No full textThe survey data consist of 6 data files (csv) a codebook (csv) the survey instrument (pdf) and a readmeThis dataset includes the raw and augmented survey results from the January 2021 Value of Curation survey run by the Data Curation Network. Distributed to US data repository staff and directors via email listservs the survey received a total of 120 responses. 22 responses were for non-US repositories and three did not provide a repository of reference. A majority of the participants self-identified as staff members with 52 staff and 34 repository directors. The remaining were 5 unaffiliated users, and 4 unaffiliated depositors. Com base nas leituras de Georges Simenon, a autora escreve um romance policial – Chez Mme. Maigret – no qual a protagonista é a esposa do famoso inspetor de polícia da França Jules Maigret. Assim Pallottini dá vida à personagem e participa do universo literário de Simenon.Based on the study of the work of the writer and poet Renata Pallottini, the article discusses the inuence of the public on the development of artistic and cultural works, consolidated by the cultural industry. Using her readings of Georges Simenon as a starting point, the author writes a detective novel named Chez Mme. Maigret, in which the main character is the wife of the famous French Police Inspector Jules Maigret. Pallottini brings the character to life and participates in Simenon’s literary universe

What factors do scientists perceive as promoting or hindering scientific data reuse?
No full textIncreased calls for data sharing have formed part of many governments' agendas to boost innovation and scientific development. Data openness for reuse also resonates with the recognised need for more transparent, reproducible science. But what are scientists' perceptions about data reuse? Renata Gonçalves Curty, Kevin Crowston, Alison Specht, Bruce W. Grant and Elizabeth D. Dalton make use of existing survey data to analyse the attitudes and norms affecting scientists’ data reuse. Perceived efficiency, efficacy, and trustworthiness are key; as is whether scientists believe data reuse is beneficial for scientific development, or perceive certain pressures contrary to the reuse of data. Looking ahead, synthesis centres can be important for supporting data-driven interdisciplinary collaborations, and leveraging new scientific discoveries based on pre-existing data

No full textIn this work, we focus on the work Denso e Leve como o voo das Árvores (2015), by Recife poet Renata Pimentel, born in 1972. The book is articulated around cycles of nature. Through geopoetry (SILVA JR, 2015), we advance through poetic voices in this book which, according to the author herself, is a dramaturgy-cycle of poems – set that articulates aesthetic, ethical and political dimensions of the poet-nature relationship. This investigation is guided by the studies of Augusto Silva Júnior (2015), Walter Benjamin (1989), Sigmund Freud (2011), Otávio Paz (2012) and other scholars, whose contributions add in a dialogical way with this effort of producing responsive literary critic about a living poet of Brazilian geopeosia.Este estudo analisa a publicação Denso e leve como o voo das árvores (2015), da poeta recifense contemporânea Renata Pimentel. O livro se articula em torno dos ciclos da natureza. Com amparo na teoria da geopoesia (SILVA JR, 2015), avançamos por entre vozes poéticas nessa obra que, segundo a própria autora, é uma dramaturgia-ciclo de poemas – conjunto que articula dimensões estéticas, éticas e políticas da relação poeta-natureza. O itinerário crítico aqui empreendido orienta-se pelos estudos de Augusto Silva Junior (2015), Walter Benjamin (1989), Sigmund Freud (2011), Otávio Paz (2012) e de outros estudiosos, cujas contribuições somem dialogicamente (BAKHTIN, 2010) com a proposta de se produzir crítica literária responsiva sobre uma poeta viva da geopoesia brasileira

No full textTCC (graduação em Biblioteconomia) - Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, FlorianópolisAs ferramentas para interação e comunicação social disponíveis na web favorecem a comunicação informal e a colaboração entre os membros da comunidade científica. O espaço colaborativo na Internet é amplificado pelo surgimento da Web 2.0. Esta pesquisa analisa o uso de ferramentas colaborativas disponíveis na web pelos alunos do Programa de pós-graduação em Ciência da Informação da Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina. Para cumprir os objetivos específicos de identificar o perfil dos alunos, o uso de ferramentas colaborativas, e o uso de ferramentas colaborativas para a construção do referencial teórico da pesquisa recorreu-se ao instrumento de coleta de dados na forma de questionário on-line. Os dados foram analisados por meio de análise estatística simples. Os resultados da pesquisa mostraram que com exceção das ferramentas Web 2.0 voltadas exclusivamente para uso científico, o uso da Web 2.0 é quase inexistente no que se refere a finalidades científico-acadêmicas # em especial para a obtenção de bibliografia por parte da população pesquisada. Conclui-se que a há um grande potencial de uso das ferramentas Web 2.0 para compartilhamento de informações e documentos de interesse científico-acadêmicos e para comunicação e colaboração entre os pesquisadores. As possibilidades oferecidas pelas ferramentas da Web 2.0 tem amplo potencial no que refere-se ao uso científico-acadêmico, cabe aos pesquisadores direcionar o uso destas ferramentas para cada finalidade # social, lazer e acadêmica # separadamente e explorá-la

Media Image of Former Olympian. Renata Mauer-Różańska Case Study
No full textThis paper tackles the issue of image, with an emphasis on personal image (personal PR). Image was selected as the focal point of this article as, according to the author, it is an indispensable element of media life and functioning in the society. There are numerous definitions of image in both Polish and foreign literature. In his or her definition, each author attempts to incorporate the aspects most important to the world of business and its actors. This paper is centered on distinguishing between such concepts as image, reputation and identity, as well as portrays the evolution of image in time and growing social awareness of the notion, and presents the methodology of building image.
This study aims to determine the image of Renata Małgorzata Mauer-Różańsk as it is presented in the national press. The articles referencing the former Olympian analyzed herein were sourced from three nationwide dailies: Fakt, Gazeta Wyborcza and Super Express.
The entire material collected and analyses allow to conclude that Renata Małgorzata Mauer-Różańska has a moderately positive image. On the one hand, she is viewed as an authority figure and a walking icon and, on the other, as a person who is withdrawn, afraid to step out of her comfort zone and avoids social media, as well as industry events
