A literary work emerges from the author's drive to express himself as a
human being by utilizing language as a means of communication, as well as
conveying ideas, concepts, and messages that come from his imagination and
socio-cultural reality. The researcher chose the Alaskan Bay novel by Eka
Aryani in this study because the research results describe bullying or what is
known as bullying, romance, and friendship. In general, this research aims to
describe the form and impact of bullying on the main character in the Novel
Teluk Alaska by Eka Aryani.
The author in this research used a qualitative descriptive approach with
data in the form of quotations from dialogue in the novel Teluk Alaska by Eka
Aryani which contains bullying. The method used in this research is
descriptive literary research method. In this research, the author used data
collection techniques in the form of recording character actions, dialogue
between characters, and messages delivered. Data verification in this research
was carried out by comparing information from various sources and
techniques.
Based on research on bullying of the main characters in the novel Alaska
Bay, the following conclusions can be drawn. (1) Physical bullying involves
violence such as kicking and hitting, verbal bullying in the form of teasing and
insults, and psychological bullying such as ignoring and looking at cynically.
(2) The causes of bullying in this novel include family and peer factors, with
families who tolerate violence and peers who have a negative influence. (3)
The impact of bullying on victims is very bad, such as depression, anxiety, and
low self-esteem, as experienced by Anastasya

This scientific work has background on the application of PSAK No. 24 regarding short-term employee benefits. The author conducting the study has the purpose of this study is to analyze how the recognition, measurement and disclosure of employee benefits under PSAK No. 24 regarding employee benefits at PT. Elangperdana Tyre Industry that focuses on short-term employee benefits. This research was conducted by qualitative descriptive method through case study approach at PT. Elangperdana Tyre Industry with data collection methods through staff interviews and document analysis obtained from companies that support the research.
From the research results can be seen the recognition, measurement and disclosure of employee benefits applied by PT. Elangperdana Tyre Industry is in conformity with PSAK No. 24. Recognition and measurement of short-term employee benefits are recorded at expenses measured at the time the expense is incurred or is payable to the employee. We encourage companies to keep abreast of the generally accepted accounting standards in Indonesia and the latest developments of labor laws and other regulations related to the provision of employee benefits.

No full text<p><em>Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk </em><em>mendeskripsikan </em><em>tipe-tipe</em><em> tindak ilokusi , konteks yang mempengaruhi ungkapan- ungkapan tindak ilokusi dan gambaran tipe-tipe tindak ilokusi yang ditemukan dalam analisa pragmatik.</em><em> Penelitian ini menggunakan metode </em><em>kualitatif</em><em> untuk m</em><em>engumpulkan</em><em> dan </em><em>menganalisa</em><em> data</em><em> berdasarkan</em><em> teori </em><em>tindak ilokusi </em><em>dari </em><em>Searle dan teori konteks dari Leech. </em><em>Penemuan pada penelitian ini mengungkap</em><em>kan bahwa ada 42 ungkapan. Ada 10 ungkapan Asertif), 12 ungkapan Direktif, 6 ungkapan Komisif, 13 ungkapan Expresif, dan I ungkapan Deklarasi yang mengacu pada mengangkat pekerjaan. Semua jenis tindak ilokusi yang ditemukan telah dipengaruhi oleh 4 aspek konteks, yaitu; penutur and lawan tutur, konteks ungkapan, tujuan ungkapan dan tempat/waktu. Secara pragmatik, semua ungkapan yang mengandung tindak ilokusi dalam novel ini diantar oleh aspek- aspek sosial seperti status sosial, umur, jenis kelamin, tingkat pendidikan, wilayah geografis, daerah pedesaan atau kota, kondisi fisik, dan keakraban yang mempunyai tujuan tertentu. JOB-DESK BASED TEXTBOOK FOR WORKING STUDENTS IN SPEAKING CLASS IN BATAM
No full textThe aim of this research is to identify the outlines of job-desk based speaking textbook for working students.By having this, it is expected that a decent job-desk textbook for working students who want to improve their performance at work in speaking area can be produced. Based on the conducted pre-research, it was found that the English Department worker students in Batam are charged with using English actively in presenting, introducing, explaining, discussing, negotiating, giving direction, and serving. Furthermore, based on those things above, the textbook used so far does not meet the needs of working students. Therefore, the researcher formulated a job-desk based textbook in speaking class to fulfill the working students’ needs specifically. This case study qualitative research on the students of English Department is conducted by applying purposive sampling technique. In addition, the data was collected through questionnaire and interview which were adjusted as the indicators of the textbook. The result showed that the students who work in Batam have problems in grammar, vocabularies, pronunciation and the language expressions in presenting, discussion, giving instruction and negotiating. Based on those problems, the researcher composed a textbook that could possibly solves the students’ problems at work.

GRAMMATICAL COMPARISON OF NOUN; INDONESIAN AND JAPANESE LANGUAGES
No full textPurpose of the study: The purpose of the study was to analyze the grammatical function of the noun of Japanese and Indonesian language and diversification of Noun and the system of inflectional of two language
Methodology: The methodology of the study was qualitative that focused on library research. In this case, the author conducted constructive analysis to analyze the similarities and differences of the languages in terms of form and function by text-book based on Indonesia and the Japanese Language. The text-book based constructive analysis of library research was chosen to be able to evaluate and renovate the text-book used by language students; Indonesian and Japanese so that their understanding of language comparison and contrast of those languages would be better in the future. Additionally, the lingual contrastive theory was also applicated to establish the term of comparison of the noun of Indonesian and Japanese. From the analysis of the data, it found that the diversity of Noun Forms of Japanese as the subject or the object is classified by particles such as WA,O. A different variation is reflected in the form of the noun of Indonesian where it is not followed with the word of the object.
Main Findings: This study also found that the equality form of Noun between Indonesian and Japanese in terms of the function of the subject and the object that refers to the name of people, place, etc.
Applications of this study: The implication of the study is applicated with the process of language acquisition of Japanese as the foreign language of Indonesian students, especially in evaluating and renovating the text-book used by students

Writing this law aims to determine the strength of evidence of evidence
expert testimony that was read in court on Decision No. 476 / PID.Sus / 2013 /
PN.Slmn. In addition, it aims to describe legal writing about the validity of the
expert testimony that was read by the Criminal Procedure Code as well as the
extent to which expert testimony that was read Judge considered in deciding a
case.
This study prescriptive and applied, in legal research, the writer uses
normative law research. As a source in the preparation of writing, the author uses
primary legal materials and secondary law with the law of the material collection
techniques through the study of literature. The analysis technique used in this
research is the logical deduction that is by filing syllogism the major premise then
the minor premise after it had drawn the conclusion of the second premise.
Under the Criminal Code, expert testimony is one of the valid evidence. On
offense against decency by Act No. 11 of 2008 on Information and Electronic
Transactions, used evidence expert testimony that an information and technology
necessary to put forward as the least competent legal authorities in this field. The
validity of expert testimony that was read is still valid if preceded by a call
officially by the investigators and the experts first before giving a sworn statement
that the information either verbally or written information or the form of letters,
has been provided for in Article 120 in conjunction with Article 186 in
conjunction with Article 187 paragraph (1) letter c of the Criminal Procedure
Code. Expert testimony read by the judge considered in deciding the case because
according to witnesses, testimony from the accused and the evidence, that the
defendant declared legally and convincingly guilty of committing the offenses
charged and sentenced to eight months probation 1 year in accordance with
Article 183 in conjunction with Article 193 paragraph (1) Code of Criminal
Procedure.

No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara parsial dan simultan Pengaruh Aksesibilitas Laporan Keuangan Daerah (X1) dan Akuntabilitas (X2) Transparansi Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah (Y). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif . Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah Seluruh pegawai Kantor Camat Namo Rambe. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi. Teknik yang dilakukan penulis untuk mengumpulkan data yang dibutuhkan dalam penelitian adalah membagikan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis uji validitas dan realibilitas, uji regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS Versi 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Aksesibilitas laporan keuangan daerah (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Transparansi pengelolaan keuangan daerah, Akuntabilitas (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Transparansi Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah (Y). Dan secara simultan Aksesibilitas Laporan Keuangan Daerah (X1) dan Akuntabilitas (X2) Transparansi Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah (Y).This study aims to determine partially and simultaneously the Effect of Accessibility of Regional Financial Statements (X1) and Accountability (X2) Transparency in Regional Financial Management (Y). This type of research is qualitative. The population in this study were all employees of the Namo Rambe District Office. The type of date used in this study is quantitative date. The date source used in this study is observation. The technique used by the author to collect data reliability test analysis, multiple linear regression test, classic assumption test and hypothesis test using SPSS Version 21. The result of the research show that partially the Accessibility of Regionsal Financial Satements (X1) has a significant effect on the Trasparency of Regional Financial Management, Accountability (X2) significantly influence Transparency in Regional Financial Management(Y). Analisis Dialektika Hegel dalam “Desak Anies”: Sebuah Pendidikan Demokrasi
No full textThis research aims to analyze Anies Baswedan's thinking patterns, particularly during dialogues, using Hegelian Analysis, which emphasizes the process of thesis, antithesis, and synthesis in the dynamics of social-political conflict and resolution. This study also highlights the importance of democratic education in facilitating critical and in-depth understanding of political issues. The research employs a qualitative approach with content analysis and narrative analysis methods, using Hegelian Dialectics to identify the thesis, antithesis, and synthesis in Anies Baswedan's thoughts and the "Desak Anies" program in Semarang, as covered by MetroTV and uploaded in February 2024. Data collection techniques include literature review from various sources, content analysis of the "Desak Anies" program, and public documentation of the program on YouTube. Keywords: two or more important, specific, or representative words or phrases for the journal. Based on the results, Anies Baswedan typically answers questions in a structured dialogue format with standard composition: introduction, content, and conclusion. He does this to demonstrate his understanding of the thesis (initial condition), antithesis (opposing condition), and synthesis (improved condition). Throughout this process, Anies Baswedan always provides examples as reasoning to help his interlocutors understand the logic he wants to convey. Therefore, Anies Baswedan does not answer briefly because he tends to explain at length to ensure clarity. This approach fosters enthusiasm among the public, especially Millennials and Generation Z, to be politically aware; they are motivated to learn about Indonesian politics and to decide on the best future leaders for them.
