    ULIKAN SOSIOLOGI SASTRA DINA NOVEL-NOVEL SUNDA KARYA TATANG SUMARSONO

    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh perlunya usaha penelitian karya-karya sastra Sunda, terutama karya dari para sastrawan Sunda yang mumpuni, baik secara kualitas maupun kuantitas. Selain untuk menggali nilai-nilai sastra, juga mengetahui riwayat hidup dan kepengarangannya yang mempengaruhi karyanya, di antaranya adalah novel-novel Sunda karya Tatang Sumarsono. Peneltian ini bertujuan menemukan dan mendeskripsikan aspek-aspek, adalah untuk mendeskripsikan (1) aspek sosiologi pengarang novel Demung Janggala, Kolébat Kuwung-kuwungan Kinasih Katumbirian, Galuring Gending, Kakarén Révolusi, dan Mandédurma; (2) aspek sosiologi karya sastra novel Demung Janggala, Kolébat Kuwung-kuwungan Kinasih Katumbirian, Galuring Gending, Kakarén Révolusi, dan Mandédurma; dan (3) aspek sosiologi sastra novel Demung Janggala, Kolébat Kuwung-kuwungan Kinasih Katumbirian, Galuring Gending, Kakarén Révolusi, dan Mandédurma. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mencari dan mendeskripsikan data-data dengan mengaitkan antara sosiologi sastra dengan teks sastra secara teliti. Teknik yang digunakan adalah teknik studi pustaka dan teknik hermeneutika. Untuk analisis data digunakan studi dokumentasi (documentary study) dan wawancara (interview). Hasil penelitian ini menmukan bahwa dalam aspek sosiologi pengarang yang mempengaruhi karyanya adalah status sosial, ideologi politik, profesi, dan hobi. Dalam aspek sosiologi karya sastra yang mempengaruhi adalah kritik sosial kepada masyarakat yang tidak menghargai nilai tradisi, melanggar aturan, merusak alam, mengabaikan nilai keagamaan (religiusitas), dan pemimpin yang melanggar aturan. Dalam aspek sosiologi sastra, apresiasi masyarakat sastra terhadap lima novel Sunda tersebut sangat baik serta memberi pengaruh sosial kepada masyarakat. Melalui penelitian ini maka anggapan bahwa sastra merupakan cerminan dari kehidupan sosial masarakat, terbukti benar adanya. In addition to exploring literary values, also know the life history and authorship that influenced his work, among them were Sundanese novels by Tatang Sumarsono. The purpose of this study were to describe (1) the sociological aspects of the author in Demung Janggala, Kolébat Kuwung-kuwungan Kinasih Katumbirian, Galuring Gending, Kakarén Révolusi, and Mandédurma novels; (2) the sociological aspects of the literary works in Demung Janggala, Kolébat Kuwung-kuwungan Kinasih Katumbirian, Galuring Gending, Kakarén Révolusi, and Mandédurma novels; and (3) the sociological aspects of literature in Demung Janggala, Kolébat Kuwung-kuwungan Kinasih Katumbirian, Galuring Gending, Kakarén Révolusi, and Mandédurma novels. The method used in this study was a descriptive method which aimed to find and describe the data by associating between the sociology of literature and literary texts carefully. While the techniques used were literature review, hermeneutics, data analysis, documentary, and interview techniques. The results of this study showed that in the sociological aspects of the author that influenced his works were social status, political ideology, profession, and hobbies. In the sociological aspects of literary works that influenced his works were social critiques for people which often violated the rules, undermined nature, ignored religious values (religiosity), and leaders who broke the rules. While in the sociological aspects of literature, the appreciation of the literary community towards the five Sundanese novels was very good and it gave social influences for people.     How does a missing part become important for primary school students in understanding fractions? This often leads to misinterpretation in solving fractional problems. In this study, a task aiming at identifying students’ struggles in understanding the basic concept of part-whole relationships in fractions was developed and tested with six 4th-grade students. The task uses Indonesian sweet food, martabak, that has a rounded pizza-like shape as a context in which one slice was missing. Realistic Mathematics Education underlies the context designed, that was also inspired by the Dutch textbook Alles telt Q Basiswerkschrift. The study used a qualitative methodology through an interview, observation, and written test. The result of this study indicated that the students’ struggles can be identified as follows: making references to the whole, making references to the complete partition, and making sense of the incomplete partition. The study showed that the designed tasks have potentials to provoke students' reasoning in learning fractions. The findings indicate that when students learn fractions, their understanding of the meaning of fractions should be well addressed with problems that challenge this part-whole relationship.     The Influence of E-Learning Model Web Enhanced Course to Conceptual Understanding and Self Regulated Learning in Mathematics for Elementary School Students

    Abstract This study is aimed to analyze students’ conceptual understanding and their self-regulated learning in mathematics between students who are treated using the e-learning model web enhanced course and those who are taught with the power point and to find out the appropriate e-learning design in learning math for elementary school. This study was conducted through quasi-experiment with a pre test-post test control group design. The population of this study is all of the 5thgrade students of private Islamic Elementary School (MI) in Jakarta, while the sample is taken from two classes of the population. The instruments used in this study are the essay, questionnaire, and observation sheet. The results showed that 1) students’ conceptual understanding of mathematics using e-learning model web enhanced course is better than students who get the learning using power point, 2) students’ self-regulated learning treated using e-learning model web enhanced course is better than students’ who get the learning using power point, 3) e-learning design that fits in the learning of mathematics in primary schools is e-learning design, incorporating text, images, and animations as well as providing convenience for group discussion. Based on these results it can be concluded that the e-learning web-enhanced model affects the conceptual understanding of mathematics and self-regulated learning of elementary school students.   Abstrak Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pemahaman konseptual siswa dan pembelajaran mandiri dalam matematika antara siswa yang diperlakukan menggunakan pembelajaran berbasis internet dan siswa yang diajarkan menggunakan power point dan untuk menemukan bentuk pembelajaran berbasis internet yang tepat dalam pembelajaran matematika untuk sekolah dasar. Studi ini diadakan melalui quasi-experiment dengan bentuk pre test dan post test. Populasi studi ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas 5 MI di Jakarta, sedangkan sampel diambil dari dua kelas dari keseluruhan populasi. Instrument yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah essay, questionnaire, dan lembar observasi. Hasil dari studi ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) pemahaman konseptual siswa dalam matematika dengan menggunakan pembelajaran berbasis internet lebih baik dari pada siswa yang belajar menggunakan power point, 2) pembelajaran mandiri siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran berbasis internet lebih baik dari pada siswa yang belajar menggunakan power point, 3) bentuk pembelajaran berbasis internet yang cocok dalam belajar matematika untuk sekolah dasar adalah bentuk pembelajaran berbasis internet, memasukan teks, gambar, dan animasi senyaman mungkin untuk diskusi kelompok. Berdasarkan hasil di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran berbasis internet mempengaruhi pemahaman konseptual pelajaran matematika dan pembelajaran mandiri siswa sekolah dasar.   How to Cite : Arifin, F.     AbstractIn drama scripts, of course there are dialog interactions, these dialogues often bring up various interpretations. In this study, the author will discuss violations and the principles of cooperation contained in the drama “Bunga Rumah Makanâ€. Inspected with a pragmatic approach and implications for Indonesian language and literature learning materials. The purpose of writing this article is to find out and obtain a description of the implications of the discourse in the play. The type of this research is qualitative. The method used is descriptive analysis method. As a result, the drama script of “Bunga Rumah Makan†by Utuy Tatang Sontani violated the principles of cooperation, namely the quantity maxim, quality maxim, relevance maxim, and implementation maxim. Deviations found in the drama “Bunga Rumah Makan†text which arise due to violations of the principle of cooperation consist of different kinds of implicature. The implicature is an implicature that is clear, hateful, seductive, and refusing.     In order to improve the quality of primary mathematics teaching and learning, many efforts had be done by researchers. Otherwise, it is difficult to implement research findings in the schools setting to improve teaching outcomes. This action research attempts to explore the implementation of lesson study in order to improve the quality of teaching and learning mathematics in primary schools. The study was conducted in some private and public primary schools arround Bandung.&nbsp;The study found that lesson study becomes one of the most effective ways to improve the quality of primary mathematics teaching and learning through teachers professional development program. Dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas matematika dasar pengajaran dan pembelajaran, berbagai upaya telah dilakukan oleh peneliti. Jika tidak, sulit untuk menerapkan hasil penelitian di sekolah pengaturan untuk meningkatkan hasil pengajaran. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk mengeksplorasi pelaksanaan lesson study dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran dan pembelajaran matematika di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini dilakukan di beberapa SD di seluruh sekolah swasta dan negeri Bandung. Studi ini menemukan bahwa lesson study menjadi salah satu cara yang paling efektif untuk meningkatkan kualitas matematika dasar pengajaran dan pembelajaran melalui program pengembangan profesi guru. &nbsp

    Salah satu penyebab rendahnya penguasaan matematika siswa adalah guru tidak memberi kesempatan yang cukup kepada siswa untuk membangun sendiri pengetahuannya. Matematika dipelajari oleh kebanyakan siswa secara langsung dalam bentuk yang sudah jadi (formal), karena matematika dipandang oleh kebanyakan guru sebagai suatu proses yang prosedural dan mekanistis. Tulisan ini memaparkan bahwa matematika harus dipahami dan dimaknai siswa melalui pengkonstruksian pengetahuan oleh siswa sendiri, diantaranya melalui pembelajaran berbasis masalah.     Pada era informasi seperti sekarang ini, kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi menjadi salah satu kemahiran yang diperlukan dalam kehidupan. Namun demikian, dalam kegiatan pembelajaran matematika di sekolah selama ini belum banyak memberi kesempatan kepada siswa untuk mengembangkan kemampuan yang satu ini. Melalui penelitian ini dilakukan studi eksperimen untuk mengungkapkan peningkatan kemampuan berpikir matematis tingkat tinggi dan disposisi matematis siswa SMP, sebagai akibat dari perlakuan yang diberikan berupa pembelajaran berbasis masalah. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas dua SMP dari tiga sekolah yang berkualifikasi baik, cukup, dan kurang sebanyak sembilan kelas dengan enam kelas kelompok eksperimen dan tiga kelas kelompok kontrol. Dari kesembilan kelas tersebut, tiga kelas kelompok eksperimen masing-masing diberi perlakuan pembelajaran berbasis masalah terbuka, tiga kelas eksperimen lainnya masing-masing diberi perlakukan pembelajaran berbasis masalah terstruktur, dan tiga kelas kontrol masing-masing mendapatkan pembelajaran biasa (konvensional). Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes, skala disposisi matematis, dan lembar observasi. Hasil penelitian ini d i antaranya menyimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis masalah terbuka dan pembelajaran berbasis masalah terstruktur secara signifikan lebih baik daripada pembelajaran konvensional dalam hal meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir matematis tingkat tinggi siswa ditinjau berdasarkan perbedaan kualifikasi sekolah dan kecerdasan siswa. Namun, perbedaan peningkatan kemampuan berpikir matematis tingkat tinggi ini tidak tampak apabila titinjau berdasarkan perbedaan gender. Selain itu, hasil penelitian ini punmenunjukkan bahwa disposisi matematis siswa yang mendapatkan pembelajaran berbasis masalah terbuka lebih baik daripada disposisi matematis siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran berbasis masalah terstruktur

    In the conventional learning of mathematics, generally learners are not given enough opportunity to develop their reasoning ability because of the teacher's excessive concentration on mathematical activities which are algorithmic and mechanical while abilities in problem-solving, critical and creative thinking, and communicating are important for learners to possess on the face of such a global information era as that currently going on. The problem-based learning (or PBL, for short) carried out in the research this article is about is one of the approaches to the learning of mathematics facilitating learners in learning through problem-solving activities. By means of such mathematical activities, learners are urged to make observations, explorations, investigations, and inquiries in solving mathematical problems. With teacher guidance, learners are made to feel demanded to ask questions and give arguments through a process of in-group interaction, negotiation, and reflection so that they could formulate conjectures and conclusions. The research this article is about employed the procedure of collaborative classroom action research conducted through the implementation of problem-based learning and focused on improving the mathematical reasoning ability of junior high school students. The research subjects were forty-six students of Grade 2B at SMP Negeri 22 Bandung, a state junior high school. The instruments employed in the research were tests on reasoning ability, questionnaires, observation sheets, students' diaries/journals, and interview pointers.
