Fernando Henrique Cardoso e o pensamento político brasileiro
No full textTese (doutorado) - Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, Centro de Filosofia e Ciências Humanas, Programa de Pós-Graduação em Sociologia Política, Florianópolis, 2015.A construção do legado de Fernando Henrique Cardoso tem transcorrido a partir do signo de rupturas e dicotomias estruturantes, características que se articulam em torno da ideia da transição da atividade intelectual para a atividade política, num processo que reforça traços marcantes da imaginação política brasileira. Partindo da crítica dessa visão, este trabalho investiga o que o processo de formação do legado do autor como levado a cabo até aqui tem a dizer sobre os modos pelos quais se produz e se reinventa o ?pensamento político brasileiro?, ou, em outras palavras, o que sua trajetória intelectual individual representa em relação à trajetória coletiva de pensamento designada por esta expressão. Duas teses interpretativas principais são desenvolvidas ao longo deste trabalho: a primeira, de que o fio de continuidade e de unidade entre os diversos momentos da trajetória intelectual de Cardoso, negado pelas abordagens que até o presente vão dando conta da sistematização de seu legado, pode ser reconstruído e recuperado se a ênfase da análise recair na especificidade política de seus escritos, reconstrução e recuperação que, obviamente, não se furtam a considerar possíveis inconsistências, incoerências e mudanças nas crenças ao longo de sua trajetória; e a segunda, de que tal pensamento político, sem desconsiderar outras fontes genericamente rotuladas como ?universais?, estrutura-se a partir de um diálogo seletivo, sistemático e contínuo com algumas das principais matrizes de interpretação do político no país, diálogo este que, de um lado, torna possível evidenciar a existência de uma cosmovisão a atuar como ?fio condutor? para o conjunto de seu pensamento (conferindo a ele um sentido de coerência) e, de outro, entender o impacto ressignificador desse pensamento sobre tais matrizes. O trabalho está organizado em três partes: na primeira, produz-se uma reflexão teórico-metodológica do campo do pensamento político brasileiro; na segunda, discute-se a especificidade da reflexão política do autor a partir de dois momentos distintos (o do estabelecimento e o da consolidação das suas crenças políticas); e na terceira, num exercício de tentar aproximar as duas primeiras, discute-se a especificidade da inscrição do pensamento político do autor no campo do pensamento político brasileiro a partir de duas variáveis: as filiações e as recepções.Abstract : The construction of Fernando Henrique Cardoso?s legacy has been developed based on the mark of structuring ruptures and dichotomies, characteristics that are both articulated around the idea of the transition from the intellectual to the political activity, in a process that reinforces strong features of the Brazilian political imagination. Anchored in a criticism of this view, this study investigates what the process of formation of the author?s legacy developed until the present moment reveal about the forms through which the ?Brazilian political thought? is produced and reinvented, or, in other words, what his personal intellectual trajectory represents in relation to the collective thought trajectory designated by this expression. Two main interpretative theses are tested throughout this work: the first one is that the continuity and the unity between the several moments of Cardoso?s intellectual trajectory (denied by the approaches that, until the present moment, have been systematizing his legacy) can be reconstructed and recuperated if the emphasis of the analysis lies in the political specificity of his writings - assuming that both the reconstructing and the recuperation, obviously, do not fail to consider possible inconsistencies, incoherences and changes in the beliefs of the author throughout his trajectory; and second , that such political thought , without disregarding other sources generally labeled as ?universal? , is structured from a selective, systematic and continuous dialogue with some of the main forms of interpretation of the policy in the country, this dialogue , on the one hand , makes it possible to show the existence of a worldview to act as ?common thread? for all of his thought (giving him a sense of coherence), and on the other, to understand the impact of this ressignificador thinking about such matrices. The work is organized in three parts: in the first, the field of the Brazilian political thought is theoretical and methodologically questioned; in the second part, the specificity of the author?s political reflection is discussed based on two different moments (the establishment and the consolidation of his political beliefs); and, in the third part, in an attempt of approximating the two previous parts, the specificity of the insertion of the author?s political thought in the Brazilian political thought field is discussed, which is based on two variables: the filiations and the receptions

No full textThis academic memoir describes the main activities in the career of Sérgio Vitorino Cardoso, presently Associate Professor at the Federal University of Uberlândia (UFU), Brazil, affiliated to the School of Dentistry, Area of Pathology. The document follows the institutional guidelines for promotion process to the highest level of the Brazilian Federal academic tenure (i. e. the Titular Class) and was written according to the Resolution 3/2017 of the Board Directors of his Institution. After an initial section with a synthesis of his education and professional trajectory, the author details relevant achievements in a critical and reflective narrative, aiming to record the personal and institutional evolution from his point of view, seeking to fairly weigh each one of his contributions. It is concluded with perspectives for his career as a Titular Professor.Esta obra relata as principais atividades na carreira docente de Sérgio Vitorino Cardoso, servidor público federal na Universidade Federal de Uberlândia (UFU), lotado na Área de Patologia da Faculdade de Odontologia. Foi redigido como requisito parcial à promoção do docente à Classe de Professor Titular da Carreira de Magistério Superior, e elaborado de acordo com o Anexo 5 da Resolução nº 3/2017 do Conselho Diretor da UFU. No full textPartimos da evolução histórica do consensualismo contratual salientando os
principais carateres que, nos diversos momentos históricos, se foram evidenciando.
Numa segunda etapa exploramos os fundamentos dogmáticos do modelo de
transmissão contratual assumido pelo legislador e a sua viabilidade no sistema
jurídico global, em particular, no direito dos valores mobiliários. Constatamos a
crescente necessidade na prática mercantil e inevitabilidade no sistema jurídico
global da admissibilidade da existência de contratos de compra e venda de natureza
meramente obrigacional. Num terceiro momento desenvolvemos os principais
aspetos do regime jurídico aplicável às ações tituladas nominativas fora do mercado
regulado, em particular, os principais limites à transmissão, enquanto instrumentos/barreiras ao consensualismo contratual.We start from the historical evolution of contractual consensualism emphasizing the
main aspects that, in different historical moments, were showing up. In a second
stage we explore the dogmatic foundations of the transmission model contractual
assumed by the legislator and its viability in the global legal system, in particular, in
securities law. We note the growing need in commercial practice and inevitability in
the global legal system the admissibility of the existence of contracts of sale purely
obligatory. In the third stage we develop the main aspects of the legal regime
applicable to nominative titled actions outside the regulated market, in particular,
the main limits to the transmission, as instruments / barriers to contractual
consensualism

portuguesa em África e ao processo de descolonização, pretendeu-se analisar, através de um olhar
sobre a narrativa “O Retorno”, de Dulce Maria Cardoso, a violência social inerente ao abrupto
regresso de milhares de portugueses, daquele continente, após a revolução de Abril de 1974.
Recorrendo à narrativa, pretenderam-se resgatar memórias do sucedido, procurando pensar-se a
adolescência de Rui, personagem principal desta obra, indagando de que forma a convulsão
indizível e perturbadora do retorno foi por ele vivenciada.
Intentou-se ainda pensar sobre a dificuldade inerente à construção da identidade subjacente.
Perseguiu-se a intenção última de perceber a importância da possível função reparadora da escrita
para a autora da obra na elaboração da perda, visto ter vivenciado o retorno na sua adolescência tal
como Rui.After more than three decades guided by a deep silence in what concerns to the portuguese
presence in Africa and to the decolonization process, it was aimed to analyse the social violence
caused by the returning of thousands of Portuguese people from that continent, after the
revolution of April in 1974, through the study of the narrative “O Retorno” by Dulce Maria
Cardoso.
Having in mind this story, it was intended to recover the memories of what had happened, trying
to think of Rui’s adolescence, its main character, and the way his disturbing and unutterable
returning was experienced by him. Difficulties in his subjacent identity was also an object of
reflexion.
It was one’s intention try to understand the importance of the possible restoring function of writing
to the author concerning preparation of loss, because she had also lived the returning in her
adolescence exactly like Rui had lived
Spatial And Temporal Adaptive Receiver For Ds-cdma Systems
No full textThe objective of this paper is to propose a reception scheme to improve the performance of DS-CDMA (Direct Sequence Code Division Multiple Access) systems, compared to conventional direct channel receivers. The technique employs a spatial and temporal adaptive receiver composed of N spatial processors (associated with M antennas) and N Decision Feedback Equalizers (DFE), both of which are trained using a TMDP (Time Multiplexed Dedicated Pilot) sequence. The spatial and temporal receiver associated with TMDP offers considerable benefits when compared to the conventional Rake-Finger receiver. Performance results and details of the functioning of the proposed reception scheme are presented. © 2013 Elsevier GmbH. Hysteresis-like Behavior In Mbanp Crystals
No full textIn a previous study of (-)-2-(α-methylbenzylamino)-5-nitropyridine (MBANP) [Avanci, L. H. et. al., Phys. Rev. B 2000, 61, 6507], X-ray multiple diffraction assessments of the small changes in the unit cell parameters due to a strain produced by E→, together with the resulting variations in the (hkl) peak position and the observed strain, were used to calculate the piezoelectric coefficients of this material. In the present work, we report the extension of these measurements to the determination of the variation of the unit cell parameters of this material under the influence of an externally applied dc electric field. Rocking curves were measured using a SIEMENS P4 single-crystal diffractometer equipped with encoders to ensure omega axis step sizes smaller than 1 mdeg. At the beginning of the experiments, the electric field was increased from zero to 3.2 × 105 V/m and then decreased to zero. It was then reversed in polarity from zero to -3.2 × 105 V/m and returned to zero again to complete the E-cycle. The measured strain versus E-cycle showed an interesting butterfly wing shape hysteresis behavior. organização Pinheiro&Cardoso, Lda., empresa do setor da Construção Civil – Carpintaria
de Limpos. O projeto tem por base um estudo de caso, com o intuito de melhorar o seu
desempenho organizacional. O Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade projetado é apoiado pela
versão portuguesa da Norma Europeia ISO 9001:2015.
O presente estudo foi sustentado por reuniões com a gestão de topo da Pinheiro&Cardoso,
Lda., entrevista com os colaboradores, formação de sensibilização com toda a organização
e observações do autor, permitindo o desenvolvimento de uma proposta para futura
implementação de um Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade na empresa.
A metodologia utilizada neste trabalho é o estudo de caso de natureza qualitativa.
Primeiramente, foi feita uma análise das práticas da organização face aos requisitos do
referencial normativo, consentindo num conhecimento para desenvolver as ações
necessárias à implementação do Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade. Foi estudado o processo
do trabalho desenvolvido pela organização desde a consulta dos clientes ao fornecimento de
produtos e serviços, sendo parte fundamental a abordagem por processos recomendado pelo
referencial normativo.
O resultado permitiu adequar os processos existentes, analisar o contexto organizacional e
desenvolver a estratégia de implementação do Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade de acordo
com a norma NP EN ISO 9001:2015, sempre com o foco central na satisfação dos clientes e
outras partes interessadas.
A organização Pinheiro&Cardoso, Lda., com a proposta de implementação do presente
projeto, assumiu uma nova postura face ao pensamento sobre a Qualidade e sua importância.
A perceção do funcionamento e a clarificação do seu sistema documental também foram
adquiridos pela empresa, que se comprometeu a corrigir situações, procurando a melhoria
das ligações com todas as partes interessadas.The project presented consists on the implementation of a quality management system at the
Pinheiro&Cardoso, Lda., of the building construction sector, specifically “Carpintaria de
Limpos”. This project is based on a case study with the aim of improving its organizational
performance. The designed Quality Management System is supported by the Portuguese
version of the European Standard ISO 900:2015.
The actual study was supported by meetings with Pinheiro&Cardoso, Lda. leadership, by the
interviews to the employees and by the awareness formation with the whole organization
and author observations, allowing the development of a proposal to a Management System
of Quality future implementation in the company.
The methodology used for this work was the study of a case with a qualitative nature. Firstly,
the organization's practices in relation to the requirements of the normative framework were
analysed, allowing knowledge to develop the actions necessary for the implementation of
the Quality Management System. The work process developed by the organization was
studied from the customers to the products and services suppliers, being a fundamental part
in the approach by processes recommended by the referential normative.
The result allowed the adequacy of the existing processes, not only to analyse the
organizational context but also to develop the strategy of implementation of the Quality
Management System (NP EN ISO 9001: 2015), always with the central focus on the
customers’ satisfaction and other involved parts.
The Pinheiro&Cardoso, Lda. organization, with the proposed implementation of this project,
assumed a new posture regarding the thought about Quality and its importance. The
perception of the functioning and the clarification of its documental system were also
acquired by the company, which undertook to correct situations, seeking the improvement
of the connections with all the interested parts
