    PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PADA PEMBELAJARAN TEMATIK MELALUI MODEL CLIS (CHILDREN LEARNING IN SCIENCE) KELAS IV SD NEGERI 179 PALEMBANG

    The objective of research was to improve students' learning outcome on thematic learning through CLIS model (Children Learning In Science) in the fourth class of elementary school number 179 Palembang. The design of the research was action research. The subject of the research was 27 students of IVC including 13 male students and 14 female students. Technique of data analysis used test, observation and documentation. Based on the research result, it was proved that the average score in pre-cycle was 62 with learning mastery 30.8% (fair), the average score in cycle I increased 70.9 with learning mastery 44.4% (enough). While the average score in cycle II also increased 75.2 with learning mastery 85.1% (very good). The average percentage of students' participation also increased from cycle I (61.9%) in enough active category to cycle II (71.1%) in active category. In summary, CLIS model (Children Learning In Science) can improve students' learning outcome. Therefore, the researcher suggests that the teachers apply CLIS model in the teaching and learning process

    Media booklet dapat dijadikan sumber belajar karena bentuknya sederhana serta menyediakan data akurat yang dapat membantu siswa memahami konsep materi. Tujuan pengembangan adalah untuk mengetahui pentingnya cara pengembangan serta efektivitasnya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Research and Development (R&D) yang dilakukan mengacu pada teori Borg dan Gall. Data yang diambil adalah kebutuhan pengembangan booklet, kelayakan booklet, tanggapan siswa mengenai kelayakan booklet dan hasil belajar siswa melalui media booklet. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru dan siswa memberikan tanggapan positif terhadap penggunaan booklet. Terlihat pada penilaian validasi produk booklet dari pakar materi dan media yang memperoleh skor rata-rata 3,28 dengan kriteria sangat baik atau layak digunakan. Siswa memberikan tanggapan dan respon positif sangat baik dengan memperoleh skor rata-rata sebesar 9,26%. Sedangkan ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa dengan ≥75 pada uji coba pemakaian 84,5%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa media booklet science for kids booklet efektif dan layak digunakan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dan dikembangkan berdasarakan kebutuhan guru dan siswa.  Media booklet can be used as a source of learning because it is simple and provides accurate data that can help students understand the concept of the material.     Abstract The purpose of the research was to know the influence of the application of hand graphic organizer model toward the improvement of students' learning achievement. The sample of the study was sixth semester students of pgsd at PGRI University in academic year 2018/ 2019. The method used was the one group pratest posttest. The subject of the research was 17 students of PGSD. Hand Graphic Organizer organizer is two-dimensional visual form that describes the relationship among fact, idea, term, concept and others through hand learning model. The improvement of learning achievement is a process of conveying success in learning process which is achieved by obtaining score after test and evaluation. The results showed that in Experiment 1 and Experiment 2 there was an increase in learning achievement as seen from the results of a high percentage of 6.89%, a moderate value of 48.27%, and a low of 44.82%. As for the experimental percentage 2, a high value of 13.79%, a moderate value of 58.62%, and a low value of 27.58%. In summary, there was an improvement of students' learning achievement after treatment by using hand graphic organizer model and the score was higher after giving treatment by using hand graphic organizer model.Keywords: Hand Graphic Organizer model, learning achievementAbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari penerapan Hand Model Graphic Organizer terhadap peningkatan prestasi belajar mahasiswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada mahsiswa PGSD semester 6 di Universitas PGRI Palembang tahun ajaran 2018/ 2019. Metode yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini ialah pratest-postest kelompok tunggal (the one group pratest posttest). Subyek pada penelitian ini seluruh mahasiswa semster 6 Prodi PGSD berjumlah 17 mahasiswa. Hand Model Graphic Organizer merupakan suatu bentuk visual dua dimensi yang menggambarkan hubungan antara fakta, ide, istilah, konsep, dan sebagainya melalui model pembelajaran tangan. Peningkatan prestasi belajar  merupakan proses menyampaikan keberhasilan dalam proses belajar yang diwujudkan dengan memperoleh nilai atau angka setelah diadakannya tes dan evaluasi. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan pada eskperimen 1 dan eksperimen 2 mengalami peningkatan prestasi belajar dilihat dari hasil presentase nilai tinggi sebesar 6,89%, nilai sedang sebesar 48,27%, dan rendah sebesar 44,82%. Sedangkan untuk presentase eksperimen 2 nilai tinggi sebesar 13,79%, nilai sedang sebesar 58,62%, dan nilai rendah sebesar 27,58%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adanya peningkatan prestasi belajar mahasiswa yang setelah diberi perlakuan atau diajarkan menggunakan Hand Model Graphic Organizer dan skornya lebih tinggi daripada sebelum diberi perlakuan atau diajarkan menggunakan Hand Model Graphic Organizer.  Kata Kunci: Hands Model Graphic Organizer, Prestasi Belajar

    Bahan ajar ENOSPEM dapat dijadikan sumber ajar yang mengandung pesan pembelajaran yang sangatbaik dan dapat dimanfaatkan untuk kepentingan pembelajaran dalam membantu siswa belajar. Tujuanpengembangan adalah untuk mengetahui pentingnya cara meningkatkan valid, praktis, dan efektif bahanajar ENOSPEM terhadap keterampilan proses sains siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ResearchandDevelopment (R&D) yang dilakukan mengacu pada teori Borg dan Gall. Data yang diambil adalahmenguji dan meningkatkan valid, praktis, dan efektifnya bahan ajar serta melihat tanggapan siswa danguru melalui pengembangan bahan ajar ENOSPEM terhadap keterampilan proses sains siswa. Hasilpenelitian validasi produk bahan ajar ETNOSPEM dari pakar materi, ahli budaya daerah, dan praktisiyang memperoleh skor rata-rata 4,42 dengan kriteria sangat baik atau layak digunakan. Begitu jugakepraktisan bahan ajar ETNOSPEM menunjukkan kriteria sangat baik terlihat dengan 80% siswamemberikan tanggapan positif terhadap bahan ajar ETNOSPEM melalui analisis angket respon siswa.Sedangkan untuk efektivitas siswa belajar mengalami peningkatan terlihat melalui hasil pretest yangmemperoleh nilai rata-rata 58,67 menjadi 88,37 pada nilai rata-rata posttest. Berdasarkan hasil penelitiandapat disimpulkan bahwa bahan ajar ETNOSPEM layak digunakan, memiliki respon yang positif darisiswa dan guru, efektif dan praktis digunakan karena meningkatkan hasil belajar dan keterampilan prosessains siswa

    Artikel  ini bertujuan untuk menentukan kondisi psikologis anak-anak penyandang cacat. Menurut Tamsik Udin dan Tejaningsih, anak penyandang disabilitas adalah anak yang mengalami kendala dalam perkembangan sosial dan emosionalnya, sehingga dikukuhkan melalui perilaku norma hukum, sosial, agama yang berlaku di lingkungannya dengan frekuensi yang cukup tinggi. Artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Subjek berjumlah 4 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan penyediaan Daftar Periksa Masalah (DCM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa anak-anak penyandang disabilitas mengalami ketidakstabilan emosional sehingga ada kendala dalam berperilaku baik di masyarakat. Hambatan untuk perkembangan sosial pada anak-anak penyandang disabilitas ditunjukkan oleh kesulitan berteman. Ini karena mereka tidak dapat beradaptasi dengan kelompok yang lebih luas dan kesadaran sosial mereka sangat rendah dan mereka lebih suka bermain sendiri.     Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed.     “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

    Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

    We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.
