IGAA Indrayani, M.P.   Kata kunci: Jamur entomopatogen, mortalitas, mikosis, Beauveria bassiana, Nomuraea rileyi, Helicoverpa armigera, Gossypium hirsutum L.   Pengendalian hama kapasHelicoverpa armigera dewasa ini diupayakan dengan menggunakan metode hayati yaitu perlakuan jamur entomopatogen. Beauveria bassiana danNomuraea rileyi merupakan jamur entomopatogen yang telah terbukti efektif dalam menngendalikan H. armigera bila diaplikasikan secara tunggal. Akan tetapi, perlakuan kombinasi kedua jamur tersebut pada H. armigerabelum banyak diteliti. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kombinasi kedua jamur tersebut tersebut terhadap efektifitas pengendalian H. armigera, dengan menggunakan 3 parameter yaitu persentase mortalitas hama, pengurangan berat badan hama, dan persentase mikosis pada hama. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian experimental yang menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK), dengan 4 kali ulangan. Perlakuan yang digunakan berjumlah 9, yaitu 1 kontrol, 4 perlakuan tunggal yaitu perlakuan B.bassiana LC50dan LC25 dan perlakuan N. rileyi LC50 dan LC25, serta 4 perlakuan kombinasi yaituB.bassiana LC50 + N. rileyi LC50,B.bassiana LC50 + N. rileyi LC25,B.bassiana LC25 + N. rileyi LC50, danB.bassiana LC25 + N.arileyi LC25. Objek penelitian berupa larva H. armigera instar II. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara statistik perlakuan kombinasi jamur tidak berpengaruh terhadap persentase mortalitas, namun berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penurunan berat badan larva H. armigera. Ketika dilanjutkan dengan uji BNT diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara perlakuan kombinasi dengan perlakuan tunggal. Persentase mikosis yang dilihat secara nominal menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan kombinasi tidak lebih baik dibandingkan perlakuan tunggal. Disimpulkan dalam penelitian ini bahwa baik perlakuan jamur secara tunggal maupun secara kombinasi dapat mengendalikan larva H. armigera, tetapi dengan pengaruh yang tidak berbeda nyata. Disarankan diadakan pengendalian patogen kontaminan yaitu virus yang lebih intensif pada penelitian, diadakan penelitian pengaruh kombinasi jamur pada hama kapas selain H. armigera, serta karena penggunaan kombinasi jamur B. bassiana dan N. rileyi pada pengendalian H. armigera belum terbukti meningkatkan efektifitas pengendalian, maka belum perlu diterapkan di lapangan

    65 HalamanIndustry pada kolam renang banyak menggunakan pompa dengan Gaya sentrifugal yaitu gaya yang bergerak membentuk lintasan lingkaran,gaya sentrifugal dimanfaatkan menjadi salah satu gaya dalam pompa air dari manual hingga otomatis (Pompa Sentrifugal). Tujuan Penelitian menganalisis penurunan flowrate pada pompa sentrifugal, menguji variasi head pompa sentrifugal secara efisien, menentukan kapasitas mesin pompa yang dibutuhkan kolam renang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, metode ini digunakan oleh penulis karena cocok dengan adanya beberapa fenomena yang terjadi dalam penelitian dengan mengkombinasikan dengan data pendukung. Penelitian ini menggunakan 3 variasi head dengan ketinggian 0,8 meter menghasilkan debit air 5.553x10-6 m3/s, head 1 meter menghasilkan debit air 5.498x10-6 m3/s, head 1,2 meter menghasilkan debit air 5.451x10-6 m3/s. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu, Penurunan flowrate tekanan dari 3500 kPa menjadi 1500 kPa akibat adanya kavitasi pada katup isap. Pada ketinggian Head 1,2 meter menghasilkan nilai efisiensi lebih besar dengan 12,04%. Kapasitas dan Head total yang tepat digunakan pada kolam renang ini yaitu diatas 6.667x10-6 m3/s dan Head total diatas 20 Meter. Industry in swimming pools uses many pumps with centrifugal force, which is a force that moves to form a circular trajectory, centrifugal force is used to be one of the forces in water pumps from manual to automatic (Centrifugal Pump). The purpose of the study analyzes the flowrate decrease in the centrifugal pump, tests the variation of the centrifugal pump head efficiently, determines the capacity of the pump machine needed by the swimming pool. The method used in this study is a descriptive method, this method is used by the author because it matches the existence of several phenomena that occur in the study by combining with supporting data. This study used 3 variations of head with a height of 0.8 meters resulting in a water discharge of 5.553x10-6 m3/s,, head 1 meter produced a water discharge of 5.498x10-6 m3/s, head 1.2 meters produced a water discharge of 5.451x10-6 m3/s. The result of this study is, a decrease in pressure flowrate from 3500 kPa to 1500 kPa due to cavitation in the suction valve. At a head height of 1.2 meters it produces a greater efficiency value by 12.04%. The right capacity and total Head used in this swimming pool is above 6.667x10-6 m3/and the total Head is above 20 meters

    59 halamanBoiler jenis stoker di Indonesia secara luas diaplikasikan pada PLTU yang memiliki kapasitas dibawah 10 MW. Salah satu PLTU yang dibangun dengan boiler berjenis stoker adalah PLTU Tanjung Balai Karimun 2x7 MW yang terletak di Provinsi Kepulauan Riau. Sesuai dengan ASME Section VII, Part 13. Boiler Auxiliary, ukuran batubara yang direkomendasikan agar boiler stoker dapat beroprasi dengan optimal adalah 32 mm dengan campuran maksimal 25% berukuran 6 mm. Pada kenyataannya batubara yang digunakan pada PLTU Tanjung Balai Karimun sebagian besar berukuran halus yaitu 58% berukuran 31,5 -2,38 mm dan 17% berukuran < 2,38 mm. Terhadap penggunaan ukuran batubara non-standar ASME pada boiler stoker, penulis bertujuan mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh ukuran batubara tersebut terhadap performa pembangkit dari segi specific fuel consumption (SFC), heat rate baik itu turbine heat rate (THR), gross plant heat rate (GPHR) maupun net plant heat rate (NPHR), serta efisiensi termal siklus. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengambil data operasi pembangkit saat menggunakan ukuran batubara non-standar ASME serta sebagai pembanding dilakukan pengambilan data operasi pembangit saat menggunakan ukuran batubara standar ASME yang diperoleh dari data performance test yang telah dilakukan pada beban 75% kapasitas pembangkit. setelah dilakukan perhitungan terhadap performa pembangkit yang beroperasi menggunakan ukuran batubara non-standar ASME maupun pembangkit yang beroperasi menggunakan ukuran batubara standar ASME serta membandingkannya, diketahui bahwa untuk menghasilkan 1 kWh, pembangkit saat beroperasi menggunakan ukuran batubara non-standar ASME memiliki nilai SFCgross dan GPHR 26,80% lebih tinggi serta THR 0,47% lebih tinggi dan juga nilai SFCnetto dan NPHR 25,87% lebih tinggi dibandingkan saat pembangkit beroperasi menggunakan ukuran batubara standar ASME. Nilai efisiensi termal siklus pembangkit saat beroperasi menggunakan batubara nonstandar ASME 4,34% lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan saat beroperasi menggunakan ukuran batubara stnadar ASME. Sehingga dapat disimpukan bahwa untuk memproduksi 1 kWh pembangkit yang beroperasi menggunakan ukuran batubara non-standar ASME membutuhkan batubara serta energi lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan saat pembangkit beroperasi menggunakan batubara standar ASME. Stoker boiler in Indonesia widely applied in steam power plant wich is have less than 10 MW in capacity. PLTU Tanjung Balai Karimun 2x7 MW is one of steam power plant that built with the stoker boiler type wich is located in Riau Islands Province. Based on ASME Section VII, Part 13. Boiler Auxiliary, the recommended coal sizing to get the optimum operation of boiler stoker is 32 mm with maximum mixture of 25% in 6 mm. in the actual condition, the coal that used to PLTU Tanjung Balai Karimun is mostly in fine particle size or powder with 58% in 31,5 mm – 2,38 mm and 17% in < 2,38 mm. Regarding the use of non-standard ASME coal size on boiler stoker, author want to know about the effect of that coal to the performance of power plant in terms of specific fuel consumption, heat rate wich is turbine heat rate, gross plant heat rate, net plant heat rate and also thermal efficiency. This research was conducted by taking power plant operating data when using non-standard ASME coal sizes and as a comparison, the power plant operating data when using standar ASME coal sizes are also taken which is from performance test data on 75% capacity of the plant. After calculating the performance of power plant when using non-standard ASME coal sizes and when using standard ASME coal sizes and comparing them, it is known that to produce 1 kWh, the power plant when using non-standard ASME coal size has a 26,80% higher on SFCgross and GPHR value, and 0,47% higher on THR value, and also 25,87% higher on SFCnetto and NPHR value than when operates using standard ASME coal size. Thermal efficiency value when the power plant operates using nonstandard ASME coal sizes is 4,34% smaller than when using standard ASME coal size. So it can be concluded that to produce 1 kWh the power plant when using nonstandard ASME coal sizes requires more both coal and energy than when the power plant operates using standar ASME coal size

    MUSICAL ANALYSIS OF THE "SMOKE EFFECT": SIALANG RAYO RITUALS AND FOREST FIRES AS A SOURCE OF MUSICAL CREATION

    In Indonesian society, especially western Indonesia. The tradition that was created was not to interpret something imaginary such as art or other social activities but community actions in developing business in the field of plantations. One of the consequences of this forest fire is the loss of a community ritual tradition in taking honey bee debt. This tradition is known as the Sialang Rayo ritual. Sialang Rayo Ritual is now rarely found in the life of the people of Bungo regency. The results of the composer's research then developed into a musical composition entitled "Smoke Effect." Music composition III part is a reflection and imagination of the artist who is concerned with seeing the loss of one of the characters of the surrounding community life. In this article, the author analyzes how the artist processes the musicological elements of the Sialang Rayo ritual into an experimental musical composition. Salah satu akibat dari kebakaran hutan ini yaitu hilangnya suatu tradisi ritual masyarakat dalam mengabil madu lebah hutang. Tradisi ini dikenal dengan nama ritual Sialang Rayo. Ritual Sialang Rayo kini sangat jarang di temukan pada kehidupan masyarakat daerah kabupaten Bungo. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Indra Gunawan (pengkarya), kemudian dikembangkan kedalam komposisi musik 3 bagian yang berjudul “Smoke Effect”. Karya ini merupakan refleksi dan imajinasi pengkarya yang prihatin melihat hilangnya sebuah salah satu karakter kehidupan masyarakat disekitarnya. Pada artikel ini penulis menganalisis bagaimana pengkarya mengolah unsur-unsur musikologi dari ritual Sialang Rayo kedalam sebuah komposisi musik eksperimental.     Smart contracts for creating transparent transactions to reduce corruption

    Corruption is widely spread and not easy to avoid. Blockchain-based smart contract technology enables the opportunity to develop transactions in such a way that corruption should not be possible. In this paper, we develop and evaluate an arrangement based on blockchain-based smart contracts to avoid and reduce corruption. Smart contracts are used for buying and selling goods, in which the public must agree that the goods arrived and are used to contribute to the creation of societal value. Only then will the supplier be paid. Al transaction data is stored in a blockchain and opened to the public to create transparency. In this way, the price of the good and the sellers can be inspected to avoid price manipulation and nepotism.     Unit pelaksanaan teknis dinas pendidikan adalah merupakan lembaga yang melaksanakan kebijakan pemerintah kabupaten/kota dalam bidang pendidikan. Dinas pendidikan kabupaten kota dalam mengimplementasikan peraturan dan kebijakan dalam pendidikan tingkat dikecamatan. Pada upt dinas pendidikan kecamatan barumun kabupaten padang lawas. Penulis melihat masih kurangnya disiplin kerja pegawai. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari beberapa permasalahan yang terjadi dikantor upt dinas pendidikan antara lain; banyak pegawai yang tidak masuk kerja sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku, saat jam kerja masih banyak pegawai yang tidak ada dirungan saat kerja, masih banyak pegawai yang sering pulang kerja lebih awal dari waktu yang ditentuka Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dikantor UPT Dinas Pendidikan Kecamatan Barumun Kabupaten Padang Lawas, metode yang digunakan penulis adalah metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang penulis lakukan adalah Data Primer yaitu observasi, wawancara dan sekunder yaitu berupa buku-buku, jurnal, makalah, artikel, dan berbagai tulisan lainnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dikantor Upt Dinas Pendidikan Kecamatan Barumun Kabupaten Padang Lawas, hal ini dapat dilihat dari jawaban dan wawancara terhadap beberapa informan, staff dan pegawai mulai dari berdasarkan pembahasan skripsi ini menjalankan bahwa peran kepala UPT Dinas Pendidikan Kecamatan Barumum Padang Lawas dapat dikatakan baik. Kepala UPT Dinas Pendidikan Kecamatan Barumun Kabupaten Padang Lawas dalam meningkatkan disiplin kerja pegawai, maka peneliti mempunyai beberapa kesimpulan dan saran kepada Kepala kantor UPT Dinas Pendidikan Kecamatan Barumun Kabupaten Padang Lawas yaitu 1.Peningkatan disiplin kerja pegawai perlu di tingkatkan agar kapabilitas dan kredibilitas pegawai atau staff, 2. Menambah fasilitas Kantor seperti internet, menambah komputer yang kurang, dan mengganti komputer yang tidak layak dipakai lagi, 3. Pimpinan selalu mengkontrol pekerjaan pegawai sesuai dengan bidang dan tugas masing-masing supaya memperoleh fungsinya dalam mencapai prestasi kerja yang telah ditetapkan.This study aims to determine the effect of labor discipline on the performance of employees in the office of the District Education Office Barumun UPT Padang Lawas District, the methods used by the author is a qualitative method.     Pembangkitan Korpus Data Wicara Bahasa Batak Toba Menggunakan Pendekatan Hidden Markov Model

    Pada era kemajuan teknologi 4.0, keberlangsungan dalam berkomunikasi antar bahasa tidak sesulit sebelumnya sebab adanya konsep yang berbasis elektronik dimana tidak mengharuskan mencari kamus ataupun buku bahasa untuk dijadikan acuan berbahasa. Dengan kata lain, seseorang dapat dengan mudah menggunakan teknologi kebahasaan tersebut dengan cara cukup melakukan instalasi pada smartphone masing-masing. Salah satu teknologi kebahasaan yang familiar dijumpai yaitu sistem penerjemahan. Namun, dari kemudahan tersebut menghasilkan sebuah permasalahan serius dalam sistem penerjemahan, yaitu kurang kayanya sebuah data bahasa atau biasa disebut dengan corpus. Pada saat ini, corpus yang tersedia dalam Bahasa daerah di Indonesia hanya Bahasa Sunda dan Jawa saja dan tidak ada Bahasa Batak terutama Batak Toba. Oleh karena itu, penulis melakukan pembuatan speech corpus dengan tujuan utama untuk digunakan pada sebuah translasi yang dikhususkan pada bahasa batak toba dengan metode Hidden Markov Model. Metode Hidden Markov Model digunakan untuk memodelkan sekaligus memberikan akurasi kepada kata yang telah dimodelkan sehingga kata yang digunakan untuk proses terjemahan menjadi akurat. Metode ini juga dikombinasikan dengan Gaussian Mixture Model untuk membantu metode ini memodelkan kata yang digunakan menjadi lebih baik. Akurasi tertinggi yang didapatkan dengan kombinasi kedua metode tersebut sebesar 100% dan dengan nilai Mean Absolute Percentage Error sebesar 0% untuk evaluasi model dari data audio yang telah di latih serta untuk percobaan didapatkan 43,33% dari nilai Word Recognition Rate berdasarkan 10 narasumber yang berbeda.In the era of technological advancement 4.0, continuity in communicating between languages is not as difficult as before because there are electronic-based concepts which do not require looking for dictionaries or language books to be used as language references. In other words, one can easily use the language technology by simply installing it on their respective smartphones. One of the familiar language technologies found is the translation system. However, this convenience results in a serious problem in the translation system, namely the lack of rich language data or commonly known as corpus. At this time, the corpus available in regional languages in Indonesia is only Sundanese and Javanese and there is no Batak language, especially Toba Batak. Therefore, the author made a speech corpus with the main aim of being used in a translation that is devoted to the Batak Toba language with the Hidden Markov Model method. The Hidden Markov Model method is used to model as well as provide accuracy to the words that have been modeled so that the words used for the translation process are accurate. This method is also combined with the Gaussian Mixture Model to help this method model the words used to be better. The highest accuracy obtained by the combination of the two methods is 100% and the Mean Absolute Percentage Error value is 0% for the evaluation of the model from the audio data that has been trained and for the experiment, it was obtained 43.33% of the Word Recognition Rate value based on 10 different sources.64 HalamanSkripsi Sarjan

    Negative impacts of dust-mount volcanic eruption to the production and damages of the surrounding plantation have been understood. However, its environmentally friendly mitigation effort has been poorly investigated. Application of organic fertilizer has been reported to be able to recover crop’s ecosystem balance, especially through insect’s community balance. Study on the effect of organic fertilizer application on insect visitation pattern at apple plantation following dust volcanic eruption of Mount Kelud was assessed at Junggo village, Malang regency, from January to April 2015. Treatments consisted of liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) at the rate of 2 cc/lt applied at blooming and fruiting seasons (LOF flower and LOF fruit) and controls. Sample size was 6plants. Liquid orgamicfertilizer were applied 10 times; five times during flowering time and the remaining five at fruiting time. Observation was made four days after application at 4 period intervals, namely, 0.7.00-08.00; 09.00-10.00; 12.00-13.00 and 15.00-16.00. Parametersobserved include insect diversity, abundance,and composition. Results showed that application of Liquid Organic Fertilizer (LOF) significantly affected the insect visitation pattern. LOF at flowering time showed the highest diversity index. Insect diversity consisted of 14 families. The highest composition shown by the pollinator and among the pollinators, the Tabanidae was the most importance. Traveloka offers Indonesians a wide range of online services, including airline and hotel bookings, as well as expansion into trains, buses, car rentals, and tourist activities. It is interesting to talk about how Traveloka applies information systems to its business until it becomes one of the Unicorns in Indonesia.     In this study, the purpose was to find out the Regular Hajj Registration Service at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Pekanbaru City Office. For sampling in determining key informants in this study, the author used sampling techniques. Therefore, the authors chose the Snowball Sampling technique to find more accurate information. The types and sources of data used are primary data and skunder. Data collection techniques with interviews and data analysis techniques in this study are qualitative. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the attitude of officers is still not good in serving prospective pilgrims, this can be seen from the service provided by employees who are less friendly and polite. There are differences in explanation between the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Pekanbaru City and the community in terms of respect from officers or employees in serving the community or service users and the lack of discipline from employees or officers in serving the interests of the community. Service procedures that are considered still less than optimal are because, people who have difficulty when handling correspondence and other administration they need, this is because the community has to find several employees providing complicated services such as throwing responsibility at each other in the process of managing services. The existing service facilities are considered inadequate, where the service space is not comfortable, the internet network is often disrupted so that the SISKOHAT server often experiences errors when inputting data on prospective pilgrims, and the number of computer equipment and printers is still lacking.
