOD, COD and DO); (2) constructing a strategy for handling water quality pollution in the upper Citarum river corridor. The method used was a survey with a regional approach through geospatial and correlation analysis. The results obtained (1) Water quality (BOD, COD and DO) has a strong correlation with anthropogenic activities of land use culture around the river corridor such as settlements, industry, chemical fertilizer use and others. (2) Handling strategies that are tailored to the identified zones such as forest areas, builtup areas, agriculture and shrubs. Some of the research results obtained can be used as relevant references for targeted treatments to succeed in a sustainable fragrant Citarum

No full textEmployee performance selection is one of the crucial aspects in human resource management that affects the success and efficiency of the organization. This selection discusses the application of the TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method in selecting employee performance as an effective and transparent decision-making tool. The purpose of writing this thesis is to simplify the employee performance assessment process and provide transparent data in the employee performance assessment process at Imperial Golf Club Karawaci Tangerang. Where currently the calculation of employee performance assessments is carried out with the help of the Microsoft Excel application. The data collection method used by the author consists of observation method, interview method, and literature method. For the system analysis method, the author uses the SWOT analysis method and for the system development method, the author uses the SDLC method with the Waterfall model. As a result of this study, the author made an application of the Employee Performance Selection Decision Support System at PT Imperial Golf Club using the TOPSIS method. It is hoped that through the design of the menu of the decision support system with this topsis method, it can manage employee performance data well.

No full textCurrently science and technology are progressing very rapidly, the development of science and technology makes humans to be able to relate to each other and get information quickly, precisely and without limits. The purpose of this Thesis Report is to provide alternatives and solutions to support work effectiveness, presenting information quickly and efficiently in the process of registering new students. The collection method in this study used observation and interview methods. Based on the observation stage previously carried out, the author decided to use the SWOT analysis method in this study to identify or evaluate observation activities. From the analysis and observations made, it can be seen that the PPDB process of SMK Ma'arif Jakarta is still manual and has not been computerized. Therefore, the author proposes by designing a website-based student registration information system. For the creation of supporting programs designed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method, namely designing flowcharts, use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, class diagrams, and entity relationshop diagrams, then the author makes them with the laravel framework. Systems that have been analyzed and built can improve and facilitate the registration committee of new students in accessing data more quickly and accurately.Keywords: New Student Registration, Information System, SMK Ma'arif Jakarta, Interactive Websites, UML, RAPID
URGENSI PENGATURAN PERILAKU HOMOSEKSUAL SEBAGAI TINDAK PIDANA DALAM HUKUM POSITIF INDONESIA
No full textThe phenomenon of homosexual behavior in Indonesia is still a debate among the community. The problem is that the existence of homosexuals has different explanations according to Pancasila, positive law and norms of life carried out by society. So that Indonesian positive law does not provide definite legality regarding homosexual behavior. Therefore, this research was presented by the author to get an answer regarding the legal vacuum and the complexity of homosexual behavior from various points of view. This study uses a normative legal method with a regulatory approach per Law, case approach and comparative analysis. The technique of collecting legal materials uses literature studies, describing the phenomenon of cases regarding homosexuals and contrasting them with Laws and Regulations. The research results show that Article 292 of the Criminal Code states that regulations regarding homosexual behavior do not explicitly prohibit homosexual behavior, then the promulgation of Law 1/2023 concerning the New Criminal Code has updated the provisions contained in Article 292 of the Criminal Code. However, the New Criminal Code has been in effect since 3 years after it was enacted, namely in 2026. The urgency regarding the regulation of homosexuality is based on factors that influence the law and norms implemented by society. The legal factor is based on the legal vacuum in the Criminal Code which does not explicitly regulate homosexual behavior, so there is no legal certainty regarding homosexual behavior causing this behavior to be freely carried out. From the results of this study, a suggestion was obtained, namely that Article 292 of the Criminal Code should regulate sanctions against homosexual behavior because it is contrary to the norms of society so that it becomes an interest that must be prioritized

merupakan salah satu fasilitas yang keberadaannya sangat
vital bagi masyarakat perkotaan. Karena ketergantungan
masyarakat kepada SPBU, SPBU harus berada dekat dengan
lingkungan masyarakat. Namun tak dapat dipungkiri bahwa
pendirian lokasi SPBU juga perlu untuk mempertimbangkan
aspek hukum, lebih spesifiknya aspek Rencana Tata Ruang
Wilayah (RTRW). Oleh karena itu, dalam usaha penentuan
lokasi SPBU, diperlukan analisis multi aspek yang tepat agar
lokasi SPBU tersebut tidak menyalahi RTRW namun tetap
memperhatikan sisi ekonomi.
Dalam Tugas akhir ini, penulis membuat sebuah alat
bantu berbasis Python (Python Toolbox) pada ArcGIS 10.3
untuk menentukan lokasi optimum SPBU menggunakan metode
Genetic Algorithm dengan kriteria jarak terhadap rumah sakit,
sekolah, SPBU eksisting dan populasi. Data yang digunakan
dalam proses uji coba merupakan data yang mencakup kriteriakriteria
pada kota Surabaya bagian Barat. Berdasarkan hasil
implementasi menggunakan Genetic Algorithm dengan
parameter jumlah individu sebesar 200 dan interval sebesar
1000, sistem dapat melakukan pencarian alternatif lokasi
SPBU dengan nilai konsistensi sebesar 0.92.

Gas Station (SPBU) is one of vital facilities which
important for urban communities. Because of the dependence
of community to gas stations, gas stations must be located close
to the community. However, there is no doubt that the gas
station building also need to consider the legal aspects, more
specific is Spatial Planning or Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah
(RTRW). Therefore, in determining the location of gas station,
is necessary to do the right multiaspects analysis so that the
location of gas station does not violate RTRW but still consider
the economic side.
In this thesis, author makes a phyton based tools
(phyton toolbox) on ArcGIS 10.3 for determining the optimum
location of gas stations using Genetic Algorithm method with
criteria of distance to hospitals, schools, existing gas station,
and population of communities. Data used in the trial process
is data that includes criteria in West of Surabaya City. As result,
based on the implementation of Genetic Algorithm with
parameter individu number of 200 and interval of 1000, Python
Toolbox can do a search for an gas station alternative location
with the consistency value of 0.92

The interesting thing about this writing is that although the majority of the people of Paseyan Village are not only farmers, they are not only farmers but also take part in implementing the earth alms tradition. In addition, the author will examine the earth's alms tradition from a religious perspective and further examine the views of some people who consider the tradition shirk. Therefore, based on the background of the problems that have been described, the author will investigate more deeply related to "Earth Alms Tradition in Paseyan Village, Jatirogo District, Tuban Regency."
This research is a qualitative research. The data sources are obtained from primary data sources and secondary data sources. This research is a field research (Field Research or Field Work). For data collection techniques in this study, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The data processing techniques in this paper, namely using descriptive methods. The approach used in this research is a sociological approach. The theory used in this paper is the theory of functionalism. This theory is a theory that assumes society as an ecological organism that experiences growth. The greater the growth, the more complex the problems to be faced, which in turn will form certain groups or sections that have their own functions.
The results of this writing are: First, the origin of the emergence of the earth alms tradition in Paseyan Village is purely to commemorate the death of Mbah Tirem, the reason for the community lies in his services, who have cleared the base or fought for Paseyan Village which was originally only a wilderness. The procession of the earth alms tradition activities starts with the preparation of the committee, the selection of the day and theme, the funding for the earth alms event and the core procession of the earth alms. Second, the role of religion in the tradition of almsgiving in Paseyan Village arises from the theory of functionalism, where this function is important for the community, especially in terms of religion. This function is the function of safety with prayer, the function of shadaqah and the function of leadership. Third, the factors that influence the existence of the earth alms tradition in Paseyan Village are divided into two. First, supporting factors, namely the existence of socio-cultural factors and blessing factors. The two inhibiting factors are those who reject the existence of the earth alms tradition, trust in ancestors who have died, lack of funds and the Covid-19 pandemic
Uji Performa Alat Vakum Tekan Termodifikasi Untuk Impregnasi Kayu
No full textThe impregnation process is carried out to increase the resistance of wood from the attack of microorganisms such as fungi and termite attacks by placing the wood in a vacuum tube and then placing an impregnan solution into it. The limited ability of impregnation tubes is an obstacle in carrying out research and practicum activities, therefore there needs to be modifications to the impregnation tube so that the impregnation process can provide better results. Verification of the results of impregnation is done by calculating the value of weight percent gain (WPG) and relative standard deviation (%RSD) for the test of the level of appreciation. Based on the results of the experiment the highest %WPG value in the water impregnan solution was obtained from the parameter conditions of the type 3 press vacuum tool, which is with a time of 1 hour and a pressure of 5 bars and is worth (178.29±10.97). The highest %WPG value in boron solution of 5% is obtained from the condition of the type 6 press vacuum tool with a time of 3 hours and a pressure of 5 bars and is worth (5.16±0.45). The smallest %RSD value of water impregnan solution is achieved under the parameter conditions of type 4 tools at 3 hours and pressure 1 bar and is worth 3.99%. Koperasi pada awalnya berkembang di erofa yang menganut paham kapitalis dan sosialis, oleh sebab itu koperasi Di Indonesia yang mayoritas muslim yang dilakukan penyesuaian agar sesuai dengan prinsip syariah. Koperasi menekankan kemakmuran anggota dengan islam memperkuat memakmuran umat dan bumi serta segala isinya. Konsep ini menambah daya tarik koperasi berlandaskan islam. Selain yang harus sesuai dengan syariat Islam Koperasi juga harus bisa mengakomodir kebutuhan dan kewajiban anggota sebagai hamba Allah yang harus mempertanggungjawabkan segala perbuatannya termasuk hartanya. Seorang muslim harus mengetahui perihal harta yang dimilikinya atau harta yang di Investasikan di dalam koperasi. Mekanisme perjanjian koperasi harus mengakomodir kewajiban anggota (sebagai manusia) dalam investasi harta, serta harus bermanfaat bagi umat. Tujuan dari penelitian tersebut Untuk Mengetahui Bagaimana Perjanjian Syariah di Koperasi Syariah Amanah Umat Muttaqien Purwakarta (212 mart purwakarta), serta dampak dan kontribusinya terhadap anggota.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Metode kualitatif yaitu dengan menghimpun data aktual dengan melakukan observasi secara langsung, dengan mengumpulkan data dan melakukan analisis, kemudian menarik kesimpulan dari hasil observasi dan analisis tersebut. Sedangkan deskriptif dilakukan dengan cara memaparkan data dengan apa adanya sesuai dengan yang terjadi dilapangan. Kerangka berpikir penelitian ini berpijak bahwa manusia sebagai hamba Allah harus menjalankan kewajibannya, termasuk dalam muamalah. koperasi sebagai tempat investasi harta adalah termasuk muamalah, syarat dan rukun akad koperasi melalui perjanjian keanggotaan.
Hasil penelitian mengenai perjanjian syariah koperasi 212 serta dampak juga kontribusinya terhadap perekonomian umat, maka penulis dapat mengambil kesimpulan sebagai berikut:Perjanjian syarah 212 sebagaimana tertuang dalam anggaran dasar dan rumah tangga koperasi. Perjanjian ini dalam bentuk simpanan pokok dan wajib dengan akad syirkah musahamah. Akad lainnya yaitu simpanan sukarela yaitu dengan akad mudharabah mutalaqoh. Selain akad adanya juga syarat dan rukun akad yaitu aqid, maqud alaih, dan shighat. Ketiga syarat dan rukun akad ini sudah dipenuhi oleh koperasi 212 yaitu secara aqid dalam AD/ART, Dampak koperasi 212 secara lahiriyah dan batiniah dijelaskan melalui prinsip-prinsip islam dengan menitik beratkan pada kewajiban seorang muslim dalam menjalankan syariat islam yaitu mengelola hartanya dijalan yang benar, dan Kontribusi koperasi 212 dalam perkonomian umat sangat baik, ini ditandai dengan program-program koperasi yang melibatkan anggota dan UMKM untuk bekerja sama dengan koperasi.

Cooperative initially developed in Europe that adheres to capitalist and socialist understandings, therefore cooperatives in Indonesia, which are predominantly Muslim, are adjusted to conform to sharia principles. Cooperatives emphasize the prosperity of members with Islam strengthen the prosperity of the people and the earth and all its contents. This concept adds to the appeal of cooperatives based on Islam. In addition to being compliant with Islamic Law, Cooperatives must also be able to accommodate the needs and obligations of members as servants of god who must be responsible for all their actions, including their assets. A muslim must know about the assets he owns or assets invested in cooperatives. The cooperative agreement mechanism must accommodate the obligations of members (as human beings) in investment in property, and must benefit the people.
The purpose of the research is to find out how sharia agreements in Muttaqien purwakarta Syariah Amanah Cooperative (212 Mart Purwakarta), and their impact and contribution to members.
The research method used by the author in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The qualitative method is to collect actual data by making direct observations, by collecting data and analyzing, then drawing conclusions from the result of these observations and analyzes. While descriptive is done by describing the data as it is in accordance with what happened in the field. The frame work of this research thinks that humans as servants of god must carry out their obligations, including in muamalah. Cooperative as palces for investment in assets include muamalah, terms and conditions of cooperative agreements through membership agreements. The results of research on the Islamic cooperative agreement 212 and the impact of this contribution to the economy of ummah, the authors can draw the following conclusions : the 212 syari’ah agreement as stated in the articles of association and cooperative household. This agreement is in the form of principal savings and is obligatory with the mirkamah syirkah agreement. The other contract is voluntary savings, namely the mudharabah mutalaqoh agreement. In addition to the contract there are also terms and conditions of agreement namely aqid, maqud alaih, and shighat. These three terms and conditions of agreement have been fulfilled by cooperative 212 namely aqid in the AD/RT, the impact of the 212 cooperative outwardly and inwardly is explained through Islamic principles by focusing on the obligations of a muslim in carrying out Islamic law, namely managing his assets on the right path, and the contribution of cooperatives 212 in the community economy is very good, this is marked by cooperative programs that involve members and MSMEs to work with cooperatives.

اَلتَّعَاوُنِيَاتُ الَّتِيْ تَمَّ تَطْوِيْرُهَا فِي اْلبِدَايَةِ فِيْ أَوْرُوْبَا وَالَّتِيْ تَلْتَزِمُ بِالْمَفَاهِيْمِ الرَّأْسِمَالِيَّةِ وِاْلإِشْتِرَاكِيَّةِ ، وَباِلتَّالِيْ يَتِمُّ تَعْدِيْلُ التَّعَاوُنِيَاتِ فِيْ إِنْدُوْنِيْسِيَا اَلَّتِيْ تَقْطَنُهَا أَغْلَبِيَّةٌ مُسْلِمَةٌ لِتَتَوَافُقِ مَعَ مَبَادِئِ الشَّرِيْعَةِ. تُؤْكِدُ التَّعَاوُنِيَاتُ عَلَى اِزْدِهَارِ اْلأَعْضَاءِ مَعَ الإِسْلَامِ تَقْوِيَّةٌ رَخَاءِ الشَّعْبِ وَاْلأَرْضِ وَجَمِيْعِ مَحْتُوِيَاتِهِ. هَذَا الْمَفْهُوْمُ يُضِيْفُ إِلَى جَاذِبِيَّةِ التَّعَاوُنِيَاتِ اْلقَائِمَةِ عَلَى اْلإِسْلَامِ . بِالْإِضَافَةِ إِلَى أُولَئِكَ الَّذِيْنَ يَجِبُ أَنْ يَكُوْنُوْا مَتَّفِقِيْنَ مَعَ الشَّرِيْعَةِ اْلإِسْلَامِيَةِ ، يَجِبُ أَنْ تَكُوْنَ الْجَمْعِيَّةُ التَّعَاوُنِيَةُ قَادِرَةٌ عَلَى تَلْبِيَّةِ اِحْتِيَاجاَتٍ وَاِلْتِزَامَاتِ الْأَعْضَاءِ كَخَادِمِيْنَ لله الَّذِيْنَ يَجِبُ أَنْ يَكُوْنُوْا مَسْؤُوْلِيْنَ عَنْ جَمِيْعِ أَفْعَالِهِ وَأَمْوَالِهِ . يَجِبُ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِ أَنْ يَعْرِفَ الأَمْوَالَ الَّتِيْ يَمْلِكُهَا وَمَا يَسْتَثْمِرُ بِهَا فِي التَّعاَوُنِيَاتِ. يَجِبُ أَنْ تَسْتَوْعَبَ آلِيَّةُ اْلإِتِّفَاقُ التَّعَاوُنِيُّ اِلْتِزَامَاتِ اْلأَعْضَاءِ (كَبَشَرٍ) فِي اْلإِسْتِثْمَارِ فِي الْمُمْتَلِكَاتِ ، وَيَجِبُ أَنْ تَعُوْدُ بِالنَّفْعِ عَلَى النَّاسِ.
كَانَ اْلغَرْضُ مِنْ هَذِهِ الدِّرَاسَةِ هُوَ مَعْرِفَةُ كَيْفِيَّةَ اْلإِتِّفَاقَاتِ الشَّرْعِيَّةِ فِيْ التَّعَاوُنِيَاتِ الشَّرِيْعَةِ أَمَانَةُ أُمَّةْ مُتَّقِيْنَ (۲۱۲ مارت بورواكارتا) ، وَكَذَلِكَ تَأْثِيْرُهَا وَمُسَاهَمَتُهَا فِي اْلأَعْضَاءِ.

يَتَمَثَّلُ إِطَارُ الأَفْكَارِ مِنْ هَذَا اْلبَحْثِ أسِّسَ عَلَ أَنَّ اْلبَشَرَ هُوَ عَبْدُ الله الَّذِيْ يَجِبُ عَلَيْهِ اِلْتِزَامُ وَاجِبَاتِهِ ، بِمَا فِي ذَلِكَ فِي الْمُعَامَلَةِ تَشْمَلُ التَّعَاوُنِيَاتُ كَأَمَاكِنِ لِلإِسْتِثْمَارِ فِي اْلأُصُوْلِ ، شُرُوْطٌ وَأَحْكَامٌ اِتِّفَاقِيَاتُ التَّعَاوُنِ مِنْ خِلاَلِ اِتِّفَاقِيَاتَ اْلعَضْوِيَةِ.
نَتَائِجُ اْلبُحُوْثِ حَوْلَ اِتِّفَاقُ التَّعَاوُنِ الشَّرْعِيَةِ ۲۱۲ وَتَأْثِيْرُ مُسَاهَمَتِهِ فِي اِقْتِصَادِ اْلأُمَّةِ ، يُمْكِنُ لِلْمُؤَلِّفِيْنِ اِسْتِخْلَاصُ النَّتَائِجَ التَّالِيَةَ: اِتِّفَاقِيَةُ الشَّرِيْعَةِ ۲۱۲ عَلَى النَّحْوِ الْمَنْصُوْصِ عَلَيْهِ فِي عَقْدِ التَّأْسِيْسِ وَالْأُسْرَةِ التَّعَاوُنِيَةِ، هَذِهِ اْلاِتِّفَاقِيَةُ فِي شَكْلِ مُدَّخرَاتِ أَسَاسِيَةٍ وَإِلْزَامِيَةٍ مَعَ عَقْدُ شِرْكَةِمُسَاهَمَةِ. اَلْعَقْدُ الآخَرُ هُوَ مُدَّخَرَاتُ طَوْعِيَّةٌ وَهِيَ عَقْدُ الْمُضَارَبَةِ الْمُطْلَقِ. بِاْلإِضَافَةِ إِلَى الْعَقْدِ ، هُنَاكَ أيضًا شُرُوْطٌ وَأَحْكَامُ اْلاِتِّفَاقِ وَهِيَ اَلْعَقْدُ, مُعَقِّدٌعلَيْهِ،وَصِيْغَةٌ، هَذِهِ الشُّرُوْطُ الثَّلاَثةِ وَشُرُوْطُ اْلإِتِّفَاقِ قَدْ اِسْتَوْفِيَتْ بِاْلفِعْلِ مِنْ خِلَالِ التَّعَاوِنِيَةُ ۲۱۲ ، وَهِيَ تَحْدِيْدًا فِي AD / ART ، وَتَأْثِيرُ التَّعَاوُنِيُةِ ۲۱۲ ظَاهِرِيًا وَدَاخِلِيًافِى الشَّرْحِ مِنْ خِلَالِ مَبَادِئِ اْلِإسْلَامِ مِنْ خِلاَلِ التَّرْكِيْزِ عَلَى اِلْتِزَامَاتِ الْمُسْلِمِ فِي تَنْفِيْذِ الشَّرِيْعَةِ اْلإِسْلاَمِيَةِ ، وَهِيَ إِدَاَرَةٌ مُمْتَلِكَاتِهِ عَلَى الطَّرِيْقِ الصَّحِيْحِ، وَمُشَاركَةُ التَّعَاوُنِيَاتِ ۲۱۲ فِي اْلإِقْتِصَادِ الْمُجْتَمَعِيْ جَيْدَةٌ لِلْغَايَةِ ، وَتَتَمَيَّزُ هَذِهِ اْلبَرَامِيْجُ بِبَرَامِيْجُ تَعَاوُنِيَةُ تَضُمُّ أَعْضَاءً وَمُؤَسَّسَاتٍ صَغِيْرَةً وَمُتَوَسِّطَةً اَلْحَجْمُ لِلْعَمَلِ مَعَ التَّعَاوُنِيَاتِ
