The Influence of Leadership and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. Suksesindo Pratama in Jakarta
No full textTo achieve the goals of the company, then a leader must apply a leadership style to manage his subordinates because a leader will greatly influence the success of the organization in achieving its objectives. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and work environment on employee performance at PT. Suksesindo Pratama in Jakarta. The method used was explanatory research with a sample of 60 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study leadership have a significant effect on employee performance by 45.5%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. The work environment has a significant effect on employee performance by 24.4%, the hypothesis test obtained a significance of 0,000 <0.05. Simultaneous leadership and work environment significantly influence employee performance by 50.7%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.0

Therefore, entrepreneurs who are able to explore the potential of the local area are needed. Existing business ventures need to be improved and involve more actors. This causes efforts to awaken the entrepreneurial spirit is very necessary. One of the efforts that can be made to increase the products produced by MSMEs in Sukarame Village is to add variations of processed products. No full textABSTRAKPENGARUH DISIPLIN, KOMPETENSI DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA GURU (Analisis Terhadap Kinerja Guru Pada Sekolah Islam Terpadu Permata Madani) Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruhdisiplin, kompetensi dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru.Pada penelitian ini, variabel independen adalah disiplin (X1), kompetensi (X2) dan kompensasi (X3), sedangkan variabel dependen adalah kinerja guru (Y). penelitian ini dilakukan kepada 82 responden dari 103 populasiyang ada. Hasil pada penelitian menunjukan bahwa disiplin, kompetensi dan kompensasi secara bersamaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dengan hasil Fhitung > Ftabel (65.443 > 2.72) atau dalam persentase sebesar 71.6%, sedangkan sisanya 28.4% diterangkan oleh variable lain yang tidak diajukan dalam penelitian ini.Kata kunci : Disiplin, Kompetensi Dan Kompensasi, Kinerj

No full textThis study empirically explores the dynamic interactions between the European and Indonesian cocoa markets during the 2008 global financial crisis (GFC) and the 2011 European debt crisis (EDC) using a battery of time series approaches of cointegration and multivariate Granger causality. The study documented a long-run equilibrium between the European and Indonesian cocoa markets, implying a reciprocal relationship. However, an inefficient adjustment transmission in the Indonesian cocoa prices was recorded throughout the study. The US currency constantly influenced Indonesian cocoa prices, while cocoa markets were independent of fluctuations in world oil prices. Overall, the study recorded a different level of the speed of adjustment of short-run imbalances to long-run equilibrium in the domestic cocoa market across economic crises.Opracowanie przedstawia badanie empiryczne dynamicznych interakcji między europejskim i indonezyjskim rynkiem kakao podczas globalnego kryzysu finansowego w 2008 r. (GFC) i europejskiego kryzysu zadłużenia w 2011 r. (EDC). Badanie zrealizowano wykorzystując podejścia kointegracji i wieloczynnikowej przyczynowości Grangera w oparciu o zestaw szeregów czasowych. Badanie potwierdziło długoterminową równowagę między europejskim i indonezyjskim rynkiem kakao, sugerując istnienie wzajemnej relacji między nimi. Jednak w całym badaniu odnotowywano nieefektywną transmisję korekt cen kakao w Indonezji. Waluta amerykańska stale wpływała na indonezyjskie ceny kakao, podczas gdy rynki kakao były niezależne od wahań światowych cen ropy naftowej. Generalnie w badaniu odnotowano różny poziom szybkości dostosowywania się krótkookresowych nierównowag do długookresowej równowagi na krajowym rynku kakao w czasie kryzysów gospodarczych

No full textهذا البحث يركز على منهج الشيخ عبدالرؤوف مخلص في مباحث علوم القرآن الكريم، و يهدف هذا إلى التعريف عن الشيخ عبدالرؤوف مخلص، ويتناول أهم المباحث التي تناولها في علوم القرآن وفي القراءات وأسباب النزول والمناسبات بين الآيات والسور. وقد تتبع البحث المنهج الإستقرائي في التعريف بالمؤلف ومنهجه في الكتاب، والمنهج التحليلي في تحليل منهجه في القراءات وأسباب النزول والمناسبات بين الآيات والسور. ومن أجل طبيعة البحث، استُخدم المنهج الاستقرائي والتحليلي للتوافق مع طبيعة هذا البحث، ومن أجل الوصول إلى نتائج مهمة، ومن ذلك: أن مباحث علوم القرآن يعتبر جزءًا أصيلاً من تراثنا التفسيري الذي ابتدئ به منذ نزول الوحي وهي تتعلق بالقرآن الكريم من ناحية نزوله وترتيبه، وقراءاته، ونحو ذلك، ومن ثم أفرد العلماء بالتصنيف في علوم القرآن علماً مستقلاً ومنهم من أورده في مقدمة تفسيره ومنهم من ذكر في ثنايا تفسيره ومنهم الشيخ عبدالرؤوف مخلص الذي اهتم في علم القراءات والمناسبات بين الآيات والسور وأسباب النزول.
***** This research focuses on the approach of Sheikh Abdul Ra’wuf Mukhlis in the studies of the sciences of the Holy Qur’an. This aims to introduce Sheikh Abdul Ra’wuf Mukhlis, and deals with the most important topics that he dealt with in the sciences of the Qur’an, in the Qur’anic recitations, the backgrounds for the Qur’anic revelation, and the correspondences between the verses and the surahs. The research followed the inductive approach in introducing the author and his approach to the book, and the analytical approach in analyzing his approach to the readings, the reasons for the revelation, and the interlink between the verses and the surahs. Due to the nature of the research, the inductive and analytical approach was used to be compatible with the nature of this research. The research reached some important results, including: The topics of Qur’anic sciences are considered an integral part of our tafsir heritage that began with the revelation and are related to the Holy Qur’an in terms of its revelation, its order, its recitations and so on. There are scholars who wrote on the sciences of the Qur’an as an independent branch of knowledge, and some of them mentioned it in the introduction to his interpretation, and some of them mentioned it in the midst of his interpretation. Sheikh Abdul Ra’wuf Mukhlis mentioned about sciences of the Qur’an in the midst of his tafsir, and explained in detail about the science of qira’at or recitations and the interlink between the verses with each other and the reasons for the revelation

No full textThe Autism Café Project (PCA) Malaysia was founded in August 2016 by Adli Yahya, a father of an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) child. With 7 ASD staff and 9 others, PCA provides ASD youth with a better future and a safe space to work. PCA allows them to reintegrate into society by having a cafe and 3 food stalls where they can train and work. One of the PCA issues is financial management for daily operations. The Collboration among PCA, Sultan Salahudin Syah Alam Polytechnic, Selangor, Malaysia and Pamulang University, Indonesia were held on 7 of March 2024 in Kualumpur. UNPAM Chancellor, Dr. E. Nurzaman, M.Si, M.M., Acting Director of Polytechnic Ts. Dr. Ahmad Aftas Bin Azman and PCA Manager provided knowledge sharing according to their expertise. A cooking demonstration by the ASD PCA was also given. PCA provided the results of the International Community Service (PKM-I) survey for the UNPAM Magister Management Study Program QRIS application for financial management and they concluded that financial management of PCA Malaysia has been effective and efficient since the first week of March 202
