The aim of the research is to test the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility and diversification to firm value. Corporate Social Responsibility is measured using GRI Index version 3.0, diversification is measured using dummy are diclosed in the annual report and firm value is measured using Tobin’s Q. Sampling method with quota sampling and fixed of 90 companies diversification, 30 companies non diversification listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015. Data analysis texhniques used in this study is multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 21. The result show that Corporate Social Responsibility and diversification have no affect on firm value.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

Tujuan penelitian pada penulisan Tugas ini adalah dapat mempermudah nasabah dalam pelaksanaan ibadah haji dan umrah yang ditawarkan Bank Syariah Mandiri. Rumusan masalah dari tugas ini adalah bagaimana Pelaksanaan Tabungan Mabrur pada Bank Syariah Mandiri Kantor Cabang Padangsidimpuan. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode deskriftif yaitu dengan mengumpulkan data aktual dengan melakukan observasi secara langsung atau pengamatan, setelah mengumpulkan data dan melakukan analisis. Salah satunya melakukan wawancara dengan costumer service Bank Syariah Mandiri Kantor Padangsidimpuan, dan data sekunder yang berpedoman dari literatur-literatur bahan bacaan dan internet yang berkaitan dengan apa yang penulis bahas dan diteliti. Berdasarkan penelitian dan analisis yang penulis lakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pelaksanaan Tabungan Mabrur ini adalah tabungan dalam bentuk rupiah untuk membantu pelaksanaan ibadah haji dan umrah khususnya untuk yang berumur diatas 17 tahun. Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Full text linkWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. This research intends to get knowledge based on fact or valid, true and reliable data about The Correlation Between student’s perception about teacher profesion and the interest to be a teacher on student of economics educatin program study, state university of jakarta.
The method used in this research is survey method with the correlational approach and used random sampling. Population in this research is all students in economic education program study 2008. Sample were taken as many as 68 students, this is from population attainable with sufficient criteria a 86 students with an error rate of 5%.
Perception about teacher profesion’s (Variabel X) data are using primer data that is quisioner and interest to be teacher (Variabel Y) also using primer data that is quisioner.
Technical analysis data using simple linear regression equation and results of the research, obtained Y = 61,767 + 0,369X. From the galat assessment normalities test with liliefors test can be known Lo 3,99) indicating the regression are significant. While in regretion linear test results obtained Fh < F t (1,11 < 1,72) it mean regression model is linear.
Result of correlation coefficient test with using the product moment obtained rxy = 0,3020, this means there is a positive influence between the variables X and Y. From t-test calculations obtained th > t t, (2,58 > 1,685) indicating there is significant correlation between the variable X and variable Y. Tujuan dilaksanakannya penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar peserta didik kelas II semester II pada MI Hayatuddiniyah untuk mata pelajaran IPS khususnya materi keluarga melalui media gambar.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus melalui tiga kali pertemuan pada pembelajaran IPS. Sedangkan yang menjadi sujek ada setiap siklus yakni siklus 1 dan siklus 2 terdiri atas dua kali pertemuan. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas II MI Hayatuddiniyah semester genap tahun ajaran 2012/2013, dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 19 orang. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui teknik observasi dan tes tertulis, sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah rata-rata dan persentasi.
Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh (1) Aktivitas guru pada kegiatan pembelajaran materi keluarga melalui media gambar pada mata pelajaran IPS kelas II MI Hayatuddiniyah Kecamatan Beruntung Baru berjalan dengan sangat baik dan sesuai dengan rencana, karena setiap akhir pembelajaran selalu diadakan refleksi untuk diadakan perbaikan. Aktivitas tersebut mengalami peningkatan sebesar 41,38%, yaitu dari 55,17% pada pertemuan siklus I menjadi 96,55% pada pertemuan siklus III dan aktivitas siswa juga mengalami peningkatan yang cukup signifikan sebesar 34,00% yaitu dari skor rata-rata 62,00% (aktif) pada pertemuan siklus I, meningkat menjadi 96,00% (sangat aktif) pada siklus III. (3)Tindakan kelas untuk meningkatkan Prestasi peserta didik tentang materi keluarga melalui media gambar pada mata pelajaran IPS siswa kelas II MI Hayatuddiniyah Kecamatan Beruntung Baru dinyatakan berhasil dan tujuan pembelajaran tercapai. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil belajar siswa pada pelaksanaan siklus I sampai dengan siklus III yang menunjukkan adanya peningkatan sebesar 9,74%, yaitu dari nilai rata-rata 5,89 pada siklus I, menjadi rata-rata 7,74 pada pertemuan siklus III.
Berdasarkan hasil temuan yang diperoleh melalui kegiatan belajar mengajar yang dilaksanakan sebanyak 3 siklus dengan 3 kali pertemuan (3 x (2 x 35 menit) melalui observasi kegiatan pembelajaran guru, observasi aktivitas siswa dan kegiatan belajar mengajar, dan penilaian formatif, maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran mata IPS dengan menggunakan media gambar pada siswa kelas II MI Hayatuddiniyah Kecamatan Beruntung Baru Kabupaten Banjar sangat efektif dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa
