Peran Pesantren Nurul Huda dalam Penyebaran Ilmu Falak Di Banten
Pesantren is a means of developing Islamic faith, especially to develop the ability to interpret the core of Islamic teachings. Pesantren is also an educational institution in Banten, namely Nuruh Huda Baros pesantren. This pesantren specializes in the deepening of Falak Science. Falak science is a science that studies the trajectory of celestial bodies, such as sun, moon, stars and other celestial bodies, in order to know the position of other heavenly bodies.
This research concludes that the pesantren Nurul Huda was the first pesantren to develop Falak Science in Banten. The first creator of Falak Science in Banten is KH. E Mohammad Hilmi. Learning process undertaken by KH. E. Mohammad Hilmi uses several books of Falak Scripture namely the book Taqriebul Maqsad, Fathurrouful mannan, and Sulamun Nayyirain. The process of dissemination conducted by KH. E. Mohammad Hilmi by establishing Pesantren Nurul Huda, spread the Hijri calendar as much as 2000 calendar for one year both in Banten and outside Banten. KH.E Mohamad Hilmi plays a role in spreading Falak Science in Pesantren Nurul Huda Baros until 2005 but the distribution of Falak Science still berlansgung until now which is currently led by his son KH. E Mohammad Hilmi namely Muchtar Luthfi and Mochamad Zaeni Dahlan

Pesantren Nurul Huda begins with the construction of Diniyah Madrasah building is very simple as much as 3 (three) rooms only bamboo walls and roofed chiral leaves. Then in 1952 was built piecemeal musholla dankobongsantri which at that time only amounted to three students.
Departing from the above background, it is deemed necessary to conduct research on the role of Pesantren Nurul Huda in the Spreading of Falak Science in Banten because the author argues that Pesantren Nurul Huda in the distribution of Falak Science in Banten is very interesting and very needed for the community
Kontribusi K.H. ZUbair Umar dalam Kitab al-Khulasah al-Wafiah pada Perkmbangan Falak di Indonesia
The The development of astronomy in Indonesia has a long history, although the study of astronomy remains limited and rare due to its complex calculations. This development is tied to the journeys of Nusantara figures to the Middle East, such as K.H. Zubair Umar, author of al-Khulasah al-Wafiah. This research focuses on his contribution to the advancement of astronomy in Indonesia through his book. This is important as astronomy affects the qibla direction and prayer times for Muslims. To address this issue, the author adopts a multidisciplinary approach. This qualitative literature research collects data from relevant sources. K.H. Zubair Umar's classic book, al-Khulasah al-Wafiah, had a significant influence in Indonesia during the Japanese occupation and early independence, used in judicial institutions and time calculations. Zubair Umar's contribution is evident through his students who became astronomy experts in Indonesia. This study promotes a deeper understanding of Islamic intellectual heritage, the history of astronomy, and appreciation for Muslim scholars' contributions. It is hoped that this research will inspire further studies on Islamic intellectualism and the history of astronomy in Indonesia.Perkembangan ilmu falak di Indonesia telah berlangsung lama, meski studi falak masih kurang perhatian dan langka. Hal ini karena perhitungannya yang rumit. Perkembangan ilmu falak berkaitan dengan perjalanan tokoh Nusantara ke Timur Tengah. Salah satu tokoh tersebut adalah K.H. Zubair Umar, penulis al-Khulasah al-Wafiah. Penelitian ini fokus pada kontribusinya dalam perkembangan ilmu falak di Indonesia melalui kitabnya. Hal ini penting karena ilmu falak memengaruhi arah kiblat dan waktu shalat umat Islam. Dalam menanggapi masalah tersebut, penulis mengadopsi pendekatan multidisiplin. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pustaka kualitatif, dengan metode pengumpulan data dari literatur terkait. Kitab klasik al-Khulasah al-Wafiah oleh K.H. Zubair Umar memiliki pengaruh besar di Indonesia saat penjajahan Jepang dan awal kemerdekaan, digunakan di Lembaga kehakiman dan perhitungan waktu. Kontribusi K.H. Zubair Umar dapat dilihat dari murid-muridnya yang juga menjadi pakar ilmu falak di Indonesia. Penelitian ini mendorong pemahaman lebih dalam tentang warisan intelektual Islam dan sejarah ilmu falak serta apresiasi terhadap kontribusi ulama Muslim. IMPLEMENTASI RASI BINTANG NAVIGASI BUGIS PERSPEKTIF ILMU FALAK
This study discusses the implementation of Bugis navigation constellations in Falak Science. Star is a form of the sign of the greatness of God Almighty, which was created in vain, it has an important role in human life, one of which is that stars can be used as directions, as is known by the Bugis people in South Sulawesi, which makes stars as system navigation in the voyage which came to be called Bugis navigation. The aim of this research is to find out the implementation of the Bugis navigation constellations in Falak Science. This research belongs to library research, using a multidisciplinary approach, namely: the syar'i approach, the philosophical approach and the astronomical approach, where the data deemed relevant in the object of this study are analyzed and studied in depth by the author then poured in the form of discussion in answering the problem
KONSEP MODERASI BERAGAMA PERSPEKTIF MUHAMMAD QURAISH SHIHAB
Problematika yang dihadapi oleh manusia khusunya umat Islam semakin kompleks, baik internal maupun eksternal. Hal tersebut ditandai dengan seiring berkembannya zaman dan kemajuan teknologi serta gaya hidup manusia. Diantara problem yang terjadi adalah munculnya sikap berlebihan dan menggampangkan dalam mengamalkan ajaran agama, karena pemahaman yang kurang benar. Moderasi yang sejatinya merupakan karakter dari agama itu senidiri perlu dikampanyekan kembali supaya penganutnya dalam beragama memiliki sikap moderat. Moderasi sangat dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan persoalan-persoalan kehidupan yang dialami oleh manusia supaya tercipta kehidupan yang harmonis dan damai.
Moderasi menurut Muhammad Quraish Shihab berasal dari kata wasath, sadad, qashd, dan istiqamah yang dartikan pertengahan dan seimbang (adil). Moderasi bermakna keseimbangan yang dimaksud adalah mencakup keseimbangan dalam segala aspek kehidupan baik pandangan, sikap dan cara mencapai tujuan, keseimbangan antara jasad dan ruh, dunia dan akhirat, negara dan agama, ide dan realitas, individu dan kelompok, akal dan naql (teks keagamaan), klasik dan modern dan seterusnya. Penganut moderasi menyikapi segala persoalan hidup dengan seimbang (adil), berpedoman dengan petunjuk agama serta kondisi objektif yang sedang dialami dalam menyesuaikan diri dengan situasi yang dihadapi. Asas atau dasar dari moderasi itu sendiri adalah sikap berlebihan (ekstrem) dan menggapangkan dalam mengamalkan ajaran-ajaran agama. Aspek atau ruang lingkupnya mencakup semua bidang, diantaranya: akidah, syariah, akhlak, hukum, sosial, politik, ekonomi, dan pemikiran. Untuk mewujudkan moderasi menurutnya ada tiga syarat yang harus dipenuhi. Pertama, memiliki pengetahuan, kedua, mengendalikan emosi, dan ketiga, berhati-hati.

ARAH MATA ANGIN PADA RUMAH BUGIS DAN IMPLIKASINYA TERHADAP KURIKULUM ILMU FALAK (Studi di Desa Talungeng Kecamatan Barebbo Kabupaten Bone)
This research discusses the cardinal directions of Bugis houses and their implications for Falak Science in Talungeng Village, Barebbo Subdistrict, Bone Regency. This type of research is field research using qualitative methods. The data collection methods are observation, interview, and documentation. The result of this research is that the methodology of determining the cardinal directions in Bugis houses in Talungeng Village, Barebbo Subdistrict, Bone Regency is by looking at the position of the sun, by looking at the place where the sun sets or rises. The implications of the use of cardinal directions in Bugis houses on Falak Science in Talungeng Village, Barebbo Subdistrict, Bone Regency indirectly have similarities with Falak Science as a branch of science related to celestial objects in applying its knowledge, one of which is the use of the sun as a method used by the people of Talungeng Village in determining cardinal directions. The implication of this research that the methodology of determining the cardinal directions in Bugis houses using the position of sunrise and sunset as one of the methods in determining the location of the cardinal directions needs to be done more in-depth research related to the level of accuracy and also the author hopes that religious leaders or Falak Science students themselves can pay more attention and socialize related to the actual Qibla direction
PENGARUH POSISI MATAHARI TERHADAP PENENTUAN AWAL WAKTU SALAT PERSPEKTIF ILMU FALAK
The discussion in this article is about the perspective of astronomy in determining the beginning of prayer times. The main issues in this article are: 1.) How is the influence of the position of the sun in determining prayer times? 2.) What is the role of astronomy in determining prayer times?
This article is classified as library research, data is collected by quoting, adapting, and analyzing representative literature that has relevance to the problems discussed, then reviews, and concludes.
After holding a discussion about the Analysis of the Effect of the Position of the Sun on the Early Determination of Prayer Times from the Astrological Perspective, the authors can conclude that the determination of the beginning of prayer times is not always the same every day so that it will change depending on the position of the sun and solar data. Likewise in knowing the end of the prayer time that has been determined. The method used to determine the beginning of the prayer time in this study was the calculation method (reckoning). For this reason, it is very important to study more deeply about astronomy, especially regarding the determination of the beginning of prayer times because every day the position of the sun will be different so that the prayer times change differently.
The implication of the research in this article is that the author hopes that the government, astronomy experts, Islamic organizations, especially students, will continue to study more deeply the books of astronomy written by contemporary scholars in order to broaden their understanding of the early determination of prayer times. regarding the early determination of prayer times to the community, especially in remote areas so that people also know how to determine the early prayer times and understand that prayer times are not always the same every day.

Setelah membahasan tentang Pengaruh Posisi Matahari Terhadap Penentuan Awal Waktu Salat perspektif Ilmu Falak, maka penulis dapat menyimpulkan bahwa Penentuan awal waktu salat tidak selalu sama di setiap harinya sehingga akan berubah tergantung pada posisi matahari dan data-data matahari. Begitupun dalam mengetahui akhir waktu salat yang telah di tentukan waktunya. Metode yang digunakan untuk menentukan awal waktu salat dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode perhitungan (hisab). Untuk itu sangat penting untuk mengkaji lebih mendalam mengenai ilmu falak, khususnya tentang penentuan awal waktu salat karena setiap setiap hari posisi matahari akan berbeda sehingga perubahan waktu salat yang berbeda-beda.
Implikasi penelitian dalam artikel ini ialah penulis berharap pemerintah,ahli falak, Ormas Islam, terutama mahasiswa agar terus mengkaji lebih mendalam kitab-kitab ilmu falak yang ditulis oleh ulama-ulama kontemporer guna memperluas pemahaman mengenai penentuan awal waktu salat.Penulis juga berharap kedepannya dilakukan sosialisasi mengenai penentuan awal waktu salat kepada masyarakat terkhusus di daerah pelosok agar masyarakat juga mengetahui bagaimanacara penentuan awal waktu salat serta memahami bahwa waktu salat tidak selalu sama setiap harinya.

KONTRIBUSI ALUMNI ILMU FALAK UIN ALAUDDIN MAKASSAR DALAM PENYEBARAN ILMU FALAK DI KABUPATEN MAROS
Abstract
This research discusses the contribution of the Astrology Alumni of UIN Alauddin Makassar in the spread of Astrology in Maros Regency. This research uses a type of qualitative research (field study) by explaining systematically and normatively, as well as accurately regarding the object at the heart of the problem. In answering this problem the author uses a syar'ı approach because it is related to Islamic law in the Al-Quran. Hadith on the rules of Ushul Figh and the opinions of the ulama that are in accordance with these problems. Data collected by making observations. interviews, and documentation. The results of this research indicate that UIN Alauddin Makassar Alumni play an important role in spreading knowledge and understanding about astronomy in Maros Regency. They actively hold outreach activities, training, seminars and discussions to strengthen the public's understanding of astronomy and increase awareness of the importance of practicing astronomy in everyday life. Apart from that, Alumni also act as consultants and advisors to the community in determining the beginning of the month, Qibla direction and prayer times. Their contribution has had a positive impact in increasing public knowledge and awareness about astronomy in Maros Regency. Based on the results of field research related to the contribution of the Astrology Alumni of UIN Alauddin Makassar in the spread of astronomy science in the district. Maros, where the people of the district. Maros still doesn't know what astronomy is, they even say that this science is still relatively new, therefore here are some suggestions from researchers: A). For the local government of Maros Regency or the community in the Regency. Maros is always active in providing outreach and counseling to the public so that they understand the importance of astronomy in everyday life. B). For the people in the district. Maros, who still doesn't understand Falak Science, should invite Ilinu Falak alumni to collaborate with the Ministry of Religion in their respective villages to hold seminars, lectures, workshops or outreach activities either in government institutions or educational institutions. So that you get impulsive community guidance from seniors or astronomy graduates.
 
RASI BINTANG DALAM PENENTUAN ARAH MATA ANGIN PERSPEKTIF ILMU FALAK
The main problems in this research are the theory of star constellations, how to determine the direction of the compass with the constellations, and the view of astronomy about the constellations as a guide to the cardinal directions. This type of research is categorized into the type of library research (library research) where the data that is considered relevant in the object of this research is analyzed in depth by the author and then set forth in the form of discussion in answering the problem. In searching for data the author uses data collection methods namely documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the constellations that can be used in determining the cardinal directions are the Ursa Major constellation to determine the north direction, the Crux constellation to determine the south direction, the Orion constellation to determine the west direction and the Scorpio constellation to determine the southeast direction. In the view of astronomy that can be used in determining the direction of Qibla, namely the constellation Ursa Major and the constellation Orion. It is hoped that all members of Falakiyah can conduct research on determining the direction of the compass using the constellations. In applying the constellation as one of the methods in determining the cardinal directions, it is necessary to carry out more in-depth research related to the level of accuracy of cardinal directions using star constellations.
Pokok permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana teori rasi bintang, cara menentukan arah mata angin dengan rasi bintang, dan pandangan Ilmu Falak tentang rasi bintang sebagai petunjuk arah mata angin. Jenis penelitian ini dikategorikan kedalam jenis penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dimana penulis menganalisis secara menyeluruh data-data yang dianggap relevan dengan pokok bahasan penelitian ini dan kemudian disajikan jawaban atas masalah tersebut dalam bentuk pembahasan. Penulis menggunakan metode pengumpulan data, yaitu teknik dokumentasi untuk mencari data. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rasi bintang yang dapat digunakan dalam penentuan arah mata angin yaitu rasi bintang ursa major untuk menentukan arah utara, rasi bintang crux untuk menentukan arah selatan, rasi bintang orion untuk menentukan arah barat dan rasi bintang scorpio untuk menentukan arah tenggara. Dalam pandangan Ilmu Falak yang dapat digunakan dalam penentuan arah kiblat yaitu rasi bintang ursa major dan rasi bintang orion. Diharapkan seluruh insan Falakiyah dapat melakukan penelitian penentuan arah mata angin menggunakan rasi bintang. Dalam penerapan rasi bintang sebagai salah satu metode dalam penentuan arah mata angin maka perlu untuk dilakukan penelitian lebih mendalam terkait dengan tingkat keakurasian arah mata angin dengan menggunakan rasi bintang
THE SCIENCE OF FALAK ON VIRTUAL REALITY
In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, astronomers as well as modern society in general cannot turn away from the reality of virtual life. People get information, read and study any knowledge is very easy because everything is available in their hands. Faced with this condition, what about astronomy scholarship? Amid the assumption that astronomy and experts are very rare. So astronomers are demanded to be able to adapt and develop themselves with 'literacy' technology to be able to package the astronomy knowledge and present its content to the public easily and to construct it in digital form. Why does this virtual reality have to be faced and how to deal with it? Associated with efforts to answer the needs of the public about astronomical scholarship in virtual reality, various innovations and creativity of astronomers emerged in the form of digitizing material, books (books) and astronomical applications. This variety of innovations will increase the interest of millennial students to learn and master it. Through this paper,-some of the digitization pattern-, the author will study it with the content analysis method and describe it descriptively-interpretatively. From the results of studies, the author has led to a conclusion that; the first, found a number of patterns of celestial scientific digitalization; from the side of the content, the digital astronomical material consists of the calculation of qibla direction, prayer time, the beginning of the month and eclipse and the practice of its determination, from the media aspect, the astronomy knowledge is presented through social media, such as facebook, instagram, whatsApp and youtube; through website-based media, such as bimasislam.kemenag.go.id, and if.walisongo.ac.id., in the form of smartphone applications, such as digital falak, mizwandroid, qiblat, usholli and so on. While the design of the presentation is varied, in the form of text, video, images and pdf. The second, each of these patterns has made a valuable contribution to the virtual learning of astronomy for millennial society in the current era of the industrial revolution 4.0
Perkembangan Ilmu Falak Pada Peradaban Pra Islam
This paper aims to explore the history of the glory of the development of astronomy before the Prophet Muhammad was sent to be an Apostle. Celestial science reached its golden age in the Abbasid period, where many astronomers were born, this is inseparable from the role of previous civilizations. Recorded several civilizations that existed before the prophet Muhammad were sent including some findings that contributed greatly to the development of astronomy, namely, civilization in the Mesopotamia region, Ancient Egypt and even the Arabs before the arrival of Islam.
