Programa de Pós-Graduação em Engenharia Ambiental.Esta dissertação apresenta a construção de uma metodologia participativa na construção temática do Atlas Escolar Ambiental. Trata-se de um trabalho de pesquisa-ação realizado com um professor e um grupo de alunos da Escola de Educação Básica Silva Jardim no município de Alfredo Wagner. A prática interdisciplinar e a abordagem sistêmica foram utilizadas como referencial para o desenvolvimento da metodologia participativa. Os procedimentos utilizados foram as reuniões, os trabalhos de campo para coleta de informações e registro fotográfico, entrevistas e visitas aos órgãos públicos. A metodologia participativa, seja com os grupos participantes ou com demais colaboradores voluntários na pesquisa, mostrou-se adequada à elaboração temática do Atlas, imprimindo a este as observações e os significados dos atores que, ao mesmo tempo, possuem a vivência da realidade do município. Os participantes se sentiram valorizados por participarem no grupo, ter vez e voz, fazer críticas e sugestões. O interesse do grupo no trabalho, nas reuniões e trabalhos de campo se fez na construção da contextualização dos temas, apontando os aspectos positivos que visualizam no município e também as situações problemas que merecem ser abordadas. Os trabalhos de campo evidenciaram que após a experiência de (re)conhecer o município, o significado e a importância dos lugares para os participantes são reafirmados, ou seja, reforça a identidade das pessoas com o #lugar#. O Atlas procura sintetizar, de maneira singular, o resultado do processo participativo que se mostrou de maneira ampla nas expressões dos participantes. Desta maneira, pretende-se que a metodologia participativa cristalizada no processo participativo, reflita no recorte temático do Atlas, a realidade e a história do município. This dissertation presents the construction of a participative methodology in the thematic construction of Environmental School Atlas. It is about a work of research-action carried through with a teacher and a group of students from the #Escola de Educação Básica Silva Jardim# in the city of Alfredo Wagner. The interdisciplinary practice and the systemic approach had been used as a referential for the development of the participative methodology. The used procedures were meetings, the field works for the information collection and photographic register, interviews and visits to the public agencies. The participative methodology, either with the participant groups or with other collaborating volunteers in the research, revealed adequate to the thematic elaboration of the Atlas, indicating to this the observation and the meanings of the people who, at the same time, have the experience of the city reality. The participants felt valued of participating in the group, having place and voice, criticizing and making suggestions. The group interest in the work, the meetings and the field works had been made in the construction of the context of the subjects, pointing the positive aspects that visualize in the city and the problematic situations that deserve to be approached. The field works evidenced that after the experience of (re) knowing the city, the meaning and the importance of the places for the participants are reaffirmed, that is, strengthen the identity of the people with the #place#. The Atlas looks for to synthesize, in a singular way, the result of participative process that showed in an ample way in the participant expressions. In this way, it is intended that the crystallized participative methodology in the participative process, reflects in the Atlas thematic clipping, the city reality and history

Programa de Pós-graduação em FilosofiaDesde seus primeiros escritos Nietzsche se ocupou de questões relacionadas ao conhecimento e à verdade, ocorre, porém, que seu objetivo não é formular uma nova teoria do conhecimento ou reformular as concepções tradicionais, mas questionar a valor da verdade, indicando que os filósofos jamais a colocaram em questão. Em conseqüência dessa superestimação da verdade está o ódio instintivo contra a vida e seus pressupostos: tudo o que é transitório e efêmero foi negado em nome do conhecimento racional e objetivo. A proposta de Nietzsche é que a interpretação metafísica - que nega e falsifica a vida- seja substituída por uma interpretação afirmativa, com conceitos leves e dançantes, que se reconhece como interpretação provisória. O eterno retorno diz à vida o grande Sim, aceita o destino e deseja o seu retornar eterno. É um sim dionisíaco, que deseja o que a vida tem mais exuberante e belo, mas também o que ela tem de mais horrível e miserável
O processo participativo no planejamento turístico do espaço rural de Alfredo Wagner-SC

Programa de Pós-Graduação em Arquitetura e Urbanismo.Este trabalho busca elaborar um processo participativo como instrumento do planejamento turístico no Município de Alfredo Wagner. Na pesquisa bibliográfica, foram levantados alguns pontos em relação à importância de se planejar o turismo com base no processo participativo como forma de motivar e sensibilizar os envolvidos. Em seguida, foi ressaltado o espaço rural que se destaca pelos atrativos naturais e culturais e as principais dificuldades enfrentadas pelos agricultores familiares, sendo o turismo, visto como uma alternativa para dinamizar as atividades agrícolas e não-agrícolas. O objetivo geral foi elaborar um processo participativo como instrumento do planejamento turístico e propor um plano de ações para o desenvolvimento do turismo no espaço rural do município de Alfredo Wagner. Na metodologia, foi realizado um levantamento dos aspectos físicos e da estrutura espacial das propriedades agrícolas. Também foi elaborado um inventário de propriedades com potencial para o desenvolvimento do turismo. Em seguida foi realizada uma oficina de planejamento participativo unindo os principais atores do processo que teve como resultado a mobilização e sensibilização dos envolvidos. Após a oficina, foi elaborado um diagnóstico participativo, objetivando analisar os pontos fracos, fortes, as oportunidades e ameaças ao desenvolvimento da atividade turística em cada propriedade visitada. Esta etapa resultou em um relatório individual que foi entregue para cada propriedade diagnosticada. Com base nestes processos foi elaborado um plano de ações que apontam estratégias de trabalhos futuros. Foi observado que a vocação da maioria das propriedades está voltada para o agroturismo, porém não há um único tipo de segmento para o turismo no Município, pois o potencial está presente no seu patrimônio natural e cultural, justificando o termo turismo no espaço rural. Diante deste cenário, buscou-se parcerias que resultaram na inserção do Município na Associação de Agroturismo Acolhida na Colônia

Roy Wagner (1938-2018): el espejo humeante de la antropología

This article, written out of affection and admiration, shows the originality of Wagner’s thought and highlights its importance for understanding, not only current anthropology, increasingly influenced by his work, but also the anthropological machine and its great invention, culture. The article examines moments of his life and his tastes, and recounts anecdotes told by him to provide a better understanding of the disciplinary and theoretical links that Wagner estab-lished with authors like Claude Lévi-Strauss, Victor Turner, Gregory Bateson and Carlos Castaneda. The article concludes with an extensive bibliography for those who want to explore further the work of an author who is set to become a defining figure in the anthropology of the near future.Roy Wagner murió en septiembre de 2018. Este artículo, escrito desde el afecto y la admiración, muestra la originalidad del pensamiento de Wagner y destaca la importancia del mismo para entender no solo la antropología actual, cada vez más in-fluenciada por su trabajo, sino también el propio proceder antropológico y su gran invención: la cultura. El artículo se acerca a momentos de su biografía, a sus gustos y relata anécdotas por él contadas para entender mejor los vínculos disciplinares y teóri-cos que Wagner establece con autores como Claude Lévi-Strauss, Victor Turner, Gregory Bateson o Carlos Castaneda. No full textHet is voor de verwerking van polymeervloeistoffen van groot belangde stroming van zo'n vloeistof te kunnen beschrijven. Er worden in deze scriptie drie modellen gepresenteert waarmee dit mogelijk is: het netwerkmodel van Lodge, het eerste model van Wagner, en het tweede model van Wagner. Dit zij alledrie semi-empirische modellen die een constitutievergelijking in integraalvorm geven. Deze constitutievergelijkingen bevatten een of meer experimenteel te bepalen functies. Deze constitutievergelijkingen worden toegepast op diverse elongatie- en afschuifstromingen, en de met de vergelijkingen berekende grootheden worden voor diverse polymeersmelten vergeleken met meetwaarden voor die stromingen en smelten. Op grand hiervan wordt gekeken hoe goed de drie modellen de stroming van een polymeersmelt beschrijven, en wat de voor- en de nadelen van deze modellen zijn.
