    Abstrak   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pertimbangan hakim dalam perkara tindak pidana pencurian brondolan buah sawit milik PT. Nakau Lampung Utara yang di lakukan terdakwa Triono dan 4 orang lainnya dan dipergoki oleh pihak keamanan PT. Nakau dan langsung di serah ke kantor Polisi sebagaimana termuat dalam Putusan Nomor 160/Pid.B/2025/PN.Kbu. Fokus kajian diarahkan pada kesesuaian putusan hakim dengan penerapan Pasal 362 KUHP, khususnya terhadap terdakwa yang berstatus residivis. Penelitian menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, melalui penelaahan terhadap putusan pengadilan, peraturan perundang-undangan, serta literatur terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hakim dalam putusan tersebut mempertimbangkan aspek yuridis, filosofis, dan sosiologis, termasuk unsur-unsur tindak pidana, alat bukti, kondisi pelaku, dan dampak sosial. Meskipun nilai kerugian berada di bawah Rp2.500.000 yang secara umum memenuhi kualifikasi Pasal 364 KUHP tentang pencurian ringan, hakim tetap menerapkan Pasal 362 KUHP dengan pidana penjara 2 tahun karena status residivis dan dampak perbuatannya yang meresahkan masyarakat. Pertimbangan meringankan seperti pengakuan terdakwa dan tanggung jawab keluarga turut dicantumkan, namun tidak menghapus pemberatan pidana.     CV Cahaya Tekhnik Abadi is a small and medium enterprise (SMEs) in Dumai thatoperates in the machining services sector, specifically in lathe workshops. Thecompany faces challenges in its production process, such as irregular workflows,material buildup in the work area, and long wait times between processes. This isbecause the current facility layout does not meet operational needs. To address theseissues, two methods were used: Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) and the Graphicalmethod, to redesign a more efficient layout. The analysis showed that the SLP-basedlayout resulted in the shortest material and worker movement distance, at 52.3 meters,compared to 113 meters with the Graphical method. Furthermore, the SLP layoutrequired 25.62 m² of production area, demonstrating better space efficiency. Byimplementing the SLP layout, CV Cahaya Tekhnik Abadi can eliminate unnecessarymovement, streamline workflows, reduce wait times, and lower labor costs. This willincrease productivity while meeting increasing customer demands for quality andspeed of production.     Quality control is essential to ensure that products meet predetermined specifications and align with company policies. Based on PT XYZ’s production report from December 2023, the number of defective products requiring repairs was notably high, reaching 17.3% of the total 98,852 gas cylinders produced within 19 days. This study aims to evaluate the quality control performance and identify the factors influencing it. The Six sigma DMAIC method was applied to assess performance. At the measurement stage, the Defects Per Million Opportunities (DPMO) was found to be 44,743, corresponding to a sigma value 3.203. The study identified four key factors contributing to production defects: machinery, materials, personnel, and methods. Although the company\u27s quality control efficiency is deemed satisfactory, it has yet to prevent a significant sales decline of 20-40%. Therefore, implementing Six sigma analysis is expected to uncover processes that can reduce manufacturing defects in 3 kg LPG cylinder production. By addressing these issues, the company can improve product quality, maintain customer satisfaction, and enhance competitiveness in the market. Keywords: DMAIC, DPMO, Quality Control, Six sigm

    Pemilihan Metode Peramalan Persediaan untuk Mengurangi Risiko Overstock Bahan Baku Produksi Karton Box di PT EPC

    PT EPC is a company that produces cardboard boxes and is facing issues with raw material overstock. This has led to inefficiencies in managing the raw materials needed for the production process. This study aims to improve the efficiency of raw material inventory planning for cardboard boxes at PT EPC by implementing forecasting methods. The methods used include Double Exponential Smoothing (DES), Moving Average (MA), and Linear Regression (LR). Raw material stock data over 12 periods were analyzed to determine the best method based on the Mean Squared Error (MSE) value. The results show that the Linear Regression method has the smallest MSE value, which is 961,198,420.99, making it the most accurate method. Additionally, the optimal safety stock was calculated at 72,278 sheets to anticipate demand fluctuations. In conclusion, the Linear Regression method is proven effective for inventory planning, reducing the risk of overstock and understock, and improving operational efficiency at PT EPC.     Pemilihan Supplier Metal End Menggunakan Metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) pada PT AMI

    Supplier selection is a strategic process that plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth production and the quality of the final product. PT AMI, an export-oriented garment company, faces challenges in selecting metal end suppliers because the selection process has been subjective, relying solely on price comparisons and neglecting other relevant criteria. This has led to inconsistent material quality, delivery delays, and a high rate of product defects. This study aims to apply the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine the best supplier based on a multicriteria evaluation involving five main criteria: quality, price, delivery, payment, and procedure, with a total of 18 subcriteria. Data were collected through interviews and questionnaires with three respondents from relevant departments (Quality Control, Purchasing, and Production). The AHP results indicate that quality is the most influential criterion, with a weight of 0.528, followed by price (0.197), delivery (0.125), payment (0.082), and procedure (0.068). Among the three supplier alternatives, Magic Trim LTD was selected as the best supplier with a final weight of 0.5759. The AHP method has proven effective in supporting companies in making more objective and measurable decisions when selecting suppliers.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis ketahanan hukum keimigrasian Indonesia dalam mencegah praktik Tindak Pidana Perdagangan Orang (TPPO) lintas batas negara yang ditandai dengan tingginya mobilitas internasional. Permasalahan utama yang diangkat adalah implementasi instrumen hukum keimigrasian yang dapat berfungsi secara efektif dalam pencegahan dan penanggulangan TPPO serta strategi yang diperlukan guna memperkuat sinergi antarinstansi dan kerja sama internasional. Penelitian normatif dilakukan dengan peraturan perundang-undangan, konseptual, dan studi kasus yang ada. Indonesia sebagai negara hukum telah mencakup hukum tertulis yang ada seperti Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2011 tentang Keimigrasian, Undang-Undang Nomor 21 Tahun 2007 tentang TPPO, serta ratifikasi Protokol Palermo. Akan tetapi, masih terdapat banyak hambatan seperti keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, lemah dan terbatasnya pengawasan perbatasan, tumpeng tindih antar stakeholder, serta perlindungan korban yang belum komprehensif. Oleh karenanya, dibutuhkan strategi penguatan berupa integrasi berbasis data nasional, peningkatan kapasitas SDM, penyusunan SOP terpadu, serta kerja sama internasional secara intensif. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa hukum keimigrasian di Indonesia akan lebih kokoh apabila mampu mengintegrasikan aspek normatif, implementasi praktis, sinergi kelembagaan, serta perlindungan hukum komprehensif guna menghadapi TPPO sebagai kejahatan transnasional di era globalisasi.     PT XYZ is a company that produces cigarette paper, in which the manufacturing process requires chemical raw materials as a key component. As an exporter, the company must maintain continuous production, even during logistical disruptions such as road closures during the Eid al-fitr holiday. This condition requires bulk ordering of raw materials before the holiday, making proper storage essential ti preserve material quality over an extended period. This study aims to classify chemical raw materials using the ABC (Always Better Control) method, which categorizes items based on annual consumption value and warehouse movement into category A (fast moving), B (medium moving), and C (slow moving). The results show 2 materials fall into category A, 1 into category B, and 4 into category C. This classification is expected to help the company develop more efficient inventory control strategies and adaptive storage systems to meet operational demands.     The application of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method at PT. DEF, The issue of maintenance has become crucial as it affects not only the reliability of the machines but also the speed and quality of production. This study will explore how the implementation of TPM using the OEE approach can improve machine effectiveness in a production environment, with a focus on timely and optimal maintenance strategies.The research aimed to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of machine operations, particularly injection molding machines, within the company\u27s production line. Through the collection and processing of operational data, it was found that the OEE value for the machines in question ranged from 94% to 95%, surpassing the company\u27s set standard of 93%. The high OEE score reflects effective machine utilization, availability, performance, and quality rates. The research highlights that while the current system meets international standards for machine maintenance, continuous improvements can further optimize machine productivity and reduce downtime.     Evaluasi Tingkat Kepuasan Pelanggan Terhadap Pelayanan Cafe A Day Hoper Menggunakan Metode Kano

    The increasingly competitive culinary industry requires businesses to continuously improve service quality to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Cafe A Day Hoper, located in Karawang, West Java, needs to identify which service attributes are most important to customers. This study aims to quantitatively evaluate customer satisfaction using the Kano model. A descriptive quantitative method was applied through a structured questionnaire distributed to 51 respondents. The data were analyzed using Kano’s evaluation matrix to classify service attributes into five categories: Must-be (M), One-dimensional (O), Attractive (A), Indifferent (I), and Reverse (R). The results showed that 14 out of 20 attributes (70%) were categorized as Must-be, indicating basic service expectations that must be fulfilled. Meanwhile, 3 attributes (15%) were categorized as One-dimensional, 1 attribute (5%) as Attractive, and 2 attributes (10%) as Indifferent. No attributes fell into the Reverse category. These findings indicate that most customer satisfaction at Cafe A Day Hoper depends on the fulfillment of essential service elements, while certain attributes have the potential to significantly enhance satisfaction if improved. Therefore, the cafe is advised to prioritize improving Must-be and One-dimensional attributes while developing Attractive features as competitive differentiators.     Analisis Statistical Quality Control (SQC) dalam Upaya Mengurangi Jumlah Produk Cacat di PT X

    This study aims to analyze the application of the Statistical Quality Control (SQC) method in identifying and reducing the number of defective products in part A products at PT X. The data used includes the number of production and defects from June to December 2023. The SQC method is applied with the Seven Tools approach, namely check sheets, control charts, scatter diagrams, histograms, Pareto diagrams, fishbone diagrams, and flowcharts. The results of the analysis showed that the most dominant type of defect was weld holes, with a percentage of 95.5%. The main factors causing defects come from humans, machines, and production methods. The recommendations given include operator training, regular machine maintenance, the preparation of stricter work procedures, and increased production supervision. With the implementation of these improvements, the company is expected to reduce the defect rate and improve product efficiency and quality.
