No full textAbstract. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive analysis method which aims to describe:
(1) the socio-historical background of Rully Ferdiansyah as the author of the novel Years of the Lost
Standing Strong in the Shadows of Sheikh Yusuf and (2) the value of character education contained in
novel The Lost Years Standing Strong in Shaykh Yusuf's Shadow. The primary data of this research is the
novel Years of the Lost Standing Strong in the Shadow of Sheikh Yusuf, while the secondary data of this
study was obtained through a written interview with Rully Ferdiansyah as the author of the novel. The
source of the data for this research comes from the novel Years of the Lost Standing Strong in the
Shadows of Sheikh Yusuf and a written interview with Rully Ferdiansyah as the author of the novel. Data
collection was carried out in three stages, namely reading techniques, note-taking techniques, and
interview techniques. The data that has been obtained is then analyzed through four stages, namely
data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This research uses the
theory of sociology of literature by Rene Wellek and Austin Warren. The results of the study show that
(1) Rully Ferdiansyah as the author of the novel Years of the Lost Standing Strong in the Shadows of
Sheikh Yusuf was born in Serang, Banten, precisely on August 30, 1985. Rully Ferdiansyah is of SundaBanten ethnicity and adheres to the teachings of Islam. The author is an environmental activist and antisocial disease activist in Cilegon. In addition, the author is a demisioner at the Banten Arts Council for
the 2017-2018 period in the literary committee and also as a functionary of ICMI Banten for the 2019-
present period, (2) In the novel Years of the Lost Standing Strong in the Shadows of Sheikh Yusuf, it is
found five main characters in accordance with the provisions of the Ministry of Education and Culture
which include: religiosity values (20.68%), integrity values (16.37%), nationalist values (11.20%),
independent values (10.34%), and mutual cooperation value (6%). The value of integrity, which is the
fifth value, in this novel is in second place under the value of religiosity

This happens because there are parties who open or practice dental care services, namely dental artisans. The dental artisan profession in Indonesia has existed since the Dutch colonial era and continues to live because of the encouragement of the community, which until now there are still many who carry out dental care and treatment at the services of dental artisans rather than dentists. In the practice of dental services, dental artisans must have formality or must undergo formal medical education, and must comply with government regulations in the Minister of Health regulation number 39 of 2014 concerning guidance, supervision and licensing, dental work "Permenkes 39/2014" , where in article 6 paragraph (2) of the Minister of Health 39/2014. Based on the background of the problem, the formulation of the problem is how is the responsibility towards consumers of dental services based on Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection in Kampar Regency and how is the legal protection for consumers of dental services based on Law Number 8 of 1999 About Consumer Protection in Kampar Regency. This type of research can be classified in the type of sociological law research (empirical), because in this study the author directly conducts research on the location or place under study in order to provide a complete and clear picture of the problem being studied. The conclusions that can be obtained from the results of the study are First, Responsibility to Consumers of Eyelas Braces Dental Services Based on Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection in Kampar Regency, namely providing compensation in the form of painkillers and repairing uncomfortable teeth for the patient. consumer. However, in its implementation it has not been in accordance with the provisions of Article 19 of the UUPK because in the provision of compensation there is an imposition of return fees carried out by the dental practice services of Eyelas Braces. Second, the legal protection of consumers of dental services based on Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection in Kampar Regency is not in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act Article 4, namely regarding consumer rights and Article 7 regarding the obligations of business actors. Compensation (fringe benefits) is the right of the employee and the obligation to pay the company. Because this is where the importance of compensation for employees as a seller of energy (physical and mind). Productivity is a very important factor in maintaining and developing the activities of an organization's success.
In this study, the writer uses descriptive method, a form of research that seeks to collect data in accordance with the actual situation, which has close ties with the problems to be studied, so as to give a clear picture of the object to be studied and then can be drawn a conclusion.
Compensation research variables (X) and Employee Productivity (Y). To analyze these two variables the authors distributed questionnaires to 100 respondents, then the results of the study were processed and analyzed using statistical methods, namely the Spearman rank correlation, Test Validity and Reliability, the coefficient of determination of r and t test.
Implementation of Compensation in PT. Glostar Indonesia Sukabumi say whether the results of the statement indicated that respondents overall average gain of 4.18 which is in the interval from 3.40 to 4.19. Further assessment of employee productivity is also said to be high as the overall average value of 4.06 that statement is in the interval from 3.40 to 4.19.
The calculation result shows that the relationship SPSS 17.0 compensation on employee productivity at PT. Glostar Indonesia Sukabumi is strong enough and the direction that is equal to 0.442 of the obtained coefficient of determination of 19.5% means that the productivity of employees who are affected by the compensation factor of 19.5%, while the remaining 80.5% is influenced by other factors besides compensation. From the results of hypothesis testing can be seen that the value t_hitung = 5.437 greater than t_tabel, then Ha = 1,660 accepted and Ho is rejected which means that there is a positive relationship between compensation on employee productivity in PT. Glostar Indonesia Sukabumi

Film as one of the study of literature has the ability to 'present' of life to show social problems that occured in community. It is reflected in Kimi Ni Todoke movies. This film tells about a girl named Sawako Kuronuma who are victims of ijime, but she always trying to do good things for peoples around her every day. Through social interaction, the authors find the factors that influence the characters development of Sawako Kuronuma. To analyze the character development, authors use a sociological approach that focused on social interaction system conducted by characters with the surrounding environment. The author also uses mise-en-scene’s theory in order to get deep analysis of the movies. As the results, Sawako’s character is grows by social interaction process. She blend with the previous socially isolating group and also, she managed to have a group and close friends named Yano and Yoshida, who make her have courages to express what she feels. For subsequent studies using this film as research data, the authors suggest to use psychoanalytic approach to enrich literature appreciation. Kepala madrasah merupakan salah satu komponen pendidikan yang sangat berpengaruh dalam
meningkatkan kinerja guru. kepala madrasah bertanggung atas penyengelaraan kegiatan pendidikan,
admintrasi madrasah pembinaan tenaga kependidikan dan pendayagunaaan serta pemeliharaan sarana dan
prasarana. Kepala madrasah sebagai pemimpin tertinngi sangat berpengaruh dalam menentukan kemajuan
madrasah. Kepala sekolah yang baik harus dapat mengupayakan peningkatan profesionalisme guru
melalui program pembinaan kemampuan profesionalitas tenaga kependidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan
untuk mengetahui peran kepala madrasah dalam membina profesionalisme guru melalui supervisi, penulis
melakukan penelitian di MTs N 2 Bandar Lampung karena ingin mengetahui lebih dekat terhadap kepala
madrasah bagaimana peran dan bagaimana beliau dalam kemampuan melaksanakan supervisi.
Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini
mengambil tempat di MTs N 2 Bandar Lampung, penelitian ini di tujukan kepada kepala madrasah dan
guru, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, dokumentasi, dan
wawancara. Sedangkan uji keabsahan data dalam penelitian menggunakan triangulasi sumber, triangulasi
sumber untuk menguji kredibilitas data dilakukan dengan cara mengecek data yang telah diperoleh
melalui beberapa sumber. Data dari ketiga sumber tersebut dideskripsikan , dikategorisasikan, mana
pandangan yang sama, yang berbeda, dan mana spesifik dari tiga sumber data tersebut. Teknik analisis
data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data reduction, data display, dan penarikan kesimpulan, dengan
subjek penelitian kepala madrasah, guru, dan staf tat usaha.
Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa peran kepala madrasah sebagai supervisor dalam
merencanakan program supervisi akademik cukup baik karena beliau membuat jadwal dan membuat data
nama guru yang akan di supervisi, dalam kegiatannya kepala madrasah sangat membantu ketika program
pembelajaran tersebut ada yang kesulitan beliau selalu membantu semua guru yang akan di supervisinya.
Selain itu kepala madrasah sudah matang dalam merencanakan program supervise tersebut sehingga
sesuai dengan tujuannya. Dalam melaksanakan program supervsi akademik dengan menerapkan teknik�teknik supervisi belum dirasa oleh semua guru, karena kemampuan kepala madrasah hanya bisa dilihat
oleh atasannya sedangkan guru belum bisa mengetahui apakah kepala madrasah sudah mampu dalam
menerapkan teknik tersebut. Dan mestinya guru juga diberikan kesempatan untuk menilai kemampuan
kepala madrasah ketika beliau sedang melakukan program supervisinya, sehingga tahu bagaimana
kemampuan kepala madrasah dalam melakukan program supervisi. Dalam menindaklanjuti program
supervisinya beliau selalu menekankan kekurangan dan kelebihan seorang guru itu dimana, dan
disampaikan langsung oleh beliau ketika ada kegiatan rapat, kemudian hasil rekap nilai yang sudah
disupervisi diberitahukan kepada semua guru kurangnya dimana dan apa yang harus diperbaiki agar
menjadi guru yang professional.

ABSTRACT
The principal of the madrasa is one component of education that is very influential in improving
teacher performance. The head of the madrasah is responsible for the implementation of educational
activities, the administration of the madrasa, the development of educational staff and the utilization and
maintenance of facilities and infrastructure. The head of the madrasa as the highest leader is very
influential in determining the progress of the madrasa. A good principal must be able to seek to increase
teacher professionalism through a program for fostering the professional ability of education personnel.
This study aims to determine the role of the madrasa principal in fostering teacher professionalism
through supervision, the author conducted research at MTs N 2 Bandar Lampung because he wanted to
know more closely about the madrasa principal how his role and how he was in the ability to carry out
supervision.
The researcher used a descriptive qualitative research method, this research took place at MTs N
2 Bandar Lampung, this research was aimed at the head of madrasa and teachers, the data collection
techniques used in this study were observation, documentation, and interviews. While the validity of the
data in the study used triangulation of sources, triangulation of sources to test the credibility of the data
was done by checking the data that had been obtained from several sources. The data from the three
sources are described, categorized, which views are the same, which are different, and which are the
specifics of the three data sources. The data analysis technique in this study used data reduction, data
display, and drawing conclusions, with the research subject being the head of the madrasa, teachers, and
administrative staff.
The results of this study prove that the role of the madrasa principal as a supervisor in planning
academic supervision programs is quite good because he makes a schedule and makes data on the names
of teachers to be supervised, in his activities the madrasa head is very helpful when the learning program
has difficulties he always helps all teachers who will be supervised. In addition, the head of the madrasa
has matured in planning the supervision program so that it is in accordance with its objectives. In carrying
out the academic supervision program by applying supervision techniques, all teachers have not felt it,
because the ability of the head of the madrasa can only be seen by his superiors while the teacher cannot
yet know whether the head of the madrasa is able to apply these techniques. And teachers should also be
given the opportunity to assess the ability of the madrasa principal when he is carrying out his supervision
program, so that he knows how the madrasa principal's ability to carry out the supervision program is. In
following up on his supervision program, he always emphasizes the strengths and weaknesses of a
teacher, which is conveyed directly by him when there are meeting activities, then the results of the recap
of values that have been supervised are notified to all teachers where and what needs to be improved in
order to become professional teachers.

Cyberbullying and digital ethics: A bibliometric analysis from a communication research perspective

The dataset, sourced from Scopus between 2014 and 2024, comprises 73 scientific articles that were systematically extracted and analyzed. The findings indicate a rising trend in cyberbullying, particularly its impact on adolescent mental health. Furthermore, the study highlights the critical role of digital ethics education and the practice of forgiveness as potential solutions for fostering a positive and supportive digital environment. This research uses bibliometric analysis to evaluate various aspects of the research, including an overview of the dataset, the number of annual publications, average citations per year, and author contributions. It also analyzed journals, countries, and identified key trends and themes in research. This approach provides a comprehensive insight into the development of research related to cyberbullying and digital ethics over a period of time

Dalam perancangan sistem ini, penulis menggunakan metode Alphabetical filing system dalam metode pengarsipannya, metode ini dituangkan pada bahasa pemrograman PHP dan Javascript, kemudian data kerjasama, kegiatan penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini akan disimpan pada database MYSQL, software yang digunakan yaitu sublime text, XAMPP, Browser dan aplikasi pembuatan perancangan UML, dan hardware yang digunakan adalah notebook Lenovo G41 dengan processor AMD A8 APU Radeon 2.2 GHz. Mengenai hasil akhir yang dicapai, aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah LPPM dalam mengarsipkan data kerjasama yang penyangkut tri dharma perguruan tinggi Universitas Catur Insan Cendekia Cirebon, kelebihan sistem ini tampilannya yang userfriendly dan mudah untuk digunakan, untuk kekurangan dalam sistem tersebut keamanan data masih belum maksimal, diharapkan dalam pengembangan sistem ini dapat ditingkatkan kembali keamanan datanya.

Abstract — The design of the Tri Dharma Collaboration Data Archive Management Information System of the University of Catur Insan Cendekia Cirebon aims to make it easier for the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) in archiving data on collaboration, research activities and community service carried out by lecturers. In designing this system, the author uses the alphabetical filing system method in the archiving method, this method is poured into the programming languages PHP and Javascript, then the collaboration data, research activities and community service will be stored in the MYSQL database, the software used is sublime text, XAMPP. , The browser and UML design making applications, and the hardware used is the Lenovo G41 notebook with a 2.2 GHz AMD A8 APU Radeon processor. Regarding the final results achieved, this application is expected to make it easier for LPPM to archive data on cooperation between the Tri Dharma University of Catur Insan Cendekia Cirebon University, the advantages of this system are its user-friendly appearance and easy to use, for deficiencies in the system data security is still not optimal, It is hoped that in developing this system data security can be improved again.
