Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah berbagai faktor (variety seeking dan fitur produk) berpengaruh terhadap brand switching handphone pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam EBI IAIN Palu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa IAIN PALU yang berjumlah 885 orang, maka sampel penelitian adalah Mahsiswa FEBI jurusan ekonomi semester 4 dan 6, yang berjumlah 353 orang. Karena jumlah mahasiswa jurusan ekonomi semester 4 dan 5 jumlahnya 353 maka data kusioner yang disebar sebesar 80 responden untuk mewakili dari jumlah keseluruhan mahasiswa jurusan ekonomi semester 3 dan 6. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah stratified sampling dan proportional sampling. Berdasarkan pengolahan data yang dilakukan menggunakan SPSS Statistics21.0 menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel variety seekingberpengaruh positif (+) dan signifikan terhadap brand switching handphone sedangkan variabel fitur produkberpengaruh positif(+) dansignifikan dengan dan secara simultan variabel variety seeking dan fitur produk berpengaruh terhadap brand switching handphone.Serta kedua variabel tersebut secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap brand switching handphone pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam (FEBI) IAIN Palu.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Full text linkThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Full text linkWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. No full textThere are several factors that with low learning outcomes of learners, the most important is the low interest of learners to follow the lesson well and earnestly. Lack of strong motivation to be one cause of low interest learners learners. This study aims to improve the ability to understand the mathematical concepts of the subject matter kesebangunan. The benefits of this research is to provide input in choosing a varied learning model that can improve the learning outcomes of learners mathematics as well as information materials for other researchers. The research method used is experimental research with right t test with population class IX SMP Negeri 3 Bandar Lampung. The results showed that learning mathematics with VCD media learning on the ability of understanding the concept of class IX students SMP Negeri 3 Bandar Lampung semester I on the subject matter kesebangunan more effective than conventional learning, it is seen from the ability to understand the concept of learners better than conventional learning . Thus learning mathematics with VCD media learning on the subject matter kesebangunan can be used as an alternative method in learning in order to increase the variety of teaching methods in the effort to train the skills of reasoning and communication of learners and improve learning outcomes of learners

No full textTulisan ini memberikan informasi yang tepat tentang kondisi kebutuhan remaja yang sesuai dengan tugas perkembangannya yaitu: mengenal fungsi perbedaan jenis kelamin, organ reproduksi dan persiapan pernikahan agar dapat mengenali fungsi anatomi tubuh sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam, misalnya tentang kesehatan seksual dalam Islam. Meskipun data yang ditemukan terdapat beragam problematika remaja tentang seksual, sehingga dibutuhkan profesi konseling Islami untuk membantu remaja tumbuh kembang secara optimal dalam berprestasi dibidang kognitif-afektif-psikomotorik. Kemampuan kognitif dengan diupayakannya pengayaan pengetahuan tentang alam semesta beserta fenomena alam, kemampuan afektif dengan terampilnya mengolah dan mengendalikan emosi ke arah positif kepada sesama makhluk hidup, sedangkan kemampuan psikomotorik dengan adaptifnya manusia dalam bersikap ketika berinteraksi di lingkungan dengan keragaman budaya Bhineka Tunggal Ika. Dengan berdasar pada nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam maka manusia dapat mengoptimalkan 3 daya dengan berdasarkan pada Al Qur’an yang memberikan keselamatan dan kebahagiaan pada remaja untuk memahami kesehatan seksual dalam Islam.

THROUGH THE ISLAMIC COUNSELLING SEXUAL HEALTH EDUCATION IN ISLAM IN ADOLESCENT. This paper provides precise information about the conditions in accordance with the needs of adolescent development tasks are: to know the function of gender, reproductive organs and wedding preparations in order to identify the function of anatomy of the body in accordance with Islamic values, eg about sexual health in Islam. Although the data were found to contain a variety of sexual problems of adolescence, so it takes the counseling profession Islami to help teens grow and develop optimally in achievement in the field of cognitive-affective-psychomotor. Cognitive abilities with the enrichment begun all the knowledge of the universe and natural phenomena, affective ability to skillfully manage and control their emotions in a positive direction to our fellow beings, whereas the adaptive human psychomotor abilities in attitude when interacting in an environment with a diversity of cultural unity. One based on the values of Islamic education then humans can optimize power to 3 based on the Qur’an that provide the safety and happiness of the youth to understand sexual health in Islam.

Indonesia’s capital city relocation: A perspective of regional planning
Full text linkThe role of a capital city is essential for a nation. Indonesia’s plan to relocate its capital from Jakarta to North Penajam Paser has been set in stone. The Indonesian government targets the relocation to be executed in 2024; therefore, the preparations and capital city development must start from 2020. This research aims to study capital relocation from the perspective of regional planning concerning institutional, spatial planning, the economy, social aspects, and the environment. The data source used in this research was the secondary data obtained from literature review and document analysis. The new capital must present a distinct identity, as it will determine the institutional that will lead to success. The main reasons for the capital relocation are growth and economic equality for the eastern part of Indonesia. It means that development will be encouraged to achieve these goals. On the other hand, overly rapid development in the new capital is also undesirable—a challenging paradox for the institutions involved that demands creativity and innovation for a successful capital relocation

No full textMeningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis sejalan dengan paradigma baru pembelajaran matematika. Berdasarkan pra survey penulis melakukan wawancara dengan salah satu guru matematika kelas VIII MTs Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung dan guru tersebut mengatakan bahwa dalam proses pembelajaran masih melakukan pembelajaran yang bersifat ekspositoris atau yang berpusat pada guru. Peserta didik terlihat kurang aktif, cenderung mendengar atau mencatat yang disampaikan oleh guru sehingga pembelajaran hanya berjalan satu arah saja. Keadaan ini sangat memperlihatkan bahwa kemampuan pemahaman konsep dan komunikasi peserta didik masih rendah. Dengan standar kriteria ketuntasan minimum (KKM) yaitu sebesar ≥ 70, hanya 8 dari 26 siswa kelas VIIIA yang tuntas dan 8 dari 25 siswa kelas VIIIB yang tuntas. Hal ini dapat disebabkan oleh rendahnya kemampuan pemahaman matematis peserta didik dan komunikasi matematis peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran yang belum berjalan dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh pembelajaran dengan strategi heuristic vee terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis peserta didik kelas VIII MTs Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung.
Metode penilitan ini menggunakan posttest-only design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pembelajaran dengan strategi pembelajaran heuristic vee terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis peserta didikkelas VIII MTs Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung. Hal ini juga terlihat pada hasil belajar matematika siswa yang diterapkan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan strategipembelajaran Heuristic Vee lebih tinggi dari pada rata-rata hasil belajar matematika yang tidak menggunakan strategi pembelajaran Heuristic Vee
