    The Influence of Sharia-Based Compensation Management and Reward System on Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance

    This research investigates the influence of Sharia-based compensation management and reward systems on employee performance and job satisfaction at Bank Perkreditan Syariah At Taqwa Tangerang. A quantitative approach was employed using the census method, gathering data from all 85 employees across various organizational levels and functional departments through structured questionnaires measured on a five-point Likert scale. Data analysis utilized Structural Equation Modeling with the Partial Least Squares approach to examine direct relationships and mediation effects. The findings reveal that Sharia-based compensation management significantly influences both employee performance and job satisfaction. In contrast, Sharia-based reward systems similarly demonstrate a significant positive impact on both outcome variables. Job satisfaction is an important predictor of employee performance and serves as a partial mediator in the relationships among compensation, reward systems, and performance. The integrated model explains substantial variance in job satisfaction and employee performance, confirming that human resource practices grounded in Islamic principles of justice, transparency, and Sharia compliance constitute fundamental drivers of employee outcomes in Islamic microfinance institutions. The research validates that compensation systems that address both material adequacy and spiritual authenticity, combined with reward mechanisms that integrate material recognition and spiritual development opportunities, generate superior motivational effects compared to conventional approaches that emphasize purely economic considerations.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan sistem penghargaan berbasis syariah terhadap kinerja karyawan dan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode sensus, melibatkan seluruh karyawan sebanyak 85 orang. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terstruktur menggunakan skala Likert lima poin. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SEM PLS untuk menguji pengaruh langsung dan peran mediasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen kompensasi berbasis syariah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Sistem penghargaan berbasis syariah juga terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kedua variabel tersebut. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan serta berperan sebagai mediator parsial dalam hubungan antara kompensasi, sistem penghargaan, dan kinerja karyawan. Model penelitian mampu menjelaskan variasi yang cukup besar pada kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan.     The development of digital technology has brought about a substantial change in business marketing strategies, particularly in relation to the use of social media as an effective and reasonably priced promotional tool. Small-scale furniture businesses can strategically use social media to increase product awareness, expand their market reach, and build long-lasting customer relationships. This study aims to investigate the impact of social media on the marketing initiatives of Kampar Regency furniture enterprises. The study combined a quantitative descriptive technique with a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 60 furniture industry owners. The sampling strategy was implemented through the census. The data was analyzed using basic linear regression analysis, validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, and hypothesis testing with t-tests and F-tests. The results showed that each research tool was reliable and valid. Regression study revealed that social media significantly and favorably affected marketing performance, with a regression coefficient value of 0.678 and a significance level of 0.000 (p<0.05). Social media can explain 58.5% of the variation in marketing success, with other factors outside the research model impacting the remaining portion, according to a coefficient of determination (R2) value of 0.585. Respondents' average scores for marketing performance and social media were 4.23 and 4.15, respectively, falling into the very good range. According to these results, furniture companies' marketing performance improves with more effective usage of social media, especially when it comes to raising sales, brand awareness, customer happiness, and loyalty. Social media has thus shown itself to be a successful marketing tactic for reaching a wider audience and fostering closer ties with customers. Furniture businesses are advised to continuously improve their digital marketing competencies to strengthen their competitiveness sustainably.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media sosial terhadap kinerja pemasaran usaha perabot di Kabupaten Kampar. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 60 pelaku usaha. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, regresi linear sederhana, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran, dengan nilai rata-rata tanggapan sebesar 4,15 untuk media sosial dan 4,23 untuk kinerja pemasaran. Semakin optimal pemanfaatan media sosial, semakin tinggi pula kinerja pemasaran yang dicapai, terutama dalam aspek promosi, kesadaran merek, dan loyalitas pelanggan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa media sosial merupakan strategi efektif dalam memperluas pasar dan membangun hubungan pelanggan. Oleh karena itu, pelaku usaha disarankan untuk terus mengembangkan kemampuan dalam pemasaran digital guna meningkatkan daya saing usaha.     The Merah Putih Village Cooperative is a strategic instrument in efforts to revive the local economy based on community participation. This study aims to analyze the role of village cooperatives in strengthening the local economy using Pierre Bourdieu's social capital theory framework, specifically in the context of social relations, trust networks, and collective practices of village communities. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach through a literature review of national and international scientific journals, recent academic books, and policy documents and laws governing cooperatives and village development in Indonesia. The results show that active community participation in the Merah Putih Village Cooperative contributes significantly to the formation and strengthening of social capital, which serves as the foundation for the sustainability of cooperative institutions. This social capital enables village cooperatives to function not only as economic entities but also as production spaces for social solidarity and economic democratization at the local level. In the context of the dominance of oligarchic economic structures and the expansion of modern retail in rural areas, village cooperatives emerge as an economic alternative based on collective ownership that can strengthen the independence and economic sovereignty of village communities. Thus, the Merah Putih Village Cooperative has strategic potential as an instrument for inclusive, equitable, and sustainable local economic development.Koperasi Desa Merah Putih merupakan salah satu instrumen strategis dalam upaya kebangkitan ekonomi lokal berbasis partisipasi masyarakat desa. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran koperasi desa dalam penguatan ekonomi lokal dengan menggunakan kerangka teori modal sosial Pierre Bourdieu, khususnya dalam konteks relasi sosial, jaringan kepercayaan, dan praktik kolektif masyarakat desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui studi literatur terhadap jurnal ilmiah nasional dan internasional, buku akademik terbitan terbaru, serta dokumen kebijakan dan peraturan perundang-undangan yang mengatur perkoperasian dan pembangunan desa di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam Koperasi Desa Merah Putih berkontribusi signifikan terhadap pembentukan dan penguatan modal sosial yang menjadi fondasi keberlanjutan kelembagaan koperasi. Modal sosial tersebut memungkinkan koperasi desa berfungsi tidak hanya sebagai entitas ekonomi, tetapi juga sebagai ruang produksi solidaritas sosial dan demokratisasi ekonomi di tingkat lokal. Dalam konteks dominasi struktur ekonomi oligarkis dan ekspansi ritel modern di wilayah perdesaan, koperasi desa tampil sebagai alternatif ekonomi berbasis kepemilikan kolektif yang mampu memperkuat kemandirian dan kedaulatan ekonomi masyarakat desa.     This community service activity aims to improve digital marketing competency and foster an entrepreneurial spirit among students at SMA Negeri 1 Sooko Mojokerto. The background to this activity is based on the still low digital entrepreneurship literacy among high school students, particularly in the use of digital media as a means of product marketing and business development. Amid the rapid development of digital technology and the increasing role of social media in economic activity, students are required to possess not only theoretical knowledge of entrepreneurship, but also practical skills relevant to the needs of today's business world. The main challenges faced by partners include students' limited understanding of basic digital marketing concepts, limited practical experience in digital marketing, low self-confidence in starting a business, and the suboptimal integration of digital-based entrepreneurship learning into school activities. These conditions have the potential to hinder students' readiness to become independent young entrepreneurs who can adapt to changes in the digital business environment. The community service program is implemented through a participatory and applied approach, consisting of several stages: outreach and needs identification, digital marketing training, practical mentoring, and activity evaluation. The training materials include an introduction to digital entrepreneurship, social media marketing strategies, digital promotional content creation, marketplace utilization, and the development of simple digital-based business plans. Furthermore, students are directly assisted in practical activities such as creating business social media accounts, designing marketing content, and simulating online product promotions. The results of the activity demonstrated a significant improvement in students' understanding and skills in digital marketing. Students were able to generate creative business ideas, develop simple digital marketing strategies, and manage social media as a means of product promotion. Furthermore, the mentoring provided positively increased students' motivation and confidence in entrepreneurship. Students' enthusiasm and active participation throughout the activity were indicators of the success of this community service program. This community service activity makes a real contribution to strengthening digital entrepreneurship within the high school environment. This digital marketing mentoring program is expected to become a sustainable model and be replicated in other schools, while also supporting educational institutions' efforts to prepare a creative, independent, and competitive young generation for the digital economy.  Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi digital marketing sekaligus menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan pada siswa SMA Negeri 1 Sooko Mojokerto. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi mitra meliputi keterbatasan pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep dasar digital marketing, minimnya pengalaman praktik pemasaran digital, rendahnya kepercayaan diri dalam memulai usaha, serta belum optimalnya integrasi pembelajaran kewirausahaan berbasis digital dalam kegiatan sekolah. Kondisi ini berpotensi menghambat kesiapan siswa untuk menjadi wirausaha muda yang mandiri dan adaptif terhadap perubahan lingkungan bisnis digital. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian dilakukan melalui pendekatan partisipatif dan aplikatif. Siswa didampingi secara langsung dalam praktik pembuatan akun media sosial bisnis, perancangan konten pemasaran, dan simulasi promosi produk secara daring. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam penguatan kewirausahaan digital di lingkungan sekolah menengah atas. Program pendampingan digital marketing ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model yang berkelanjutan dan direplikasi di sekolah lain, serta mendukung upaya institusi pendidikan dalam menyiapkan generasi muda yang kreatif, mandiri, dan berdaya saing di era ekonomi digital

    Curriculum is the core of the educational process as it determines the direction, objectives, and quality of learning outcomes. The educational thought of Ibn Khaldun is worth re-examining, as he emphasized the importance of balancing religious knowledge (naqliyah) and rational knowledge (aqliyah) as the foundation for developing holistic human beings. This study aims to explore Ibn Khaldun’s concept of curriculum, the teaching methods he proposed, and their relevance to modern education. This research employs a qualitative approach using library research and content analysis of Ibn Khaldun’s seminal work, al-Muqaddimah, along with relevant secondary sources. The findings reveal that Ibn Khaldun’s curriculum goes beyond rote memorization, prioritizing deep understanding, teacher’s exemplary role, and gradual learning from basic to advanced levels. He believed that education should produce individuals who are both faithful and knowledgeable, capable of contributing to society. In conclusion, Ibn Khaldun’s educational thought remains relevant today, aligning with modern educational principles that emphasize knowledge integration, character formation, and the development of critical thinking skills. Thus, his ideas can serve as a valuable inspiration for formulating both Islamic and general education curricula in the era of globalization.  Kurikulum merupakan inti dari proses pendidikan karena menentukan arah, tujuan, serta kualitas hasil pembelajaran. Pemikiran Ibnu Khaldun (1332–1406 M) tentang pendidikan menarik dikaji ulang, sebab beliau menekankan pentingnya keseimbangan antara ilmu agama (naqliyah) dan ilmu rasional (aqliyah) sebagai dasar pembentukan manusia yang utuh. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkap konsep kurikulum menurut Ibnu Khaldun, metode pengajaran yang ia tawarkan, serta relevansinya dengan pendidikan modern. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis library research dan analisis isi terhadap karya utama Ibnu Khaldun, al-Muqaddimah, serta literatur sekunder terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum menurut Ibnu Khaldun tidak hanya menekankan hafalan, tetapi lebih mengutamakan pemahaman, keteladanan guru, dan pembelajaran yang bertahap dari dasar menuju kompleksitas. Ia memandang bahwa pendidikan harus melahirkan manusia beriman sekaligus berpengetahuan luas, sehingga mampu berkontribusi bagi masyarakat. Kesimpulannya, pemikiran Ibnu Khaldun tetap relevan hingga kini karena sejalan dengan prinsip pendidikan modern yang menekankan integrasi ilmu, pembentukan karakter, dan pengembangan keterampilan berpikir kritis. Oleh karena itu, gagasannya dapat menjadi inspirasi dalam merumuskan kurikulum pendidikan Islam maupun umum di era globalisasi.     The development of a modern-oriented lifestyle is very important for some people's lifestyles. Purchasing decisions for imported shoe products in Banda Aceh are still considered low because these products have relatively high prices so that only certain people can afford them. This study aims to examine the influence of lifestyle and social class on the buying behavior of imported shoes in Banda Aceh. The Research method using a quantitative approach.The data source for this study uses primary data. The sample in this study was the people of Banda Aceh who bought imported shoes, totaling 96 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate the influence of Lifestyle and Social Class simultaneously on the Purchase of Imported Shoe Products in the people of Banda Aceh.Perkembangan gaya hidup berorientasi modern merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi sebagian gaya hidup seseorang. keputusan pembelian terhadap produk sepatu impor di kota Banda Aceh masih dinilai rendah hal ini dikarenakan produk tersebut memiliki harga yang relatif tinggi sehingga hanya orang-orang tertentu saja yang dapat memilikinya. Penlitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya hidup dan status sosial terhadap perilaku pembelian Sepatu impor di kota Banda Aceh. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah menggunakan data primer.     This community service activity aims to improve the competency of the managers of the Koperasi Desa Kelurahan Merah Putih (KD/KMP) in Mojokerto Regency through operational management training and the preparation of a village potential-based business model. The activity was carried out in collaboration with the Mojokerto Regency Cooperative Office using lecture, discussion and question and answer methods. The location of the activity was themed on Friday, November 7, 2025 at New Djimbaran Resto and Friday, November 21, 2025 at Amanatul Ummah Pacet, Mojokerto Regency. This training provides an understanding of operational management that discusses planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising business activities effectively and efficiently.     Athlete development begins at an early age to produce high-quality athletes. Fencing is one of the sports that requires development in East Java, especially in the city of Mojokerto. Generally, the performance of fencing in East Java has not yet stood out at the national level, indicating the need for a systematic and sustainable development strategy that begins at the district and city levels. This activity aims to develop and analyze the physical condition of fencing in Mojokerto City as an initial step in the development process. A total of 9 fencing athletes (5 female, 4 male) from Mojokerto City participated in this activity. Physical performance measurements were conducted using several test items, including push-ups, sit-ups, the Multistage Fitness Test (MFT), T-test, sprint test, and stand board jump. The results of the study indicate that the target athletes require increased training focused on endurance/cardiorespiratory fitness, speed, and upper body strength. This activity is expected to serve as a reference for athletes and coaches in improving the performance of fencing athletes in Mojokerto City.Pembinaan atlet dimulai sejak dini untuk mendapatkan atlet yang berkualitas. Salah satu cabang olahraga yang perlu dilakukan pembinaan di Jawa Timur, khususnya Kota Mojokerto adalah cabang olahraga Anggar. Secara umum, prestasi cabang olahraga anggar di Jawa Timur masih belum menonjol pada tingkat nasional, yang mengindikasikan perlunya strategi pengembangan yang sistematis dan berkelanjutan yang dimulai dari daerah kabupaten dan kota. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membina dan menganalisis kondisi fisik Anggar Kota Mojokerto sebagai langkah awal dalam proses pembinaan. Sebanyak 9 atlet anggar (5 perempuan, 4 laki-laki) Kota Mojokerto terlibat dalam kegiatan ini. Pengukuran performa fisik dilakukan dengan beberapa item tes yaitu tes push-up, sit-up, Multistage Fitness Test (MFT), T-test, sprint test, dan stand board jump. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa mitra sasaran membutuhkan peningkatan latihan yang fokus pada daya tahan/ kardiorespirasi, kecepatan, dan kekuatan otot lengan.     This study aims to analyze the formulation process of Islamic education policies at Madrasah PAB Helvetia using a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis to examine the roles of actors, policy formulation stages, and challenges in policy implementation. The findings reveal that policy formulation is carried out through participatory problem identification, development of policy alternatives, hierarchical decision-making, and periodic evaluation. The principal plays a strategic role, Islamic Education (PAI) teachers serve as key sources of pedagogical information, and the school committee provides social legitimacy for policy decisions. Implementation of the policies faces several challenges, including limited resources, resistance to change, and the diverse abilities of students. The study concludes that Islamic education policy formulation is a dynamic process shaped by actor interactions as well as internal and external conditions of the madrasah.     This study examines the concept of worship as a means of building piety in QS. Al-Baqarah verse 183 from the perspective of Tafsir Al-Mishbah. Through hermeneutic analysis of the verse, fasting is described as an act of self-control that directly shapes piety with keywords such as shiyam and liyattaqu. Overall, this study contributes to the study of the Qur'an and its implications for Islamic religious education. The purpose of this study is to analyze the hermeneutic interpretation of the verse in order to deepen the understanding of the spiritual dimension of fasting. The method applied is a literature study with a qualitative hermeneutic approach involving analysis of the main sources of QS. Al-Baqarah verse 183 and Tafsir Al-Mishbah. The results show that fasting in this verse is more than just a ritual, but a way to form relevant piety, with the core themes of spiritual and moral strengthening. In conclusion, this study encourages practical application in da'wah and religious curricula to instill pious character in the contemporary era
