Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain eskperimen,
yang terdiri dari dua variabel yaitu penggunaan media gambar seri (X)
dan keterampilan menulis (Y) di pondok pesantren syekh muhammad
baqi babussalam basilam baru medan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
mengetahui Efektifitas penggunaan media gambar seri terhadap
keterampilan menulis pada pembelajaran bahasa arab siswa kelas 4
pondok pesantren syekh muhammad baqi babussalam basilam baru
medan. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah “ apakah
penggunaan media gambar seri efektif terhadap keterampilan menulis
pada pembelajaran bahasa arab siswa kelas 4 pondok pesantren syekh
muhammad baqi babussalam basilam baru medan?. Objek dari penelitian
ini adalah meningkatkan keterampilan menulis pada pembelajaran bahasa
arab siswa, subjek dari penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa kelas 4 (A)
dan 4 (B) pondok pesantren syekh muhammad baqi tahun ajaran
2023\2024. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas 4
pondok pesantren syekh muhammad baqi yang berjumlah 42 siswa.
Instrumen yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah observasi dan
tes. Berdasarkan analisis data yang diperoleh, peneliti menyimpulkan
bahwa penggunaan media gambar seri efektif terhadap keterampilan
menulis pada pembelajaran bahasa arab siswa kelas 4 pondok pesantren
syekh muhammad baqi babussalam basilam baru medan. Hal ini
dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung 5,912 lebih besar dari ttabel 1,685 pada taraf
signifikan 5% dan pada taraf 2,428 pada taraf signifikan 1%. Selain itu,
kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan media gambar seri terhadap
maharah kitabah pada pembelajaran bahasa arab memperoleh nilai 98%
dengan kategori bagus sekali. Oleh karena itu Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak.
Dengan hasil hipotesis tersebut dinyatakan bahwa penggunaan media
gambar seri efektif terhadap maharah kitabah pada pembelajaran bahasa
arab siswa kelas X pondok pesantren syekh muhammad baqi babussalam
basilam baru.

An Analytical Review of Different Concepts of Riba (Interest) in the Sub-Continent
No full textThe traditional concept of Riba (interest) is an excess amount on loan, which creditor receives from debtor on the repayment of loan. There is almost a consensus on the sprit of this concept that it is traditional thought or school; but along with that some other point of views also exist, which present Riba, in somewhat different ways, will be termed as non-traditional approach in this paper. Both of these schools are agreed on the point that, Riba is just restricted to debt, and the increment on it is Riba; but the main difference among these is that: former approach claims that, each and every addition on loan, regardless of purpose and time duration of loan is Riba; but, the later approach demand’s some room for that on different grounds. Actually both of them do not have any sound base. When the concept of unearned income (the income, which is not the result of human labor), is a recognized fact in Islamic economics in different forms, like: ijara (rent), Mudoraba and Mazara’a (Share Cropping); then definitely no logical reason is left to avoid excess income on loan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pembangunan serta
dampak dalam pemban gunan yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah Kabupaten
Kepulauan Meranti. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan penjelasan kualitatif.
Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi dan
dokumentasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penyajian
data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Key informan sebanyak 8 orang yaitu Kepala
BAPEDDA, 2 orang sub bagian umum administrasi dan 5 orang masyarakat
Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa
implementasi dan dampak dari pelaksanaan pembangunan yang dilakukan di
Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti belum secara optimal memberikan kesejahteraan
pada masyarakat Kabupaten Kepulauan meranti. Perlu dilakukan berbgai upaya
pencegahan hingga pengawasan dalam setiap proses pembangunan yang
dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti.

Penjaminan dan peningkatan mutu pada pendidikan tinggi adalah program krusial yang harus dilaksanakan oleh setiap perguruan tinggi. Universitas Islam Negeri Sultan Aji Muhammad Idris (UINSI) Samarinda telah menerapkan Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal (SPMI). Penelitian ini bermaksud menjabarkan siklus SPMI yang meliputi tahap penetapan, implementasi, evaluasi, pengontrolan, dan peningkatan. Penelitian berjenis deskriptif kualitatif ini menggunakan dokumentasi dan wawancara dalam pengumpulan datanya. Setelah data dikumpulkan kemudian dikondensasikan, lalu data disajikan dan ditarik kesimpulan. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian yaitu: Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu (LPM) membuat pedoman standar dalam bentuk buku. Merupakan proses penerapan mutu melalui penetapan, pengendalian, dan perbaikan. Evaluasi dilakukan dalam Audit Mutu Internal pada setiap akhir semester. Pengendalian dilakukan dengan monitoring evaluasi setelah Rapat Tinjauan Manajemen (RTM). Peningkatan kualitas dilakukan berdasarkan hasil tindak lanjut RTM. Faktor pendukungnya adalah adanya keseuaian kompetensi SDM dan kesadaran auditor akan pentingnya budaya mutu. Faktor penghambatnya adalah tidak adanya reward bagi auditor dalam menjalankan tugasnya sebagai auditor dan beberapa auditor yang belum tersertifikasi.

Abstract
Quality assurance in higher education is a crucial program that must be implemented by every tertiary institution. Sultan Aji Muhammad Idris State Islamic University (UINSI) Samarinda has implemented an Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI). This study intends to describe the SPMI cycle which includes the stages of establishment, implementation, evaluation, control, and improvement. This qualitative descriptive research uses documentation, interviews, and observations in collecting data. Data analysis consisted of four stages, namely data collection, data compaction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show: The Quality Assurance Institute (LPM) makes standard guidelines in book form. Is the process of implementing quality through determination, control, and improvement. Evaluation is carried out in the Internal Quality Audit at the end of each semester. Control is carried out by monitoring evaluation after the Management Review Meeting (RTM). Quality improvement is carried out based on the results of RTM follow-up. The supporting factors are the suitability of HR competencies and the auditor's awareness of the importance of quality culture. The inhibiting factor is that there is no reward for the auditor in carrying out his duties as an auditor and some auditors are not yet certified.

Nilai Pendidikan Karakter Dalam Kitab Washaya Al-Aba’ Li Al-Abna Karya Muhammad Syakir Al-Iskandari
No full textThis research aims to identify the character education values contained in the book Washaya al-Aba' li al-Abna Muhammad Syakir and the role of his opinion on the richness of character education values. It is hoped that this research can be used as a source or reference in efforts to develop education and character as a whole, especially character education according to Islam. It can also be used as a reference to facilitate understanding of character education and as a reference for relevant research in the future. This research method is qualitative and uses a narrative biography method. By using a descriptive presentation approach, this autobiography of the character's thoughts combines the ideas of character education from his work. Library research, or library research, is a research method that involves books, articles, notes and electronic media. with primary sources from the book Washaya al Aba Li al-Abna and secondary sources from study books. In this research, data collection was carried out through the documentation method, which includes searching for data through variables such as notes, books, and articles, among others. The author used a content analysis study to analyze the data; they analyzed the data textually based on the contents of the book. The research results show that the book Washaya al Aba Li al-Abna contains 17 educational character values, divided into two categories: 10 character values fall into the moral category and 7 character values fall into the performance category. Faith and piety, love and obedience to the Messenger of Allah, respect for parents, respect for teachers, truth or honesty, nobility or self-respect, patience, sincerity and a simple life are moral characters. Performance characteristics also include trust, discipline, hard work, never giving up, love of the country, interest in reading or literacy knowledge, and concern for the environment
