No full textTulisan ini mengkaji mengenai penguatan dan perlindungan hukum bagi Ombudsman RI dalam melakukan pengawasan keterlaksanaan pelayanan publik. Dalam penelusuran penulis melalui sumber website resmi lembaga pemerintah dan portal berita online yang dapat dipercaya, masih ada sejumlah lembaga negara yang menolak dipanggil, diperiksa dan bahkan menolak hasil temuan Ombudsman RI. Padahal jelas-jelas, Ombudsman adalah salah satu lembaga negara independen yang dijamin UU. Di Indonesia, sebelum lahirnya UU No.37 Tahun 2008 tentang Ombudsman RI pengaturan Ombudsman masih menggunakan dasar hukum Keputusan Presiden (Keppres) No. 44 Tahun 2000 tentang Komisi Ombudsman Nasional. UU No.37 Tahun 2008 yang merupakan legacy Presiden Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono dengan harapan berbasis pada penguatan Ombusdman RI sebagai control keberadaaanya dalam lembaga ketatanegaraan. Sebagai salah satu contoh kasus, saat Ombudsman RI memanggil KPK saat menagani laporan Brigjen Pol. Endar Priantoro. KPK melalui Sekjen dengan tegas menolak diperiksa Ombudsman RI. Dalam tulisan ini menemukan hasil dan kesimpulan tiga pertanyaan permasalahan yakni ada aspek hukum yang menjadi wewenang Ombudsman atas pemberhentian Brigjen Endar Priantoro oleh KPK yang diadukan oleh Brigjen Endar Priantoro. Kedua cara mengatasi masalah jika Ombudsman menghadapi penolakan saat menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya menurut ketentuan peraturan perundangan-undangan. Dan ketiga adanya Penguatan dan Perlindungan Hukum Bagi Ombudsman RI sebagai Pengawasan Pelayanan Publik. Untuk memudahkan penulis mendapat jawaban dan kesimpulan tersebut menggunakan teori perlindungan hukum (Philipus M. Hadjon ) dan hukum Pembangunan (Mochtar Kusumaatmadja)

No full textIndonesia as a sovereign country guarantees and provides protection for every citizen. This is a reflection of the State of Indonesia as a state of law. It is the same as the supporting profession of legal consultants in the capital market who have the right to have all their rights protected while carrying out their profession. The supporting profession of legal consultants in the capital market has an important role. Provisions of Article 67 of Law no. 8 of 1995 concerning the Capital Market which reads "In carrying out business activities in the Capital Market sector, Capital Market Supporting Professionals are required to provide an independent opinion or assessment. However, according to the author's careful review, in the capital market legal consultant profession, legal immunity has not been found while carrying out their profession. While in the Advocate Law there is immunity for an Advocate who carries out his functions as contained in Article 16 of Law Number 18 of 2003 concerning Advocates. The Capital Market Law does not explicitly describe legal protection for capital market legal consultants. For this reason, in this paper the author finds about preventive legal protection for capital market legal consultants in Indonesia with a Comparative Study of Indonesian and Singapore Laws. Legal Consultants in the Capital Market in Indonesia, one of the fundamental things to avoid legal sanctions is obedience to existing legal norms. While in Singapore it was found that since the beginning according to the country's constitution there has been legal immunity for professions related to Advocates, Lawyers or legal consultants. To answer the problem of this paper, the writer uses normative juridical method with progressive legal theory (Prof. Satjipto Rahardjo) and Legal Protection Theory (Philipus M. Hadjon)

No full textThis article is a sociological analysis of the social networking site Facebook. It is based on two premises: (1) that Facebook is a case of technical association, in which the individual and the relations between individuals are in part shaped by algorithms and interfaces, and that (2) this form of association becomes particularly salient in the culture of individualism, which promotes an expressive self doing self-work. The article is composed of two parts. In the first, the author describes the consequences of the fact that a Facebook friendship is not completely a human affair, but rather an affair between humans and technology that has agency. Modifying the classical concept of sociability offered by Simmel, the author analyzes Facebook in terms of ‘algorithmic sociability. In the second part the author describes how Facebook’s interface and the relations that Facebook arranges configure the individual. No full textThe purpose of the study was to determine the effect of marketing strategies on consumer purchasing decisions and to determine how much influence marketing strategies have on consumer purchasing decisions at Transcom Megatronik, Gunungsitoli City. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research. So the sample in this study was 36 people, this sampling was 36 because there were 36 consumers at Transcom. Data collection techniques used observation, questionnaires and documentation. Based on the results of the study conducted by the researcher, it was found that the Marketing Strategy at Transcom Megatronik, Gunungsitoli City was still not optimal and needed to be improved in order to attract product purchasing decisions at Transcom Megatronik, Gunungsitoli City. From the observations made by the author throughout the study, the author saw that consumers did not really know the products that would be sold because the marketing strategy was not optimal. And from the results of the study, the author concluded that the better the marketing strategy at Transcom Megatronik, Gunungsitoli City, the more purchasing decisions at Transcom Megatronik, Gunungsitoli City

Autor stawia tezę, że wieloletnie umowy kredytowe związane z obcą walutą i łączące banki i kredytobiorców (ale faktycznie znacznie więcej aktorów) stają się wehikułami moralnego rozumowania i działania, które w różnych momentach zakorzenia abstrakcyjny instrument finansowy w świecie życia ludzi lub mobilizuje ich przeciw nieoczekiwanym i niepożądanym skutkom jego działania.The article presents preliminary findings from an ongoing ethnographic research among the population of Polish mortgagors who have signed contracts that denominate or index their debt in the Swiss franc. The author argues that long-term fx mortgage contracts, which connect banks and mortgagors (but in fact many more actors), become vehicles of moral reasoning and action that embeds the abstract financial instrument in people’s life-worlds or mobilizes them against unexpected and unwanted effects of the instrument’s performance

No full textThis thesis is motivated by problems that arise in a class in the mathematics subject Trigonometry, namely low learning outcomes because students do not like the teacher's way of teaching. So teachers need to apply a learning model or method as proposed by the author, namely the Problem Based Learning model. This research is intended to answer the problem: Can the Problem Based Learning model improve the mathematics learning outcomes of trigonometry material in class X students at SMA Negeri 1 Gomo for the 2022/2023 academic year. This problem was discussed through classroom action research which was carried out in 2 (two) cycles with each cycle consisting of 4 components or stages, namely: planning, implementation (action), observation, and evaluation (reflection). Data collection in this research used observation and tests. This research concludes that the application of the Problem Based Learning model can improve the mathematics learning outcomes of trigonometry material in class X students at SMA Negeri 1 Gomo for the 2022/2023 academic year. results of learning mathematics trigonometry material. The increase in students who completed their studies can be seen from the first cycle of students who completed 13 students or 40.62% and those who did not complete 19 students or 59.38%. Meanwhile, in cycle II, there were 28 students who completed it or 87.5% and 4 students who did not complete it or 12.5%. The criteria for classical completeness ≥ 85% were achieved in cycle II with a percentage of 87.5%. Then the cycle is stopped and declared successful

This research is a type of research belonging to linguistic field. The research also used qualitative descriptive research method. This research method is a method that refers to the form of words taken from the data source by explaining the intent of data intention. In addition, this research also uses research libraries (library research). This literature research only discusses existing data data by processing and developing data by using morphological theory that supports the research.
The first step used by the author is to collect data taken from the source, after that the data are all collected then the writers classify the data in several groups. Since in this study only discusses the three topics of the problem, the first is to classify all types of derivation and morpheme inflection found in the Jakarta Post newspaper, the second is the function of each morpheme, and the last is the rule that belongs to the derivation and morpheme inflection The.
Based on this study, the writers found the uniqueness caused by derivation and morpheme inflection when combined with other morphemes. If the morpheme derivation is compared with the free morpheme it will have a different meaning and sometimes even change the word class. While morpheme inflection when compared with free morpheme it will have a grammatical function
