Hikma Pharmaceuticals is a multinational pharmaceutical group which operates in the MENA region, the USA and Europe. Hikma started to produce and market generics in local markets in 1978 and became listed on the London stock exchange in 2005, reaching over US$1 billion turnover after three decades and having presence in more than 50 markets. The massive growth of this global company initiated via high investments and successful strategies in different market entries.

The Dialogue of Hikma: Generating Harmony in MuslimNon-Muslim Relations
Get PDFThis article seeks to explain the concept of the dialogue of hikma as a qur'anic principle in developing harmony in Muslimnon-Muslim relations. Living together harmoniously is essential in a community made up of a myriad of cultures and religions. Efforts to create harmony can be realized through the dialogue of hikma and by inculcating it as the culture in daily life interaction. This is truly essential in the context of mixed-faith families. In order to explore how the dialogue of hikma can be applied in Muslimnon-Muslim relations, this article examines the experience of Muslim converts living together with their non-Muslim families of origin. The research was conducted through in-depth interviews with selected Muslim converts from a variety of cultural backgrounds, living in the area of Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. The results indicate that Muslim converts share similar experiences in applying the dialogue of hikma as a mechanism for solving family problem arising as a result of conversion to Islam

No full textEl estudio trata sobre dos expresiones de la lengua árabe con las cuales la cultura islámica se refirió a la filosofía, las cuales son Falsafa y Hikma. Específicamente, se examina su uso en la obra Prolegómenos a la historia universal del historiador Abderrahmán Ibn Jaldún. También se examinan y cotejan los comentarios de varios arabistas e islamólogos acerca del tratamiento de Ibn Jaldún a los temas filosóficos, y a su uso de ambos términos. Se intenta explicar por qué dicho autor toma en ciertas partes de su obra una actitud de rechazo hacia la filosofía, mientras que en otras partes de su misma obra muestra una actitud aprobatoria hacia la misma.Abstract This paper deals with two terms in Arabic, Falsafa and Hikma, which where used in Islamic culture to refer to philosophy. Their use in the work Prolegomena to Universal History by the historian Abderrahman Ibn Khaldun is specifically examined. Also commentaries by some arabists and islamologists about Ibn Khaldun\u27s treatment of philosohical themes, and his use of both terms are examined and compared. A tentative is made to explain why the aforementioned author has in some chapters of his work an attitude of rejection towards philosophy, while in other parts of his same work he holds an approving attitude in relation to it.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Kendala yang dihadapi guru non sarjana pada saat mengajar di MTs Nurul Hikma Tolada Kabupaten Luwu Utara. 2) Penyebab guru mengajarkan tidak sesuai dengan bidang studi yang diampuh dan penyebab guru non sarjana diperbolehkan mengajar di MTs Nurul Hikma Tolada Kabupaten Luwu Utara. 3) Aspek yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan guru dalam melaksanakan tugas-tugas pembelajaran di MTs Nurul Hikma Tolada Kabupaten Luwu Utara. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Adapun pemilihan informan pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria guru yang belum sarjana mengajar dan guru mengajarkan tidak sesuai dengan bidang strudinya di MTs Nurul Hikma Tolada Kabupaten Luwu Utara sebanyak 7 guru serta 3 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data kualitatif melalui tiga tahap yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik pengabsahan data menggunakan teknik member check.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Kendala yang dihadapi guru non sarjana pada saat mengajar di MTs Nurul Hikma Tolada Kabupaten Luwu Utara: a) Siswa kurang bisa diatur; b) Usia pendidik yang masih sangat muda. 2) Penyebab guru mengajarkan tidak sesuai dengan bidang studi yang diampuh dan penyebab guru non sarjana diperbolehkan mengajar di MTs Nurul Hikma Tolada Kabupaten Luwu Utara: a) Kekurangan guru yang sesuai bidang ilmunya; b) Kurangnya Perguruan Tinggi yang memiliki jurusan keguruan di Luwu Utara. 3) Aspek yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan guru dalam melaksanakan tugas-tugas pembelajaran di MTs Nurul Hikma Tolada Kabupaten Luwu Utara: a) kemampuan menyusun rencana pembelajaran; b) Kemampuan melaksanakan pembelajaran; c) Kemampuan melaksanakan penilaian hasil belajar; d) Kemampuan melaksanakan program pengayaan; e) Kemampuan melaksanakan program remedial
Upaya Meningkatkan Kemampuan Motorik Kasar Anak Melalui Gerak Dan Lagu Pada Kelompok A TK Hikma Urung
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kemampuan motorik kasar dapat ditingkatkan melalui gerak dan lagu di kelompok A di TK Hikma Urung. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian tindakan kelas, subjek penelitian adalah anak kelompok A TK Hikma Urung pada semester I 2021/2022 sebanyak 6 anak. Berdasarkan data hasil observasi kemampuan motorik kasar anak di TK Hikma Urung rendah. Penelitian dilaksanakan dua tahap yaitu siklus I dan siklus II. Analisis data menunjukkan kemampuan motorik kasar anak sebesar 50 % pada siklus I dan 75 % pada siklus II. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa melalui gerak dan lagu dapat meningkatkan kemampuan motorik kasar anak.Kata kunci: Gerak, lagu, Motorik Kasa

The Divine Love in Sufi Thought within the Framework of Ahmad Yasawi's Divan-e Hikma
No full textOne of the 12th century sufis, Hodja Ahmad Yasawi, earned reputation as the Peer of Turkestan and effected enormously the Turk to become Muslim and to shape their religious ideas. His ideas have reached to the present by means of his religious, sufistic and moral advices. These advices called hikma, were collected in his book Divan-e Hikma. In Divan-e Hikma, Ahmad Yasawi featured the subject of divine love about which a big literature was consisted in sufi tradition. According to him, the love is the sole way of being reunited with Allah. However, being a lover of Allah requires to struggle with the self/nafs and to give up every profane thing. It is possibile with a spirituel training called sayr u suluq practiced under the guidance of sheikh/murshid.
