Prasetyo Utomo, and to describe the result of the research implementation of the research on the intrinsic element of the soul mirror novels on learning Indonesian at school.The metode used is descriptive method with a qualitative form. The data source in this study is a soul mirror novels by S. Prasetyo Utomo.his study managed to find terms of aspects theme, message, plot, setting, character, characterization, point of view, style of laguage. The data obtained are in the form of findings and explanations from aspects of novel intrinsic elements. Data collection techniques were taken using documentary study techniques. Research data in the form of text, sentences, and words contained in the novels. Multimodalitas Wacana Kritis Keagamaan Dalam Komik Aji Prasetyo
Full text linkComics as a popular visual communication medium are potential to carry sensitive discourses flexibly and freely. The nature of comics that involves the reader in filling out messages, as well as forms of multimodal communication through images and texts also support that potention. Serious, sensitive, and critical topics, such as religion, are often found in comics. One of the actual comics with a critical religious theme is the comic by Aji Prasetyo. This journal will analyze critical religiousity discourse in Aji Prasetyo\u27s comics through a multimodal approach. The analysis was using the analysis method by Kress and Van Leeuwen, with the help of McCloud\u27s comic theory. The results show that the interweaving of signs in visual mode and verbal mode in comics is related to each other to form discourse. Signs in the visual mode in the form of icons play an important role as a representation of characters and ideas. While in verbal mode, the caption dominates the comic as a representation of the author\u27s critical opinion. The interweaving of signs in this fashion hybridity constructs a critical discourse about the contradictions of religious expression between formalism and substantialism.Komik sebagai media komunikasi visual yang populer sanggup membawa wacana-wacana sensitif secara lentur dan leluasa. Sifat komik yang melibatkan pembaca dalam mengisi kekosongan pesan, serta bentuk komunikasi multimodal melalui gambar dan teks juga turut menunjang hal tersebut. Topik yang serius, sensitif, dan juga kritis, seperti keagamaan kemudian sering ditemui dalam beberapa komik. Salah satu komik yang aktual dengan tema kritis keagamaan adalah komik karya Aji Prasetyo. Jurnal ini akan menganalisis wacana kritis keagamaan dalam komik Aji Prasetyo melalui pendekatan multimodal. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan pisau analisis Kress dan Van Leeuwen, dengan dibantu teori komik McCloud. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa jalinan tanda dalam mode visual dan mode verbal dalam komik saling berkaitan membentuk wacana. Tanda dalam mode visual berupa ikon berperan penting sebagai representasi kelompok dan gagasan. Sedangkan dalam mode verbal, caption mendominasi komik sebagai representasi opini kritis pengarang. Jalinan tanda dalam hibriditas mode tersebut mengkonstruksi wacana kritis keagamaan tentang kontradiksi ekspresi keagamaan antara formalisme dan substansialisme

Full text linkThis study has four objectives. (1) Describing the sociohistorical background of the novel author of the Poor Misbehowed by Wiwid Prasetyo. (2) Describe the structure of the novel Poor People Banned School by Wiwid Prasetyo. (3) Describe the social attitudes of the main character in the novel of the Poor Misused School by Wiwid Prasetyo. (4) Describe the relevance of research results with literary learning in high school.This type of research is qualitative descriptive. The strategy used is the stuck case study. The data in this study are words, phrases, sentences and discourses in the novel Prohibited People School that is in accordance with the object of research. The source of the data is the novel Poor People Banned School, the relevant literature books. Techniques of collecting data with library techniques, techniques refer, and record techniques. Test the validity of data through theoretical triangulation. Data analysis through reading of semiotic model is heuristic and hermeneutic reading.
The results of this study are (1) Sociohistorical Wiwid Prasetyo works nuanced education and poverty. (2) The building structure of the novel Poor People Banned School by Wiwid Prasetyo, has elements that are functionally mutually supportive of each other. (3) The social attitude of the main character in the novel of the Poor Prohibited School by Wiwid Prasetyo includes four things. (a) Motives consisting of biogenetic motifs, theogical motifs, and sociogetic motives. (b) Conflicts of near-approaching conflict, conflict approaching away, and conflict away. (c) The defense of the ego. (d) Attitudes consisting of three components: cognitive component, affective component, and conative component. (4) The results of this study have relevance to the learning of literature in SMA based on SK 7 and KD 7.2, and in accordance with the criteria of teaching materials that include. (a) Language aspect. (b) Psychological aspects. (c) Cultural aspects

ABSTRAK
Perkembangan teknologi saat ini berkembang dengan sangat
pesat. Terutama pada dunia robotika. Telah banyak terciptanya robot
yang dapat meringankan perkerjaan manusia. Salah satunya dalam
bidang penghantaran makanan di rumah sakit. Dibutuhkannya seorang
pramuniaga yang dapat mengantarkan makanan ke ruangan yang dituju
dengan cepat, tepat dan menjaga makanan agar tidak tumpah. Maka dari
itu dibutuhkan meja penghantar makanan yang dapat berjalan dan
menjaga agar makanan tidak tumpah
Dalam makalah ini penulis ingin mengembangkan meja
penghantar makanan dengan menerapkan metode kendali PID pada
Aktuator meja agar dapat menjaga keseimbangan meja. Sensor sudut
GY-521 sebagai input keseimbangan meja , Motor DC dan motor Power
Window sebagai aktuatornya dan akan begerak mengikuti garis menuju
ruangan yang ditentukan dengan menmbaca data dari sensor
TCRT5000.Dari hasil pengujian alat yang telah dilakukan, keseluruhan
sistem dapat berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan masukan yang diterima
yaitu warna garis hitam untuk menngerakan motor DC agar bergerak
mengikuri garis dan mengatur posisi meja dengan PID (didapatkan nilai
optimal Kp=30, Ki=0.0001, dan Kd=3).

ABSTRACT
Technology development is currently developing very rapidly.
Especially in the world of robotics. Many robots have been created that
can alleviate human work. One of them is in the field of food delivery in
hospitals. It takes a salesperson who can deliver food to the designated
room quickly, precisely and keep the food from spilling. Therefore we
need a food delivery table that can walk and keep food from spilling
In this paper the author wants to develop a food delivery table
by applying the PID control method to the table actuator in order to
maintain the balance of the table. The GY-521 angle sensor is the input
balance of the table, DC motor and Power Window motor as the
actuator and will move following the line to the specified room by
reading the data from the TCRT5000 sensor. From the results of testing
tools that have been done, the entire system can run well according to
the input received, namely the black line color to move the DC motor to
move to line the line and adjust the position of the table with PID
(obtained optimal values Kp=30, Ki=0.0001, dan Kd=3).

Ship is one of the most effective alternative transportation right now. At present, almost vessels use auxiliary boiler for various activities on board but a ship that is specifically not used it. Reducing steam on board will disrupt ship operations. Therefore need improvement performance. Boiler feed water pump is very importance that boiler can running or operating well.
Boiler can operating or running well therefore need good performance repair. One of the auxiliary boiler components that to move fluid or liquid from one place to another through pipe. boiler feed water pump not have optimal performance causes of bearing failure, there are leakage in mechanical seal and there are cavitation in pump
Boiler feed water pump is auxiliary engine on ship which have important role for fill the water from cascade pumped into the boiler. Author talk about optimization feed water pump work using fishbone and fault tree analysis methods, using two combined methods can find causes of the problem what happens and know the root of the problem what happens.

This study use descriptive qualitative method. Data gathered form some methode, i.e. observation, literature review, and interview with related source. The conclusion of this study is validity data problems of taxpayer that listed on SPPT become the main problem for decreasing receivable value, because only increasing the target haven’t been absolute to decrease the sum of receivable that increased each year from 2013 total IDR 6.968.528.568,00, 2014 total IDR 7.945.639.957,00, and 2015 total IDR 12.983.449.906 . Recommendations from the Author that may be used to improve the billing mechanism of PBB-P2 in Kota Surakarta are: (1) increase the number of qualifies personnel, (2) perform periodic central verification process, and (3) improve the computer system to be connected with the payment counter of PBB-P2. Full text linkThe objective of this study is to analyze relationship between perception in implementing TGT, Reward and Punishment techniques, learning motivation toward learning achievement in Civic education subject. The study took place in SDN I Ngrejo Tulungagung assigning the 34 fifth graders. This study used correlational design and data were collected using questionnaire and test. Data were analyzed using multiple regression techniques. The study found that (1) positive relationship between TGT, reward and punishment and learning achievement exists at .946; (2) positive relationship between learning motivation and learning achievement is .965; (3) positive relationship altogether between TGT, reward and punishment, and learning motivation towards learning achievement is .844

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesesuaian pelaksanaan pemilihan
umum kepala daerah, khususnya pemilihan Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur Provinsi
DKI Jakarta dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Dalam penelitian
ini penulis menggunakan jenis penelitian hukum empiris untuk memberikan
gambaran atau pemaparan atas subjek dan objek penelitian yang berkaitan dengan
proses pelaksanaan pemilihan umum kepala daerah. Sumber data penelitian
diperoleh dari data primer dan data sekunder. Analisis data dilakukan secara
kualitatif dengan menggunakan interaktif model yang mana komponen reduksi data
dan penyajian data dilakukan bersama dengan proses pengumpulan data. Setelah data
terkumpul maka ketiga komponen tersebut berinteraksi dan apabila kesimpulan
dirasakan kurang, maka perlu dilakukan verifikasi atau penelitian ulang dengan cara
mencari data tambahan dari lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa
pelaksaanaan pemilihan umum kepala daerah untuk memilih Gubernur dan Wakil
Gubernur DKI Jakarta telah berjalan sesuai dengan tahapan-tahapan yang diatur
dalam peraturan perundang-undangan. Namun belum dapat dikatakan bersih didalam
tahapan kampanye, karena masih ada beberapa pelanggaran yang tidak ditindak
sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku. Penulis menyarankan agar hambatanhambatan
yang muncul saat proses pemilihan umum dituntaskan, agar tidak semakin
berlarut dan mengganggu proses pelaksanaan pemilihan umum.

This research aims to find out the compatibility of the implementation of
general election of the Regional Head with the legislation in force, specifically for
the case of the election of the Governor and Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta.
This is an empirical legal research in which the author provides a disclosure
of the subject and object of this research related to the implementation of the
Regional Head election.
The source of data used in this research obtained from the primary and
secondary data. The qualitative method is applied for analyzing the data and it is
done by employing the interactive model. It means that the component of data
reduction and the presentation of the data are done at the same time in the process of
the data collection. Later on after the data collected, all of those three components
interact so that the conclusion can be achieved. Then, if the conclusion is not like
what is expected by the author, thus it needs to conduct verification and a reexamination
done by recompiling the data from the source.
The findings of the research are the implementation of general election of the
Regional Head in electing the Governor and the Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta is
in accordance with the stages set in the legislation. However, in the campaign stage,
it cannot be categorized as a clean campaign; there are some violations which are not
treated in accordance with the regulations. Therefore, it is suggested that the
obstacles appeared in the process of general election should be overcome
immediately so that it does not ruin the general election process.

Salah satu fenomena yang terjadi saat ini dalam ranah
perguruan tinggi adalah penyelesaian tugas akhir berupa skripsi. Hal
yang harus dimiliki mahasiswa dalam pengerjaan skripsi adalah grit,
yang dapat membantu para mahasiswa lebih tangguh, mampu berdaya
juang dan memiliki tujuan serta motivasi dalam jangka waktu yang
lama. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini ntuk mengetahui hubungan antara
optimisme dan dukungan dosen dengan grit mahasiswa yang sedang
mengerjakan skripsi.
Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas
Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 174
mahasiswa. Peneliti menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, metode
dalam mengumpulkan data menggunakan kuesioner serta instrumen
yang digunakan dengan menggunakan 3 skala yaitu grit, optimisme
dan dukungan sosial. Metode analisis data berupa analisis anareg atau
analisis regresi berganda.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis terdapat hubungan yang signifikan
antara optimisme dan dukungan dosen dengan grit pada mahasiswa
yang mengerjakan skripsi dengan nilai koefisien korelasi R=0.723
dengan taraf signifikan 0.001 sebanyak 52,3% sedangkan 47,7%
sisanya dipengaruhi faktor-faktor lain. Terdapat hubungan positif
signifikan antara optimisme dengan grit pada mahasiswa mengerjakan
skripsi dengan nilai koefisien korelasi (Rx1-y)=0.652. Terdapat
hubungan positif signifikan antara dukungan dosen dengan grit pada
mahasiswa yang mengerjakan skripsi dengan koefisien korelasi (Rx2-
y)=0.676.

One of the phenomena that occurs today in the realm of
higher education is the completion of a final project in the form of a
thesis. The thing that students must have in working on a thesis is grit,
which can help students be more resilient, able to fight and have goals
and motivation for a long time. The purpose of this study is to
determine the relationship between optimism and lecturer support
with the grit of students who are working on their thesis.
The population in this study was students of the Faculty of
Islamic Economics and Business and the sample used was 174
students. Researchers used purposive sampling techniques, methods in
collecting data using questionnaires and instruments used using 3
scales, namely grit, optimism and social support. Data analysis
methods in the form of anareg analysis or multiple regression
analysis.
Based on the results of the analysis, there is a significant
relationship between optimism and lecturer support with grit in
students who work on a thesis with a correlation coefficient value of R
= 0.723 with a significant level of 0.001 as much as 52.3% while the
remaining 47.7% is influenced by other factors. There was a
significant positive relationship between optimism and grit in students
working on their thesis with a correlation coefficient value (Rx1-y) =
0.652. There is a significant positive relationship between lecturer
support and grit in students working on a thesis with a correlation
coefficient (Rx2-y) = 0.676.
