    PENDIDIKAN INTEGRALISTIK PERSPEKTIF HAFIDZ HASAN AL-MAS’UDI

    This study aims to answer important questions regarding Al-Mas'ūdī's thoughts on integralistic education through vertical and horizontal communication applied in moral education. The method used in this research is qualitative, the type of research is in the form of literature with a philosophical main approach. The analysis technique taken uses the comparative descriptive method. The results of his research show that, Integralistic education in the perspective of Ḥāfiẓ Ḥasan Al-Mas'ūdī contained in the work Taisīr al-Khallāq fī 'Ilmi al-Akhlāq is described in five problems: (1) the purpose of education that relies on moral education which is described integrally both vertically and horizontally, (2) educators and students whose key to success is both self-personality and harmonious relationships,  (3) family education by habituating noble morals in order to interact and maintain good relations with their families, (4) community social education is carried out by raising awareness of the importance of balancing community social relations with the foundation of taqwa, (5) national education, can be applied through an exemplary approach by cultivating religious values, being fair, having a big spirit, loving the nation and its country

    This research aims to explore understanding of moral education from the perspective of two main figures, namely Buya Hamka and Ibnu Miskawaih. This research uses qualitative methods with the type of research used is library research. Both are considered classical figures who made significant contributions to Islamic thought, especially related to moral education. This research includes an analysis of Buya Hamka's written works, especially those related to moral education, and Ibnu Miskawaih's works such as "Tahzib al-Akhlaq". A qualitative approach was used to explore the views, values ​​and methods proposed by the two figures in moral education. Text analysis was carried out to identify key concepts, values, and practices that they emphasize in the context of moral education. This research produces an understanding of the relevance of moral education concepts from the perspective of Buya Hamka and Ibnu Miskawaih in a modern context with the aim of producing human behavior with good morals so that it can later be useful in wider society. The practical implications of this research can be used as a basis for developing a holistic and integrated approach to moral education in modern educational institutions. In conclusion, this research contributes to Islamic and educational literature in responding to moral and ethical challenges in modern society

    Penelitian ini membahas mengenai stigma-stigma yang berkembang di masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah memberikan wawasan yang lebih mengenai homeschooling untuk menjadi salah satu sekolah alternatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah penelitian kualitatif kepustakaan penelitian yang dilakukan dengan mengkaji beberapa sumber pustaka seperti jurnal, buku, hasil dari penelitian atau catatan-catatan lapangan lainnya. Jenis dari penelitian ini adalah bibliografi dan teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini ialah studi kepustakaan yaitu mencari data yang relevan dengan judul penelitian. Lalu data-data yang relevan dikumpulkan dengan studi pustaka, studi literartur, dan pencarian di internet. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan teknik analisa kualitatif deduktif induktif dimana teknik ini deduktif dilakukan untuk hal-hal atau teori yang bersifat umum menjadi kesimpulan yang bersifat khusus, sedangnkan teknik induktif berkaitan dengan fakta-fakta yang bersifat khusus dan konkret menarik kesimpulan dari khusus ke yang bersifat umum. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat tanggapan positif dan negatif dari masyarakat mengenai homeschooling. Urgensi pemilihan homeschooling bagi anak juga harus dipertimbangkan secara matang dalam keluarga karena tanggung jawab pendidikan terletak pada keluarga

The success of achieving organizational goals depends greatly on human resources, which is one of the resources available in the organization. Human resources have an important role in completing tasks and functions. Whether someone is successful or not depends on their ability to do it. Leaders use human resource management to hire employees who have sufficient results for the resources they have, namely the school. Increasing human resources to improve school quality includes increasing resources whose research focus is teachers. This research aims to increase knowledge about efforts to improve school quality through human resource management. The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Human resource management consists of various elements. This includes planning that considers the number of needs, organization that involves organizational administrators, predetermined work direction, control based on quality safety (QA), and increasing teaching staff through training.     This research aims to elucidate the quantitative scientific research method using a survey approach in the field of Islamic educational management. The results indicate that the survey approach is an effective method for portraying population aspects by gathering information through interviews or questionnaires. Questionnaires are employed as the primary tool in data collection, characterized by scientific traits such as determinism, parsimony, generality, logic, and specificity. This method is suitable for depicting phenomena and analyzing issues within the management of Islamic educational institutions.     ABSTRAK The role of ustadz / Kyai towards students is often in the form of a father's interest. Apart from being a teacher, the kyai also acts as a spiritual leader and is responsible for the development of the personality and physical health of his students. In a more advanced condition, a Kyai stands in the boarding school as the primary figure. Kyai as the main leader, owner and teacher, work is very influential in the pesantren but also affects the community environment and is even heard throughout the archipelago. With a Research Focus; Kyai`s Strategy in the formation of Akhlak Tawadhu’ Santri at the Darusyafa’at Islamic Boarding School Tugu Jaya. The strategy used by the kyai in forming the tawadhu’ character of the students at boarding school is to use an axemplary strategy, namely that a kyai must be able to be a good example for his students and invite them to do good by convincing their students through religious teachings. Then the habituation strategy, namely the kyai can create awareness of his students so that they can make habituation in carrying out mandatory and sunnah worship that has been taught, the study of the yellow book, bandongan, is carried out together and taught directly by the kyai, sorogan iscarried out by personnel for face-to face according to their level.for students who are still beginners, there is a “ta’limul muta’alim” lesson then for the diniyyah madrasah, the “Adabun nisa” book lesson then who has entered 2-3 years, the students are required to follow the Koran interpretation of the jallalain which includes the interpretation of the Koran also explains about adap or manners. Then the students above him recite the “ihya Ulumuddin” Book. Then the last strategy is the civilizing strategy, namely the kyai to increase knowledge and understanding of religion, increase awareness in worship and ancrease changes in attitudes and behavior by conducting breaving or deliberation with his students for maximum results

    This study aims to determine how to analyze the use of youtube media on studentlearning motivation in educational statistics courses. This research uses descriptivequalitative method. The research sample were 16 students taken using purposive samplingtechnique. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysis techniqueused in this research is descriptive analysis of percentages. The results of the researchshow that the use of youtube media in educational statistics courses has a positive effect onlearning because it can make students very motivated and anthusiastic in learning. Thiscan be seen from the average of all indicators of student learning motivation, namely thepercentage is 80,49% in the high category. Therefore, this youtube media can berecommended for use as learning media in other course
