Manajemen kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Islam Holis Bandung
Full text linkSalah satu sumber daya manusia yang memiliki peran dominan dalam pengelolaan pendidikan di sekolah adalah pimpinan yang dikenal dengan sebutan kepala sekolah. Kepala sekolah memiliki tanggung jawab melakukan perbaikan dan peningkatan mutu pendidikan dan pengajaran. Keadaan tersebut dilandasi oleh anggapan bahwa tujuan utama penyelenggaraan pendidikan melalui sekolah adalah tercapainya lingkungan yang kondusif, sehingga proses belajar mengajar dapat tercapai secara efektif. Peran pokok pimpinan sekolah terletak pada kesanggupannya mempengaruhi lingkungan sekolah melalui penerapan proses kepemimpinan yang dinamis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui latar belakang berdirinya pendidikan Islam MTs Al-Islam Holis Bandung, konsep manajemen kepemimpinan kepala madrasah, perencanaan manajemen kepemimpinan kepala madrasah, pengorganisasian manajemen kepemimpinan kepala madrasah, pengawasan manajemen kepemimpinan kepala madrasah, faktor penunjang dan pengahambat pelaksanaan kepemimpinan sehingga diketahui pula keberhasilan yang telah dicapai dari pelaksanaan kepemimpinan pendidikan Islam di MTs Al-Islam Holis Bandung.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif yaitu metode penelitian untuk memecahkan masalah-masalah yang aktual. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui obsevasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi / menyalin. Manajemen yang dilakukan kepala madrasah MTs Al Islam Holis Bandung berupaya menerapkan MBS yang adanya kesinambungan antara pelaksanaan manajemen kepemimpinan dalam meningkatkan kualitas sekolah yang dipimpinnya dengan program yang dilakukan yaitu meningkatkan kemampuan personil sekolah dalam pengelolaan sumberdaya dan penyusunan program, mendorong partisipasi masyarakat yang lebih besar untuk mendukung pendidikan di sekolah, mendorong pemanfatan anggaran sekolah sesuai kebutuhan sekolah. konsep yang diterapkan dengan menempuh empat tahap, yaitu: perencanaan, pengorganisasaian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan.
Dari hasil penelitian dan data yang didapatkan dari pelaksanaan manajemen kepemimpinan kepala madrasah Al-Islam Holis Bandung bahwa keberhasilan penyelenggaraan pendidikan MTs Al Islam Holis Bandung prestasi sekolah khususnya prestasi peserta didik menunjukan pencapaian yang tinggi yaitu nilai rapor dan nilai kelulusan memenuhi standar yang ditentukan yang didukung oleh sistem manajemen kepemimpinan kepala madrasah Al Islam Holis Bandung. Dalam pelaksanaan manajemen kepemimpinan MTs Al Islam tidak terlepas dari faktor penunjang dan penghambat, untuk mengantisifasi faktor penghambat diperlukan upaya-upaya untuk mengatasinya

The labour market participation of Northern Ireland University Students
Full text linkThis paper seeks to examine what factors are associated with student labour force participation in Northern Ireland in both term-time and vacation making use of Quarterly Labour Force Survey data for the period March 1998 to February 1999. The results suggest female students are more likely to work than male students, mature students are less likely to work than non-mature students, Roman Catholic students are less likely to work than non-Roman Catholic students, students living at home are more likely to work than student living away from home and an increase in the actual or predicted wage increases the probability of labour force participation. The author suggests that some of these results are due to the particular nature of the Northern Ireland socio- economic situation while others are likely to be true for the rest of the United Kingdom.education employment Northern Ireland

No full textTeenagers in Sampang Regency, especially in Sokobanah Regency, face various problems in this increasingly modern era. various ways and efforts to provide Islamic answers to various problems that exist in the lives of these teenagers. Problems faced include moral decline, motorbike gangs, and drug addicts. K. Holis Jamal and his community, the Nurul Hikmah Youth Prayer Council (MPB), must fundamentally change the morals of teenagers in Sokobanah Sampang District because of this issue. As a result, da'wah must be packaged accurately, perfectly and purely. contextual and factual. The theoretical framework of persuasive communication is the basis for this research, which uses a qualitative naturalistic narrative research approach. K. Holis Jamal's preaching among teenagers is the focus of this journal. The following results were revealed by this research: 1) K. Holis Jamal only met his da'wah partners when he was doing da'wah; 2) he practices da'wah through the MPB Youth Community, Majlis Nurul Hikmah Bersholawat; and 3) instructing members of the Assembly in preaching. Based on supporting factors, research shows: 1) the attractiveness of the communicator; 2) preparing da'wah messages. Apart from that, this research faces obstacles such as: 1) semantic factors and 2) social position. So far, the aim has been to increase kinship with da'wah partners and make maximum use of da'i da'wah strategies

Full text linkManajemen pendidikan karakter merupakan suatu keharusan untuk mencapai visi sekolah dalam menciptakan siswa yang berkarakter. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pendidikan karakter, implementasi pendidikan karakter, dan hasil pendidikan karakter pada masa pandemi COVID-19 di SMP BPK PENABUR Holis. Pada dasarnya permasalahan penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengelolaan pendidikan karakter di SMP BPK PENABUR Holis meliputi: perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengendalian atau pengawasan pendidikan karakter. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian di SMP BPK PENABUR Holis yang berlokasi di Kompleks Taman Holis Indah Blok A. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan karakter sangat dibutuhkan baik di sekolah maupun di rumah, mengintegrasikan pendidikan karakter dengan pembelajaran jarak jauh, hasil pendidikan karakter dapat dilihat dari keinginan siswa untuk membantu orang tuanya bekerja di rumah selama masa pandemi COVID- 19 pandemi. Ada tanggapan yang positif dari orang tua terhadap pendidikan karakter yang diberikan pihak sekolah meskipun siswa masih mengikuti pembelajaran daring, namun pada beberapa kasus peneliti menemukan bahwa sebagian siswa mengikuti program pendidikan karakter hanya untuk memperoleh nilai sosial dan spiritual saja. Kolaborasi antara sekolah dan orang tua menjadi kunci keberhasilan program pendidikan karakter ini. Sehingga, di tengah pandemi COVID-19 yang mengharuskan siswa belajar dari rumah, pendidikan karakter bisa tetap berjalan.
Management of character education is a must to achieve school’s vision creating students with good character. This research aimed to describe character education, implementation of character education, and the results of character education during the COVID-19 pandemic in SMP BPK PENABUR Holis. Basically, the problem of this research is how the management of character education at SMP BPK PENABUR Holis includes: planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling or supervising character education. The methodology used in this research is qualitative with descriptive approach. The research location was SMP BPK PENABUR Holis which is located in the Taman Holis Indah Blok A The results of the analysis show that character education is needed both at school and home, integrating character education with home-based learning, the results of character education can be seen from the willingness of students to help their parent’s works at home during the COVID-19 pandemic. There is a positive response from parents regarding character education provided by school even though the students still attend online learning, but in somecase researcher found that some students follow the character education programme only for social and spiritual marks. The collaboration between school and parents is the key to the success of this programme of character education. So, in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, which requires students to learn from home, character education can continue
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
