No full textIn this paper, I propose some associations between Pessoa's reflections on style and his definition of freedom and autonomy. According to the described point of view, style becomes a manifestation of a superlative state of access to culture from which the author acquires an expression freed from conventional shackles, allowing a management and adaptation of different cultural vocabularies, represented, for example, by the various mythologies adopted in writing. The problem of style, usually read in terms of aesthetic issues or the constitution of heteronymic individuality and the debate between heteronyms, is thus associated with other relevant issues in Fernando Pessoa's theoretical universe.Neste texto, propõem-se algumas associações entre a discussão de Pessoa em torno do estilo e o modo como o poeta define uma concepção da liberdade e da autonomia. De acordo com o ponto de vista descrito, o estilo converte-se numa manifestação de um superlativo estado de acesso à cultura a partir do qual o artista criador adquire uma expressão liberta de amarras convencionais, permitindo ao indivíduo manejar e adaptar os diferentes vocabulários culturais, representados, por exemplo, pelas várias mitologias adoptadas no decurso da escrita. “Nós os de Orpheu”: da distinção
No full textThis essay considers Fernando Pessoa’s text “Nós os de Orpheu” within its specific context of publication, a magazine that pays tribute to Orpheu, twenty years after its short existence, and to Presença, a dominant magazine in the national literary scene at the time. This collaboration in Sudoeste is Pessoa´s last publication in his lifetime, being these therefore his ultimate and, accordingly, definitive words about Orpheu. This note will be discussed, on the one hand, in relation to other texts in which Pessoa spoke about Orpheu and, on the other hand, considered as a distinguishing act in relation to the Presença movement. The confrontation between Orpheu and Presença, that this number of Sudoeste stages and promotes, has become decisive in reading the Portuguese literary modernism. This essay argues that it is the awareness of this confrontation which underlies this editorial note as well as the choice of the other texts the author decided to publish on the same occasion, the poem “Conselho”, in his own name, and “Nota ao Acaso", from Álvaro de Campos.O presente ensaio entende o texto “Nós os de Orpheu” de Fernando Pessoa a partir do seu contexto específico de publicação, uma revista que presta homenagem a Orpheu, vinte anos depois da sua curta existência, e à Presença, dominante no panorama literário nacional coevo. Atendendo à circunstância de ser a colaboração em Sudoeste a última publicação em vida de Pessoa, estas são as suas derradeiras e, nesse sentido, definitivas palavras sobre Orpheu. Esta nota será discutida, por um lado, tendo presentes outros textos em que Pessoa se pronunciou sobre Orpheu e, por outro, considerando-a como acto de distinção relativamente ao movimento presencista. No full textThis research and the proposed and applied educational product focus on the
dissemination of basic knowledge of administrative law, providing ease in the
development of administrative practices by civil servants occupying positions within the career of administrative technicians in education. in federal educational institutions. The construction of critical knowledge about the area and the responsibilities of their positions, as well as reflections and changes in individual behavior and the teams they are part of, enables the omnilateral training of these employees. The investigative study is of a qualitative nature, of the action research type, whose methodological instruments for data collection included the application of a questionnaire and semi-structured interviews with 13 (thirteen) TAEs, interviews with 5 (five) managers of the same Institute, a workshop with 07 (seven) TAEs, and bibliographic research. The result of the research revealed a lack of mastery of administrative law on the part of the participating civil servants and the existence of an understanding of separation between means and core activities, and not activities that complement each other and have interdependence. The research also made it possible to identify the existence of departmentalization of the institution, with the division of work between sectors and the consequent isolation of employees in their activities, in addition to the low knowledge by TAEs about the formal responsibilities of the positions they occupy, of the sectors where they are located and the formal structure of the educational institution itself. Based on the results found, an educational product was developed, applied and validated - an e-book - with the aim of constituting a guidance instrument for administrative activities in a critical and assertive manner, addressing the main rules that link to public administration, in particular, the activities of TAEs with federal institutes. The educational product may also contribute to professional self-recognition, with a consequent positive impact on the institution's final area.Esta pesquisa e o produto educacional proposto e aplicado possuem como foco a disseminação dos conhecimentos básicos do direito administrativo proporcionando a descomplicação no desenvolvimento das práticas administrativas por servidoras/es ocupantes de cargos integrantes da carreira de técnicas/os administrativas/os em educação lotadas/os nas instituições de ensino federais. A construção de conhecimentos críticos sobre a área e as atribuições de seus cargos, bem como reflexões e mudanças de comportamento individual e das equipes as quais integram, possibilita a formação omnilateral dessas/es servidoras/es. O estudo investigativo é de cunho quantiqualitativo, do tipo pesquisa-ação, cujos instrumentos metodológicos para a coleta de dados incluíram aplicação de questionário e
entrevistas semiestruturadas com 13 (treze) TAEs, entrevistas com 5 (cinco) chefias do mesmo Instituto, uma roda de conversa com 07 (sete) TAEs, e pesquisa bibliográfica. O resultado da pesquisa revelou carência do domínio do direito administrativo por parte das/os servidoras/es participantes e da existência de uma compreensão de separação entre atividades-meio e atividade-fim, e não de atividades que se complementam e que possuem interdependência. A pesquisa também possibilitou identificar a existência da departamentalização da instituição, com a divisão do trabalho entre setores e o consequente isolamento dos/as servidores/as em suas atividades, além do baixo conhecimento pelos TAEs sobre as atribuições formais dos cargos que ocupam, dos setores onde estão lotados e da própria estrutura formal da instituição de ensino. A partir dos resultados encontrados foi elaborado, aplicado e validado um produto educacional - um e-book – com a proposta de se constituir um instrumento de orientação para o fazer administrativo de forma crítica e assertiva, abordando os principais regramentos que vinculam à administração pública, em especial, às atividades dos TAEs junto aos institutos federais. O produto educacional poderá contribuir também para o autorreconhecimento profissional, com o consequente impacto positivo na área finalística da instituição
Characterization and structure in the development of Tudor comedy
No full textThe role of characterization in dramatic structure is assessed by theoretical criteria.
Characters who perform actions necessary for the completion of the narrative sequence are
said to be "bound" to the narrative; those without such obligations are "free". Characters
who maintain a single, constant meaning during the course of a play are said to be "static";
characters who change or develop into new roles are "dynamic". Horatian decorum
demanded that comic characters be static, and the characters of Plautine and Terentian
tradition were almost always bound to narrative intrigue. However, evaluations of six
Tudor comedies show an increasing use of non-classical characterization within the comic
form.
In the early comedies lohan lohan and Roister Doister all characters are bound and
static, yet the impetus to enlarge the role of characterization is evident. The characters of
lohan lohan are expanded from their French source, and Roister Doister includes
extraneous episodes in which Udall displays his braggart hero. Free characters abound in
Misogonus; as well the play brings dynamic characterization into the scope of comedy with
the conversion of its prodigal son.
Free characters offer new possibilities of non-narrative plotting. In comedies of the
1580s favourite traditional characters appear as diversions outside the action, and thematic
arrangements of characters inform the increasingly complex plots. Lyly stresses the
symbolic potential of characters in Endimion, whereas Greene uses dynamic
characterization to heighten the illusion of independent figures in Friar Bacon and Friar
Bungay. Love's Labour's Lost exposes the limitations of comic artifice by pulling the
characters between convention and individualization.
By the end of the sixteenth century free and dynamic characters had become
common, and characterization had established a sizable claim on the design of English
comedy. These developments set the English form apart from its neoclassical counterparts

principais carateres que, nos diversos momentos históricos, se foram evidenciando.
Numa segunda etapa exploramos os fundamentos dogmáticos do modelo de
transmissão contratual assumido pelo legislador e a sua viabilidade no sistema
jurídico global, em particular, no direito dos valores mobiliários. Constatamos a
crescente necessidade na prática mercantil e inevitabilidade no sistema jurídico
global da admissibilidade da existência de contratos de compra e venda de natureza
meramente obrigacional. Num terceiro momento desenvolvemos os principais
aspetos do regime jurídico aplicável às ações tituladas nominativas fora do mercado
regulado, em particular, os principais limites à transmissão, enquanto instrumentos/barreiras ao consensualismo contratual.We start from the historical evolution of contractual consensualism emphasizing the
main aspects that, in different historical moments, were showing up. In a second
stage we explore the dogmatic foundations of the transmission model contractual
assumed by the legislator and its viability in the global legal system, in particular, in
securities law. We note the growing need in commercial practice and inevitability in
the global legal system the admissibility of the existence of contracts of sale purely
obligatory. In the third stage we develop the main aspects of the legal regime
applicable to nominative titled actions outside the regulated market, in particular,
the main limits to the transmission, as instruments / barriers to contractual
consensualism

Análise e aplicação de controle de sistemas não-lineares com observadores de estados: controle por realimentação linearizante robusta e controle energy shaping

Programa de Pós-Graduação em Engenharia Elétrica.Nesta dissertação de mestrado são abordadas duas técnicas de controle não-linear, a técnica de controle de realimentação linearizante robusto e a técnica de controle de energy shaping IDA PBC (interconection and damping assignment passive based control). Estas técnicas são combinadas com observadores lineares e aplicadas a um sistema plataforma de teste. O controle de realimentação linearizante robusto consiste no projeto de uma lei de controle e uma transformação de estados (difeomorfismo), que aplicados a um sistema não-linear colocam-no em uma forma linearizada em torno de um ponto de equilíbrio, permitindo que a ele seja possível aplicar as técnicas de controle linear. A técnica de controle energy shaping IDA PCB aborda o sistema em termos de energia. Seu objetivo é, através do projeto de uma lei de controle adequada, moldar a energia do sistema de tal forma que um equilíbrio desejado seja o ponto de menor energia da função que representará a energia do sistema em malha fechada. A realimentação linearizante necessita de acesso à informação de todos os estados e o energy shaping, em geral, também. Entretanto esta é uma situação pouco comum. Para contornar essa dificuldade foi utilizado um observador de alto ganho com a realimentação linearizante e um observador de Luenbeger com o energy shaping. O sistema plataforma de teste escolhido foi o sistema de levitação magnética de um pólo, devido sua característica de apresentar não-linearidades inerentes e a ser instável em malha aberta. Isto o torna, também, atrativo para área da didática. Finalmente, são apresentados estudos de casos e comparações qualitativas entre as técnicas para mostrar suas características
Transição do adolescente com HIV/AIDS para os serviços de referência adulto
No full textTese (doutorado) - Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, Centro de Ciências da Saúde, Programa de Pós-Graduação em Enfermagem, Florianópolis, 2015.A mudança do perfil epidemiológico do HIV/aids a partir da implementação da terapia antirretroviral vem modificando o acompanhamento das pessoas que vivem com HIV/aids, suscitando novas demandas e preocupações, como a transição do cuidado aos adolescentes soropositivos para o HIV do serviço de saúde infantil ao adulto. Diante da cronicidade da aids e necessidade de um acompanhamento contínuo, a transição do adolescente com HIV/aids por transmissão vertical, do serviço de saúde infantil ao adulto torna-se inevitável, trazendo consigo preocupação aos profissionais que acompanham esse público. Diferentes fatores, durante o processo de transição, interferem na aceitação pelo adolescente desse processo de mudança como a capacidade do adolescente em se adaptar. O adolescente que vive com HIV/aids representa um grupo que demanda desafios e necessidades especiais de cuidado, tais como suporte emocional, acompanhamento por diferentes profissionais, educação contínua e novos saberes e práticas de cuidar. Assim, o objetivo do estudo foi compreender o significado que os adolescentes com HIV/aids atribuem ao processo de transição de cuidado de saúde do serviço de referência infantil para o serviço de referência adulto. Estudo de natureza qualitativa, descritivo, teve como referencial teórico o Interacionismo Simbólico. Foi realizado em um serviço de Referência estadual no controle e tratamento de pessoas com HIV/aids, localizado em Florianópolis/SC, vinculado a Secretaria do Estado da Saúde de Santa Catarina (SES/SC) e em um Serviço Especializado em DST/aids na Secretaria Municipal de Saúde do município de São José/SC. A coleta dos dados ocorreu no período de agosto a novembro de 2014 através de entrevista dialogada e individual, utilizando um roteiro semiestruturado. Participaram da pesquisa 17 adolescentes, com diagnóstico de infecção pelo HIV por transmissão vertical, com conhecimento prévio de seu diagnóstico, que vivenciaram a transição do serviço de saúde infantil ao serviço de saúde adulto e em acompanhamento nestes serviços de saúde. Os dados foram analisados a partir da Análise de Conteúdo, que levou a formação das categorias e temas. Os resultados foram organizados e apresentados em dois manuscritos, o primeiro intitulado ?O significado de viver com HIV/aids na adolescência: limitações e expectativas?, que descreve as repercussões de viver com HIV/aids na adolescência frente a orfandade e proteção familiar, influências sob os relacionamentos, os limites e expectativas quanto ao tratamento e as dicotomias entre o ser12adolescente igual e diferente dos outros no viver com a doença. O segundo manuscrito aborda ?Os significados da transição entre os serviços de saúde para o adolescente com HIV/aids?, discute a repercussão da revelação do diagnóstico no tratamento e transição do adolescente, o processo de amadurecimento e o impacto da transição no seguimento dos cuidados e adesão ao tratamento, demonstrando a importância do acolhimento e da construção e reconstrução dos vínculos com a equipe de saúde. No processo de vida do adolescente com HIV/aids, pode ser determinante na maneira como a doença é vista por eles, como também as relações de preconceito e estigma, sendo as relações interpessoais símbolo da dificuldade de aceitação de sua condição crônica. A medida que o adolescente busca se parecer com os demais adolescentes, a necessidade de assumir uma rotina de cuidados e tratamentos imposta pelo viver com HIV/aids torna o adolescente diferente dos demais, sendo a busca pela auto-aceitação uma constante para esses adolescentes, fato que deve ser considerado pelos profissionais de saúde. Dessa maneira, a transição de serviço pode ser muito dolorosa para alguns adolescentes, sobretudo pelo desconhecimento do novo serviço e pela mudança de abordagem adotada pelos profissionais, ou, bem sucedida quando encontra acolhimento adequado, se corresponsabiliza e ao representar o seu crescimento e a inserção na vida adulta. O estudo permitiu compreender os significados atribuídos pelos adolescentes no viver com HIV/aids na fase da adolescência e no processo de transição, e nos levou a compreender que tais significações precisam ser consideradas na construção de um processo de transição positivo e no cuidado integral a esse paciente. Somente um novo olhar sobre o processo de transição, fundamentado nos significados de viver com HIV/aids na adolescência é que pode nos permitir desenvolver ações que façam diferença no processo de saúde-doença desses adolescentes, servindo de auxílio para diminuir o sofrimento e promover sua saúde.Abstract : The change in the epidemiological profile of HIV / AIDS from the implementation of Antiretroviral Therapy is changing the monitoring of people living with HIV / AIDS, raising new demands and concerns, such as care from transition to HIV positive adolescents to HIV health service child to adult. Given the chronic nature of AIDS and the need for continuous monitoring, the transition of adolescents with HIV / AIDS by vertical transmission of child health to adult service is inevitable, bringing concern to professionals who assist the public. Different factors during the transition process, interfere acceptance by adolescents this process of change as the adolescent's ability to adapt. The teenager living with HIV / AIDS is a group that demand challenges and special care needs, such as emotional support, monitoring by different professionals, continuing education and new knowledge and practice of care. The objective of the study is to understand the meaning that adolescents with HIV / AIDS attribute to the child reference service health care transition to the adult reference service. Study of qualitative, descriptive nature, the theoretical reference the Symbolic Interaction. It was held in a state reference service in the control and treatment of people with HIV / AIDS, located in Florianópolis / SC, linked to the State Secretariat of Health of Santa Catarina (SES / SC) and a specialized service for STD / AIDS in Municipal county Health St. Joseph / SC. Data collection took place between August-November 2014 through dialogue-based and individual interviews, using a semi-structured script. The participants were 17 adolescents with diagnoses of HIV infection by vertical transmission, with prior knowledge of their diagnosis, they experienced the transition from child health service to adult health services and in monitoring these health services. Data were analyzed from the content analysis, which led to the formation of the categories and themes. The results were organized and presented in two manuscripts, the first entitled "The meaning of living with HIV / AIDS in adolescence: limitations and expectations", which describes the effects of living with HIV / AIDS in adolescence front orphanhood and family protection, influences in relationships, the limit and expectation to treatment and dichotomies between the teenager be equal and different from others in living with the disease. The second, entitled "The meaning of the transition between health services for adolescents with HIV / AIDS", discusses the impact of the disclosure of diagnosis in the treatment and adolescent transition, the process of maturation and the impact of transition following the care and adherence to treatment,14demonstrating the importance of the host and the construction and reconstruction of links with the health team. In adolescent life process with HIV / AIDS can be decisive in how the disease is seen by them as well as the relations of prejudice and stigma, so that interpersonal relationships are symbol of the difficulty of acceptance of their chronic condition. As the adolescent search resemble the other adolescents, the need to take routine care and treatment imposed by living with HIV / AIDS makes it different from other teenagers, and the search for self acceptance a constant for these teenagers, a fact that should be considered by health professionals. Thus, the service transition can be very painful for some adolescents, especially by ignorance of the new service and the approach of change adopted by professionals, or successful when it finds suitable host, if corresponsabiliza and represent its growth and integration in adulthood. The study allows us to understand the meanings attributed by adolescents in living with HIV / AIDS in adolescence phase and the transition process, and led us to understand that such meanings need to be considered in building a positive transition process and comprehensive care to this patient. Only a new perspective on the transition process, based on the meanings of living with HIV / AIDS in adolescence is that it can allow us to develop actions that not only provide, but they do different in the health-disease process of these adolescents, serving as aid to reduce suffering and promote their health
