    Perancangan Aplikasi Peramalan Permintaan Berbasis VBA Macro Excel dalam Penerapan di Industri Fashion

    In the highly dynamic fashion industry, demand forecasting is crucial for predicting consumer needs and improving production efficiency. However, demand uncertainty can lead to financial losses and damage market reputation. Therefore, this research aims to develop a demand forecasting system for midriff top products at CV XYZ using the Double Exponential Smoothing (DES) method and VBA Macro Excel. The results show that the DES method can be used to predict midriff top product demand with high accuracy, achieving a Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) of 12.93%, which is below 20%. The forecasting system developed using VBA Macro Excel can assist the company in making more accurate production decisions and improving production efficiency. Additionally, this forecasting system can help identify trends and demand patterns for midriff top products, thus supporting the company in developing more effective marketing strategies.     Analisis Komparatif Teknik Peramalan Double Exponential Smoothing, Moving Average, dan Linear Regression Pada Permintaan Item Outer Generic Uli

    PT EPK is a company engaged in the printing and packaging industry, producing cardboard, paper pallets, and polyfoam. One of its products, Outer Generic Uli, experiences unstable demand, making it difficult for the company to accurately forecast market needs. Inaccurate forecasting can lead to stock overages or shortages and increased storage costs. Moreover, selecting the most appropriate forecasting method remains a challenge. This study aims to compare three forecasting methods—moving average, double exponential smoothing, and linear regression—to determine the most accurate model. Forecast accuracy is evaluated using tracking signal and mean square error (MSE). The results show that linear regression yields the most accurate forecast with the lowest MSE of 642,460.32. In comparison, double exponential smoothing has an MSE of 991,250, while moving average results in an MSE of 2,832,031.25. The significant difference in MSE indicates that linear regression outperforms the other methods. Implementing this method is expected to optimize inventory management, reduce the risk of stock imbalance, and enhance both supply chain efficiency and decision-making accuracy..     Analisis Penerapan Siklus PDCA dalam Pengendalian Kualitas Produk Tappet di Industri Komponen Otomotif

    NT is a Japanese automotive components company that produces automotive products tappet. The quality problem found was the high level ofdefect which was produced in August to October 2024, there were a total of unitsdefect what happened was 4826 units, of the total the type defect dakon chomen became the most dominant, recorded at 2743 units or 57% of the total defect. Therefore, this research is focused on the analysis of the types of defects in dakon chomen. The research method uses the PDCA cycle supported by seven tools (Pareto diagram and fishbone) and 5W1H analysis. Stages plan determine the problem, defect what will be fixed and the causal factors defect, stages do determine the proposed improvements that must be made, the stage check carry out monitoring after carrying out repairs and stages action standardization to maintain product quality. Based on the results of the implementation of the PDCA method, it shows that the number of types defect dakon chomen successfully reduced significantly from 2743 to 1244 units in the period November 2024 to January 2025.     Penerapan Ergonomi pada Penjual Jamu Gendong dengan Metode RULA dan REBA di Kaliawi Persada

    A risk of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) due to non-ergonomic work postures was found in herbal medicine sellers. This study aims to analyze the posture and ergonomic risk levels using RULA, REBA, and Nordic Body Map (NBM) through observation and interviews with three respondents (aged 21, 33, and 63 years) who work an average of 2–3 hours per day with a load of 7 kg. The results of the study using Rula and Reba showed that the work posture was not fully ergonomic, with Rula values ​​of 4 and  Reba  values of 9. RULA and REBA values ​​indicate a moderate to high risk level, especially in elderly respondents. Although there have been no significant musculoskeletal complaints, the potential for musculoskeletal disorders can increase if work habits are not immediately corrected. It is necessary to apply ergonomic principles such as using a more ergonomic carrier (wide and soft straps), adjusting the load balance, taking active breaks and stretching, using alternative pushing aids (trolleys) on flat areas.     Tindak pidana pencurian merupakan salah satu bentuk kejahatan yang paling sering terjadi di Kabupaten Lampung Utara dan memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap rasa aman masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi penegakan hukum terhadap pelaku tindak pidana pencurian serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi efektivitas penanganannya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan yuridis empiris dengan menggabungkan kajian normatif terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan dengan temuan lapangan melalui observasi, dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penegakan hukum pada tahap penyelidikan dan penyidikan telah dilakukan sesuai ketentuan hukum acara pidana, namun efektivitasnya masih terhambat oleh keterbatasan sarana teknis, minimnya alat bukti, dan rendahnya partisipasi masyarakat. Selain hambatan internal aparat penegak hukum, kondisi sosial dan ekonomi masyarakat turut berkontribusi terhadap tingginya angka pencurian serta rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat dalam mendukung proses penegakan hukum. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa implementasi penegakan hukum terhadap tindak pidana pencurian di Kabupaten Lampung Utara telah berjalan tetapi belum optimal, sehingga memerlukan peningkatan koordinasi, pembenahan sarana pendukung, serta penguatan kolaborasi antara aparat penegak hukum dan masyarakat untuk menciptakan penanganan perkara yang lebih efektif dan berkeadilan.     Pengendalian Persediaan Dies Mesin FM Menggunakan FSN Analysis Berdasarkan Turn Over Ratio pada Departemen Produksi

    Effective inventory management is essential for manufacturing companies to ensure smooth production processes. This study was conducted in the Production Department, which faces challenges in managing the inventory of FM Machine dies, including irregular stock turnover, an excess of rarely used items, and shortages of high-rotation items. This research aims to apply the Fast Moving, Slow Moving, Non-Moving (FSN) Analysis method based on the Turn Over Ratio (TOR) to classify inventory according to its movement levels. Historical inventory data of dies from January to December 2023 were analyzed to calculate average inventory, partial TOR, storage duration, and annual TOR. The results showed that out of 53 types of dies, 43% were categorized as Fast Moving, 32% as Slow Moving, and 25% as Non-Moving. These findings provide a framework for optimizing inventory management by prioritizing procurement based on actual needs. In conclusion, the FSN Analysis method based on TOR is effective in creating an efficient inventory management system, reducing storage costs, and ensuring the availability of items to support smooth operations. This study contributes by presenting a practical approach that can be applied across various manufacturing sectors to enhance production efficiency.     The quality of higher education services is a key factor in enhancing student satisfaction and loyalty amid intense competition, especially in private universities. A systematic evaluation of academic services is essential for improving educational quality. This study measures and evaluates the quality of services at a private university in Riau using an integrated model of Fuzzy Delphi, Fuzzy Service Quality, and Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP). A total of 47 service quality indicators from the dimensions of Physical Evidence, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy have been agreed upon by experts. Indicator A1 (completeness of facilities) has a weight of 0.0837 and a positive gap of 0.0508, while A5 (parking arrangement) has a negative gap of -0.1745. The Reliability dimension shows dissatisfaction with B1 (staff services) with a weight of 0.0545 and a gap of -0.2180. In Responsiveness, C1 (consultation time) has a gap of -0.1784, and C2 (friendliness) has a positive gap of 0.0441 with a weight of 0.2452. In Assurance, D1 (clarity of material delivery) has a weight of 0.2413 and a gap of 0.0502; D4 (accommodation of basic needs) has a gap of -0.1539. In Empathy, E1 (staff attention) has a weight of 0.2741 and a gap of 0.0462; E2 (management involvement) has a gap of -0.1715. These results identify critical areas and aspects that need to be maintained, serving as a basis for strategic decision-making to improve the quality of higher education services.     This study explores the service quality of J-Cello Vermak, a small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) in the garment repair sector, and assesses customer satisfaction using the SERVQUAL method. Established in 2021, the SME faced difficulties in collecting objective data on satisfaction, particularly regarding timeliness, stitching quality, and Responsiveness. A quantitative descriptive method using questionnaires and interviews was used, analyzed using validity and Reliability tests and gap analysis across five SERVQUAL dimensions: Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. The results indicate generally positive customer satisfaction, with positive gaps across all dimensions. Assurance and Empathy had the highest gaps, reflecting employee trust and Empathy. However, Responsiveness needs improvement due to its lowest gap, indicating a need for faster service. Correlation and regression indicate a weak positive relationship between service quality and satisfaction. Recommendations focus on improving speed, Responsiveness, and ongoing quality management for customer loyalty and competitiveness. These findings are important for the business strategy of SMEs in the garment alteration  service sector.     Sebagai negara kepulauan terbesar dengan mobilitas maritim yang dominan, Indonesia menghadapi tantangan signifikan dalam mengamankan perbatasannya dari ancaman stowaway yang dapat membahayakan keamanan nasional, metode penelitian menggunakan studi kepustakaan (literature review) dengan menganalisis sumber-sumber terkini mengenai peran imigrasi dalam menangani masuknya stowaway melalui TPI laut, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa tantangan utama dalam pemeriksaan keimigrasian meliputi keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, ketimpangan distribusi petugas, serta infrastruktur dan teknologi yang belum seragam di seluruh TPI laut Indonesia, untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, diperlukan strategi komprehensif melalui penerapan teknologi non-intrusif seperti kamera termal dan CCTV yang terintegrasi, serta peningkatan kerja sama antarinstansi dalam pemeriksaan bersama di dermaga, koordinasi yang efektif antara imigrasi, bea cukai, dan karantina dengan didukung Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) bersama dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pencegahan masuknya stowaway tanpa menghambat kelancaran operasional Pelabuhan, penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam merumuskan model pemeriksaan keimigrasian yang selaras dengan kewajiban internasional sekaligus kontekstual terhadap kerangka hukum nasional dan karakteristik operasional pelabuhan Indonesia.     Perjanjian kerja merupakan bagian penting dari hubungan industrial antara pekerja dan pemberi kerja (pengusaha). Oleh karena itu perjanjian kerja dalam hubungan industrial diatur dalam berbagai undang-undang, dimaksudkan sebagai upaya memberi perlindungan secara adil dan seimbang atas hak-hak pekerja maupun pengusaha, agar tidak terjadi konflik berkepanjangan. Namun secara faktual perjanjian tidak selalu dipatuhi oleh para pihak yang mengadakan perjanjian. Penelitian ini berusaha mengungkap berbagai implikasi perjanjian kerja antara pekerja dengan pemilik usaha. Penelitian dilakukan di lembaga bisnis Senyum BRILink sebuah usaha Payment Points Online Bank (PPOB) yang berlokasi di Bandar Lampung. Penelitian difokuskan pada tiga hal, yaitu factor penyebab terjadinya wanprestasi, pola penyelesaian wanprestasi, dan efektivitas pola yang dipilih untuk menyelesaikan wanprestasi. Penelitian didesain sebagai jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis empiris. Pengambilan data dilakukan menggunakan metode survey dengan memanfaatkan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menemukan fakta bahwa telah terjadi tiga kali wanprestasi pada unit usaha Senyum BRILink, yaitu berhenti sebelum berakhir masa kontrak, penyelewengan dana, dan pelanggaran SOP. Dua kasus pertama dilakukan dengan sengaja, sedangkan kasus pelanggaran SOP disebabkan factor kelalaian.  Ketiga kasus wanprestasi diselesaikan pemilik melalui pola alternatif penyelesaian sengketa (APS) dengan menempuh musyawarah bibartit. Penyelesaian APS ternyata cukup efektif, semua pihak dapat menerima penyelesian tersebut dan penyelesaian ini memberi dampak peningkatan kedisiplinan karwayan.
