Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan Budaya Kerja Guru terhadap Kinerja Guru
Full text linkPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan budaya kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru secara parsial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif dengan analisis yang digunakan yaitu regresi linier berganda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebesar 3.061 dimana tenik sampling yang digunakan yaitu simple random sampling dan mendapatkan sampel sejumlah 100 responden. Data yang sudah terkumpul akan melalui uji asumsi klasik untuk selanjutnya dianalisis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwasanya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru SMA di Kota Palembang. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikan yang didapatkan dibawah 0,05 (0,01 < 0,05). Hal ini membuktikan bahwasanya kepemimpinan yang positif yang ditampilkan kepala sekolah memberikan dampak yang baik bagi kinerja guru. Budaya kerja guru juga berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru SMA di Kota Palembang. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai sig yang didapatkan kurang dari 0,05 (0,00<0,05). Hal ini menjelaskan bahwasanya budaya kerja guru yang baik dapat memberikan dampak yang baik pada kinerja guru. Sumbangan pengaruh variable kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan budaya kerja guru SMA di Kota Palembang terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 25,8% dimana selebihnya mendapatkan pengaruh dari variabel lain selain dari penelitian ini

Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan wawancara. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada tahapan implementasi KKNI di program studi Manajemen Pendidikan Islam sudah berjalan dengan baik yang didukung oleh sumber daya manusia, fasilitas, dan dukungan pimpinan serta diperolehnya akreditasi A. Selain itu juga, beberapa dosen dan mahasiswa memberikan respon yang baik terhadap implementasi KKNI dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas mahasiswa

Full text linkThis article is entitled "Analysis of School Library Services at SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Lago". This study aims to determine the school library services and the constraints of school library services at SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Lago. The problems that occur are related to library services where the current needs of the library have not been met, this is what causes library services to not run fully. In this research, the type of research used is the type of field research that is qualitative. In the study, informants were also the head of the library, library staff, deputy head of curriculum, and students. Data collection techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the discussion, it can be concluded that school library services are carried out through activities (1) reading room services, in the library of SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Lago the reading room services are quite good, with the provision of facilities in the form of tables, chairs, air circulation, and room lighting. (2) circulation service, for this service is not maximized because it is still done manually. (3) reference service, where this service is not maximized, because there are still limited collections of books, and there are still many collections of old books. (4) information and communication technology services, this service has not been implemented, due to limited supporting facilities and the lack of library staff in the field of expertise. It can be concluded that the school library services at SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Lago have not run optimally in accordance with national library standards

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Full text linkThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
IMPLIKASI KERJASAMA YANG SIMULTAN ANTARA KELUARGA, SEKOLAH, DAN MASYARAKAT DALAM PENDIDIKAN ISLAM DENGAN PENDEKATAN SOSIOLOGIS
No full textThe educational process will not run effectively without simultaneous cooperation between the three main components of education, namely the family, school and community. However, in the practice of Islamic education, it turns out that there are still many obstacles. This is because there are still many people/parents who do not understand the fundamental meaning of their role in education. Therefore, this article was written with the aim of (1) analyzing the concept of simultaneous cooperation between families, schools and communities; and (2) Identify the implications of simultaneous collaboration between families, schools and communities in Islamic education. To carry out this research, library research was used with a philosophical approach, data collection techniques using documentation and data analysis techniques using content analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) In cultivating simultaneous collaboration between families, schools and communities, one of the theories that can be used is Epstein's Overlapping Spheres of Influence theory. This theory views that each component, namely the family, school, and community has a shared responsibility in creating an effective educational process; and (2) The implications of this collaboration for Islamic education, namely: (a) Fostering the birth of social capital in Islamic education; (b) Growing superior student personality both intellectually and emotionally; and (d) Improving the quality of Islamic education
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Full text linkWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
Full text linkWe conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases.
