The transport of LPG on a fully refrigerated LPG vessel requires special
attention to the problem that is often experienced by high tank pressure. In
operation the charge of fully refrigerated cargo handling of the temperature and
pressure on the load tank is very important, because the factors that cause the
loading delay is due to the existence of very high tank pressure, and not optimal
Reliquefaction Plant to reduce pressure on the load tank, so it is necessary to
know how the handling temperature and the pressure on the loading tank in its
loading and the constraints that affect it and the effort in overcoming the
constraints. As for the literature review as supporting the writing of thesis that the
LPG charge at outside air pressure will evaporate at very low temperature that is -
42.30C for propane and -0.50C for butane. Then the temperature and pressure on
the load tank must remain in a stable state in keeping the charge in liquid form.
In writing this thesis the author uses descriptive method, qualitative, and
data collection by observation by observing directly the object of research,
conducting interviews with a number of respondents and supported by the method
of documentation. Based on the result of research that in handling less than
optimal Operation of Reliquefaction Plant at the time of LPG loading process.
The obstacles are limited power generator, lack of coordination between the ship
and the pertamina operation and high load temperature. As a result the loading
time will be longer. So the effort to overcome them is to immediately
communicate with pertamina operation and operate the ballast pump before
loading to reliquefaction plant operate 4 sets and reduce the loading rate.
In the end results of research on Optimization of Reliquefaction Plant
Operation to Handle Problems in LPG Gas Loading Process in MT Ship. Gas
Komodo is very important to be done on board for the creation of an objective
(facilitating the implementation of fully refrigerated LPG loading) and can be
accounted for and can be taken a conclusion or as an evaluation for reference

Akan tetapi penyelesaian perkara pidana melalui mediasi penal sudah banyak diterapkan dalam proses penegakan hukum berdasarkan keadilan restoratif. Penulis melakukan penelitian terhadap penyelesaian tindak pidana penggelapan melalui mediasi di Kepolisian Resor Batu dengan melakukan penelitian terhadap pengaturan mediasi penal bagi kepolisian dan apakah mediasi penal terhadap tindak pidana penggelapan telah mewujudkan keadilan restoratif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis empiris dengan melihat serta menganalisis perisitwa yang berada di lapangan. Penulis mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara dan peraturan perundang-undangan. Penulis menggunakan metode Purposive Sample berdasarkan alasan objektif penulsi terhadap responden yang secara pengalaman, pengetahuan mengenai pelaksanaan mediasi penal oleh Kepolisian Resor Batu. Pelaksanaan mediasi penal yang dilakukan oleh Kepolisian Resor Batu berdasarkan Surat Edaran Kapolri Nomor 8/VII/2018 tentang Penerapan Keadilan Restoratif Terhadap Penyelesaian Perkara Pidana. Mediasi penal tidak bisa dimaknai sebagai penghentian perkara secara damai, akan tetapi pemenuhan rasa keadilan bagi para pihak yang terlibat. Keadilan restoratif yang dicapai dalam mediasi penal adalah pemenuhan keadilan bagi para pihak khususnya bagi korban, sehingga mediasi menghasilkan kesepakatan yang harus dijalani oleh kedua belah pihak, akan tetapi keadaan pelaku juga diperhatikan seperti kesanggupan pelaku untuk menjalani isi kesepakatan mediasi tersebut. Kata Kunci: Mediasi Penal, Keadilan Restoratif, Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia ABSTRACT The existence of penal mediation is common in both material and formal crime, and this approach has been implemented in several law enforcement processes of restorative justice. This research was conducted in Sub-regional Police Department in Batu where it studied the settlement of the embezzlement cases through the mediation in Sub-regional Police Department in Batu. The regulation of penal mediation for the police and whether the penal mediation against embezzlement manages to establish restorative justice were also studied. Empirical juridical method was employed by seeing and analysing what happened in the field. The author collected the data from interviews and regulations. Purposive sampling technique was applied according to objective perspective of the author to respondents in terms of their experience in and knowledge about penal mediation by the police in Batu. The mediation was carried out based on Circular Letter of the Chief of Indonesian National Police (Kapolri) Number 8/VII/2018 concerning Implementation of Restorative Justice for Criminal Case Settlement. Penal mediation cannot be defined as closing the case in non-litigation way, but it is more related to the sense of justice for all parties involved. The restorative justice achieved in the mediation is more focused on meeting the aspects of justice for all parties concerned, especially the victims. So, the mediation is expected to bring the two parties to an agreement, while the willingness and capacity of the parties to comply with the content of the agreement of mediation should also be taken into account. No full textDalail Khairat fasting is a type of fasting that is practiced at the Darul Falah Jekulo Islamic Boarding School, Kudus. This fast is carried out for 3 consecutive years. In its implementation, the participants went through several stages of fasting. This paper attempts to discuss how the practice of fasting is carried out, the chain of fasting practice, namely the transmission of knowledge and the foundation of authoritative texts, as well as the subject\u27s reception in the implementation of fasting. This research is a field research. Technical data analysis was carried out qualitatively-descriptively. Using an analysis of historical methods, the author concludes that the genealogical roots of Dalail Khairat\u27s fasting go back to the first mujiz, namelySayyid al-Imam Muhammad bin Sulaiman al-Jazuli. In addition, the Dalail\u27s fasting riyadah has an influence on the mental and psychological state of the practitioner. This shows that the Darul Falah Islamic Boarding School is able to maintain this fasting tradition in a sustainable manner

The social media platform is an intermediary between brands and audiences and utilizes customer engagement to engage the product review. Mostly, the social media platform uses Instagram as their social media since it can easily go viral. PT Primajasa, the leading transportation sector in Indonesia, uses the Instagram page to integrate the companies and audiences and helps companies to see the story behind the campaign. Before customers take additional action to make a purchase, their Instagram pages show a lot of likes, comments, and shares from other users. Customers frequently make purchases on social media by highlighting the success of the business\u27s social media performance. To get attention from people, Social Media content has to be creative and innovative in increasing customer engagement and product reviews of users. Content that consists of storytelling makes people more engaged and increases the achievement of purchase intention. Furthermore, this study aims to determine the effect of Social media Marketing, Product Review, and Customer Engagement on Purchase Interest in PT Primajasa\u27s transportation services. This research is associative research and the type of data used is quantitative data. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The number of samples is 354 consisting of current passengers of PT Primajasa, students of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Bandung Institute of Technology in 2022-2024 and employees of PT Primajasa in the field of Marketing. Data analysis used Multiple Linear Analysis. The results of this study answered the direct effect of Social Media Marketing on Customer Engagement and Purchase Intention. Indirect Social Media Marketing has more positive influences through Customer Engagement as a mediator than direct Social Media Marketing on Purchase Intention.

PT GCE, a manufacturing company in the Sheet Metal industry, with output based on employment. In the manufacturing process various obstacles often arise which result in delays in the processing time. To address these issues, they use computer simulations, primarily ProModel, to identify and overcome bottlenecks in resource utilization, production capacity, and inventory levels. This research focuses on PT GCE and queuing problems caused by several production processes, with the author analyzing the use of ProModel to improve production systems and increase performance. As a result of this research, the author made improvements to the production process system in order to increase performance, which can be done by increasing the number of employees or operators on machines where there is a buildup of goods, combining the Welding and Fit Up processes in order to optimize production time and areas as well as bringing work stations closer together with related processes and optimize operator performance so there is no waiting time.

This paper purpose is to analyze the return on option contract in IHSG and LQ45 2009-2012 period using Put Call Parity method. Put Call Parity methodology, proposed by Stoll (1979) is used to find the relation between put and call price with assumption there be will no dividend and using European option for the transaction.
The author is using the Black Scholes Method to find the value of the call option and using Put Call Parity to find the value of put option. As the free rate risk, the author is using Bank of Indonesia interest rate (BI Rate) and using the assumption that is volatility constant all the time. the execution of the option is depending on the price in the expiration date.
The result found that the return of the method are not producing profit for the investors in IHSG and LQ45 2009-2012 periods and the research found that shorter period are better to initiate the contract

determine the condition of the water level and controls the water gate using SMS
Gateway. As it is known that the system for controlling the water gate are still use
manual system with human power. This system is not effective and efficient. In
addition the author would like to build a simulation tool that can be remote from
long distance and making it easier for water gate operator. Although the water
gate operator isn’t in place but the water gate can still controlled. In this
simulation tool consist of several components there are ultrasonic sensor for used
to read the water level range, Microcontroler ATMEGA 32 as the main controller,
Wavecom Modem is used as medium of SMS Gateway, and Pneumatic is used for
open or close the water gate. For the software using Code Vision AVR.

diatas yakni Penulis melihat suatu masalah yang ada di PT SMART Tbk yang terkait dengan motor induksi yang mana pengunaan motor itu banyak diterapkan contohnya konveyor dan mesin pompa. Yang mana kerusakan pada motor induksi 3 fasa selalu dianggap hal biasa yang memang sering dilakukan, padahal seharusnya tidak demikian, harusnya
mencari sumber permasalahan yang menyebabkan motor itu rusak agar produksi tidak terhenti. Pada alat system ini kita dapat memprediksi kapan motor ini waktunya untuk melakukan predictive maintence dan juga sebagai antisipasi permasalahan motor induksi 3 fasa kedepanya
dapat mengurangi cost pengeluaran untuk predictive maintence. Penulis membuat alat system yang dapat mendeteksi kondisi motor induksi 3 fasa apabila mengalami masalah atau gangguan. Deteksi tersebut dilihat dari data pembacaan sensor getaran dan suhu yang terlihat anomaly yang dapat menggangu kerja motor. Hasil ini dapat memprediksi kapan motor tersebut harus melakukan perbaikan dan perawatan berdasarkan dari data pembacaan
sensor yang terdapat di interface Labview. Bukan hanya itu deteksi kondisi motor tersebut dengan membaca data yang melalui fuzzy logic. Dari data yang telah diinputkan fuzzy logic dapat mengklasifikasikan kondisi motor induksi 3 fasa yang data tersebut disimpan secara realtime di Microsoft Excel

The author creates a final project titled "DETECTION OF 3
PHASE MOTOR CONDITIONS USING FUZZY LOGIC METHOD" in
this project. The author created the project with the title above because he saw a problem at PT SMART Tbk with regard to the motor, where the use of the motor was widely applied, such as conveyors and pump machines. Where damage to a 3-phase induction motor is always
considered a common thing that is often done, even though it shouldn't be, should look for the source of the problem that causes the machine to fail so that production does not stop With this system tool, we can
predict when it is time for this machine to do predictive maintenance and also as an anticipation of future machine problems so that they don't happen again, and so that the cost of predictive maintenance can be reduced. If a 3-phase induction motor encounters problems or disturbances, the author creates a system tool that can identify the condition of the motor. The identification is based on vibration and temperature sensor reading data, which appears to be an anomaly that could disrupt the motor's operation. Based on sensor reading data in the Labview interface, these results can indicate when the motor will need repairs and maintenance. Not only that, but reading data through fuzzy logic to detect the motor's state. Fuzzy logic can categorize the status of a 3-phase induction motor whose data is saved in real time in Microsoft Excel using the data that has been provide
