(E) Abstract: This research aims to determine the influence of workload, work motivation, and communication on job satisfaction at PT. Arlene Jaya Mandiri in Cikarang. The number of respondents to this research was 150 people, employees of PT. Arlene Jaya Mandiri who has worked for at least 1 year. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire with Google form which was distributed via social media. The data was checked, and the data processing method was carried out using the SmartPLS 4.0 application. In this research, the research method the author uses is a quantitative research method, the research design uses a descriptive design with a cross-sectional temporal approach. In this research the author used a non-probability sampling research method using a purposive sampling technique. The research results show through hypothesis testing that the workload variable has a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Arlene Jaya Mandiri in Cikarang, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Arlene Jaya Mandiri in Cikarang, Communication has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Arlene Jaya Mandiri in Cikarang.

(E) Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja, motivasi kerja, dan komunikasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PT. Arlene Jaya Mandiri di Cikarang. Jumlah responden penelitian ini sebanyak 150 orang, karyawan PT. Arlene Jaya Mandiri yang telah bekerja minimal 1 tahun. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dengan Google form yang disebar melalui media sosial. Data diperiksa, dan metode pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS 4.0. Dalam penelitian ini, metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif, desain penelitian menggunakan desain deskriptif dengan pendekatan temporal cross-sectional. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian non-probability sampling dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan melalui pengujian hipotesis bahwa variabel beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PT. Arlene Jaya Mandiri di Cikarang, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PT. Arlene Jaya Mandiri di Cikarang, Komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PT. Arlene Jaya Mandiri di Cikarang.

This research is about finding out the importance of wearing corporate attire to the organizational image based on employees' perception. The employees were from the Ministry of Youth and Sports department. The elements of corporate attire derived in the conceptual framework as independent variables whereas organizational image is the dependent variables. There were three objectives in this research that need to be answered. Hence, the answer to these objectives can be found in findings of chapter four. There were also literature reviews based on the author who have more or less the same study with the researcher. The literature review will assist researcher to compare and support the findings. Arlene B. Mayerson, J.D., LL.M., one of the nation\u27s leading experts in disability rights law, has been a key advisor to both Congress and the disability community on the major disability rights legislation for the past two decades, including the Handicapped Children\u27s Protection Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). At the request of members of Congress, Mayerson supplied expert testimony before several committees of Congress when they were debating the ADA. She filed comments on the ADA regulations for more than 500 disability rights organizations. She has also advised on other legislation ensuring the special education rights of students with disabilities. Mayerson has devoted her career exclusively to disability rights practice, representing clients in a wide array of issues. She has provided representation, consultation to counsel, and coordination of amicus briefs on pivotal disability rights cases before the U.S. Supreme Court. She was appointed by the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Education to the Civil Rights Reviewing Authority, responsible for reviewing the department\u27s civil rights decisions.
Mayerson has been the directing attorney of the Disability Rights Education and Defense Fund since 1981. She is also a lecturer in disability law at the University of California, Berkeley\u27s Boalt Hall School of Law, from which she earned her J.D.
