Kata Kunci: diet, therapy, autis Anak autis lebih cenderung mengalami gangguan pada pencernaan. Beberapa jenis makanan tidak boleh dikonsumsi oleh anak autis karena dapat merusak dinding usus. Sehingga daya serap usus meningkat drastis dan menyebabkan bahan-bahan yang seharusnya tidak terserap menjadi terserap, termasuk jamur, bakteri dan parasit. Kerja otak anak akhirnya dapat terganggu sehingga menyebabkan anak menajadi tidak bisa diam dan tenang. Oleh sebab itu siswa autis di SMP Islam Al Azhaar Tulungagung harus menjalankan diet therapy. Diet therapy dilakukan dengan cara mengatur menu makanan yang dikonsumsi setiap hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) pelaksanaan diet therapy bagi siswa autis. (2) hambatan dalam pelaksanaan diet therapy bagi siswa autis. (3) dampak diet therapy bagi siswa autis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang dilakukan yaitu melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Pelaksanaan diet therapy bagi siswa autis terdiri dari: persiapan yaitu melakukan tes IgG Food Allergy di laboratorium guna mengetahui alergi pada siswa autis sebelum menentukan variasi makanan yang tepat, pelaksanaan diet yang diterapkan oleh orangtua, pengawasan dan evaluasi yang dilakukan oleh pihak sekolah. (2) Hambatan dalam pelaksanaan diet therapy yang meliputi: siswa autis sendiri yang sulit untuk menerima diet dengan baik, faktor kesibukan orangtua, dan sulitnya mendapatkan bahan makanan tertentu. (3) Dampak diet therapy bagi siswa autis dapat diketahui dari penilaian pada komponen BALSH (Behavior/perilaku, Attention/perhatian, Language/bahasa, Stimming/stimulasi diri, dan Hiperactivity/hiperaktif), selain itu juga berdampak terhadap aktivitas sehari-hari. Pelaksanaan diet therapy bagi siswa autis akan berdampak baik jika diterapkan dengan benar. Dampak dari diet dapat diketahui dari pencatatan yang dilakukan oleh orangtua setiap hari. Saran dalam penelitian ini ditunjukkan kepada: (1) Kepala sekolah, agar lebih mengawasi pelaksanaan diet therapy, jika perlu melakukan tindakan tegas jika ada orangtua yang tidak melaksanakan terapi diet bagi anaknya. (2) Orangtua, agar lebih memahami anaknya dalam segala kondisi, termasuk perubahan-perubahan yang terjadi setiap hari pada anak autis. Orangtua harus benar-benar mengawasi konsumsi makanan sehari-hari untuk anaknya

Get PDFThe World Health Organization’s “Guidelines for Drinking-water Quality” has identified safe drinking water as essential to health and a human right. Disinfection by chlorination is commonly used for drinking water purification in the United States, but the chlorine dose required to inactivate certain viruses remains unknown. One such virus is coxsackievirus. Coxsackievirus, along with other enteroviruses, causes a significant number of infections in the United States. These infections can prove fatal to those with relatively weak immune systems (children, the elderly, women in pregnancy, etc.). This research investigates the free chlorine exposure required to effectively inactivate coxsackievirus B5 in drinking water as a function of pH and temperature and to compare those values with the corresponding US Environmental Protection Agency regulations for enteric viruses as a group. No full textThis writing aims to find out how the process of the kupatan tradition in the Rebo Wakasan ritual and also the author tries to examine the kupatan tradition in the Rebo Wakasan ritual from the perspective of living qur'an in Cikalahang Village, Pabuaran Village. This research uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach that relies on collecting secondar and primary data sources. Secondary data obtained through literature studies, such as journals or articles, books and other reading materials and primary data sources include observations and interviews. The results of this study show that in the perspective of living qur'an, the Rebo Wakasan ritual is seen as a community response to the Qur'an. Phenomena contained in the Rebo Wakasan ritual in Cikalahang village such as: Prayers, dhikr, praying, giving alms and reading surahs of the Qur'an together are the result of the interpretation of the Cikalahang village community on the function of the Qur'an which according to them can protect from various disasters by the will of Allah SWTPenulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses tradisi kupatan dalam ritual Rebo Wakasan dan juga penulis berusaha mengkaji tradisi kupatan dalam ritual Rebo Wakasan dilihat dari perspektif living qur’an di Kampung Cikalahang Desa Pabuaran. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif pendekatan studi kasus yang mengandalkan pengumpulan sumber data sekunder dan primer. Data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui studi literatur, seperti jurnal atau artikel, buku dan bahan bacaan lainnya dan sumber data primer meliputi observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dalam perspektif living qur’an, ritual Rebo Wakasan dipandang sebagai respons masyarakat terhadap Al-qur’an. Fenomena yang terdapat dalam ritual rebo wakasan di kampung cikalahang seperti : Sholat, berdzikir, berdo’a, bersedekah dan pembacaan surah-surah al-qur’an secara bersama merupakan hasil dari interpretasi masyarakat kampung Cikalahang atas fungsi al-qur’an yang menurut mereka bisa melindungi dari berbagai bala musibah atas kehendak Allah SWT.

This final report discusses the application of Financial Accounting Standards Entities Without Public Accountability (SAK ETAP) on Employee Cooperative Republic of Indonesia (KPRI) Angkasa RRI Palembang aimed to find ways of applying SAK ETAP conducted by KPRI Angkasa RRI Palembang. And conducting a review to look at the accuracy of SAK ETAP on KPRI Angkasa RRI because the cooperative must adhere SAK ETAP by the new Regulation No. 12 / per / M.KUKM / IX / 2015. Author techniques of data collection by interview and documentation as well as collect data sourced from books, journals, and Internet. From interviews and documentation found that the main problem is not applying SAK ETAP cooperative in preparing the financial statements. While the specific problem that is hitting the post on the balance sheet presentation of a cooperative that is used not in accordance with SAK ETAP and on the income statement presentation load cooperatives have not been adjusted based components. Based on these issues, the discussion of which will be reviewed, namely the application of accounting standards and financial statement presentation KPRI Angkasa RRI based SAK ETAP. Language is an important thing for society, because it’s one of communication tools which is never existed in our life. Language is also used to develop human mind. The mastery of vocabulary is increasingly associated with many meanings, so it is very determine the smooth of thinking. Thus, the study of word as a sign is strongly supported for those functions. In this thesis, the author examines the form, behavior and the meaning of habis. To explain that word, the author uses monolingual contrastive approach with expansion technique. The result
The result of this study collects 20 basic words which contained with the meaning of habis. The distinguish components that emerged those basic word are creature, entity and colocation.
From the analysis, there are eleven affix of habis word that can be joined. They are contains with: ber-, se-, -kan, -i, -in, ke-/-an, me-/-kan, di-/-kan, me-/-i, ter-/-kan, and pe-/-an. From the behavior of analysis, the ‘word’ can be seen from the level of phrase and clause. At the phrase level, habis has a high core level. At the clause level, habis has a function as a predicate and description; it can also declare the clause adverbial type and verbal clause type. In relation of study of the meaning, it can be found which contained in habis word. The types of the meanings are lexical and grammatical mean, referential and non-referential mean, connotative and denotative mean, the mean of habis as a word and term, last but not least are conceptual and associative mean. The relations of forms arefound which are synonym, antonym, hyponym, and hypernym. Moreover, it explained with the meaning field and the meaning component to determine the difference of habis word.

implementing NIK to become NPWP as one of the ways to realize SIN in Indonesia,
which later can make it easier for the public to do administration, especially in the
field of taxation. The purpose of this research is to find out that changing NIK to
NPWP can increase taxpayer compliance. In this study the authors used descriptive
qualitative methods, the results showed that the integration of NIK validation into
NPWP increases taxpayer compliance
Activity Following Total Hip Arthroplasty: Which Patients Are Active, and Is Being Active Safe?

Younger and physically active patients demand a return to sport after total hip arthroplasty (THA). However, because of the risk of implant wear and loosening, high-impact activities are often not recommended. The current study evaluates predictive factors and revision rates in patients with higher activity levels.
METHODS
This retrospective study included 4152 hips in 3828 patients aged 45-75 that underwent primary THA for primary osteoarthritis between 2009 and 2019 with a minimum follow-up of 2 years. Pain and Lower Extremity Activity Scale (LEAS) were assessed before and 2 years after surgery. Activity was classified as low (LEAS 1-6), moderate (LEAS 7-13), or high (LEAS 14-18).
RESULTS
Pain and LEAS improved from preoperative to 2-years postoperative (p < 0.001). The activity level was low in 6.2%, moderate in 52.9%, and high in 40.9% of the patients. Younger age, lower BMI, ASA, and CCI, male sex, and higher preoperative LEAS correlated with higher activity at 2 years (p < 0.001). The predicted revision-free survival rates between the activity groups were better for more highly active patients (p < 0.001).
CONCLUSIONS
High physical activity 2 years following THA, with participating in sports like jogging several times a week, did not increase the risk of revision surgery. THA patients should not be prevented from a highly active lifestyle

This study aims to: 1) know the description of brand image of Aqua products. 2) know the description of purchase decisions of Aqua products. 3) know whether brand image has a significant influence on purchase decision of Aqua products. In this reseach the data were collected by spreading a questionnaires . The sampling technique was random sampling technique with 190 respondents who knows and has bought Aqua products. The data analysis methods that are used are descriptive statistics analysis and simple linear regression analysis. The author used SPSS program version 25 to process the data resource. From the results of this research it can be seen that the brand image variable influence the purchasing decision. this is indicated by the r square value of 0.387 (38,7%).
