Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui untuk mengetahui pengaruh goal orientation terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMK Negeri 10 Jakarta, mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas belajar terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMK Negeri 10 Jakarta dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh goal orientation dan fasilitas belajar terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMK Negeri 10 Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Negeri 10 Jakarta, dengan jenis penelitian ex-post facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMK Negeri 10 Jakarta yang akan melaksanakan praktik kerja lapangan. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 140 orang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik probability sampling dengan jenis propotional random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik deskriptif kuantitatif dan regresi linear berganda. Sedangkan untuk olah data penelitian menggunakan aplikasi statistic SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) goal orientation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMK Negeri 10 Jakarta. (2) fasilitas belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMK Negeri 10 Jakarta. (3) goal orientation dan fasilitas belajar secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMK Negeri 10 Jakarta. Dari hasil penelitian ini disarankan bahwa siswa sebaiknya lebih mempersiapkan diri untuk memasuki dunia kerja karena semakin tingginya persaingan dalam memasuki dunia kerja. Kemudian peningkatan kualitas sarana prasarana dan proses pembelajaran di sekolah perlu diperhatikan. Kata Kunci: Goal Orientation, Fasilitas Belajar, Kesiapan Kerja

    Abstract: The existence of this paper is to examine the Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) applied at the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School through a learning system that is internalized in the form of activities, programs and habituation patterns in Islamic boarding schools as an effort to shape the character of students, develop knowledge, insight, increase motivation , positive thinking, creative, critical and independent behavior. The method used in this research is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews, observations and documentation. In this study the author intends to reveal how the PAI learning system based on Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) is implemented at the Nurul Jadid Islamic boarding school.     This study aims to analyze the implementation of school management to improve students' English literacy at SMP Islam Al Abidin Surakarta. This study uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method. The process of seeking and finding information related to English literacy improvement management is carried out through the 5W + 1H process. The study results showed that the implemented school management consisted of steps that supported English literacy starting from planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating activities. 1) The planning steps is related to determining goals, objectives, designing literacy activity programs, 2) organizing the resource, 3) implementing related to English literacy is through the following programs: (a) English Development Program, such as: English Camp, English Festival, Saturday Performance, Every day is English day, and Five Minutes Presentation (b) Literacy Programs, such as: Reading, Listening, Speaking Time and 4) controlling of implementing English literacy

    This research is motivated by the existence of a school program “Friday Sharing” to instill the social care character of students at MI Nurul Ulum Kayen Lamongan. Through the Friday Sharing program, students are expected to have high social care, sensitivity and empathy for fellow humans, friends, family and society. The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of the Friday sharing program its impact on the social care character of students at MI Nurul Ulum Kayen Lamongan. The research method used is qualitative research with phenomenology type. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study obtained data, namely the implementation of the Friday Sharing program has been carried out very well at MI Nurul Ulum Kayen this is shown through the analysis of program planning and implementation shows that the Friday Sharing program is consistently carried out every week students collect gifts voluntarily, but the distribution is carried out at the end of the month on Friday. The program plays a role in fostering and developing students' high social care character, including students having an awareness to help, tolerance, empathy and noble character towards friends, teachers, family and the surrounding community.Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi adanya program sekolah “Jum’at Berbagi” untuk menanamkan karakter peduli sosial siswa di MI Nurul Ulum Kayen Lamongan. Tujuan penelitiaan ini untuk mengetahui implementasi program Jum’at berbagi dampaknya terhadap karakter peduli sosial siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian memperoleh data yaitu implementasi program Jum’at Berbagi telah dilaksanakan dengan sangat baik di MI Nurul Ulum Kayen hal ini ditunjukkan melalui analisis perencanaan dan pelaksanaan program menunjukkan bahwa program Jum’at Berbagi secara konsiten dilaksanakan setiap seminggu sekali siswa mengumpulkan bingkisan secara sukarela, namun pendistribusian dilaksanakan setiap akhir bulan di hari jum’at. Program jum’at berbagi melibatkan siswa kelas IV-VI, Program tersebut berperan dalam menumbuhkan dan mengembangkan karakter peduli social siswa yang tinggi diantaranya siswa memiliki kesadaran untuk tolong menolong, tenggang rasa, empati dan berakhlak mulia terhadap teman, guru, keluarga dan masyarakat sekitar

    Confidence is a positive attitude that exists within a person to carry out activities without hesitation, is able to make decisions quickly, is not easily discouraged, is not awkward in acting, dares to argue, and dares to ask questions. One of the many activities in basic education to form a confident character, especially at MI Nurul Genceng Lamongan is carried out through speech activities (muhadharah). This study aims to describe the implementation of speech extracurricular activities (muhadharah) on students' self-confidence. This research uses a qualitative type with a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of extracurricular speeches is carried out in several stages including; 1) The opening stage, which at this stage, the observed, confident characters include students who dare to go ahead, easily adapt to the environment, and are able to speak politely and politely. 2) Content delivery stage At this stage the observed character of self-confidence is that students dare to express opinions, are not awkward, and are passionate about activities. 3) The closing stage, the observed confident character is easy to get along with by asking questions and answers,respecting fellow friends and being able to speak well and politely. In the implementation of speech extracurricular associated with the character of student confidence, there are differences, so that there is a categorization of self-confidence among students, including permanent self-confidence (in the sense that students already exist and always stay in themselves) and impetus self-confidence (confidenceby needing motivation or encouragement ). Overall, the extracurricular implementation of the speech at MI Nurul ulum genceng has been well implemented and the expected goals so that students can develop their talents and interests and form a confident character have been achieved even though improvements and developments are still being made consistently

To achieve this achievement is not easy, there will be many difficulties and challenges that must be faced, even if it is possible to experience a failure. Not all individuals can go through difficulties and challenges in the learning process which results in difficulty achieving the desired success. Of the many abilities needed to face life's difficulties, including difficulties in achieving achievement, namely the adversity quotient ability needed to achieve success in life. Self-control can also help a person to achieve success. Someone who has a high adversity quotient and can control themselves can achieve success despite many obstacles, they do not immediately give up and do not let difficulties destroy their dreams and ideals. Individuals who have high adversity quotient abilities will continue to achieve the highest possible achievement, because achievement is a success that is wanted to be achieved and the goals of every student.     Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Administrasi Umrah Berbasis Web dengan Metode Rapid Application Development

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Administrasi Umrah berbasis web pada PT. Nur Haramain Mulia Tour, Kraksaan, Probolinggo. Sistem ini dirancang untuk mempermudah calon jamaah dalam melakukan pendaftaran dan memperoleh informasi seputar layanan umrah, serta membantu petugas administrasi dalam proses pelayanan dan pendataan jamaah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rapid Application Development (RAD), yang terdiri atas tiga tahap utama: Requirement Planning, System Design, dan Implementation. Pada tahap pertama, peneliti melakukan observasi, wawancara, dan pengumpulan data untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan sistem. Tahap kedua melibatkan proses perancangan sistem sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Selama tahap ini, pengguna dan calon jamaah dilibatkan dalam pengujian sistem, dan perbaikan dilakukan secara langsung jika ditemukan kesalahan. Tahap terakhir adalah implementasi, di mana rancangan perangkat lunak diterjemahkan ke dalam kode program yang dapat dijalankan. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan framework Laravel dan basis data MySQL. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem informasi yang mampu mengelola data secara terpusat, memungkinkan proses input, penyimpanan, dan pencetakan laporan administrasi umrah secara lebih efisien dan terintegrasi.
