Menggugat Menggugat Keadilan Poligami Dalam Hukum Perkawinan Di Indonesia Perspektif Gender
Polygamy is in the spotlight of the law and Indonesian society as a legal state has regulated polygamy as a legal marriage and has a legal umbrella, namely the Marriage Law. The polygamy procedure in the Marriage Law has imposed requirements for husbands who want to commit polygamy with the conditions: husbands must have permission from their wives, officials (for civil servants) and the court as the final stage to obtain a polygamy permit. However, the court will not grant permission for polygamy unless the husband can fulfill the alternative requirements: the wife cannot perform her duties as a wife, the wife has an incurable disease and the wife cannot give birth. It appears that the wife is the object of polygamy and there is an inconsistency where the principle of marriage is monogamous but still provides a loophole for polygamy. This research aims to criticize the Marriage Law in Indonesia which regulates polygamy from a gender perspective. The method used by the author in writing is descriptive normative legal research method, the result of this research analysis is that the Marriage Law in Indonesia in regulating polygamy looks unjust or impartial to women and views women as sub ordinate.Poligami menjadi sorotan hukum dan masyarakat Indonesia sebagai Negara hukum telah mengatur poligami sebagai perkawinan yang sah dan memiliki payung hukum yaitu Undang-Undang Perkawinan. Prosedur poligami dalam Undang-Undang Perkawinan telah membebankan persyaratan bagi suami yang hendak melakukan poligami dengan syarat: suami wajib memiliki ijin dari istri, pejabat (bagi Pegawai Negeri Sipil) dan pengadilan sebagai tahap akhir untuk mendapatkan ijin poligami. Akan tetapi pengadilan tidak akan memberikan ijin untuk melakukan poligami kecuali seorang suami dapat memenuhi persyaratan alternatife yaitu istri tidak dapat menjalankan tugasnya sebagai istri, istri memiliki penyakit yang tidak dapat disembuhkan dan istri tidak dapat melahirkan. Hal ini nampak bahwa isteri sebagai objek untuk dipoligami dan terjadinya inkonsistentensi dimana asas perkawinan monogami namun masih memberikan celah untuk poligami. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkritisi Undang Undang Perkawinan di Indonesia yang mengatur tentang poligami perspektif gender. Metode yang digunakan penulis dalam penulisan adalah metode penelitian hukum normatife diskriptif, hasil dari analisis penelitian ini adalah Undang Undang Perkawinan di Indonesia dalam mengatur poligami terlihat tidak berkeadilan atau ketidakberpihakan kepada perempuan dan memandang perempuan sebagai sub ordinat
BAGAIMANA IDIOM MEMENGARUHI KEPUASAAN PENONTON DALAM FILM ‘THE TRUMAN SHOW’
This work analyzes how idioms in The Truman Show influence the psychological response of audience. The analysis uses Boatner & Gates semantics theory in order to provide the theoretical background regarding idioms while using Leon Festinger's theory of Cognitive Dissonance to draw the psychological connection. Although there are many studies on semantics and psychological dissonance, there has yet to be a study that connects semantics and psychological response through the Truman Show. Using a descriptive qualitative method, 25 idioms were identified from the movie script: Lexemic idioms (44%), Phrase idioms (24%), Frozen idioms (24%), and Proverbs (8%). The dominance of Lexemic idioms requires audiences to interpret both literal and figurative meanings which evokes their psychological engagement.

Implementasi Sistem Manajemen Kinerja Berbasis Digital: Studi Kasus pada Perusahaan Multinasional di Indonesia
Digital transformation has fundamentally altered the landscape of performance management in multinational companies. This research aims to analyze the implementation of digital-based performance management systems in multinational companies in Indonesia, focusing on the implementation process, critical success factors, and their impact on evaluation effectiveness and employee productivity. Using a qualitative approach with library research methods, this study analyzes various primary and secondary literature sources from 2019-2024. The results indicate that implementing digital performance management systems requires a gradual and structured approach, considering technological aspects, human resources, and organizational culture. Critical success factors include technological infrastructure maturity, employee digital competency, effective change management, and consistent leadership support. Digital system implementation results in significant improvements in performance evaluation accuracy, process efficiency, transparency, and employee productivity. This research provides theoretical and practical contributions to the development of digital HR management in the digital transformation era.Transformasi digital telah mengubah lanskap manajemen kinerja di perusahaan multinasional secara fundamental. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi sistem manajemen kinerja berbasis digital pada perusahaan multinasional di Indonesia, dengan fokus pada proses implementasi, faktor-faktor kritis keberhasilan, dan dampaknya terhadap efektivitas evaluasi serta produktivitas karyawan. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kepustakaan, penelitian ini menganalisis berbagai sumber literatur primer dan sekunder dari periode 2019-2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi sistem manajemen kinerja digital memerlukan pendekatan bertahap dan terstruktur, dengan mempertimbangkan aspek teknologi, sumber daya manusia, dan budaya organisasi. Faktor-faktor kritis keberhasilan meliputi kematangan infrastruktur teknologi, kompetensi digital karyawan, manajemen perubahan yang efektif, dan dukungan kepemimpinan yang konsisten. Implementasi sistem digital menghasilkan peningkatan signifikan dalam akurasi evaluasi kinerja, efisiensi proses, transparansi, dan produktivitas karyawan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis dan praktis bagi pengembangan manajemen SDM digital di era transformasi digital..

Perilaku Keuangan Rumah Tangga Muslim: Peran Religiusitas dan Literasi Keuangan dalam Konteks Sosial Ekonomi: Indonesia
Money is very important for economic actors, including households. Both poor household economic conditions can be seen from household orders in managing finances. This way of managing finances will provoke household financial behavior. Many divorces in Indonesia are caused by economic factors. Behind these economic factors, it is suspected that there is bad financial behavior from household partners. Therefore, it is necessary to look for various factors that shape household financial behavior. The search and analysis was carried out philosophically normatively using a literature approach. Various previous studies regarding the factors that shape financial behavior are summarized and examined empirically normatively. The results obtained six factors forming household financial behavior. These factors are a) religiosity, b) financial literacy, c) age, d) formal education, e) income, and f) number of family dependents.Uang sangat penting bagi pelaku ekonomi termasuk rumah tangga. Baik buruk kondisi ekonomi rumah tangga dapat terlihat dari pesangan rumah tangga dalam mengatur keuangan. Cara mengatur keuangan ini akan tercermin sebagai perilaku keuangan rumah tangga. Banyak kasus perceraian di Indonesia diakibatkan oleh faktor ekonomi. Dibalik faktor ekonomi tersebut diduga terdapat perilaku keuangan yang tidak baik dari pasangan rumah tangga. Maka dari itu, perlu ditelusuri berbagai faktor pembentuk perilaku keuangan rumah tangga. Penelusuran dan analisis dilakukan secara normatif filosofis menggunakan pendekatan kepustakaan. Beragam penelitian sebelumnya mengenai faktor pembentuk perilaku keuangan dirangkum dan ditelaah secara normatif empiris. Hasil telah didapatkan enam faktor pembentuk perilaku keuangan rumah tangga. Keenam faktor ini adalah a) religiusitas, b) literasi keuangan, c) usia, d) pendidikan formal, e) pendapatan, dan f) jumlah tanggungan keluarga
Kompensasi dan Motivasi Kerja dalam Mendorong Produktivitas Karyawan melalui Kepuasan Kerja sebagai Variabel Mediasi pada PT Maxim Indonesia
This study aims to analyze the relationship between compensation and work motivation on employee productivity with job satisfaction as a mediating variable at PT Maxim. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a causal design. The research population consists of all employees of PT Maxim totaling 250 people, with a sample of 154 respondents selected using proportionate stratified random sampling. Data collection uses a questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale, and data analysis uses Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares with SmartPLS 4.0. The research results show that all hypotheses are accepted with good significance. Compensation and motivation have positive effects on productivity and job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive effect on productivity. Job satisfaction partially mediates the relationship between compensation, motivation and employee productivity. The findings confirm that job satisfaction has a strategic role in enhancing the effectiveness of compensation and motivation on productivity. Pelatihan Marketing Untuk Peningkatan Kapasitas Pengurus Koperasi Merah Putih Kecamatan Bangsal Mojokerto
One of the government programs to increase economic activity is the establishement of the Koperasi Merah Putih Desa/Kelurahan (KDKMP) throughout Indonesia.For the success of this business,it ii necessary to be supported by the competence of human resources in the Village/City as Coperative administrators who carry out their business activities. While While the competence of human resources in the Village/City in managing cooperatives related to marketing management for sustainability is not yet fully evenly distributed. The purpose of this Community Service Activity is to provide knowledge and understanding of the Koperasi Merah Putih Desa/Kelurahan (KDKMP) Program as well as the management and marketing of Cooperative businesses through increasing the empowerment of Administrators. The Community Service Activity was carried out in the Bangsal District area of Mojokerto Regency and was attended by 110 Cooperative administrators. This activity provides marketing training to increase the capacity of cooperative managers, specifically in managing and marketing the Koperasi Merah Putih Desa/Kelurahan (KDKMP). The training method used is face-to-face meetings and interactive discussions, utilizing three modules: Business Plan Preparation and Risk Mitigation, Business Development, and Sustainable Marketing Management. Penguatan Tata Kelola Keuangan melalui Pelatihan Sistem Pembukuan dan Analisis Laporan Keuangan bagi Pengurus KD/KMP (Koperasi Desa/Kelurahan Merah Putih) Wilayah Mojokerto
Peluncuran Koperasi Desa/Kelurahan Merah Putih (KD/KMP) secara nasional oleh Presiden Republik Indonesia pada 21 Juli 2025 menandai komitmen pemerintah dalam memperkuat ekonomi kerakyatan berbasis koperasi di tingkat desa dan kelurahan. Namun, implementasi program tersebut di tingkat lokal masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, khususnya pada aspek pengelolaan keuangan koperasi. Di wilayah Mojokerto, pengurus koperasi masih mengalami keterbatasan pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam pembukuan dasar, pembukuan koperasi, serta analisis laporan keuangan, yang berdampak pada rendahnya akuntabilitas dan transparansi pengelolaan koperasi. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pengurus KD/KMP melalui pelatihan terstruktur mengenai pembukuan dasar, pembukuan koperasi, dan analisis laporan keuangan. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi ceramah, praktik langsung, diskusi, dan pendampingan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan pengurus dalam mencatat transaksi, menyusun laporan keuangan, serta menganalisis kinerja keuangan koperasi. Kegiatan ini diharapkan mampu mendukung terwujudnya tata kelola keuangan KD/KMP yang akuntabel dan berkelanjutan di wilayah Mojokerto
Ethical Climate and Moral Intensity in Organizational Management: A Systematic Literature Review on Accountants’ Behavioral Responses
Ethical issues in accounting practice continue to raise concerns about professional judgment and integrity, underscoring the importance of understanding the behavioral determinants of ethical decision-making. This study aims to synthesize prior empirical Research examining the role of ethical climate and moral intensity in shaping accountants' behavioral responses. Using a systematic literature review approach guided by the PRISMA 2020 framework, this study analyzes 20 peer-reviewed empirical articles published between 2020 and 2025. The review is complemented by bibliometric mapping using VOSviewer to identify dominant themes and Research gaps. The findings indicate that ethical climate is a key organizational-level determinant of ethical judgment, ethical intention, and whistleblowing behavior, particularly in caring, rules, and law-and-code climates. Moral intensity emerges as a critical issue-specific factor that shapes ethical awareness and moderates the effect of ethical climate, especially through the magnitude of consequences and social consensus. However, the literature remains dominated by cross-sectional designs and intention-based outcomes, with limited attention to actual ethical behavior. This study contributes an integrative perspective that links organizational ethical context with moral cognition and underscores the need for future Research employing behavioral measures, multilevel designs, and cross-cultural approaches to strengthen the understanding of ethical decision-making in accounting practice in Organizational Management
Manajemen Algoritmik dalam Masa Depan Dunia Kerja Sebuah Tinjauan Literatur Sistematis dalam Konteks Pekerja Gig
Algorithmic management has become a dominant managerial mechanism in gig work, yet its implications for workers and the future of digital employment remain fragmented in the literature. This study aims to systematically examine and synthesize prior research on algorithmic management in gig work by identifying its core mechanisms, benefits, challenges, unresolved research gaps, and implications for developing fair and inclusive algorithmic systems. This study adopts a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) design guided by the PRISMA framework. Peer-reviewed journal articles published between 2020 and 2025 were identified through structured searches of major academic databases. Following the PRISMA stages of identification, screening, eligibility assessment, and inclusion, a final sample of 34 eligible studies was retained for qualitative synthesis. Data were extracted using a structured coding scheme and analyzed through a combination of deductive Input–Process–Output (IPO) mapping and inductive thematic analysis, leading to the development of an extended Input–Process–Output–Outcomes (IPOO) analytical model. The findings indicate that algorithmic management has rapidly evolved into a central managerial system that reshapes power relations, performance evaluation, worker autonomy, and well-being through data-driven control, monitoring, and decision-making. While algorithmic systems enhance efficiency and structure short-term worker behavior, they also generate long-term social, ethical, and human sustainability challenges. These challenges highlight that the future of digital work increasingly depends on fairness, transparency, and human-centered governance in algorithmic systems. The originality of this study lies in extending the traditional IPO framework into the IPOO model to capture both immediate mechanisms and long-term consequences of algorithmic management in the gig economy.Manajemen algoritmik telah menjadi mekanisme manajerial yang dominan dalam pekerjaan gig, namun implikasinya terhadap pekerja dan masa depan kerja digital masih tersebar dalam berbagai studi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah dan mensintesis secara sistematis penelitian terdahulu mengenai manajemen algoritmik dalam pekerjaan gig dengan mengidentifikasi mekanisme utama, manfaat, tantangan, kesenjangan riset yang belum terjawab, serta implikasinya bagi pengembangan sistem algoritmik yang adil dan inklusif. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan data yang dikumpulkan dari artikel jurnal terindeks yang diterbitkan pada periode 2020–2025. Data diproses secara bertahap melalui standardisasi metadata, pengodean abstrak, dan verifikasi manual. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan pemetaan Input–Process–Output (IPO) yang dikombinasikan dengan analisis tematik induktif, sehingga menghasilkan model IPOO yang diperluas. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen algoritmik telah berkembang pesat menjadi sistem manajerial utama yang membentuk ulang relasi kekuasaan, evaluasi kinerja, otonomi pekerja, dan kesejahteraan melalui kontrol, pemantauan, dan pengambilan keputusan berbasis data. Meskipun algoritma meningkatkan efisiensi dan mengatur perilaku pekerja dalam jangka pendek, sistem ini juga menimbulkan tantangan sosial, etika, dan keberlanjutan manusia dalam jangka panjang. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa masa depan kerja digital sangat bergantung pada keadilan, transparansi, dan tata kelola algoritmik yang berpusat pada manusia
A DIGITALISASI PEMBELAJARAN PAI DENGAN MODEL PJBL BERBASIS CANVA FOR EDUCATION DI SMPN 7 KOTA MOJOKERTO
Education is an important thing in this life, the better the education process of a country, the better the civilization of a nation. In the process of education, it is able to form the independent soul of the young generation of a country, and also the process of strengthening the knowledge and skills of that generation, especially Islamic religious education which directs Muslims in a better direction in accordance with the development of the times, currently we are entering the era of digitalization, so the development of the world of education must be able to go hand in hand with technology, besides that the learning models and media used must be in accordance with the interests of students and in accordance with the development of the times. This study uses a qualitative model in searching for information using interviews, observations and documentation. This study produces a conclusion that the use of the Project Based Learning Model is very useful, especially in the learning process accompanied by applications based on Artificial Intelligence in supporting the learning process, such as the use of Canva For education, an application based on photo, video and document editors, this can be a good friend in the digital-based learning process. Students are more motivated, creative, innovative and productive in producing work that is useful for the surrounding environment. if this is utilized properly in Islamic religious education learning in schools, it will accelerate the process of digitalization of education and will have a positive impact on life.Pendidikan merupakan hal penting dalam kehidupan, Semakin baik proses pendidikan sebuah negara maka baik pula peradaban suatu bangsa tersebut. Dalam proses pendidikan mampu membentuk jiwa merdeka generasi muda suatu negara, dan juga proses penguatan kompetensi pengetahuan serta keterampilan generasi tersebut, terutama Pendidikan agama Islam yang mengarahakn umat Islam ke arah yang semakin baik sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman, saat ini kita memasuki era digitalisasi maka perkembangan dunia Pendidikan harus mampu berjalan seirama dengan teknologi, selain itu juga model dan media pembelajaran yang digunakan harus sesuai dengan minat para peserta didik dan sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman. Penelitian ini menggunakan model kualitatif dalam pencarian informasi mengunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah Kesimpulan bahwa penggunaan Model Pembelajaran Project Based Learning model sangat bermanfaat terutama dalam proses pembelajaran yang disertai dengan aplikasi berbasis Artificial Intelegenci dalam mendukung proses pembelajarannya, seperti pengguanaan Canva For education sebuah aplikasi berbasis editor foto, video dan dokumen ini mampu menjadi teman baik dalam proses pembelajaran berbasis digital. Murid lebih termotivasi, kreatif, inovatif dan produktif dalam menghasilkan sebuah karya yang bermanfaat bagi lingkungan sekitar. jika ini dimanfaatan dengan baik dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di sekolah maka akan mempercepat proses digitalisasi pendidikan dan akan berdampak baik dalam kehidupan
