PERTANGGUNGJAWABAN PIDANA TERHADAP AYAH BIOLOGIS ATAS INFANTICICDE OLEH IBU DILUAR NIKAH
Abstrak
Infanticide merupakan tindak pidana pembunuhan bayi oleh ibu yang sering berkaitan dengan kehamilan di luar nikah akibat tekanan psikologis dan stigma sosial. Dalam praktik hukum pidana di Indonesia, pertanggungjawaban hukum umumnya dibebankan kepada ibu, sementara peran ayah biologis jarang dikaji secara komprehensif. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya infanticide oleh ibu di luar nikah serta mengkaji kemungkinan pertanggungjawaban pidana ayah biologis berdasarkan ketentuan KUHP baru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan konseptual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tekanan sosial, stigma keluarga, dan tidak adanya dukungan ayah biologis merupakan faktor dominan yang memengaruhi terjadinya infanticide. Ayah biologis pada kondisi tertentu dapat dimintai pertanggungjawaban pidana melalui konsep penyertaan, pembantuan, maupun kelalaian.

Pengendalian Persediaan Bahan Baku Menggunakan Metode Min-Max Stock Pada Produk Keramik Lantai PT AB
In production systems, optimal raw material inventory management is crucial in maintaining production continuity. Excess inventory will increase storage costs, while inventory shortages can cause production disruptions and lost sales opportunities. Therefore, in this study, the aim is to determine the control of raw material inventory in the manufacture of floor ceramics, namely Andesite by utilizing the min-max stock method, where later in the data processing, forecasting is carried out with time series methods such as Double Exponential Smoothing, Moving Average, Weight Moving Average, and Linier Regression. Based on the results of data processing, the forecasting model using Linear Regression was selected because it has the smallest Mean Square Error (MSE) value, then the calculation results are used to determine the amount of safety stock, minimum and maximum stock, reorder point to order frequency. The calculation results obtained inventory value produces a minimum stock value of 658,182 KG, and a maximum stock of 1,276,183 KG. The quantity in one order is 1,236,001 KG with an order frequency of 60 times. The research results obtained can be used as an inventory policy at PT AB in reducing stockouts on Andesite raw materials using the Min-max stock method.

Analisis Kebutuhan Tenaga Kerja Pengemasan Kertas B5 Menggunakan Time Motion Study di PT XCX
The paper packaging process plays an important role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of product distribution, but is often not supported by optimal labor allocation. Inefficient labor allocation at PT XCX leads to resource wastage, thereby requiring objective measurements to establish the ideal number of workers. This study aims to analyze work elements, calculate standard time, and determine the number of labor requirements in the B5 size paper packaging process at PT XCX. The research method used is Time Motion Study to measure the duration of each work element and Work Load Analysis based on actual production data of 174,356 reams/month and available working time of 630,000 seconds/month. The results show that the average standard time to complete one packaging cycle is 44.56 seconds, and the ideal number of workers is 12 people. The scientific findings show that the excess of two workers from the actual number (14 people) does not have an impact on increasing productivity, but rather becomes a potential waste. This research contributes to the optimization of human resources based on actual data and suggests the application of similar methods in other production lines with additional ergonomic variables as further development.

Rancangan Ulang Tata Letak IKM Buska Indah Menggunakan Metode SLP dan Grafik
Buska Indah Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) produce household furniture such as chairs, doors, and windows. The results show that the production facility layout at Buska Indah SME is still inefficient. This is indicated by disorganized workflow, long material handling distances, and accumulation of goods in several locations that can disrupt production. These conditions lead to inefficient time usage and increased operator workload. In this study, the layout was redesigned with the aim of identifying, assessing, and controlling ergonomic factors at the workplace. The Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) method and the graph method were used to solve the problem. An efficient layout can be achieved by utilizing both approaches to reduce material handling distances and labor costs. Analysis results indicate that the proposed layout using the SLP method has the smallest travel distance, 118.8 m², compared to the graph method. producing a displacement distance of 177.1 m². As a result, the SLP method was chosen as the best alternative. The proposed layout for IKM Buska Indah requires a production area of 446.95 square meters. Therefore, IKM Buska Indah must consider and readjust the production area to make work activities more efficient and ergonomic.

Analisis Peramalan untuk Persediaan Bahan Baku Penunjang Menggunakan Metode Forecasting pada PT. B
PT. B faces challenges in managing its raw material inventory due to fluctuations indemand and supply uncertainty, which can lead to excess or shortages. Thisnegatively impacts operational costs, customer service, and production continuity.Therefore, systematic and accurate inventory management is essential to reducewaste and the risk of supply chain disruptions. Forecasting methods such as movingaverages and exponential smoothing are used to predict raw material needs based onhistorical data and demand patterns. This study analyzes the application of theseforecasting methods at PT. B to find a more effective and efficient inventory controlsolution. Based on the selected forecast, the estimated demand for the upcomingperiod is estimated to be around 180,000 pcs of Ambri cigarette products. Optimization of Customer Complaint Resolution Through a Digitally Traceable Process Framework and Value Stream Mapping in The Automotive Industry
Improving customer complaint handling is crucial for the sustainability and success of a business, as efficient and responsive complaint handling demonstrates a company\u27s commitment to meeting customer needs and expectations, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction. The automotive industry sets a 14-day working day standard for complaint resolution. However, the actual complaint handling process often takes an average of 26 days. By implementing a traceability system, integrating a Value Stream Mapping (VSM) approach, and adopting Industry 4.0 transformations, this research aims to reduce the handling time. Moreover, by mapping the workflow through Visual Stream Mapping, inefficiencies can be identified, and through the implementation of a Traceability System and the development of system-based processes, the transformation achieved through the conceptual model of Industry 4.0 adoption can improve the process from 26 working days to 7 working days.

Tingkat Keberhasilan Inseminasi Buatan Pada Sapi Potong Di Desa Fajar Sari Kecamatan Seputih Agung: Success Rate Of Artificial Insemination In Beef Cattle In Fajar Sari Village Seputih Agung District
Peningkatan produksi dan populasi sapi potong menjadi salah satu prioritas dalam pembangunan peternakan nasional. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan adalah penerapan teknologi Inseminasi Buatan (IB) yang bertujuan memperbaiki mutu genetik ternak dan meningkatkan efisiensi reproduksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan IB pada sapi potong di Desa Fajar Sari, Kecamatan Seputih Agung, Kabupaten Lampung Tengah, serta menganalisis faktor-faktor pendukung keberhasilan program tersebut. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni 2025 dengan metode survei deskriptif terhadap 41 orang peternak sebagai responden dan total 125 ekor sapi potong yang telah diinseminasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner, observasi langsung, dan dokumentasi, serta dianalisis secara deskriptif menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai Conception Rate (CR) sebesar 74,4% dan Service per Conception (S/C) sebesar 1,34. Angka tersebut menunjukkan bahwa program IB di lokasi penelitian berjalan secara efisien dan termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik berdasarkan standar nasional dan internasional. Keberhasilan ini didukung oleh beberapa faktor, di antaranya pengalaman beternak responden yang mayoritas di atas 10 tahun, kepemilikan ternak yang cukup (rata-rata 3–4 ekor), serta keterlibatan aktif dalam pengamatan birahi dan pelaksanaan IB. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa teknologi IB sangat potensial diterapkan secara luas pada peternakan rakyat apabila didukung dengan pelatihan berkelanjutan dan pendampingan teknis dari inseminator. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan IB di tingkat desa perlu terus didorong untuk mendukung peningkatan populasi sapi potong dan kesejahteraan peternak lokal
Analisis Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) pada Mesin Labelling Menggunakan Overall Equipment Efectiveness di PT. G
The technology used in a company will continue to advance with time. The technology frequently used involves reliable production machines for smooth production processes. Therefore, machines that play a crucial role in the production process must be well-maintained. Inaccuracies in quality checks on goods to be sold in the market will result in complaints or losses for the company from the released products. Such losses include insufficient attention to checking the quality of products and machines, leading to imperfections in surface evenness and hindering the process. Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) is a maintenance approach that optimizes machine efficiency, reduces breakdowns, and includes autonomous maintenance performed by machine operators. Based on data from weeks 1 to 4 in March 2024, it can be concluded that calculations using the TPM method resulted in an OEE value of 94%, indicating that the productivity and efficiency level of machines or equipment at PT. G has surpassed world-class standards and is near-perfect. Factors that can be improved to achieve an OEE value of 100% are Availability and Rate of Quality.

Determining Production Standard Time for Consumable Paper Products to Optimize Production Output Using Time Study Method
One of the products of this consumable paper and packaging manufacturer is the ream-type consumable paper. The consumable paper production process still involves a lot of work from machine operators, so the company always designs and then implements changes as an effort to improve. These changes actually make operators need to adapt because work procedures are also undergoing changes, which will also affect production lead times and production output. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out a time study which can then be used as a basis for creating work standards for operators. The method used in this research is direct measurement of working time, namely the stopwatch time study approach. The research results show that the standard times for conditions 1 to condition 4 are respectively 4632,97 seconds, 4718,97 seconds, 4929,80 seconds and 5024,80 seconds. The amount of standard output that the company can obtain in 1 work shift for conditions 1 to condition 4 respectively is 163,5 packs/shift, 160,2 packs/shift, 153,4 packs/shift, and 150,5 packs/shift. Meanwhile, the work element that determines the lead time is work element D.

PENERAPAN KONSEP PEMBARENGAN PIDANA (CONCURSUS) PADA TINDAK PIDANA KEIMIGRASIAN
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji konsep dan sistem pembarengan pidana sebagaimana diatur dalam KUHP, menilai relevansinya dalam konteks tindak pidana keimigrasian, serta memberikan rekomendasi strategis bagi penerapannya dalam praktik hukum. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan studi kasus terhadap pelanggaran keimigrasian yang bersifat multitindak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelanggaran keimigrasian sering kali tidak hanya bersifat administratif, tetapi juga berkaitan dengan tindak pidana lain sehingga memerlukan penerapan pembarengan pidana untuk menjamin pertanggungjawaban hukum secara menyeluruh. Penerapan konsep concursus dalam bidang keimigrasian, baik melalui concursus idealis, perbuatan berlanjut, maupun concursus realis, dapat menciptakan pemidanaan yang lebih proporsional, konsisten, serta memberikan efek jera yang optimal. Namun, implementasinya masih menghadapi hambatan, antara lain ego sektoral antar lembaga penegak hukum, keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, dan lemahnya koordinasi. Oleh karena itu, penerapan pembarengan pidana dalam keimigrasian perlu dikuatkan melalui pemahaman yang seragam, koordinasi lintas lembaga, serta dukungan regulasi yang lebih tegas.
