PENGENDALIAN BIAYA DAN WAKTU DENGAN METODE EARNED VALUE ANALYSIS (EVA) PADA PROYEK JARINGAN IPAL KOTA PALEMBANG
Abstract In executing a project, it is essential to maintain control to address any deviations, ensuring the project remains on schedule. Consequently, oversight and control measures must be implemented across all areas, particularly in terms of time and cost management. The Palembang City Wastewater Treatment Plant Network Project faced delays in its field operations, leading to discrepancies from the original timeline. In this context, the author will evaluate cost and time management using the Earned Value Analysis (EVA) method to assess performance and estimate the total cost and time needed for project completion, considering the delays. The EVA method serves as a comprehensive approach to manage project costs and schedules. The key parameters for this analysis are SEAC and BEAC. The SEAC indicates the projected duration necessary to complete the project, estimated at 918 days, while the BEAC reflects the total estimated cost for completion, amounting to Rp 210,078,454,167.97. The project's performance, evaluated through cost and time metrics via Earned Value Analysis, revealed unsatisfactory cost performance, as indicated by a negative CV value at the 25th month, the conclusion of the study, and a CPI of less than 1. This signifies that actual costs have exceeded planned costs, with negative SV and an SPI of less than 1, pointing to delays in the project. Keywords— Earned Value Analysis (EVA), Control, Cost, Time
PRARANCANGAN PABRIK KIMIA ALUMINA DARI BAUKSIT DAN NATRIUM HIDROKSIDA DENGAN PROSES BAYER KAPASITAS PRODUKSI 440.000 TON/TAHUN
Indonesia adalah salah satu negara berkembang yang banyak meningkatkan kualitas diberbagai bidang dan salah satunya di bidang perindustrian. Salah satu industri yang berpotensi untuk menggerakkan roda perekonomian di Indonesia adalah Industri alumina (Al2O3). Prarancangan pabrik kimia alumina akan dibangun dengan kapasitas produksi 440.000 ton/tahun yang berada di Kabupaten Pelalawan Riau seluas 137.497 m2 dan beroprasi selama 330 hari/tahun dengan karyawan berjumlah 315 orang.
Proses pembuatan alumina (Al2O3) yang digunakan yaitu proses Bayer dengan cara mereaksikan bauksit dan NaOH sebagai pelarut yang diperoleh dari PT. Asahimas Chemical dan Bauksit diperoleh dari pertambangan bauksit yang bertempat di Pulau Bintan. Reaksi utama pada proses Bayer sendiri akan direaksikan dengan menggunakan reaktor bertipe Continuous Stirred Tank Reactor (CSTR) dengan kondisi operasi suhu 140 oC dan tekanan 4 atm dengan reaksi yang bersifat endotermis (memerlukan panas). Sedangkan pemurnian menggunakan alat rotary drum vacum filter, presipitator, centrifuge dan rotary kiln dengan hasil produk utama berupa alumina (Al2O3).
Berdasarkan analisa ekonomi menunjukkkan bahwa pabrik ini memiliki Total Capital Investment (TCI) sebesar Rp 7.713.908.983.068,-. Pabrik ini dapat dinyatakan layak dilihat dari nilai Return On Investment (ROI) sebelum pajak sebesar 152% dan ROI sesudah pajak sebesar 99% dengan laba bersih pertahun sebesar Rp 1.456.688.839.882,-. Adapun Pay Out Time (POT) sebelum pajak adalah 0,6 tahun dan sesudah pajak adalah 0,9 tahun. Break Even Point (BEP) adalah 45% dan Shut Down Point (SDP) sebesar 39%. Dari uraian di atas maka pabrik aluminium oksida dari bauksit dan NaOH melalui proses bayer kapasitas 440.000 ton/tahun layak untuk didirikan.

The Effect of Family Ownership, Firm Size, Leverage, and Free Cash Flow to Earnings Management
This study aims to determine the effect of family ownership, firm size, leverage, and free cash flow on earnings management. This type of research is causal associative research with quantitative research methods. Population data uses consumer goods manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2024. The sampling method used is the purposive sampling method with criteria of 18 companies with 90 observations. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study revealed that family ownership has a negative effect on earnings management, firm size has a negative effect on earnings management, leverage has a positive effect on earnings management, and free cash flow has a positive effect on earnings management. IMPLEMENTASI KETENTUAN AKTA AUTENTIK NOTARIS PADA PEMBUATAN AKAD DI PERBANKAN SYARIAH
ABSTRAKPerbankan syariah adalah lembaga keuangan yang dalam menjalankan kegiatan usahanya harusmematuhi prinsip kepatuhan syariah. Perbankan syariah berfungsi sebagai lembaga perantara, yaituuntuk memobilisasi dana dari nasabah dan mendistribusikan kembali dana tersebut kepada nasabahdalam bentuk pembiayaan. Notaris sebagai pejabat publik berwenang untuk melakukan perbuatanakta autentik, terutama dalam membuat kontrak pembiayaan di perbankan syariah. Metode yangdigunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan kontrak pada bank syariah yang dibuat oleh Notarisharus mencakup klausul sesuai dengan Prinsip Islam. Perbuatan yang dapat dilakukan oleh Notarisdi bank syariah termasuk tindakan hukum tertentu, terutama akad murabahah, musyarakah,mudharabah dan kontrak pembiayaan ijarah. Maka terkait dengan pemenuhan prinsip syariah dalamkontrak pembiayaan dalam bentuk akta notaris belum sepenuhnya ditaati, sehingga berpotensi tidaksah berdasarkan ketentuan hukum Islam. Notaris dalam merumuskan akta autentik pada perbankansyariah harus sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Jabatan Notaris tanpa meninggalkan prinsip danketentuan prinsip Islam untuk membuat suatu akad atau perjanjian.Kata Kunci : Notaris, Akta Autentik, Perbankan Syaria
Sistem Informasi Sim Keliling
Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk membuat sebuah Sistem Informasi SIM Keliling yang dapat memberikan informasi berupa lokasi SIM Keliling yang berada dekat dengan penggunanya, serta memberikan informasi jam pelayanan, syarat dan ketentuan, dan antrian dari setiap lokasi sim keliling berada. Sistem ini menyasar masyarakat Kota Bandung dan seluruh Kabupaten Bandung yang tidak memiliki pengetahuan tentang informasi dari SIM Keliling. Selain itu, dengan adanya informasi antrian di sistem ini membuat masyarakat Bandung tidak perlu menghabiskan waktu datang ke tempat hanya untuk mencari tahu antrian yang sedang berjalan dari mobil SIM Keliling. Pembangunan sistem ini menggunakan Google Maps API, metode yang digunakan untuk pengukuran jarak menggunakan metode haversine. Metode haversine merupakan pemberian jarak lingkaran besar antara dua titik pada permukaan bola (bumi) berdasarkan bujur dan lintang. It follows his initial studies in Massachusetts and further training in international relations and sociology, and more collaborative work with luminaries such as Akbar Ahmed. Because of global events like 9/11, Considine became fascinated by Islam, which led him to pioneer research and publications connecting Christian-Muslim relations. This study aims to analyze and see how Gulbadan Begum\u27s contribution to the Mughal Sultanate. This research is a qualitative research and uses a historical methodology through library research based on a comparison of the data obtained and processed by the author, and describes what Gulbadan Begum did during the reign of Sultan Humayun and Sultan Akbar, and contributions to science. knowledge. The results of this study resulted in some of the best policies for the palace of the Mughal Sultanate. In addition, several scientists appeared in the Mughal Sultanate who made when Sultan Akbar ruled it was written that his era was the era of the pride of the Mughal SultanatePenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis serta melihat bagaimana Kontribusi Gulbadan Begum dalam Kesultanan Mughal. Local Community Involvement for Indonesian National Bridge Management Systems
Within the Indonesian national road network, Bina Marga, assisted by regional offices (Balai), manage nearly 18,000 bridges scattered across 34 provinces. Maintaining its reliability is vital as inland transportation remains the most effective mobility means for ± 270 million inhabitants. Therefore, as a road service provider under the Ministry of Public Work and Housing, they aim to achieve a high maturity level in public infrastructure asset management (PIAM) practices. It is done by improving the current Bridge Management Systems (BMS) 1992 guideline. However, managing such a vast network is challenging. The limited human resources in quality & quantity hinder Bina Marga and Balai to strive for reliable data and adequate routine maintenance. Inspired by Indonesian collectivism, the study explores local community involvement to improve bridge data quality and adequate routine maintenance, i.e., BMS x Locals. Its objective is to recommend Bina Marga to improve the current BMS practices through a BMS x Locals guideline. The study sketches the current state of BMS, identifies drivers in outsourcing locals, identifies the type of works and groups, identifies locals’ willingness to be outsourced, and generates situational strategies. The research question is formulated as: How can the local community be involved as the external resources to assist Bina Marga’s in Indonesian Bridge Management Systems (BMS). This study uses interviews and desk study to collect data on six Bina Marga & five Balai NTB officials, and five locals in West Nusa Tenggara province. In addition, various data analyses are performed, consisting of Causal Loop Diagram (CLD), Multi-criteria Decision-Making Analysis (MCDA), SWOT & TOWS analysis. The study results and the BMS x Locals guideline have been validated by a high-level Balai official. For the result, CLD reveals that Bina Marga is struggling for a high PIAM maturity level because of the absence of specific quadrennial strategic planning (RENSTRA) and limited human resources in BMS, making them unable to obtain reliable data and perform adequate routine maintenance within a year. It also identifies Bina Marga’s drivers to outsource locals: up-to-date data monitoring, additional human resources, economy, and public engagement. The MCDA, amounting to 4 analyses, identifies nine criteria: cost, time, bridge literacy, technological literacy, labouring skill, quality, continuity, level of education, and age. Such criteria generate inventory and condition data – conducted by local university elements and cleaning works (garbage, rubble, grass, and drainage) – by locals in the municipality’s list. Locals’ willingness to be outsourced is also unveiled through CLD, consisting of economy, i.e., additional income and knowledge & local pride. Moreover, SWOT & TOWS analysis identifies 11 strengths, 12 weaknesses, 9 opportunities, and 10 threats for BMS x Locals; and generates situational strategies (maxi-maxi: 7, maxi-mini: 7, mini-maxi: 6, and mini-mini: 7). Finally, synthesised situational strategies amounting to 1 to 2 items have been presented according to the empirical challenges. Tailoring triple charge conduction in BaCo0.2Fe0.1Ce0.2Tm0.1Zr0.3Y0.1O3−δ semiconductor electrolyte for boosting solid oxide fuel cell performance

Herein, we designed and synthesized a single-phase Ce-doped BaCo0.2Fe0.3-xTm0.1Zr0.3Y0.1O3-δ semiconductor-electrolyte possessing triple-charge (H+/O2−/e−) conduction ability. Two different compositions are synthesized: BaCo0.2Fe0.3-xCexTm0.1Zr0.3Y0.1O3-δ [x = 0.1–0.2]. The 20% doped Ce composition exhibits an outstanding oxide-ion and protonic conductivity of 0.193 S cm−1 and 0.09 S cm−1 at 530 °C and the fuel cell utilizing BaCo0.2Fe0.2Ce0.2Tm0.1Zr0.3Y0.1O3-δ as an electrolyte yields an excellent power density of 873 mW cm−2 at 530 °C. Moreover, the fuel cell performed reasonably well (383 mW cm−2) even at a low temperature of 380 °C. Furthermore, the 10% Ce-doped utilized in fuel cell device illustrates lower performance (661 mW cm−2 at 530 °C and 260 mW cm−2 at 380 °C). Successful doping of Ce supports the formation of oxygen-vacancies at the B-site of perovskite and adjusting the ratio of Fe in the compositions. Moreover, the presence of Tm also assist in the creation of oxygen vacancies. Furthermore, the boosting of electrochemical performance and ionic conductivity of applied materials are enlightened by tuning the energy-band structure via employing the UPS and UV–Vis. The physical characterizations and verification of dual-ions (H+/O2−) in the semiconductor materials are performed via different electrochemical, spectroscopic, and microscopic techniques. A systematic study revealed triple charge conduction in this promising material, which helps in boosting the electrochemical performance of the LT-SOFC.Peer reviewe
