Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Kesehatan Berbasis Android
In writing this thesis, the author’s make a health information system application android based. This application is a type of software used to provide health related information. Along with the development of technology to make health problems in the community began to be neglected, not to mention their busy work schedule causes the level of stress is also higher. Based on this the authors are interested to make the application of health information systems in the application there are articles about health, list of medicine, ideal weight counter, and also list of hospitals in Medan city. In making the application, the author uses the Android Studio application as a manufacture of applications based on android and using java programming language. HADITS-HADITS ASMAAUN AL-NABI MUHAMMAD SAW (Suatu Analisis Berdasarkan Kritik Matan dan Sanad)
ABSTRACT
This paper, entitled "Hadiths about Asmaun al-Prophet Muhammad SAW, (an analysis based on the criticism of the eyes), discusses the subject matter, namely how the quality of the traditions about Asmaun al-Prophet Muhammad Saw. In the research of hadith, the writer uses the maudhu'i method. In general, this research aims to collect the rules of internal criticism of hadith (naqd dakhiily / naqd batiiny) with the subject of hadiths. Applied criticism is expressed starting from the aspect of standardization (ratio) of hadithic information, testing the validity of texts and testing the multiplicity of doctrinal substances for the purposes of formulating shari'iyyah evidence. The author takes one path from the history of Imam At-Tirmidhi to be examined and finally it can be concluded that there are no things that can damage the credibility of sanad and hadith observations. So it can be stated that the hadith is of authentic quality. That means that its accuracy and status can be justified
Manajemen Peningkatan Mutu Pendidikan Berbasis Madrasah (Studi Multi Situs Di Man Se Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah)
Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk membahas mengenai Manajemen Peningkatan
Mutu Berbasis Madrasah (Studi Multi Situs Di MAN Se Kabupaten Tapanuli
Tengah), metode yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif mutlisitus di MAN 1, 2, dan 3
Tapanuli Tengah. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu 1. Perencanaan peningkatan mutu
pendidikan dilakukan dengan melibatkan semua komponen madrasah dan
stakeholders, di MAN 1, MAN 2 dan MAN 3 Tapanuli Tengah, ketiga lembaga
tersebut telah melakukan perencanaan program peningkatan mutu pendidikan
dengan melibatkan stakeholders melalui 6 langkah yaitu (1)membuat analisis
situasi dan kondisi dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT, (2) merencanakan
pembuatan visi, misi madrasah, (3) merencanakan pengembangan kurikulum
madrasah, (4) merencanakan pembinaan kompetensi guru, (5) merencanakan
penyediaan sarana prasarana, (6) merencanakan pembinaan siswa agar mencapai
prestasi akademik maupun non akademik. 2. Berdasarkan hasil analsis lintas kasus
tentang pelaksanaan peningkatan mutu pendidikan di MAN 1, MAN 2 dan MAN
3 Tapanuli Tengah.Pelaksanaan program peningkatanmutu pendidikan melalui
beberapa program kegiatan yaitu: (1) berdasarkan pada visi misi madrasah, (2)
peningkatan kopetensi guru, (3) pengembangan kurikulum, (4) sarana prasarana
pendidikan, (5) pembinaanterhadap prestasi siswa, (6) pengendalian dilakukan
melalui monitoring dan evaluasi kerja. 3. Pengevaluasian MBM Dalam
Pelaksanaan Mutu Pendidikan Di MAN Tapanuli Tengah dimana dilakukan
secara transparan dan obyektif mutlak diperlukan, dan evaluasi merupakan
kegiatan akhir dari proses dan tindakan manajemen. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa
pengevaluasian yang ada di MAN Tapanuli Tengah kegiatan evaluasi atau
penilaian terhadap guru biasanya lebih difokuskan pada prestasi individu guru
terutama dalam kegiatan proses belajar mengajar, dan peran sertanya dalam
kegiatan pendidikan di madrasah. Selain adanya pengevaluasian yang dilakukan
oleh kepala madrasah maka adanya pengawasan juga diperlukan yakni dengan
adanya pengawasan tersebut rewards system terhadap individu madrasah,
meningkatkatkan iklim kompetisi antar madrasah, memperbaiki sistem yang ada
secara keseluruhan, dan membantu madrasah dalam mengembangkan diri. 4.
Faktor penghambat dalam pengimplemetasian MBM di madrasah adalah peran
serta komite madrasah masih kurang dalam menjadi mitra kerja kepala madrasah
dalam mengambil setiap keputusan oleh kepala madrasah yang merupakan
keputusan bersama kepala madrasah dan warga madrasah sehingga dalam
pelaksanaan keputusan tersebut semua warga madrasah memiliki tanggungjawab
dan komitmen yang tinggi
Etos kerja guru pendidikan agama Islam dalam upaya peningkatan pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam di SMK Negeri 1 Sipirok
Permasalahan penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana Etos Kerja Guru Pendidikan
Agama Islam di SMK Negeri 1 Sipirok. Bagaimana Kualitas Pembelajaran
Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMK Negeri 1 Sipirok.
Berdasarkan masalah di atas, maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk
mengetahui Etos Kerja Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMK Negeri 1 Sipirok.
Dan untuk mengetahui Kualitas Pembelajaran di SMK Negeri 1 Sipirok.
Adapun subjek penelitian (informan peneltian) dalam penelitian ini adalah
data primer yaitu guru pendidikan Agama Islam sebanyak 3 orang. Data sekunder
yaitu, kepala sekolah SMK Negeri 1 Sipirok, guru –guru SMK Negeri 1 Sipirok
siswa-siswi SMK Negeri 1 Sipirok.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yaitu penelitian yang
dilakukan dengan mengamati fenomena disekitarnya dan menganalisisnya dengan
menggunakan logika ilmiah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah
dengan metode deskriptif yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan
keadaan yang sebenarnya dilapangan secara murni apa adanya sesuai dengan konteks
penelitian.
Berdasarkan pembahasan dan hasil penelitian yang dilaksanakan peneliti
memberikan kesimpulan bahwa Etos kerja Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam secara
verbalis sudah bagus, karena ke empat indikator etos kerja guru, yaitu karakter,
kompetensi, konfidensi, dan karisma sudah mencerminkan etos kerja Guru
Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMK Negeri 1 Sipirok. Namun, secara pengamalan dari
etos kerja itu masih perlu upaya motivasi dari kepala sekolah kepada guru Pendidikan
Agama Islam untuk terus meningkatkan indikator etos kerja itu sendiri. Adapun
Kualitas pembelajaran di SMK Negeri 1 Sipirok, yaitu guru Pendidikan Agama
Islam sudah melaksanakan proses pembelajaran seperti membuat RPP, menyesuaikan
materi pembelajaran dengan RPP, mengunakan metode dan media pembelajaran serta
menggunakan evaluasi pembelajaran

In writing this paper the author discusses the coordination and supervision by the police
against a civil servant investigators (investigators) in the interrogation of criminal damage
heritage buildings in Yogyakarta. It is in the background, with many heritage buildings were
damaged and missing. This study aims to find out about how the process of coordination and
supervision of the investigation between the Police and investigators in law enforcement
against criminal acts of destruction of cultural heritage buildings. Barriers as well as the
efforts made by the Police, Cultural Heritage Preservation Hall (BPCP), and the culture and
tourism department yogyakarta against law enforcement destruction of heritage buildings in
Yogyakarta. In an effort to know the law enforcement, Barriers and attempts to heritage
buildings, the method used approach is empirical juridical. Reviewing and analyzing the
problems defined legally with empirical facts objectively view. Then all the data available in
the descriptive analysis. Based on the research results. Author obtain answers to existing
problems. That many heritage buildings were damaged and lost is due to the lack of law
enforcement on cultural heritage buildings. Responding to the facts - the facts mentioned
above, the enforcement and legal protection of cultural heritage should be further enhanced in

Implementasi Kebijakan Kurikulum Dalam Peningkatan Mutu Lulusan Di MIN Se-Kota Sibolga
This study aims to analyze (1) the implementation of the curriculum in improving the quality of graduates, (2) the strategy of teacher development in implementing the curriculum in improving the quality of graduates, and (3) the factors supporting and inhibiting the implementation of the curriculum in improving the quality of graduates. This research was conducted in MIN in Sibolga City using a qualitative research method with a descriptive study approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman technique, which included data collection, data reduction, and data conclusions. The results of the study indicate that implementation is realized through the management cycle, namely planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating. The focus of the cycle is on improving the quality of graduates. Then to achieve this, teacher training is carried out through workshops, which practically there is no difference in MIN-se in Sibolga City. The coaching is divided into two, namely central coaching, namely from the Ministry of Education and Culture and the Ministry of Religion, and independent coaching, which is carried out at the discretion of the madrasa head by inviting experts. Supporting factors are the appropriate qualifications and competencies of teachers, as well as the teacher's motivation to make the program a success. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are that the facilities and infrastructure have not been maximally, and the real conditions in the field are often at odds with the ideal conditions expected by the government
Increasing Learning Outcomes and Ability Critical Thinking of Students Through Application Problem Based Learning Strategies
Classroom action research aims to determine the improvement of critical thinking skills and student learning outcomes in the Faraidh material fiqh lessons. The research location is MTS. Medan PAI in class IX. This research was conducted in 3 cycles. Each cycle consists of Planning, Implementation, Observation, and Reflection. The results showed an increase in student learning from Cycle I, II, III. Research results show that in Cycle I: Scores of 90-100 (30%), 80-89 (50%), 70-79 (10%), 60-69 (10%), <59 (0%), At Cycle II, Score Range 90-100 (40%), 80-89 (40%), 70-79 (15%), 60-69 (5%), <59 (0%), In Cycle III. Scores of 90-100 (60%), 80-89 (40%), 70-79 (0%), 60-69 (0%), <59 (0%). The results of the study also showed that there was an increase in students\u27 thinking skills which was characterized by several indicators namely Find and formulate problems, Analyzing problems, Expressing criticism and ideas, Presentation of solutions
INSTITUSI PENDIDIKAN SEBAGAI SUB SISTEM GLOBAL
RINGKASAN- Pendidikan adalah proses mengembangkan sumber daya manusia untuk memiliki keterampilan sosial dan pengembangan individu yang menciptakan kuat antara individu dan kuat secara optimal bagi perorangan, komunitas, dan komunitas keagamaan di wilayah bagian tersebut. Selain itu, edukasi adalah proses mendidik seseorang agar mereka memahami diri mereka sendiri, orang lain, budaya mereka, dan lingkungan mereka. Pendidikan tidak dapat dipisahkan oleh budaya lain karena tujuan pendidikan yaitu pemurnian rasa, karsa, dan karya. Tentunya dalam menghadapi situasi yang memprihatinkan ini, kita tidak bisa menyerah dan berdiri begitu saja, namun diperlukan upaya kreatif dan inovatif agar mutu pendidikan kita setara bahkan setara dengan negara-negara lain di dunia di masa mendatang. Memang tidak terlalu lama jika dibandingkan dengan negara lain.Namun perlu dicatat bahwa barometer pencapaian pendidikan atau kualitas pendidikan tidak dapat dihitung dengan menggunakan perspektif ekonomi.Kata Kunci: Institusi, Pendidikan, Sub Sistem Global
Penapisan isolat rizobakteri indigenos untuk pengendalian (Ganoderma boninense) di pre nursery kelapa sawit (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.)
Rizobakteri merupakan kelompok bakteri yang aktif mengkolonisasi akar tanaman, meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan mengendalikan patogen tanaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh isolat rizobakteri indigenous  terbaik dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan kelapa sawit dan mengendalikan penyakit busuk pangkal batang di pre-nursery kelapa sawit secara in planta serta karakterisasi kemampuan antagonisnya secara in vitro. Penelitian bersifat eksperimental terdiri atas 3 tahap dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL): (1) Isolasi dan karakterisasi isolat rizobakteri indigenous  di Kabupaten Pasaman Barat, (2) Pengujian isolat rizobakteri indigenous  (RBI) sebagai plant growth promoting rihzobacteria (PGPR), dan untuk pengendalian G.boninense di pre-nursery kelapa sawit terdiri dari 29 perlakuan (27 isolat RBI, tanpa inokulasi G. boninense sebagai kontrol positif, dan inokulasi G. boninense sebagai kontrol negatif) dengan masing-masing 5 ulangan, serta (3) Pengujian aktivitas antagonisme isolat RBI terhadap G. boninense. Data dianalisis dengan sidik ragam, apabila berbeda nyata dilanjutkan dengan uji Least Significance Different (LSD) pada taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan diperoleh tiga isolat terbaik (R10 2.2, R9 2.1, dan R10 2.3) yang mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan kelapa sawit dan menekan perkembangan penyakit busuk pangkal batang G.boninense secara in planta dan in vitro.ABSTRACTRhizobacteria is a group of bacteria that actively colonize plant roots, increase growth and control plant pathogen. The objective of the research was to obtain indigenous rhizobacteria isolate (RBI) to increase growth and control basal stem rot on oil palm seedlings in in planta and characterize of antagonistic ability in in vitro. Experimental research consisted of 3 stages by using Completely Randomized Design (CRD): (1) Isolation of indigenous rhizobacteria in West Pasaman region, (2) Indigenous rhizobacteria isolate testing as a plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) and to control of G. boninense on pre nursery of oil palm consisted of 29 treatments (27 RBI isolates, without G. boninense inoculation as positive control, and G. boninense inoculation as negative control) with 5 replications each. (3) Testing of RBI isolate antagonism activity towards G. boninense. Data were analyzed by variance, if the result significantly different, it was continued by using Least Significance Different (LSD) at 5% level. The results showed that best three isolates (R10 2.2, R9 2.1 and R10 2.3) were able to increase growth of palm oil and to suppress the development of G.boninense basal stem rot in in planta and in in vitro
Madrasah-Based Quality Improvement Management (Multi Site Study At Man In Central Tapanuli Regency)
The aim of this research is to analyze Madrasah-Based Quality Improvement Management (Multi- Site Study at MAN in Central Tapanuli Regency). This research uses a multi-site qualitative method where data collection techniques use interviews, observation and document study techniques. Meanwhile, to strengthen the validity of the data findings and the authenticity of the research, the researcher refers to the use of data validity standards suggested by Lincoln & Guba, which consist of credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The results of this research are: 1). Planning to improve the quality of education is carried out by involving all madrasa components and stakeholders. At MAN 1, MAN 2 and MAN 3 Central Tapanuli, the three institutions have planned a program to improve the quality of education by involving stakeholders through 6 steps, namely: (1) making a situation analysis and conditions using SWOT analysis, (2) planning the creation of the madrasah vision and mission, (3) planning the development of the madrasah curriculum, (4) planning the development of teacher competency, (5) planning the provision of infrastructure, (6) planning the development of students to achieve academic achievement and non-academic. 2). Based on the results of cross-case analysis regarding the implementation of improving the quality of education at MAN 1, MAN 2 and MAN 3 Central Tapanuli. Implementation of the education quality improvement program through several activity programs, namely: (1) based on the madrasah vision and mission, (2) increasing teacher competency, (3) ) curriculum development, (4) educational infrastructure, (5) development of student achievement, (6) control is carried out through monitoring and evaluation of work. 3). Evaluating MBM in the Implementation of Education Quality at MAN Central Tapanuli, which is carried out transparently and objectively, is absolutely necessary, and evaluation is the final activity of the management process and actions. It can be concluded that the evaluation at MAN Tapanuli Tengah, evaluation or assessment activities of teachers are usually more focused on individual teacher achievements, especially in the teaching and learning process activities, and their participation in educational activities at madrasas. Apart from the evaluation carried out by the head of the madrasah, supervision is also needed, namely by having a reward system for individual madrasahs, improving the competitive climate between madrasahs, improving the existing system as a whole, and helping madrasahs develop themselves. And 4). The inhibiting factor in implementing MBM in madrasahs is that the role of the madrasah committee is still lacking in becoming a working partner for the madrasah head in making every decision by the madrasah head, which is a joint decision of the madrasah head and madrasah residents so that in implementing these decisions all madrasah residents have a high level of responsibility and commitment
