Pendapat Al-Syafi'i dan Kualitas Dalil Takbir Zawaid Shalat'Idain
IKHTISAR Dani Ikhwani. Pendapat al-Syafi'i Dan Kualitas Dalil Takbir ZawaidShalat ‘ Idain. Para ulama berbeda pendapat tentang jumlah Takbir Zawaid, dalam kitab Bidayatul Mujtahid diterangkan bahwa ikhtilaf sampai kepada 12 pendapat, dan dalam kitab Nailul Author dijelaskan ikhtilaf sampai kepada 10 pendapat. Imam al-Syafi’i berpendapat bahwa jumlah takbir zawaid adalah 7 kali pada raka’at pertama sesudah takbir ihram dan 5 kali pada raka’at kedua sesudah takbir intiqal (berdiri dari sujud). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Dasar hukum yang digunakan al-Syafl’i tentang takbir zawaid tujuh dan lima, (2) Istinbath al-hukm takbir zawaid tujuh dan lima menurutnya, (3) Kualitas dalil takbir zawaid yang ditentukan al-Syafi’i dalam pelaksanaan shalat ‘ idain. Penelitian ini bertolak dari pemikiran bahwa inelaksanakan shalat hari raya adalah Ta’abudi dan bentuk kongkrit dari kegiatan ibadah dalam situasi yang serba bahagia, dimana shalatnya merupakan ruh dan jiwanya, yang dapat mewamai keadaan ‘id, bahkan hal itu menjadi acara puncak dan pokok dalam pelaksanaan ‘idain, karena pada hakikatnya hari raya dalam Islam itu adalah hari bersyukur. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode analisis isi kitab karya Imam al-Syafi’i di antaranya al-Umm dan Musnad al-Syafi'i yang merupakan sumber data primer. Sedangkan sumber data skunder, diantaranya fiqh sunnah, Bidayat al-Mujtahid, al- Muwatha berikut kitab-kitab syarahnya Al Muhalla, Nailul Author, Subtdus Sunan Abu Daud dan Aunul Ma’bud. Analisis dilakukan dengan menghubungkan dalil-dalil yang dikemukakan al-Syafi’i dan Istinbath al-hukm tentang takbir zawaid kemudian di lanjutkan dengan penelusuran terhadap hadits-hadits yang digunakan dalil dengan metode takhrij hadits. Al-Syafi’i hanya memakai empat pokok dasar hadits, berdasarkan kuantitasnya diketahui bahwa hadits tersebut termasuk kategori Hadits Ahad Masyhur. Hasil analisis dalam kitab al-Umm menunjukan bahwa al-Syafi’i berpendapat meninggalkan takbir zawaid tujuh dan lima dengan sengaja tidak perlu mengulangi shalatnya (‘iadah) dan meninggalkan takbir zawaid karena lupa tidak perlu sujud sahwi, alasannya takbir zawaid itu termasuk dzikir, maka apabila ditinggalkan tidak akan merusak shalat. Berdasarkan
uraian tersebut, maka takbir zawaid itu hukumnya sunnah. Berdasarkan kualitasnya, hadits-hadits ini termasuk kategori Hadits Dha'if. Hadits pertama, hanya sampai disebutkan “hadastani Jafar bin Muhammad anna Nabiyya... ” padahal Ja’far bin Muhammad hidup pada tahun 80-128 H. Rangkaian Ja’far hubungannya dengan Nabi adalah: Ja’far bin Muhammad bin Afi bin Husein bin Ali bin Thalib, sebagaian sanadnya dalam meriwayatkan hadits yaitu, Ja’far an Abihi ‘an Jaddihi 'an Aliyyin. oleh karena itu termasuk Hadits Mu’ dhal karena ada beberapa perawi yang gugur. Hadits kedua, di sebutkan seorang perawi bemama Ibrahim Muhammad bin Abi Yahya menurut beberapa pandangan ulama tidak adil dan tidak dhabit. Perawi ini disebutkan juga pada hadits kesatu dan ketiga, hadits kedua Mauquf kepada Ali r.a. Rangkaian sanadnya, Ja’far menerima dari bapaknya (abihi) dan langsung menyebutkan pekeijaan Ali r.a. maka satu orang perawi gugur karena tidak disebutkan, yaitu Jaddihi. Dengan demikian hadits ini juga termasuk kategori Hadits Maqthu. Hadits ketiga, MauquJ kepada sahabat Aba Ayyub dan Zaid bin Tsabit. Hadits keempat, Mauquf kepada Abu Hurairah, tetapi termasuk sanad silsilatul ad-dzahab (rantai emas) dan tidak ada seorangpun yang mendha 7/kannya, maka termasuk marfu ’ hukmi, perbuatan sahabat Abu Hurairah yang dilaksanakan di hadapan orang banyak, pasti meniru perbuatan Nabi, para sahabat mendiamkan dan tidak menegumya, sekaligus menjadi bukti adanya perbuatan itu di zaman Nabi. Constructing the Architectonics and Formulating the Articulation of Islamic Governance: A Discursive Attempt in Islamic Epistemology
International institutions have promoted a ‘good governance’ agenda as an archetypal model to achieve development for underdeveloped and developing countries. However, closer scrutiny can trace the root of this agenda back to the hegemonic nature of modernity that proposes a specific meta-narrative upon others, as part of Eurocentrism. Many, however, have criticized this Eurocentric paradigm, since the non-Western communities with their own constructed version of ‘good’ in governance have also proven their ability to develop and prosper in the present or in the past. Thus, the cultural and value-laden nature of such vernacular concepts provides the rationale for the existence and practice of other paradigms. In line with this argument, Islam, with its long history of governance and richness of its values can be considered as another alternative, which should be thoroughly examined to disclose and depict its conceptualization and paradigm of ‘good governance’.
The aim of this research, thus, is to explore and analyze the Islamic axioms, foundation principles and values underpinning the field of governance in an attempt to construct the architectonics of a new systemic and dynamic theory and formulate the articulation of ‘Islamic governance’. This discursive and abstract, rather than being an empirical exercise, assumes to produce a ‘good governance’ framework within its own formulation through a value-shaped dynamic model according to maqÉÎid al-SharÊÑah (higher objective of SharÊÑah) by going beyond the narrow remit of classical and contemporary discussions produced on the topic, which propose a certain institutional model of governance based on the classical juristic (fiqh) method. In this new dynamic paradigm, a discourse-oriented approach is taken to establish the philosophical foundation of the model by deriving it from Islamic ontology, which is then articulated using the Islamic epistemological sources to develop and formulate the discursive foundations of this new theoretical framework. A deductive method is applied to the ontological sources and epistemological principles to explain the architectonics of this new theory, which are represented by the constructed axioms, which later help to articulate the working mechanism of the proposed ‘Islamic good governance’ framework through a specifically formulated typology to function as an alternative conceptualization of ‘good governance’.
This study, through an exclusive analytical discursive approach, finds that Islam as one of the major religions in the contemporary world with the claim of promising the underpinning principles and philosophical foundations of worldly affairs and institutions through a micro method of producing homoIslamicus could contribute towards development of societies by establishing a unique model of governance from its explicit ontological worldview through a directed descriptive epistemology. Thus, the research on governance in this study does not only focus on the positivistic materialist components such as institutions or mechanisms or growth per se, but it encompasses the value-laden holistic nature of human life in accordance with the Islamic worldview as an important contribution. In doing so, it formulates the ‘good governance’ in Islam in relation to the conceptualized ‘ihsani social capital’, which constitutes the main thrust of the constructed model. Nonetheless, this generative (non-cumulative) paradigm of looking into the governance issue should be viewed as an incomplete certainty as production of the continuous ijtihad (reasoning) progression will continue to reveal ways through which its working mechanism can be expanded along with potential developments in its philosophical formation
AN ANALYSIS OF CULTURAL WORDS TRANSLATION IN HARRY POTTER - HALF BLOOD PRINCE MOVIE
ABSTRACT
Translation is a process which involves two languages,
namely source language and receptor language. Culture word is word
or language used by the specific community or culture to express their
culture. Cultural terms are usually found almost in every movie.
Cultural Word used by the author in the movie Harry Potter and The�Half Blood Prince based on Newmark‟s theory. This research aimed
to find out the most common types of cultural word consists in the
movie harry potter and the-half blood prince, and to know the types of
cultural word and procedure translation consists in the movie. the
researcher used descriptive qualitative method. This descriptive
qualitative research used documentation in collecting the data. The
instrument of this research was the researcher itself, or it called a
human instrument. There were three steps to analyse the data in this
research namely data condensation, data display, and conclusion
drawing. Finally, the investigator triangulation was used in this
research to validate the data analysis result.
After analysed the movie harry potter and the half-blood
prince, 20 Cultural words were found in this movie. were classify into
ecology, material culture, social culture, and organization-custom�ideas. The next point, in rendering the English cultural words into
target language, Indonesian, the researcher finds five procedures, they
are; Transference, Synonymy, Cultural Equivalent, descriptive
equivalent, and Couplet.

Pelatihan Pembuatan Video Company Profile di TK Kartika I-1 Medan Helvetia
This community service activity aims to provide new knowledge to the staff and teaching staff of Kartika I-1 Kindergarten School of Medan Helvetia related to the company profile video creation. As an educational institution, Kartika I-1 Kindergarten School of Medan Helvetia commits to strengthening the education realm in this country. For this reason, Kartika I-1 Kindergarten School of Medan Helvetia is more widely known, of course, company profile videos can be a solution as promotional media. Through this community service activity, the staff and teaching staff of Kartika I-1 Kindergarten School of Medan Helvetia are given the stages of the process that must be passed to produce a company profile video. The method passed in this activity was carried out by collecting data descriptively through direct interviews with the principal of Kartika I-1 Kindergarten School of Medan Helvetia. This activity begins with an introduction to the company profile video, an explanation of the stages of planning, screenwriting, and video production, an introduction to basic video editing, and an explanation of video promotion techniques. The results show that the participants involved can understand well the stages in the process of making a company profile video.
Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan baru kepada staf dan tenaga pengajar TK Kartika I-1 Medan Helvetia terkait pembuatan video company profile. Sebagai sebuah lembaga pendidikan tentu TK Kartika I-1 Medan Helvetia memiliki komitmen untuk memajukan dunia pendidikan. Untuk itu, agar TK Kartika I-1 Medan Helvetia dikenal semakin luas tentu video company profile dapat menjadi solusi sebagai media promosi. SIMBOL AGAMA DAN ORGANISASI TRANSNASIONAL: LIWA’ DAN RAYAH DALAM BENDERA HIZBUT TAHRIR INDONESIA
This article aims to reveal the hermeneutical meaning behind the flags Liwa and Rayah. The two flags by Hizbu Tahrir Indonesia (HTI) are seen as the flag of the Prophet. However, this view was denied by other Islamic groups because the flags of Liwa and Rayah were the flags used by Taqiyyudin An-Nabhani when declaring the government of Khilfah Islamiyah. Flags Liwa and Rayah black and white, which Black called Rayah and white called Liwa'. The two flags read Laa illaaha illaa Allah Muhammad Rasul Allah. In making interpretations, the author uses Paul Ricoeur's hermeneutical theory. The interpretation debate is heating up when Hizbu Tahrir wants to replace the Pancasila ideology into the ideology of the Caliphate. The difference in interpretation, point of view and context of hadith is the main problem why researchers want to reinterpret. The hermeneutic approach according to researchers is appropriate if it is used for the method of interpreting hadith texts and religious symbols. This research includes qualitative research. Qualitative research is a type of library research that collects data from books, books, and journals. The results of this study are symbols in the HTI flag that have ideological and political movements. In this study, the flag symbol turned out to be a symbol of identity which led to the Islamic political movement. the movements and practices carried out by HTI are nothing but the change of the democratic system and the ideology of the Pancasila into the ideology of the Islamic Shari'a with the Khilafah Islamiyah system
Abstrak
Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap makna hermeneutis di balik bendera Liwa dan Rayah. Kedua bendera tersebut oleh Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia dipandang sebagai bendera rasulullah. Namun pandangan tersebut dibantah oleh kelompok Islam lainya karena bendera liwa dan rayah adalah bendera yang digunakan oleh Taqiyyudin An-Nabhani ketika mendeklarasikan sistem pemerintahan Khilfah Islamiyah. Bendera liwa dan rayah berwarna hitam dan putih, yang Hitam dinamakan Rayah dan putih dinamakan Liwa’. Kedua bendera tersebut bertulisan Laa illaaha illaa Allah Muhammad Rasul Allah. Dalam melakukan interpretasi, penulis menggunakan teori hermeneutika Paul Ricoeur.. Perbedaan penafsiran, sudut pandang dan konteks hadis menjadi masalah utama kenapa peneliti ingin menafsirkan kembali. Pendekatan hermeneutika menurut peneliti sesuai jika digunakan untuk metode menafsirakan teks hadis dan simbol-simbol keagamaan. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif jenis penelitian pustaka yang mengumpulkan data-data dari kitab, buku, dan jurnal. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah simbol dalam bendera HTI mempunyai makna ideologi dan gerakan politik. Dalam penelitian ini, simbol bendera tersebut ternyata sebagai lambang identitas yang berujung pada gerakan politik Islam. gerakan dan praktek yang dilakukan oleh HTI tidak lain adalah mengangganti sistem demokrasi dan ideologi Pancasila menjadi ideologi syari’at Islam dengan sistem pemerintahan Khilafah Islamiya
ANALISIS PENYELENGGARAAN PARIWISATA SYARIAH PERSPEKTIF FATWA DSN-MUI NOMOR 108/DSN-MUI/X/2016
Currently, sharia products are increasing not only in the food or clothing sector but also in various sectors such as tourism. However, currently there are no guidelines that can be used as a reference in the implementation of tourism that applies sharia principles. Then how exactly is the concept that needs to be in sharia tourism. In this study the author uses conceptual research with library research methods. The Birth of the DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 108/DSN-MUI/X/2016 as a form of response to the public in order to have guidelines in applying sharia principles in tourist attractions. The presence of this fatwa is also to keep tourism actors in accordance with the sharia corridor even in tourist activities, so that tourism is not only limited to seeking worldly pleasures but also has the value of worship.┬
“Senggol Bestie” as Media Promotion Among Muhammadiyah Universities
This paper aims to discuss the emergence of the phenomenon of mutual flexing carried out by Muhammadiyah universities on TikTok social media. So far, every business entity that carries out promotions for its agency tends to avoid offending other agencies and only focuses on discussing the advantages of its products, even if it has to touch other institutions. This has never been done openly. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach with phenomenological analysis. The author collected data with participant observation to find out the participants’ essential phenomena in their life experiences. In this case, the author managed the content of official social media creators of Muhammadiyah Universities who created TikTok publication content. Then based on the data obtained from the resource persons, the author draws a research conclusion. The conclusion of this study shows that flexing activities carried out by content creators of Muhammadiyah Universities have the potential to become a new form of publication style that has never existed before among universities
