attention when the author found out that the case was a case containing a highly
viscous political charge. The new Order era has felt that the writer still leaves
wounds and leaves a former that is so deep for both activists and students.Fuad
Muhammad Syafrudin is a journalist and journalist who works AT BERNAS
Jogja. The murder that befalls Fuad Muhammad Syafrudin or the familiar in the
call Udin, occurs when Udin doing such a sharp kerduck in every policy done by
the regent of Bantul Sri roso sudarmo. The murder case of Udin has now been 23
years old and still unclear who the perpetrators and motives of what attacked or
killed Udin.Based on article 78 and 79 the CRIMINAL code of cases other than
gross human rights violations will be subjected to tax.
In order to getmaximum Hasil in processing, analysis and search for
author data using interview data collection method :Interviews are a process in
the research done by asking some of the expressiontaan which aims to obtain
answers that containaccurateR/Cinfoand listen directly to the information
submitted by the resource. The resource that will be addressed is the parties that
directly have to do with the murder case of Fuad Muhamad Syafrudin, which is
located in Polda D.I. Y, LBH Yogyakarta, PWI Office of Yogyakarta branch and
wife Udin.Literature Studybesides interview Pin collecting a variety of
information and data needed not only rely on data sources originating from the
field alone but the author also needs to collect information and data by reading,
writing, and Study the books related to the author's research in particular the
legal books.
The results of the research authors that are sourced in PWI Yogyakarta
branch and POLDA DIY, almost the same as the case of Udin killing until now
still floating and not clear the direction of the case. The PWI Yogyakarta branch
wanted to immediately release the SP-3 letter by the DIY Polda by submitting the
pre- trial to Sleman court. This is in contrast to the PARTY of DIY Polda who
handles the case directly, according to which case it will still be in the process of
law, and has not yet been a tax.DAluwarsa is a condition in which the perpetrator
of the criminal act is not immediately prosecuting in the face of the prosecution,
due to the undetermined criminal delic or perpetrators escaping, and if based on
the rules of law when the perpetrators do Crime or criminal offences that have
been past the time of reporting and prosecution, then against the perpetrators
should not be held investigation, investigation, andprosecution.
( INDONESIA ) Kasus pembunuhan Fuad Muhammad Syafrudin menarik perhatian
penyusun ketika penyusun mengetahui bahwa kasus ini merupakan kasus yang
mengandung muatan politik yang sangat kental. Jaman Orde Baru dirasa
penyusun masih menyisakan luka dan meninggalkan bekas yang begitu dalam
bagi kalangan aktivis maupun mahasiswa. Fuad Muhammad Syafrudin
merupakan wartawan dan jurnalis yang bekerja di BERNAS Jogja. Pembunuhan
yang menimpa Fuad Muhammad Syafrudin atau yang akrab di panggil Udin,
terjadi ketika Udin melakukan keritik yang begitu tajam dalam setiap kebijakan
yang dilakukan Bupati Bantul Sri Roso Sudarmo. Kasus pembunuhan Udin
sekarang telah berumur 23 tahun dan masih belum jelas siapa pelaku dan motif
apa yang menyerang atau membunuh Udin. Berdasar Pasal 78 dan 79 KUHP
kasus selain pelanggaran HAM berat akan mengalami daluwarsa, dan upaya
hukum apa pun tidak akan berguna lagi.
Demi mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal dalam pengolahan, analisa dan
mencari data, penyusun menggunakan metode pengumpulan data wawancara
dengan mengajukan beberapa pertanyaan yang bertujuan untuk memperoleh
jawaban yang berisi informasi yang akurat dan mendengarkan secara langsung
keterangan-keterangan yang disampaikan nara sumber. Narasumber yang akan
dituju adalah pihak-pihak yang langsung ada kaitannya dengan kasus
pembunuhan Fuad Muhamad Syafrudin, yang bertempat di Polda D.I.Y, Kantor
PWI Cabang Yogyakarta dan. Selain wawancara penyusun juga menggunakan
studi pustaka dalam mengumpulkan berbagai informasi serta data yang diperlukan
dan tidak hanya mengandalkan sumber-sumber data yang berasal dari lapangan
saja namun penyusun juga perlu melakukan pengumpulan informasi dan data
dengan cara membaca, menulis, dan mempelajari buku-buku yang terkait dengan
penelitian penyusun khususnya buku-buku hukum.
Hasil penelitian penyusun yang bersumber pada PWI Cabang Yogyakarta
dan Polda D.I.Y, hampir sama yaitu kasus pembunuhan Udin sampai saat ini
masih mengambang dan tidak jelas arah tujuan kasus ini. Pihak PWI cabang
Yogyakarta menginginkan segera dikeluarkannya surat SP-3 oleh pihak polda
DIY dengan mengajukan Pra Peradilan ke Pengadilan Sleman. Hal ini berbanding
sebaliknya dengan pihak Polda D.I.Y yang menangani kasus ini secara langsung,
menurut mereka kasus ini akan masih tetap di proses secara hukum yang berlaku,
dan belum daluwarsa. Dalam aspek yuridis penegakan hukum yang dilakukan
oleh pihak kepolisian menurut penyusun bertentangan dengan pasal 78 dan 79
KUHP. Selain bertentangan dengan pasal 78 dan 79 penegakan hukum kasus
Udin juga bertentangan dengan asas keadilan, dikarenakan pihak kepolisian tidak
memberikan kepastian hukum terhadap kasus ini

Untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan menjaga kualitas adalah fokus dari industri manufaktur. PT.PANCA PRIMA PUTRA telah menerapkan total produktif pemeliharaan, diharapkan industri akan dapat mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kinerja mesin untuk mencapai efisiensi dan efektivitas.Pada penelitihan ini penulis membahas tentang keefektifan kinerja mesin injection dikarenakan industri packaging cukup meningkat di akhir akhir ini.Guna mendukung hal tersebut maka penting diperlukan subuah analisis untuk mendukung kegiatan tersebut dengan cara melakukan uji analisis di beberapa mesin injection dengan Metode OEE menganalisa berapa persen keefektifan mesin guna mendukung proses produksi dipadukan beberapa metode seperti diagram sebab akibat.

ABSRACK
To increase productivity and maintain quality is the focus of the manufacturing industry. PT. PANCA PRIMA PUTRA has implemented total productive maintenance, it is hoped that the industry will be able to maintain and improve the performance of the machine to achieve efficiency and effectiveness. In this research, the author discusses the effectiveness of injection machine performance because the packaging industry has increased quite a bit lately. In order to support this, it is important to have an analysis to support these activities by conducting analytical tests on several injection machines with the OEE Method to analyze what percentage of the effectiveness of the machine to support the production process combined with several methods such as cause and effect diagrams.

No full textThis study aims to trace Husein Muhammad’s reason thinking, Indonesian feminist Kyai in the case of licensing polygamy according to the Compilation of Islamic Law. Husein Muhammad is one of the pesantren kiai who is intense in gender issues. The idea offered by Husein Muhammad is reinterpretation of gender-biased legal issues in the hope that it can be used as a guide and guide in dealing with particular problems at the present time. This study seeks to unravel the views of KH. Husein Muhammad on gender justice in polygamy permits. This research is a qualitative research literature (library research). The technique used in analyzing the data in this study, using descriptive-analytical method, to describe in general the thoughts of Husein Muhammad. The data for this research are books written by Husein Muhammad and interviews with him. This study concludes that Husein Muhammad's method of thinking in rejecting the rules for licensing polygamy according to the rules of the Compilation of Islamic Law is based on the concepts of selection (intiqo-iy) and exploration (ijtihad). These two concepts are oriented towards the concept of protecting and providing a sense of justice for women which can be integrated into Indonesian positive law.

Husein Muhammad merupakan salah satu kiai pesantren yang intens dalam isu gender. gagasan yang ditawarkan oleh Husein Muhammad adalah penafsiran ulang (reinterpretasi) terhadap persoalan hukum yang bias gender dengan harapan bisa dijadikan petunjuk dan pedoman dalam menghadapi permasalahan partikular pada masa sekarang. Penelitian ini berusaha mengurai pandangan KH. Husein Muhammad tentang keadilan gender dalam izin poligami. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif kepustakaan (library research). Adapun teknik yang digunakan dalam menganalisa data dalam penelitian ini, menggunakan metode deskriptif-analisis, untuk memaparkan secara umum pemikiran Husein Muhammad. Data penelitian ini adalah buku-buku karangan Husein Muhammad dan wawancara dengannya. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa metode berpikir Husein Muhammad dalam menolak aturan perizinan poligami menurut aturan Kompilasi hukum Islam adalah mendasarkan pada konsep seleksi (intiqo-iy) dan eksplorasi (ijtihad). Dua konsep ini berorientasi pada konsep melindungi dan memberikan rasa adil bagi kaum perempuan yang dapat diintegrasikan dalam hukum positif indonesia.

Implementation of Language Dormitory Program as A Development Method and A Facility of Learning English In Al Falah Putra Islamic Boarding School
Full text linkAl-Falah is a boarding school that is still traditional and still uses the local
language as a daily language, which is different from modern boarding school
such as Darul Hijrah, An Najah, and the surrounding boarding school which use
English or Arabic daily. To support learning English, especially speaking, AlFalah offers a superior dormitory program called the English dormitory program.
The author uses qualitative research to determine the implementation of the
language program at the Al Falah Islamic boarding school. Researchers used three
approaches for collecting data. There are observations, interviews, and
Documentations. Observations in the language dormitory at the Al Falah Putra
Islamic Boarding School.
The results showed that the application of the language program became a
forum for students to develop interest in foreign languages, the researcher
concluded. that this program is very helpful in developing the language in the
boarding school area. The researcher also found that the students were very
helpful and happy with this program

chairman of branches, Medan Amplas District. This research provides benefits
theoretically, it can add materialfor further study regarding the socialfunction of the
United Batak Youth (PBB) community organization in the Branch Leadership
(PAC) of Medan Amplas District, while academically, it can contribute to
universities, faculties and study programs in add study materials, references,
sources of knowledge about related research, as well as practically, can provide
useful recommendations for the organization in the development and sustainability
of their functions internally. This research can provide information regarding what
activities are carried out based on the functions implemented and the organization's
role in society, especially the people of Medan Amplas District. In addition, this
research can also provide information on how the community supports and rejects
the establishment of the organization. This study uses a research approach with a
type or qualitative method. Through research using qualitative methods and written
descriptively, the author wants to analyze and find out about the social functions of
the study community organization in the chairman of branch Pemuda Batak
Bersatu, Medan Amplas District. Based on the results of the research, the authors
found that the Pemuda Batak Bersatu also synergized with the village government
and also that the Pemuda Batak Bersatu did not look at race and religion in
carrying out their activities. For example, during the Christmas event, they invited
Muslim friends from around the Medan Amplas Sub-district, chairman of the
Pemuda Batak Bersatu branch . It has been almost 4 (four) years and there have

Full text linkThis banana chips UMKM is a business operating in the culinary sector, the calculations carried out by the UMKM are not yet detailed so there are several costs that are not included in the cost calculation. So the author applies calculations using the full costing method because this method is more detailed in including the cost elements required in the production process. It is hoped that determining the cost of production using the full costing method can help UMKM in determining selling prices. The aim of this research is to analyze the differences in calculation results according to UMKM with calculating the cost of production using the full costing method. This research was conducted at UMKM PD.Dwi Putra. Data obtained through site surveys and direct interviews with UMKM relates to the problems discussed as well as documents and literature studies as supporting evidence. The results of the research show that calculating the cost of production for the UMKM Kepok Dwi Putra banana chips with calculating the cost of production using the full costing method shows differences in results. The difference lies in factory overhead costs, namely the full costing method which includes depreciation costs for equipment, machinery and buildings as well as equipment and machine maintenance costs. This causes the cost of production using the full costing method to be higher

Headline Headline Politics and Politics in the Daily Dawn and East Tribune (study of local politics and media relations in Makassar) This study aims to determine (1) The reasons political news serve as a headline by Dawn and East Tribune, (2) Trends news headlines politics Dawn and East Tribune, (3) Policy editor of Dawn and East Tribune in determining headline politics and the latter view factor which affect the determination of the political headlines and political relationship with the local South Sulawesi. This study combines quantitative and qualitative approaches. The author uses content analysis to see the trend of media while qualitative mengeskplor editorial policy and the factors that influence the political headlines. These results indicate reasons for choosing politics as headlines for news value but it is also due to demand by readers. Daily headline news tendency Dawn and Eastern Tribune is more directed to politics as an arena of power struggle. Factors affecting the determination of the political headlines are internal factors that editorial policy as well as in the specific context of capital owners.
