    Al-Syāṭibī is one of the scholars who have innovative thought on Qur’anic hermeneutics in the classical Muslim scholarship. He was proposed a “reading based on maqāṣīd” on the shari’a which differed from that of earlier methods. Marginally, Al-Syāṭibī’s hermeneutic abbreviation comprised of three tenets: (1) accentuating Arabic aspect as foothold in interpretation process on the shari’a, (2) emphasizing reading base on maqasid through circular-relational study on text-author-reader and other various accompaniment indicators, and (3) acknowledging reader circumstance role in the process of interpretation, so that no single-objective truth in interpretation.</p

    Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Air Mendukung Peningkatan Indeks Pertanaman Padi

    Peningkatan Indeks Pertanaman (IP) padi dapat meningkatkan produksi padi secara signifikan. Pengelolaan air secara tepat pada daerah-daerah yang belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal, akan dapat meningkatkan frekuensitanam atau IP. Oleh karena itu, ketersediaan air yang ada, perlu dimanfaatkan secara optimal untuk meningkatkan produksi padi melalui peningkatan IP tanaman. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis pengelolaan sumber daya air, baik air permukaan (sungai) maupun mata air, untuk digunakan secara optimal dalam rangka peningkatan produksi padi. Penelitian dilakukan pada tahun 2016 di Kecamatan Duaboccoe, dan Kecamatan Tanralili, Kabupaten Maros, Sulawesi Selatan. Metode penelitian dengan survei lapangan, pengukuran kecepatan aliran sungai dan wawancara mendalam untuk memperoleh data eksisting pengelolaan air oleh masyarakat setempat. Hasil pengukuran dilapang dipetakan melalui sistem informasi geografis untuk memperoleh informasi sebaran lahan dan potensi sumberdaya air yang dapat dioptimalisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, sumber air yang ada di Kecamatan Tanralili dari mata air Bungung langoting, debit 25,24 Liter/detik dan Kalu Kuah, mempunyai debit 38 Liter/detik serta air permukaan debit 2130 Liter/detik. Pengelolaan air yang tepat pada kawasan pertanaman padi dapat meningkatkan IP dari 100 menjadi 200, pada beberapa tempat yang memiliki debit air yang besar dapat meningkatkan IP menjadi 300. Sumber air di Kecamatan Duaboccoe berupa air permukaan dari sungai Unyi mempunyai debit 3000 Liter/detik diperkirakan mampu meningkatkan IP padi 300

    Pengembangan Teknologi Panen Hujan dan Aliran Permukaan: Analisis USAhatani Pemanfaatan Sumberdaya Air

    Aplikasi teknologi panen hujan dan aliran permukaan di lahan kering dapat meningkatkan ketersediaan air, memperpanjang masa tanam, dan menekan risiko kehilangan hasil. Untuk menciptakan pengelolaan air berkelanjutan harus didukung peran serta masyarakat/petani dalam pengelolaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari dampak aplikasi teknologi panen hujan (dam parit) terhadap USAhatani dan melihat persepsi masyarakat terhadap keberadaan dam parit. Penelitian dilakukan di Desa Limampoccoe, Kecamatan Cenranae, Kabupaten Maros, Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, pada bulan Pebruari sampai Oktober 2012. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui: 1) aplikasi pembangunan teknologi panen hujan dan aliran permukaan melalui dam parit, 2) analisis USAhatani dan penilaianpersepsi masyarakat terhadap keberadaan dam parit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknologi panen hujan dan aliran permukaan dapat meningkatkan intensitas tanam dari pola tanam padi-bera-bera menjadi padi-kacang tanahbera dan padi-semangka-bera, dengan demikian terdapat peningkatan pendapatan USAhatani setelah pembangunan damparit.     Increasing rice productivity and profitability through irrigation water management and bio-fertilizer in West Nusa Tenggara

    Limited water resources in dry land area become a crucial factor in crop production. The research aims were to determine the effect of irrigation network arrangement and application of biofertilizer on rice productivity, and the feasibility of developing irrigation infrastructure to increase farmers’ income. The study was conducted in Mbawa Village, Donggo District, Bima Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. In addition to repairing irrigation network, five different cultivation practices were applied, i.e. (1) farmer’s practice with integrated crop management, (2) farmer’s practices added with biofertilizers, (3) Recommended dosage fertilization, (4) Recommended dosage fertilization added with biofertilizer, and (5) farmer’s practices as control. Farming analysis was carried out by calculating farm cash flow, while the feasibility of developing irrigation infrastructure was carried out by calculating IRR, NPV and Net BCR. The results showed that application of biofertilizer increased the production of straw and rice yields. Farming and financial analysis of irrigation infrastructure showed that irrigation infrastructure investment was feasible to develop with a relatively fast return on capital and can increase farmers’ income. Through improved irrigation infrastructure, the use of biological fertilizers, and proper irrigation water management can increase rice productivity and farmers’ income

    El tratado de polémica contra el judaismo de Aḥmad Muṣṭafā Ṭāšhkubrīzāde (m. 968/1561)

    This article deals with a short polemical tract against Judaism written by the well-known Ottoman scholar Aḥmad Muṣṭafā Ṭāshkubrīzāde (d. 968/1560). The author uses the same arguments known to us from medieval polemics, viz. that the Torah, which was abrogated by Islam, contains references to the Prophet Muḥammad, despite the fact that it was tampered with by the Jews. In addition to the Bible, Ṭāshkubrīzāde quotes a number of later Jewish sources that add an important dimension to his tract. After a brief introduction in which the possibility of the author's indebtedness to Ibn Abī ‘Abd al-Dayyān, a Jewish convert to Islam, is discussed, an edition and translation of the text are provided.Este artículo estudia un corto tratado de polémica en contra del judaísmo escrito por el conocido erudito otomano Aḥmad Muṣṭafā Ṭāšhkubrīzāde (m. 968/1560). El autor utiliza los mismos argumentos que conocemos de la polémica religiosa medieval, tales como que la Torah, abrogada por el Islam, contenía referencias al Profeta Muḥammad a pesar de que su texto fue corrompido por los judíos. Además de la Biblia, Ṭāšhkubrīzāde cita una serie de fuentes judías tardías que añaden una importante dimensión a este trabajo.     Abstrak: Upacara Ala Baloe merupakan identitas Desa Bampalola dan Kabupaten Alor secara umum sebagai proses pewarisan budaya yang harus dijaga kelestariannya oleh masyarakat setempat dan merupakan tradisi yang masih bertahan di tengah-tengah kemajuan zaman seperti ini. Belum ada penulisan-penulisan tentang upacara tersebut, sehingga penulis ingin menggali secara lebih dalam tentang upacara Ala Baloe supaya terdokumentasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnografi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sejarah upacara adat Ala Baloe (Makan Baru Padi) merupakan upacara adat tradisional suku Adang, suku yang mendiami kampung adat/tradisional Bampalola. Kampung Bampalola terletak di Kabupaten Alor, Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur. Adapun nilai-nilai yang terkadung dalam upacara Ala Baloe (Makan Baru Padi) antara lain; nilai sosil budaya, nilai religius, nilai kebersamaan, nilai ketelitian, nilai gotong royong serta  nilai pendidikan.Abstract: Ala Baloe ceremony is the identity of Bampalola Village and Alor Regency in general as a process of cultural inheritance that must be maintained by the local community and is a tradition that still survives during the progress of this era. There have been no writings about the ceremony, so the author wants to dig deeper into the Baloe ceremony to be documented. The research method used is qualitative with ethnographic approach. The results showed that the history of traditional ceremonies Ala Baloe (Makan Baru Padi) is a traditional ceremony of the Adang tribe, a tribe that inhabits the traditional village of Bampalola. Kampung Bampalola is located in Alor Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province. The values that are protected in ala Baloe (Makan Baru Padi) ceremony include; cultural values, religious values, values of togetherness, the value of thoroughness, the value of mutual assistance and the value of education

    Peta Pengetahuan Penelitian Deforestasi dan Bencana di Indonesia: Analisis Bibliometrik dan Implikasi Transformasi Digital

    Indonesia's forests play a strategic role in maintaining ecosystem balance, but increasing deforestation and land degradation have increased the risk of environmental disasters, particularly flooding in Sumatra. As scientific attention has increased, research on Indonesian forests has grown rapidly but remains multidisciplinary and fragmented. This study aims to map the knowledge structure, thematic dynamics, and patterns of global collaboration in deforestation and disaster research in Indonesia, and to examine the integration of digital transformation into these studies. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach through bibliometric analysis of 175 Scopus-indexed journal articles extracted using the keyword "Indonesian forest." The analysis was conducted using VOSviewer to map keyword co-occurrence and author collaboration by country, and to interpret the role of digital technologies such as Geographic Information Systems (GIS), remote sensing, and spatial analysis. The analysis shows that deforestation and forest fires are dominant themes closely related to disaster risk, air pollution, and health impacts. Digital technologies, particularly remote sensing and GIS, have become key methodological components in forest cover monitoring, carbon emission analysis, and flood-prone area mapping in Sumatra. Indonesia occupies a central position in global collaboration networks, with strong involvement from countries with high technological capacity, although the use of predictive and early warning systems remains relatively limited. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of bibliometric analysis with disaster and digital transformation perspectives, linking the thematic structure of research, international collaboration patterns, and their implications for flood mitigation in Sumatra. These findings provide important contributions to the development of forestry research and policy, and the strengthening of digital transformation in forest management and disaster risk reduction in Indonesia.Hutan Indonesia memiliki peran strategis dalam menjaga keseimbangan ekosistem, namun deforestasi dan degradasi lahan yang meningkat telah memperbesar risiko bencana lingkungan, khususnya banjir di wilayah Sumatra. Seiring meningkatnya perhatian ilmiah terhadap isu tersebut, penelitian mengenai Indonesian forest berkembang pesat tetapi bersifat multidisipliner dan terfragmentasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan memetakan struktur pengetahuan, dinamika tematik, dan pola kolaborasi global dalam penelitian deforestasi dan bencana di Indonesia, serta mengkaji integrasi transformasi digital dalam kajian tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif melalui analisis bibliometrik terhadap 175 artikel jurnal terindeks Scopus yang diekstraksi menggunakan kata kunci “Indonesian forest”. Analisis dilakukan dengan VOSviewer untuk memetakan ko-okurensi kata kunci dan kolaborasi penulis berdasarkan negara (co-author country), serta menginterpretasikan peran teknologi digital seperti GIS (Geographic Information System) penginderaan jauh dan analisis spasial. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa deforestasi dan kebakaran hutan merupakan tema dominan yang berkaitan erat dengan risiko bencana, polusi udara, dan dampak kesehatan. Teknologi digital, khususnya penginderaan jauh dan GIS, telah menjadi komponen metodologis utama dalam pemantauan tutupan hutan, analisis emisi karbon, dan pemetaan wilayah rawan banjir di Sumatra. Indonesia menempati posisi sentral dalam jejaring kolaborasi global, dengan keterlibatan kuat negara-negara berkapasitas teknologi tinggi, meskipun pemanfaatan sistem prediktif dan peringatan dini masih relatif terbatas. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada integrasi analisis bibliometrik dengan perspektif kebencanaan dan transformasi digital, dengan mengaitkan struktur tematik penelitian, pola kolaborasi internasional, dan implikasinya terhadap mitigasi banjir di Sumatra. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pengembangan riset, kebijakan kehutanan, dan penguatan transformasi digital dalam pengelolaan hutan dan pengurangan risiko bencana di Indonesia

    Kontribusi Koordinasi Mata dan Tangan dengan Power Otot Lengan Terhadap Hasil Passing Atas Dalam Permainan Bolavoli

    Eye and hand coordination accompanied by arm power is looking for a relationship with overhead passing which is the aim of the research. Correlational design was used as a method for this research. SMK Negeri 1 Rancah is the place for data collection. The author took 20 volleyball extracurricular students. The method for recruiting students is total sampling. The author uses measuring tools, namely eye and coordination tests, press-ups, and overhead passes. The results of the data in the field were analyzed using SPSS series 26. The author's hypothesis was successful, namely: 1. Arm power has a significant relationship with passing technique in volleyball. 2. Eye and hand coordination has a significant relationship with top passing technique in volleyball. 3. Arm power and hand-eye coordination have a greater relationship with overhead passing. Conclusion: Arm power and hand-eye coordination have a greater relationship with top passing in volleyball. Suggestion: It is hoped that as one of the recommendations, the three tests in this study can be used as a test of the physical condition of the sport of volleyball.Koordinasi mata dan tangan disertai dengan power lengan adalah mencari keterkaitan dengan passing atas merupakan tujuan dari penelitian. Corelational design dijadikan cara penelitian ini. SMK Negeri 1 Rancah adalah tempat untuk pengambilan data. Penulis mengambil siswa ekstrakurikuler bolavoli sebanyak 20 siswa. Cara perekrutan siswa yaitu total sampling. Penulis menggunakan alat ukur yakni tes koordinasi dan mata, press-up, dan passing atas. Hasil data di lapangan dianalisis dengan SPSS seri 26. Hipotesis penulis berhasil yaitu: 1. Power lengan memiliki hubungan dengan teknik passing cukup besar pada olahraga bolavoli. 2. Koordinasi mata dan tangan memiliki hubungan dengan teknik passing atas cukup besar pada olahraga bolavoli. 3. Power lengan dan koordinasi mata dan tangan memiliki hubungan yang lebih besar dengan passing atas. Kesimpulan: Power lengan dan koordinasi mata dan tangan memiliki hubungan lebih besar dengan passing atas pada olahraga bolavoli. Saran: Diharapkan sebagai salah satu rekomendasi ke-tiga tes pada penelitian ini dapat dijadikan tes kondisi fisik cabang olahraga bolavoli

Therefore, the implementation paradigm in order to run well and smoothly in the field, among others: is planned and carried out in participatory manner, socialized in an informative and communicative manner, and supported in an integrated and comprehensive manner. The aim of this study was to assess the MKRPL program and improve the components of the program in terms of the context, input, process, and product components in Bawean Islands, East Java. The results of the evaluation with contex, input, process and product components are generated in the MKRPL program. The Bawean Islands of East Java are running smoothly and are successful in achieving their planned goals. This is proved by the significant impact both on the community that is increasing the knowledge, skills and attitudes of the community towards the optimization of the yard environment as well as having positive impact on the private open space (yard) and its surroundings to fulfill food needs and nutrition requirements of the family based on local resources, environmentally friendly, and sustainable in one area
