PERAN GURU BIMBINGAN DAN KONSELING DALAM MENGATASI SISWA KORBAN BULLYING
This study aims to determine the role of Guidance and Counseling Teachers in overcoming students who are victims of bullying at MTs Negeri 4 Musi Banyuasin school. This research uses a type of qualitative research that is descriptive. The subject of this study is Guidance and Counseling Teacher . Data collection techniques used by researchers are observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects used in the researcher were 4 people. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the role of guidance and counseling teachers in overcoming students victims of bullying at MTs Negeri 4 Musi Banyuasin school is the first preventive action by providing understanding and knowledge about bullying through classical guidance. Perform curative actions, namely identifying problems by looking for data on the background causes of problems so that BK teachers can provide counseling services by motivating victims of bullying. Carry out development actions by working with community stores, parents to monitor behavior outside of school and working with homeroom teachers, subjects to provide supervision within the school with the aim that bullying does not occur again

This research focuses on the Independent Learning Curriculum, a new policy launched by Minister Nadiem Makarim. This curriculum aims to encourage learning that suits students' abilities and develop innovative learning methods to improve graduates' abilities. Several junior high schools (SMP) have just implemented this curriculum. Muhammadiyah Imam Syuhodo Middle School is one of the schools that has implemented the Independent Learning Curriculum in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning. This school must pay attention to the procedures used to implement it.
The aim of this research is to find out how the Independent Learning Curriculum is implemented at Muhammadiyah Imam Syuhodo Middle School in Islamic Religious Education subjects, what are the results of implementing the Independent Learning Curriculum and the factors that support and hinder the implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum are also studied.
This type of research is qualitative research with a field approach in the form of descriptive narrative with an emphasis on collecting data from questionnaires, interviews and documentation, while the data analysis technique uses data reduction, data presentation and Hiberman's conclusion drawing.
The results of this research are (1) The Independent Learning Curriculum implemented by PAI (syariah or fiqh) teachers at AMuhammadiyah Imam Syuhodo Middle School has been successfully implemented. This can be seen from the concept of an independent curriculum which is provided informatively both online and offline. Second, create an Educational Unit Operational Curriculum (KOSP), third create a Flow of Learning Objectives (ATP), and fourth create a teaching module for the Pancasila student strengthening project. Learning is carried out using various methods that are adapted to the teaching material. (2) Results obtained from the implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum in Class VII Islamic Religious Education Subjects at Muhammadiyah Imam Syuhodo Middle School, namely: There is development of student competence through flexible learning, Achievement of Goals Learning through cultivating the Pancasila Student Profile which is also starting to develop, and (3) Implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum in PAI (syariah/fiqh) subjects, of course there are several influencing factors, including supporting factors and inhibiting factors
INOVASI KURIKULUM MERDEKA SEBAGAI PEMULIHAN PEMBELAJARAN PASCA PANDEMI
Pandemi COVID-19 telah memberikan dampak yang signifikan pada sistem pendidikan di seluruh dunia, termasuk di Indonesia. Pembelajaran jarak jauh yang dilakukan selama pandemi ini menimbulkan banyak tantangan bagi siswa, guru, dan orang tua. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, pemerintah Indonesia memperkenalkan Inovasi Kurikulum Merdeka sebagai Pemulihan Pembelajaran Pasca Pandemi. Kurikulum Merdeka adalah kurikulum yang dirancang untuk memperkuat keterampilan abad ke-21 pada siswa dan menekankan pada pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa. Kurikulum Merdeka juga menekankan pada pengembangan keterampilan seperti kreativitas, kritis berpikir, kolaborasi, dan komunikasi. Dalam penelitian yang dilakukan, Kurikulum Merdeka telah terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil pembelajaran siswa. Penelitian ini membahas Inovasi Kurikulum Merdeka sebagai Pemulihan Pembelajaran Pasca Pandemi. Penelitian ini membahas tantangan dan peluang yang dihadapi dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka. Penelitian ini juga membahas dampak Kurikulum Merdeka pada keterampilan abad ke-21 siswa dan efektivitas pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur dengan data sekunder berupa jurnal, artikel, dan sumber-sumber lain yang relevan. Kurikulum Merdeka memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan hasil pembelajaran siswa. Dengan penggunaan metode pembelajaran yang lebih aktif dan kreatif, serta penerapan kurikulum yang lebih terpadu, siswa dapat lebih mudah memahami materi pelajaran dan meningkatkan minat belajar mereka. Selain itu, pemetaan gaya belajar siswa dan pemberian reward juga dapat membantu guru dalam melakukan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Meskipun implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka masih menghadapi beberapa tantangan, penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka dan memperkuat sistem pendidikan di Indonesia
EDUKASI SEKS BERBASIS INTEGRASI AGAMA DAN SAINS
This research will answer important questions about the sex education model based on the integration of religion and science applied at MTs Mathla'ul Anwar Sugihwaras Pemalang. According to the focus of the problem studied, this study uses a qualitative approach in the form of field research. The data was collected using interviews, observations and documentation, while the analysis techniques were taken using descriptive methods. The results of the research show that, (1) sex education is carried out by teachers in the field of study through the learning process by combining materials related to sex in the PAI (represented by fiqih and akidah akhlak) with scientific findings (IPA and PJOK), (2) using the team teaching method by several teachers to develop sex education that is integrated interdisciplinary, (3) the need for integral sex education modules/textbooks based on religious and science subjects (general), with the addition of sub-sub-topics from various other literacy

This study aims to reveal the Religious Moderation-Based Pie Learning Policy at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra, Medan, by focusing on: 1. Religious Moderation Policy Conducted at the North Sumatran Islamic State University Medan, 2 The implementation of the policy by PAI Lecturers in Religious Moderation-Based Learning in State Islamic University of North Sumatra, Medan, 3. Student Responses to the Policy of Pie Learning Based on Religious Moderation at State Islamic University of North Sumatra, Medan. This article uses a qualitative approach. Data was collected by using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions, checking the validity of the findings by extending participation, source triangulation techniques, theories, methods and persistence of observations. The results of the study illustrate that: 1. UINSU Medan has implemented several policies that support religious moderation, such as the integration of courses with various moderating values, integration of student community service activities based on the values of religious moderation, and collaboration between the Islamic State University of North Sumatra Medan and IAIN loksemawe. to improve the policy of independent learning and religious moderation in the campus environment, 2. Lecturers have internalized religious moderation in learning, 3. Student statements that there are policies carried out by the campus to meet diverse moderation in the campus area, such as the existence of various moderation values that included in the sub-sub-discussions of several courses, counseling on religious moderation in KKN, seminars on religious moderation from campus parties, etc
PERAN PROPHETIC EDUCATION DALAM MEMBANGUN KARAKTER KEPEMIMPINAN PADA ANAK USIA DINI
The success of the prophet in educating children resulted in a concept which is often referred to as prophetic education. Prophetic education is very important to be implemented in educational institutions, including in early childhood education. The prophet referred to in this research is the Prophet Muhammad Sollallohu alaihi wasallam. Prophet Muhammad Shollallohu Alaihi Wasallam is the best example (role model) in the Islamic religion. In essence, education not only teaches cognitive abilities, but also builds strong human character. One of the characters that must be optimized in children is leadership character. The aim of this research is to reveal the role of prophetic education in building leadership character in early childhood. In this research, the method used is a descriptive qualitative research method with a case study type of research. Data collection techniques through interviews and observations. The research results show that giving a mandate is one step to foster a leadership spirit in early childhood. This is in line with the concept of prophetic education where there are four contextualizations of the Prophet's characteristics that can be applied in early childhood education, namely Shidiq, Amanah, Tabligh, and Fathonah. So it can be concluded that prophetic education has an important role in building leadership character in early childhood
ANALISIS STRATEGI MANAJEMEN KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH GUNA MENINGKATKAN KINERJA GURU PADA PONDOK PESANTREN ASH-SHIDIQIYAH
School principals must have a good leadership management strategy to improve teacher performance. This research aims to explain and describe the Principal's Leadership management strategy in helping teachers to improve the quality of their performance at the Ash-Shidiqiyah Islamic Boarding School. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this research consist of observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show, to improve the quality of teacher performance in educating students, school principals also have good management strategies by providing role models to teachers by attending school on time, optimizing disciplinary regulations in attendance. Apart from that, the Principal tries to work collaboratively with teachers by appointing teachers who he considers capable to carry out supervision. The principal also coordinates with the picket officers who each day consist of 2 officers, namely teachers who do not have teaching hours that day and one person from administration. The picket officer will circulate a list of teacher attendance in the class that has been created so that you can see the level of teacher attendance in each class
PROBLEMATIKA GURU DALAM MENGIMPLEMENTASIKAN KURIKULUM MERDEKA PADA MAPEL AKIDAH AKHLAK DI MTS NEGERI 3 SLEMAN
The independent curriculum is the latest curriculum designed to give freedom to schools and teachers in designing learning to be fun and tailored to student interests. This study aims to analyze the problems of teachers in implementing the independent curriculum in the subject of moral creed at MTs Negeri 3 Sleman. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive method. The informants in this study were moral creed teachers at MTs Negeri 3 Sleman. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that there were 3 probelamatika faced by moral creed teachers at MTs Negeri 3 Sleman in implementing the independent curriculum, namely: 1) Low student motivation, 2) Teacher readiness in implementing an independent curriculum, 3) Challenges in developing teaching materials. In dealing with these problems, there are two solutions offered by the moral creed teacher, namely: 1) Collaborating between various parties, 2) Improve teacher competence through training. The implications of this research can be used as a reference for schools or teachers to be able to design strategies and improvements to the problems faced in implementing the independent curriculum
IMPLEMENTASI KURIKULUM MERDEKA PADA MADRASAH
Kurikulum merdeka di Madrasah yang diterapkan pada pendidikan Indonesia saat ini pada dasarnya merupakan kelanjutan dari kebijakan yang diterapkan oleh Kemendikbudristek di sekolah, namun dalam kondisi tertentu madrasah melakukan penyesuaian dengan kebutuhan pembelajaran di Madrasah dan memperkuat Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Bahasa Arab yang spesifik. Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini yaitu untuk menganalisis implementasi kurikulum merdeka di madrasah dalam KMA No. 347 tahun 2022. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan library research. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa KMA No. 347 tahun 2022 merupakan bentuk pedoman dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka di madrasah. Indikator yang tercantum didalamnya meliputi ruang lingkup, standar kompetensi kelulusan, standar isi, struktur kurikulum, proyek profil Pancasila, proyek profil pelajar rahmatan lil ‘alamin hingga pada sosialisasi dan pendampingan, monitoring dan evaluasi pelaksanaan
STRATEGI PENDIDIKAN AKHLAK DI PONDOK PESANTREN AL ITTIFAQIAH
Abstrak, Pondok Pesantren Al Ittifaqiah adalah lembaga pendidikan Islam yang telah lama dikenal sebagai pusat pembinaan akhlak dan keilmuan. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan strategi pendidikan akhlak yang diterapkan di Pondok Pesantren Al Ittifaqiah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif, melalui wawancara mendalam dengan tokoh-tokoh kunci dan observasi langsung di lingkungan pondok pesantren. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pendidikan akhlak di Pondok Pesantren Al Ittifaqiah didasarkan pada tiga pilar utama: pendekatan holistik, pembiasaan, dan keteladanan. Pendekatan holistik diterapkan dengan menyelaraskan pendidikan agama, akademik, dan praktik keagamaan dalam setiap aspek kehidupan santri. Pembiasaan dilakukan melalui rutinitas harian yang terstruktur, termasuk shalat berjamaah, kajian kitab kuning, dan kegiatan sosial keagamaan lainnya. Sementara itu, keteladanan menjadi landasan utama dalam proses pembentukan karakter, di mana para kyai dan ustadz sebagai panutan memberikan contoh nyata dalam berprilaku dan berinteraksi. Kesimpulannya, Pondok Pesantren Al Ittifaqiah mengimplementasikan strategi pendidikan akhlak yang komprehensif, dengan memadukan berbagai elemen pendidikan secara sinergis untuk membentuk generasi muda yang berakhlak mulia dan berdaya saing tinggi dalam era globalisasi ini
