Spirituality and Social Cultural Education Factors in Instilling an Entrepreneurial Spirit Miftahul Ulum Teluk Bakong Education, West Kalimantan
Education is one of the driving factors in developing students' abilities in the realm of entrepreneurship. This study aims to discuss the Spirituality and Social Cultural Education Factors in Instilling an Entrepreneurial Spirit in the Education of Miftahul Ulum Teluk Bakong, West Kalimantan, to see the influence resulting from spiritual and social cultural education to become a pattern of student development. This research is included in the qualitative cluster with the nature of literature studies that examines problems with sources that have been written in advance by researchers and matched with field observations so that they become complete texts between reality and facts and are focused on library research. The data used comes from previous literature and field observations. This is done by the author to see the dynamics of education in forming entrepreneurial skills. Data analysis uses data reduction, data display and draws conclusions. In other words, that in this study the authors used several references and reference materials that have relevance to the title raised in this study. The results of this study Spiritual education, as well as social attitudes have a role in having factors that shape entrepreneurial attitudes. Where spiritual factors play a role in shaping spiritual attitudes, there are several things to develop spiritual values and awareness which include life goals, ethics, integrity, empathy, gratitude, and perseverance. One of Miftahul Ulum's education programs has instilled spiritual values to create students who are able to compete in the outside world regarding the economy. These factors can influence the attitude of an entrepreneur in doing business, such as long-term orientation, holistic thinking, and a sense of social responsibility

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to find out how the teacher's strategy in reducing student anxiety in following the tenth grade Arabic subject at Madrasah Aliyah Ibtidaul Falah Samirejo Dawe Kudus. The author uses descriptive qualitative research with three steps, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The research subjects were Arabic language teachers, Counseling Guidance teachers and students at Madrasah Aliyah Ibtidaul Falah Samirejo Dawe Kudus. The results of this study indicate that anxiety is caused because Arabic is a difficult subject to understand so many students complain because they find it difficult to understand the meanings of Arabic vocabulary. In addition, the demand for good grades by parents and teachers is also a cause of anxiety in learning Arabic Maharah Kalam. And the factors behind the anxiety are individual factors, intellectual factors, and student environmental factors. To avoid students' anxiety, the teacher manages students' anxiety about learning maharah kalam in Arabic by providing rational explanations to students why they should learn Arabic. Creating a relaxed and fun learning atmosphere, using supportive psychotherapy, developing a "sense of humor", using a humanistic approach, optimizing counseling and guidance services, developing a fun assessment system that doesn't burden students too much, regulating breathing and mind relaxation to help the student's body relax. Konsep Uzlah Kisah Ashabul Kahfi Dan Relevansinya Dalam Mempertahankan Akidah Pada Persahabatan Masa Kini.
ABSTRAK
Skripsi ini berjudul “Konsep Uzlah Kisah Ashabul Kahfi Serta Relevansinya dalam Mempertahankan Akidah pada Persahabatan Masa Kini”. Uzlah adalah sebuah aktivitas menghindari, menjauh atau meninggalkan sesuatu yang menjauhkan diri dari Allah. Atau menghindari, menjauhi serta meninggalkan sesuatu yang Allah larang. Rumusan masalah pada skripsi ini adalah bagaimana penafsiran uzlah dalam kisah ashabul kahfi dan bagaimana relevansi kosep uzlah kisah ashabul kahfi dalam mempertahankan akidah pada persahabatan masa kini. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dengan menggunakan sumber data primer dan sekunder. Adapun hasil penelitian dalam skripsi ini adalah Pertama, menurut Tafsir al-Misbah karya M. Quraish Shihab bahwasanya makna uzlah dalam surah al-Kahfi ayat 16 ini adalah “meninggalkan”. Sedangkan menurut kesimpulan dari Tafsir al-Azhar makna uzlah juga meninggalkan. Yaitu meninggalkan demi mempertahankan keimanan dan mencari tempat yang disana bebas melakukan ibadah. Relevansi konsep uzlah kisah ashabul kahfi dalam mempertahakan akidah pada persahabatan masa kini memiliki tiga bagian yaitu: Dalam persahabatan harus lebih mengutamankan keimanan dari pada kenyamana. Kemudian dalam kehidupan kita harus lebih mementingkan kepentingan agama dari pada harta dan tahtanya. Selanjutnya merasa takut kepada Allah dan berserah diri, dengan rasa dan sikap ini maka, tidak dengan mudahnya seseorang melakukan kesalahan dalam kehidupannya dan juga tidak membuat malas dalam berusaha, dan setelahnya yakin akan ada hasil terbaik dari sebuah usaha.

An Empirical Bond between Learner Autonomy and Well-being
Autonomous learning was reported to be very helpful in distance learning because it helped the students to understand the lesson without direct guidance from the teacher and decided to learn with their learning styles which allow them to maximize learning. Yet, students’ well-being is essential to reveal as it can be one of the indicators which can be taken into account on measuring the workload of students enrolling in the vocational state-owned institution. Therefore, this study is eager to reveal the relation between learner autonomy and well-being. The instrument which will be occupied in this study is a survey which derived from the various well-established scales in the literature, and then the back-translation method was used to produce a version in Bahasa Indonesia. All students of the polytechnic will be asked to participate in this study. Further results of this study will be processed with SPSS 25 version and AMOSS supported by additional sources from documents in the polytechnic. This study portrayed a significant relation between learner autonomy and wellbeing in terms of academic performance
Information System Design In SDIT Miftahul Jannah Based On Web Using Wordpress
Miftahul jannah integrated Islamic elementary school is an elementary school that accentuating the Islamic in their subject. This integrated Islamic school still in one foundation with PAUD (early childhood education) and TK (kindergarten) which is miftahul jannah foundation. Sdit miftahul jannah has been established since 2012, there has been stood a kindergarten and PAUD before SDIT. As time goes by, a lot of request from parents of prospective pupils to update SDIT miftahul jannah promotion with online media for example website, that could be easier to find information about the school. Hereby, the author build an information system based on website to facilitated parents of prospective pupils to find information about sdit miftahul jannah. Sdit miftahul jannan web design using one of the most commonly used applications is wordpress. Website focused to see the information of sdit miftahul jannah. This research was conducted to provide online information system of sdit miftahul jannah. Qualitative methods use to collect data from sdit miftahul jannah. The tests performed were able to show the school information based on website very helpful to share program and information which could access from everywhere, so the website was able to resolve any problems
PROYEKSI NAHDLATUL ULAMA DALAM MENJAWAB TANTANGAN ZAMAN : Studi Komparasi Pemikiran Islam Nusantara dan Fiqh Hadlarah
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menemukan persamaan dan perbedaan gagasan Islam Nusantara dan fiqh peradaban mulai dari penerimaan istilah di kalangan masyarakat, faktor pendorong munculnya gagasan, hingga tujuan dan metode dari keduanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan library research dengan bentuk literature review dan dianalisis secara deskriptif. komparatif. Hasilnya menemukan bahwa Islam Nusantara hadir sebagai jawaban kerisauan atas tindakan sebagian kelompok yang menjunjung tinggi dan menginginkan kekuasaan khilafah dalam tatanan kenegaraan baik lokal maupun global, serta adanya penolakan atas berbagai kebudayaan yang sudah berkembang lama sebagai jati diri banga dan warisan integrasi agama dan budaya. Sedangkan fiqh peradaban lahir sebagai bentuk sikap merawat perdamaian dunia, Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM) serta penengah konflik global yang masih berlangsung sampai saat ini. Landasan pemikiran Islam Nusantara adalah maqashid syariah, al-‘urf hasanah dan manhaj fikr ahlu sunnah wal jama’ah. Sedangakan epistemologi fiqh peradaban bersumber dari fiqh dengan berbagai ilmu penunjangnya yakni qawaid fiqhiyyah, metodologinya (ushul fiqh) serta maqashid syariah sebagai basis aksiologinya. Dari sisi penerimaan di masyarakat, Islam Nusantara mengalami perdebatan apnjang akibat istilahnya menimbulakan multi-tafsir di berbagai kalangan, sedangkan fiqh hadlarah atau fiqh peradabaan mampu diterima dan menarik perhatian karena istilah ini menyangkut seluruh kalangan, tidak terbatas pada garis agama, budaya dan negara tertentu
Activating the mnemonic learning model to enhance student motivation in MTs Miftahul Ulum Besuki
This research focuses on the activation of the Mnemonic Learning model, with the aim of understanding the process of activating the Mnemonic Learning model at MTs Miftahul Ulum. Based on these issues, the researcher is interested in further exploring them in the form of a scholarly thesis. The research objectives include: How does Mnemonic Learning enhance student motivation at MTs Miftahul Ulum Besuki Situbondo and What is the process of activating Mnemonic Learning at MTs Miftahul Ulum Besuki Situbondo. To address these issues, the author employed a qualitative research method, specifically phenomenological research. Data was collected through observations, interviews, and documentation involving various relevant parties related to the research subject. Data analysis involved data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The findings revealed the creation of more active and motivated learning through the use of the Mnemonic Learning model, leading to better understanding of the Arabic language by seventh-grade students at MTs Miftahul Ulum Besuki Situbondo. The author's hope is that the activation of the Mnemonic Learning Model will be able to make students have a high interest in learning Arabic so that they have standardized Arabic language skills
Analisis Penerapan Akuntansi Pada Lembaga Pendidikan Madrasah Tsanawiyah Miftahul Jannah Kec. Peranap Kab. Indragiri Hulu
Madrasah Tsanawiyah Miftahul Jannah educational institutions are foundation engaged in education. In recording transactions that are recorded in a diary, then recap monthly and arranged into financial statements. This research was conducted to determine the suitability of application accounting applied by Madrasah Tsanawiyah Miftahul Jannah kecapap district, Indragiri hulu district with the principle of general acceptance. The data needed in this study are primary data and secondary data collection techniques while using interviews as well documentation. Sources of data in this study came from records as well written documents that have been given by the school concerned with the data needed. From the understanding of accounting applied by Madrasas Tsanawiyah Miftahul Jannah, Application of accounting to Educational Institutions Madrasah Tsanawiyah Miftahul Jannah is not in accordance with accounting general thank. This is caused by the School not keeping journals, books the number of helpers is not in accordance with the generally accepted accounting format, The school does not make a trial balance, adjusting entries and trial balances after adjustments and financial statements that are applied still use the format business organization. For this reason, the author recommends recording in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, so it doesn't happen mistakes or deviations and can make it easier for organizations to take effective and efficient decisions
Analisis Penerapan Metode Peta Konsep pada Mata Pelajaran IPS Kelas VII SMP Islam Terpadu Miftahul Ulum
The problem raised in this study is the analysis of the use of the concept map method in social studies learning in class VII SMP IT Miftahul Ulum. This study aims: 1) To find out how to plan using the concept map method in learning in class VII at SMP IT Miftahul Ulum. 2) To find out how the implementation of using the concept map method in Social Studies Learning in class VII at SMP IT Miftahul Ulum 3) To find out how to evaluate using the concept map method in Social Studies Learning in class VII at SMP IT Miftahul Ulum. This type of research is a type of descriptive qualitative research, namely research that aims to describe the results of the research found by the author at the research site. The data collection techniques were using interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study state that: 1) Planning using the concept map method, the teacher prepares lesson plans, Prota, Promes and Syllabus, lessons and materials needed during learning, exemplifies how to make Concept Maps and prepares tools, media, materials and teaching materials needed in the teaching process. 2) There are 3 implementations when using the concept map, namely Demonstration, Individual and Group. 3) Evaluation when using the concept map IPS teachers conduct written tests, projects and make summaries
