Imagery in the Journals Written by the Writing I Students Of the English Department Of Widya Mandala Catholic University Surabaya
Many students think that writing is a daunting task and,
therefore, they cannot write a good composition and journal writing is
assigned for writing improvement. One of the aspects in writing a journal
is imagery. Imagery is the use of concrete words to replace the abstract
ones in order to enable the readers to imagine in everything experienced
by the author. This study explored the kinds of imagery which are found
in the journals written by the Writing I students of Widya Mandala
Catholic University Surabaya. The subjects were eleven students of
Writing I. Each student submitted 4 journals. A checklist was used to
organize the imagery in the journals. Not all writing journals that were
analyzed exposed imagery. Visual and auditory imagery were found.

Review Dan Analisa Sistem Monitoring Pada Widya Wahana V
Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember Surabaya (ITS) adalah salah satu perguruan tinggi negeri yang berbasis teknologi terbaik di Indonesia. ITS memiliki peranan cukup penting dalam bidang teknologi yaitu teknologi otomotif di Indonesia. Pada tahun 2013 dan 2015 ini, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember telah membuktikan bahwa Indonesia dapat membuat mobil dengan tenaga surya dan berajang di perlombaan tingkat Internasional yaitu World Solar Challenge. Pada perlombaan tersebut mengharuskan mobil bertenaga untuk menempuh jarak sejauh 3000 km dari Kota Darwin sampai Kota Adelaide tanpa bantuan pengisian daya. Tim Widya Wahana IV hanya mampu menghasilkan jarak tempuh sejauh 784 km dari 3000 km. Salah satu kendala yang terjadi pada Widya Wahana IV adalah tidak terdapat sistem monitoring agar tim saat dapat memanajemen energi tiap harinya sedangkan pada Widya Wahana V sudah terdapat sistem monitoring sehingga hasil jarak yang ditempuh meningkat dari tahun 2013 yaitu 1683 km dari 3000 km. Melalui laporan Tugas Akhir ini, didokumentasikan sistem keseluruhan dari sistem monitoring berupa hardware dan software yang digunakan pada Widya Wahana V sehingga mendapatkan data akurat secara real-time yang terjadi didalam mobil selama perlombaan World Solar Challenge. Dalam tugas akhir ini perancangan sistem monitoring disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan spesifikasi pada mobil Widya Wahana V. Sensor DHAB dan voltage devider merupakan

hardware yang berfungsi sebagai pengukur arus dan tegangan. Modul Radio dan antena merupakan hardware pada sistem telemetri. STM32F3 Discovery Board merupakan hardware yang berfungsi sebagai central processing unit. Pada tugas akhir ini juga akan dirancang software khusus yang ditanam pada hardware sehingga data dapat diolah. Hasil olahan akan ditampilkan pada display pada mobil Widya Wahana V dan display laptop. Pada tugas akhir Review dan Analisa Sistem Monitoring Pada Widya Wahana V ini didapatkan hasil dokumentasi rancangan dengan 1 software utama dan 15 hardware utama pada sistem monitoring Widya Wahana V, dokumentasi data real-time tiap detik pada sistem monitoring Widya Wahana V selama lomba World Solar Challenge 2015, dan terdapat 4 analisa sistem monitoring Widya Wahana V

Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology Surabaya (ITS) is one universities based the best technology in indonesia .Its having the role of very important in technology technology called automotive in indonesia .In 2013 and 2015, Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology has proved that could make a car with solar cell and perform in a race international level that is World Solar Challenge .In the race requires car power to take the distance of 3000 km from the town of Darwin until Adelaide without the aid of charging power .Team Widya Wahana IV only capable of producing mileage as far as 784 km from 3000 km . One of the obstacles in Widya Wahana IV is there is no monitoring system that the team when can managing energy every day while in Widya Wahana V there had been monitoring system so that the result of the distance traveled increased from year 2013 is 1683 km from 3000 km .Through in final task this report, documented the whole of monitoring system of hardware and software used in widya the v so getting accurate data in real-time occurring in the car during the race world solar challenge. In final task of this design monitoring system adapted to reflect the needs and specification to car widya the v.Sensors dhab and voltage devider is hardware that serves as a measuring the stream and voltage.Module radio and antennae is hardware on a system telemetry. Analisa Performa Widya Wahana V Di World Solar Challenge 2015
Perkembangan mobil tenaga surya telah menjadi target perteknikan sejak tahun 1980an. Kompetisi World Solar Challenge (WSC) adalah perlombaan mobil bertenaga surya yang diadakan satu kali selama dua tahun di Australia, dan dalam ajang tersebut tim dari universitas dan perusahaan berlomba sepanjang 3022 km mulai dari Darwin menuju Adelaide. Sebagai salah satu perguruan tinggi negeri yang peduli terhadap kelangsungan hidup generasi penerus bangsa maka Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember membuat kendaraan bertenaga surya. Widya Wahana V adalah kendaraan karya mahasiswa ITS yang didesain dan dirancang untuk menciptakan kendaraan bertenaga surya yang mampu menempuh jarak terjauh dengan konsumsi energi serendah mungkin dan kecepatan seoptimal mungkin. Widya Wahana V menempuh total jarak 1683 dari 3022 km pada perlombaan World Solar Challenge 2015 di Australia. Hasil ini dirasa kurang maksimal. Proses desain dan strategi perlombaan sangat menentukan konsumsi energi kendaraan. Oleh sebab itu, pada penelitian tugas akhir ini akan dibahas mengenai pemodelan dan simulasi dari Widya Wahana V sehingga diperoleh hasil simulasi mengenai performa dan karakteristik mobil yang dapat digunakan untuk menentukan racing strategy dan menjadi evaluasi untuk pembuatan Widya Wahana VI.

Dalam penelitian ini, Mobil Widya Wahana V dan desain baru Widya Wahana VI dimodelkan menggunakan software MATLAB/Simulink dengan properties dan parameter yang disesuaikan dengan data kendaraan dan data saat perlombaan. Pemodelan dilakukan berdasarkan real time, optimasi dan teori juara agar mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal. Driving cycle ditentukan secara konstan dan variasi yang memanfaatkan sudut kemiringan jalan. Kemudian juga untuk daya yang dibangkitkan oleh sel surya sudah disesuaikan dengan letak geografis benua Australia dan kota-kota yang dilalui pada saat perlombaan. Selain itu, dinamika kendaraan juga dimodelkan sehingga diketahui gaya traksi kendaraan, daya, torsi, rpm (rotation per minute), serta energi yang dibutuhkan oleh mobil. Hasil yang didapatkan pada penelitian tugas akhir ini adalah Widya Wahana V dengan menggunakan kecepatan konstan mampu mencapai garis finish selama tujuh hari dengan total kebutuhan energi sebesar 70,5 KWH sedangkan dengan menggunakan kecepatan variasi mampu mencapai garis finish selama tujuh hari dengan total kebutuhan energi sebesar 70 KWH dan desain baru Widya Wahana VI dengan menggunakan kecepatan konstan tidak dapat menjadi juara dikarenakan gagal mencapai garis finish pada hari keenam sedangkan dengan menggunakan kecepatan variasi dapat menjadi juara dengan mencapai garis finish selama enam hari dengan total kebutuan energi sebesar 58,5 KWH. Sehingga didapatkan racing strategy yang dapat digunakan pada perlombaan World Solar Challenge 2017

The development of solar cars have become the target of techniques since the 1980s. World Solar Challenge (WSC) competition is a solar car race that held one for two years in Australia, and in the event teams from universities and companies competing along 3022 km from Darwin to Adelaide. As one of the universities concerned with the survival of the nation's next generation, Institute of Technology make a solar-powered vehicle. Widya Wahana V is a vehicle designed by students of ITS and designed to create a solar-powered vehicle that gets the furthest distance with the lowest energy consumption and optimum speed. Widya Wahana V got a distance of 1683 km from 3022 km at the race of World Solar Challenge 2015 in Australia. The result is less than the maximum. Process design and racing strategy will determine the energy consumption of the vehicle. Therefore, this final project will discuss the modeling and simulation of Widya Wahana V in order to obtain simulation results about the performance and characteristics of the car that can be used to determine the racing strategy and be evaluated for the manufacture of Widya Wahana VI. In this study, Widya Wahana V’s Car and new design of the Widya Wahana VI modeled using MATLAB / Simulink software with properties and parameters that are adjusted with the vehicle data and the data race. The modeling is based on real time,

optimation and theory of champion in order to get maximum results. Driving cycle is determined constantly and variations that use slope of the ground. Then for the power generated by the solar cells have been adapted to the geographical location of Australia and the cities that passed during the race. Furthermore the vehicle dynamics are also modeled in order to know the vehicle traction force, power, torque, rpm (rotation per minute), and the energy required by a car. The results obtained in this final project are Widya Wahana V using a constant speed able to reach the finish line for seven days with a total energy needs by 70,5 KWH while using the speed variation able to reach the finish line for seven days with a total energy needs by 70 KWH and the new design of Widya Wahana VI using a constant speed can not be a champion because of failing to reach the finish line on the sixth day while using speed variation can be champion by reaching the finish line for six days with a total energy needs by 58,5 KWH. Proses Kreatif Pengarang Antologi Cerpen Hujan Cahaya Karya Widya Al Falah dan Implikasinya pada Rancangan Pembelajaran Sastra Di SMP Kelas IX
The purpose of this study was to describe Widya Al Falah's creative process as the author of the short story Rain of Light and its implementation in the design of literature lessons in grade IX junior high school. This research was conducted to overcome problems in class IX junior high school regarding the design of short story anthologies. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The results showed that there was a series of creative processes that Widya Al Falah went through as the author of the short story anthology Rain of Light in writing his works. Widya's creative process starts from the urge to write, activities before writing, activities during writing, to activities after writing. All the activities that Widya went through were inseparable from his personal background. Starting from the reasons for writing, conducting interviews before writing, the repetitive activities that are carried out while writing, to the point where the work is finished being written, all reflect Widya's cultural, religious and educational background. All of Widya's creative processes are very appropriate to be used as inspiration in creating effective and interesting learning, can be used as learning material or implemented into RPP designs (Learning Implementation Plans)Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mendeskripsikan proses kreatif Widya Al Falah sebagai pengarang antologi cerpen Hujan Cahaya dan implementasinya pada rancangan pembelajaran sastra di SMP kelas IX. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang terdapat di SMP kelas IX tentang perancangan antologi cerpen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya rangkaian proses kreatif yang dilalui oleh Widya Al Falah sebagai pengarang antologi cerpen Hujan Cahaya dalam menulis karya-karyanya. Proses kreatif Widya dimulai dari dorongan untuk menulis, kegitan sebelum menulis, kegiatan selama menulis, hingga kegiatan setelah menulis. Seluruh kegiatan yang dilalui Widya tidak lepas dari latar belakang pribadinya. Mulai dari alasan menulis, melakukan wawancara terlebih dahulu sebelum menulis, kegiatan berulang yang dilakukan saat menulis, hingga sampai pada tahap karya selesai ditulis semua sangat mencerminkan latar belakang budaya, agama, dan pendidikan Widya. Semua proses kreatif Widya ini sangat layak untuk dijadikan inspirasi dalam menciptakan pembelajaran yang efektif dan menarik, dapat dijadikan sebagai materi pembelajaran maupun diimplementasikan ke dalam rancangan RPP (Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran)

PENGARUH TUGAS PAI TERHADAP BERPERILAKU MENUTUP AURAT SISWA KELAS X SMK WIDYA PRAJA UNGARAN
The behavior to close aurat done by students is influenced by several aspects, from the family environment, the environment of peers or from school. The several aspects that affect these behavior, the author try to reseach the cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects by giving assignments, then the task consists of cognitive, affective and psychomotor tasks. From the results of preliminary observations the author found the low behavior of students to colse aurat because of lack of knowledge of aurat, lack of practice or getting used to closing aurat either in the home, school or when using social media. So that the alleged lack of cognitive, affective and psychomotor task about the concept of aurat according to Islamic religion is the cause of the low behavior closing aurat for students. Therefore this reseach aims to determine and examine the effect of cognitive, affective and psychomotor task to the student behavior Closing Aurat of class X Vocational high School Widya Praja Ungaran Semarang.
This study is quantitative research that describes a phenomenon through field research, using a correlational approach. Data collection methods were obtained through a writing tes, questionnaire, observation, interview and documentation. Then the data is selected according to systematic and accurate research interests.
The results of this study indicate that there is a significant contribution between cognitive, affective and psychomotor tasks to student behavior closing aurat of class X Vocational high School Widya Praja Ungaran with a joint contribution rate of 61.4%. The most powerful variable that influences the behavior to close aurat is affective task by 24,1%, while cognitive task variables by 21,1% and psychomotor variables by 16,2 %. This means that the better the cognitive, affective and psychomotor tasks, the better the student behavior closing aurat will be. The task has a positive and significant effect on the behavior to close aurat of class X Vocational high School Widya Praja Ungaran
Pengaruh jenis batter terhadap sifat fisikokimia nugget ikan nila
Nugget adalah suatu bentuk produk olahan daging yang terbuat dari daging giling yang dicetak dalam bentuk potongan persegi dan dilapisi dengan tepung berbumbu. Ikan merupakan bahan pangan yang mempunyai nilai gizi tinggi, akan tetapi tingkat konsumsi daging ikan di Indonesia termasuk rendah sehingga diperlukan inovasi yaitu dengan membuat nugget dengan bahan baku daging ikan. Salah satu contoh ikan yang dapat dijadikan nugget adalah ikan nila. Ikan nila mengandung protein yang cukup tinggi dan kandungan lemak yang rendah, sehingga sangat cocok untuk diolah menjadi nugget. Dalam proses pembuatan nugget diperlukan coating yang disebut sebagai batter. Fungsi utama batter dan breader adalah memperbaiki kenampakan (warna yang menarik) dan memberi karakteristik rasa produk. Berbagai macam tepung yang digunakan dalam formulasi batter dapat berpengaruh terhadap sifat fisikokimia nugget ikan nila. Formula dapat dibedakan berdasar jenis tepung atau proporsi antar campuran tepung. Karakteristik nugget ikan nila yang dikehendaki adalah memiliki warna kuning kecoklatan, juicy pada bagian dalam dan renyah pada bagian luar. Penggunaan tepung pada batter dengan jumlah protein semakin besar akan memberikan viskositas dan kemampuan perekatan yang lebih besar, kelembaban dapat lebih dijaga dan penyerapan minyak lebih sedikit. Kenampakan warna kuning pada nugget ikan nila akan diperoleh jika tepung batter yang digunakan mengandung pigmen alami seperti karoten pada tepung jagung
Peran Camat Dalam Mengkoordinasikan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Di Kantor Camat Bina Widya Kota Pekanbaru Tahun 2020 Menurut Undang-Undang
This study aims to determine the role of the head of sub-district as head of government at the sub-district level in coordinating community empowerment in the Bina Widya District based on Law no. 23 of 2014 . This research departs from some of the main tasks of the sub-district heads that they must carry out based on the laws that govern them. The author took a qualitative descriptive method in this study which was sourced from interviews that were spoken directly by the parties who were the sources of the research along with supporting documents which would certainly add references to this research. This study also uses Sociological Juridical Theory based on, which is a theory that emphasizes research that aims to obtain legal knowledge empirically by going directly to the object. This research also has the result that it is still found that the role of the sub-district head cannot be carried out efficiently due to the lack of cooperation between the community and the surrounding government in an effort to increase community empowerment, such as the lack of interest in community participation in attending counseling and training carried out by the sub-district head of Bina Widya so that it has an impact the uneven distribution of empowerment such as the distribution of social assistance to support the standard of living of the community around the Bina Widya District
An Analysis on Writing Exercises of Junior High School Book ”Communicative & Interactive English” for the year VIII of Junior High School Published by”Yrama Widya
This final project is conducted to analyze the relevancy of writing
exercises in Communicative & Interactive English for the Grade VIII of Junior
High School book published by Yrama Widya and 2006 curriculum in terms of
clear direction, presence of examples, and type of writing.
In conducting the research, I used descriptive analysis since the purpose of
the study is to analyze writing exercises of “Communicative & Interactive
English” for the grade VIII of Junior High School book published by Yrama
Widya. To conduct the study, I took some steps in collecting the data. The first
step is selecting the data by choosing all kinds of exercises in every unit of
“Communicative & Interactive English” for the grade VIII of Junior High School
book published by Yrama Widya. The second step is comparing writing exercises
in the textbook and writing skills demanded by the curriculum. The third step is
categorizing the data by preparing a table to classify writing exercises in terms of
clear direction, presence of example, and type of writing. Finally, interpreting by
giving such interpretation of writing exercises in the textbook whether they are
relevant to the curriculum or not.
The result of the analysis shows that there are only three basic
competences of writing skills demanded by 2006 curriculum presented in
“Communicative & Interactive English” for the grade VIII of Junior High School
book published by Yrama Widya. There are only 4 writing exercises relevant to
the curriculum. All of them have clear direction. They do not have examples.
They are guided writing.
From the result of this study, I conclude that writing exercises in
“Communicative & Interactive English” for the grade VIII of Junior High School
book published by Yrama Widya are not relevant to the 2006 curriculum. I
suggest to English teacher in order to choose the English textbook which present
writing exercises relevant to the existing curriculum. I also suggest to English
textbook author in order to present all writing skills materials with good exercises
that relevant to the existing curriculum
