Masculinity has the understanding that a man should have a strict, male and rude attitude. A man who has a gentle nature, does not like heavy sports and others will be considered a taboo in society. Masculinity that has changed in society along with the development of the times, this is indicated by the emergence of male beauty vloggers who discuss about beauty, self-care, style of dress and so on. One of them is Tysna Saputra. Through his YouTube channel, Tysna Saputra uploaded a video titled SKIN CARE GUYS at CHILDREN COST! Tysna practices self care steps for men. This, builds men's awareness to be more able to take care of themselves and not feel taboo when doing it. The method used by the author is a qualitative research method, namely by using Van Djik's critical discourse analysis techniques. The method used is online data observation and tracking using data triangulation. The author's observation was to watch Tysna's YouTube video repeatedly and explain each scene and product used. Observations made by the writer will prove that by doing self-care, will not reduce the value of masculinity that exists in a man. This will be related to Van Djik's theory of analysis.

Seorang laki-laki yang memiliki sifat lemah lembut, tidak menyukai olahraga berat dan lainnya akan dianggap sebagai hal yang tabu di maskyarakat. Maskulinitas yang telah berubah di masyarakat seiring dengan berkembangnya zaman, hal ini ditunjunkkan dengan bermunculannya para beauty vlogger laki-laki yang membahas mengenai kecantikan, perawatan diri, gaya berpakaian dan sebagainya. Salah satunya adalah Tysna Saputra. Melalui kanal YouTubenya, Tysna Saputra mengunggah video dengan judul SKIN CARE COWOK harga ANAK KOST!. Tysna mempraktekkan langkah – langkah merawat diri untuk laki-laki. Hal ini, membangun awareness kaum laki-laki untuk bisa lebih merawat diri dan tidak merasa tabu saat melakukannya. Metode yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah metode penelitian kualitatif, yaitu dengan memakai teknik analisis wacana kritis Van Djik. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi dan penulusuran data online menggunakan triangulasi data. Observasi yang penulis lakukan adalah menonton video YouTube Tysna dengan berulang – ulang dan menjelaskan setiap adegan dan produk yang digunakan. Observasi yang dilakukan penulis akan membuktikan bahwa dengan melakukan perawatan diri, tidak akan mengurangi nilai maskulinitas yang ada pada seorang laki-laki. Hal ini akan dikaitkan dengan teori analisis Van Djik.

The purpose of the research is to the preparation of financial statement based on SAK ETAP (Financial Accounting Standard for Small and Medium Entities) at PT. Rizky Saputra period September 2014 applicable for UMKM (Small and Medium Entities) in Indonesia. The method used is descriptive research, which aims to provide a clear picture of the state of the company, which acquired the data, collected and analyze and compared with the theories and the existing litelature on the litelature review in order to obtain a conclucion. Based on the results of the research, preparation of financial statements at PT. Rizki Saputra has been conducted by the author in accordance with SAK ETAP (Financial Accounting Standard for Small and Medium Entities) applicable in Indonesia. From this research, the researcher compose financial statement same with the rule of SAK ETAP (Financial Accounting Standard for Small and Medium Entities). Riset ini ingin melihat Mekanisme Survival yang dilakukan Pemulung di Kompleks Pemulung Lansia (Lanjut Usia Tangkis Gang 17 Barata Jaya Surabaya. Tujuannya adalah untuk memahami bentuk mekanisme survival yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat pemulung lanjut usia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi dan teknik wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan banyak sekali bentuk mekanisme survive yang dilakukan oleh para pemulung lanjut usia dalam usaha untuk bertahan hidup dari masalah kemiskinan. Hal yang dilakukan mulai dari pengurangan jatah makanan, meminjam uang ke tetangga atau saudara, dan mencoba mencari pekerjaan sesuai dengan keahlian yang dimiliki. Semua itu merupakan bentuk dari mekanisme survive yang dilakukan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari. Selain itu bentuk mekanisme survive yang dilakukan adalah dengan menerapkan konsep budaya Jawa yaitu tolong menolong antar masyarakatnya. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan banyaknya masyarakat sekitar pemulung tersebut yang saling tolong menolong sebagi suatu kesatuan kearifan lokal dan budaya yang sama. Selain itu para pemulung lanjut usia juga menerapkan konsep savety first dengan mengajak individu lain yang sama untuk tinggal dan menetap bersama.

Abstract
This research would like to see mechanisms Survival done Scavenger in Complex Scavenger Elderly (Seniors Badminton Gang 17 Barata Jaya Surabaya. The goal is to understand the shape of the mechanism of survival by the community of scavengers elderly. This study used a descriptive qualitative method with phenomenological approach. The data collection done by observation and interview techniques. the results showed a great many forms of mechanisms survive conducted by the scavengers elderly in an attempt to survive the poverty problem. This is done from the reduction of food rations, borrow money from neighbors or relatives, and try find a job according to their expertise. All of that is a form of mechanism survive done to meet their daily needs. in addition, the form of mechanisms to survive is by applying the concept of Javanese culture, namely mutual help among the people. this is evidenced by the many people around the scavengers who help each other as a unity of local wisdom and culture alike. Besides the scavengers elderly also apply the concept of savety first to invite other individuals a like to stay and settle down together.

STRATEGI GURU DALAM MENGEVALUASI PEMBELAJARAN DENGAN APLIKASI KAHOOT DI UPT SD NEGERI SINAR MULYO
No full textThis study aims to describe teacher strategies in evaluating learning using the Kahoot Application at UPT SD Negeri Sinar Mulyo, as well as to analyze the obstacles faced and the effectiveness of the strategies applied. The method used is descriptive qualitative research with the research subjects being grade IV teachers. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation, while data analysis techniques used data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that teachers have a good understanding of Kahoot and have integrated it into the learning process since 2021. Thorough preparation was carried out by compiling question grids and integrating Kahoot with Google Classroom. In its implementation, Kahoot was used as a formative evaluation and ice-breaking tool, which succeeded in creating an interactive classroom atmosphere. Although there were obstacles such as internet network problems, teachers were able to overcome them by changing service providers and taking technology training. The effectiveness of using Kahoot can be seen from the increase in student participation and motivation. This study concludes that Kahoot is an effective evaluation tool in increasing student engagement, and provides recommendations for ongoing training for teachers and improving technology infrastructure in schools

is to assist the process of removal tools and spare parts maintenance and repair

bike towing carts are still not widely used because of its use in the workshop
environment is still using conventional principles. The author would like to know
is it possible to create a vehicle that is effective, efficient, low cost and used.
The design of this wagon towing bike done by designing a three-wheeled
vehicle and two wheels in the rear as the anchoring point of the total weight.

No full textAbdullah Thufail Saputra, a Pakistani-Javanese descendant, was one of the most influential figures in the spread of puritan da'wah in Solo in the 1970s and 1990s. He founded the Majlis Tafsir Al-Qur'an, which is now the largest and most massive Islamic organization in Solo. This study uses a qualitative approach. This study is complemented by essential elements such as observations, as well as in-depth interviews with some of Thufail's closest people. This study also examines some of the necessary documents, especially Thufail era brochures, MTA study recordings, and other documents. This article tries to explore Abdullah Thufail's intellectual journey, starting from his traditional educational background, changing his outlook from a traditional person to later becoming a Salafi-puritan, his missionary struggle, and how he founded and developed the MTA. This paper also discusses the struggle of MTA in accepting the sole principle of Pancasila and how MTA subsequently changed orientation after joining the New Order circle in 1984. The author also argues that the doctrine of zakat and jihad, which Thufail interpreted, became the central pillar for further MTA da'wah

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of combined treatment of compost and NPK fertilizer on soil chemical properties and see the growth and yield of corn. The method used in this study using a randomized block design (RAK) single factorial consisting of 12 combined treatment with 3 replications. The parameters observed in this study include chemical properties of soil pH H2O, organic-C (%), N-total (%), P-available (%), K-dd (%). The growth observed of plant height and stem size is 2, 4, 6 weeks after planting (MST), while the yield components cob length, cob size, cob weight with skin, and cob without husk. The results showed that the combined treatment of compost and NPK fertilizer effect on soil chemical properties, namely increasing pH H2O, organic C, K-dd, but has no effect on N-total. Combination treatment of compost and NPK significant effect on plant height, aged 4 and 6 MST but did not significantly affect plant height age 2 MST. Compost and NPK treatment combination that gives the best effect on the chemical properties of soil and yield of sweet corn obtained on peralakuan combination of compost and NPK in treatment L = (60 ton ha-1 + NPK 1500 kg ha-1). the results of corn weighs 152.26 grams.Keywords: combination, compost, NPK Inceptiso

This study aims to determine the effect of working capital turnover and accounts receivable turnover on liquidity. The variables used in this study are working capital turnover, accounts receivable turnover and liquidity.This research was conducted using quantitative methods with an associative approach. The population in this study is the annual financial statements of the Property, Real Estate and Building Construction Sub-Services companies listed on the BEI 2013-2018. A total of 16 companies and 36 financial statements were taken. In this study sampling was done by purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique used is secondary data. The analysis technique used is the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing.
The results showed that: The dependent variable is liquidity, while the independent variable is working capital turnover and receivable turnover. The results of this study indicate that partially working capital turnover has a negative effect on liquidity with the results of t test amounting to -3,735 with a significant value of 0.001 receivable turnover has no effect with the results of the t test of 1,756 with a significant level of 0.088. While simultaneously working capital turnover and receivable turnover to liquidity have a significant effect on liquidity with the results of the f test amounting to 7.908 with a significant of 0.002. Then it can be concluded that working capital turnover and receivable turnover have an effect of 32.4% on liquidity and the remaining 67.6% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study by the author

Film is a field of study that is very relevant for structural or semiotic analysis. Films are built only with signs. They include a variety of sign systems that work well together to achieve the desired effect. This research is related to semiotic studies. The author is interested in conducting this research because he wants to reveal the icons, indexes and symbols contained in the film Warkop DKI Reborn. The problems examined in this study are: (1) How is the semiotic study of the iconic aspects in the film Warkop DKI Reborn? (2) What is the semiotic study of the index aspect in the film Warkop DKI Reborn? (3) How is the semiotic study of the symbolic aspects in the film Warkop DKI Reborn? The purpose of this research is to describe, analyze, and interpret the icons, indexes, and symbols contained in the film Warkop DKI Reborn. The theory that the author uses to examine this research is the theory of Sobur (2009) and other supporting theories related to research. The data in this study are fifty-three data contained in the film Warkop DKI Reborn. The method used is descriptive method with data collection techniques using documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the icons contained in the Warkop DKI Reborn film consist of thirty-three data, the index consists of nine data and the symbols are eleven data. Icon data in this film is in the form of photos, sketches and concrete objects that refer to the identification of the identity and uniqueness of the city of Jakarta. The index data are in the form of speeches and events that indicate a causal relationship (cause-effect) to the occurrence of conflicts in the film. Furthermore, symbol data is in the form of pictures, symbols of agencies / institutions, traffic signs on the highway which provide information about traffic rules and knowledge of legal norms and the meaning of the symbol of sovereignty of an institution and even the state
