PENGARUH KINERJA KEPALA MADRASAH DAN KINERJA GURU TERHADAP MUTU LULUSAN SISWA MADRASAH ALIYAH DI KABUPATEN LAMPUNG TENGAH
This research is motivated by the quality of SMA/MA level student graduates which is less than optimal, meaning that when viewed from the national exam scores they are not included in the top five highest score categories in Indonesia. Madrasa heads and teachers within the scope of educational institutions are the spearheads in creating the quality of graduates, so in this research these two factors will be tested for their influence on the quality of graduates. The method in this research is a quantitative approach with an ex-post facto type, with a population of all madrasa heads and teachers in Central Lampung district. Meanwhile, the samples were taken randomly from all madrasas. Data analysis techniques use simple and multiple regression tests with prerequisite tests for normality and linearity tests. From the results of this research, the author concludes: 1) There is a significant influence between the performance of madrasa heads on the quality of Madrasah Aliyah graduates in Central Lampung Regency which has a positive impact of 38.5%. 2) There is a significant influence between teacher performance on the quality of Madrasah Aliyah graduates in Central Lampung Regency which has a positive impact of 48.5%. 3) There is a significant influence between the performance of madrasah heads and teacher performance on the quality of Madrasah Aliyah graduates in Central Lampung Regency which has a positive impact of 75.6%
DESAIN PENGEMBANGAN KURIKULUM PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM TERPUSAT PADA SISWA
Abstract The purpose of this research is to find out how to design a student-centered curriculum, its principles, advantages and disadvantages. This research uses a qualitative method, the type of method used is library research. The results of this study are that there are 3 designs and developments, centered curriculum designs are divided into 3 namely alternative school designs, humanistic designs and activities and experience centered designs. An alternative design in PAI learning using a student-centered curriculum design can be done by running a problem solving system. For example, students are invited to discuss solving moral problems about anger. The use of humanistic design in PAI learning in a student-centered design can be used by dividing students based on the students' interests in the focus of PAI learning materials. The teacher teaches the material and gives discussion assignments. design is centered on experience which is difficult to apply not only in PAI subjects but in almost all subjects. The most important of these designs, students must want the material itself. Educators must teach each student with a focus on the material each student chooses and likes

POTRET MUFASSIR NUSANTARA ERA MODERN (METODOLOGI DAN KONTEKSTUALISASI TERHADAP PENAFSIRAN)
Fokus penelitian ini adalah melihat dinamika perkembangan pemikiran interpretatif di Indonesia dengan meninjau beberapa tokoh yang sering melakukan rekonstruksi pemikiran seperti M. Quraish Shihab, Syu'bah Asa, dan Nasaruddin Umar yang telah berkembang, sehingga pemikiran interpretatif di Indonesia telah melakukan usaha dan membangun argumentasi melalui metodologi dan kontekstualisasi dalam hal interpretasi. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah historis-analitis, yaitu mengkaji menurut akar sejarah secara analitis untuk melihat dinamika dan keragaman tafsir Al-Qur’an dalam bidang perkembangan tafsir Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa, pemikiran interpretatif di Indonesia telah menjalani dinamika dan perkembangan. Hakikat tafsir adalah sebagai solusi dan penafsiran yang berpola kontekstual (hermeneutika) dengan menimbang secara adil dengan melihat sejarah Al-Qur’an dengan aspek pendekatan (tahlîlî), yaitu analisis terhadap keberagaman pendekatan keilmuan bukan pada jalur tekstual. pengertian tekstual yaitu apa yang tampak pada substansi teks.
 
RANCANGAN DESAIN PEMBELAJARAN DAN EVALUASI PADA KURIKULUM MERDEKA
Abstract, Merdeka's curriculum creates a new paradigm in education, emphasizing independence and diversity in the learning process. Effective learning design design is the key to successful implementation of this curriculum. The research aims to detail strategies for developing learning materials that respond to the individual needs of students, promote creativity, and use technology as a supporting tool. Evaluation plays an important role in measuring learning access. Formative and sumative evaluation approaches are synergistically integrated, providing a holistic view of student progress and teaching effectiveness. An inclusive and adaptive assessment system is used to ensure that the assessment matches the unique development of each student. In addition, this article discusses the important role of teachers as facilitators of learning that support student independence. By empowering students to manage their own learning, the Merdeka curriculum is expected to create graduates that are comprehensive and ready to face the dynamics of modern society. In conclusion, learning design and evaluation on the Merdeka Curriculum became an important foundation for educational transformation. With a focus on individuality, creativity, and self-learning, the curriculum is expected to make a positive contribution to the development of students and their preparation to face global challenges
PEMIKIRAN FAZLUR RAHMAN DALAM PENGGUNAAN HERMENEUTIKA DALAM TAFSIR AL-QUR’AN
Hermeneutika dalam arti sederhana adalah teori penafsiran teks yang digunakan untuk Bibel sehingga metode lnterpretasi telrhadap telks Alquran hilngga kilnil masilh dilperdebatkan. Hermeneutika sebagai metode interpretasi, ada menolak selcara telgas dan ada pula yang menerima yang menimbulkan pro dan kontra dildalamnya. Tujuan dari pembahasan ini adalah agar para akademisi lebih memahami bagaimana hermeneutika dan pemikiran-pemikiran Fazlurrahman dalam mengaplikasikan hermeneutika dalam penafsiran Alquran. Metode yang digunakan dalam dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan metode library research atau studi kepustakaan dengan pendekatan analisis data. Salah satu tokoh pertama yang melndukung hermenelutika adalah Fazlur Rahman, menurutnya sangat penting mengaplikasikan hermenelutika dalam studi Alquran. Khususnya dalam penafsiran untuk menangkap makna dan pesan moral secara komprehensif sehingga tercipta keterkaitan antara konteks ayat satu dengan konteks ayat yang lain. Fazlur Rahman menganggap metodologi yang berkembang selama ini dalam wilayah kajian Islam terasa keliling dan belum selmpurna. Dalam rangka memahami Alquran, ila menawarkan metodologis hermenelutika double movement (gerak ganda penafsiran) dalam rangka untuk melahirkan objektivitas dalam interpretasi yaitu dari permasalahan sekarang kepada saat Alquran diturunkan.
 
IMPLEMENTASI MODEL ASSURE SEBAGAI PENDEKATAN DESAIN PEMBELAJARAN INTERAKTIF DI MATA PELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM
Learning design is important in determining the success of the learning process so that learning is clear and focused. However, in fact, problems were found that occurred in the learning process, students were less active, lacked motivation to learn, and experienced boredom. Therefore, the aim of this research is to determine the application of the ASSURE model in overcoming these problems as well as its challenges and potential. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical model. Data collection techniques used observations in class VI at SDN Sawah Lega 01, totalling 42 students, interviews with the Principal, PAI teacher, and two students in class VI and documentation studies. The result is that the use of the ASSURE model in PAI learning is effective in involving students, making students active and not bored. The challenges faced are in terms of student involvement, teachers must always be patient and continue to look for the best way when the RPP and the field experience discrepancies. The potential is that teachers have the skills to make learning plans, the school has openness in receiving evaluations, and there are adequate facilities and infrastructure. In conclusion, the ASSURE learning model has had a positive impact on students in class VI at SDN Sawah Lega 01, Haurdengdek, Cicalengka
PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM DALAM KELUARGA, DAN PERANNYA TERHADAP PEMBENTUKAN AQIDAH ANAK
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar peran pendidikan Agama Islam dalam keluarga terhadap pembentukan aqidah seorang anak. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pendidikan Agama dalam keluarga memiliki peranan yang cukup besar terhadap perkembangan aqidah (keimanan) seorang anak. Walaupun kendati demikian pengaruh pengajaran yang didapatkan di sekolah maupun lingkungan sekitar juga ikut serta berperan dalam pembentukan aqidah tersebut meski tidak sebesar pengaruh peran dari orang tua dan keluarga
ANALISIS STILISTIKA HADIS PENDIDIKAN PADA ASPEK LEKSIKAL
Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami konsep Stilistika Hadis Pendidikan Pada Aspek Leksikal. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sumber data primer dan sekunder. Sumber data primer diambil dari buku buku-buku yang membahas tentang Stilistika Hadis Pendidikan Pada Aspek Leksikal. Sedangkan data sekunder dalam penelitian ini berupa buku-buku, artikel jurnal, dan situs yang membahas terkait Stilistika Hadis Pendidikan Pada Aspek Leksikal serta referensi yang mendukung dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Setiap karya memiliki kekhasan dalam kreasinya, sebagaimana Al-Quran memiliki stilistika/gaya bahasa yang sangat spektakuler, begitu pula dengan hadis-hadis yang terdiri dari teks-teks redaksional memiliki stilistika/gaya bahasa yang menarik. Hadis-hadis pendidikan sebagaimana di antaranya dideskripsikan dalam buku ini tak lepas dari sisi keindahan stilistikanya. Keindahan tersebut terdapat pada pemilihan kata, kalimat dan gaya bahasanya. Berbagai macam unsur gaya bahasa yang ada pada zaman modern ini, ternyata telah diaplikasikan dalam hadis, ribuan tahun lalu. Dengan demikian dapat dinyatakan bahwa hadis hadir dengan gaya bahasa yang sangat indah.
 
MERANCANG ORGANISASI PEMBELAJARAN : LITERATURE REVIEW
Abstract The learning organization is a concept in which an organization continuously improves its capacity to create the future. Designing a learning organization involves a variety of key elements, including an organizational culture that supports learning, leadership that encourages learning, an organizational structure that facilitates the exchange of information, and a reward system that rewards learning. First, an organizational culture that supports learning is characterized by a spirit of openness, a sense of security to explore, and an encouragement to continue learning. Leaders play an important role in building this culture through example and supportive policies. Second, organizational structures that facilitate learning enable smooth information flow, cross-functional collaboration, and access to knowledge resources. This can be achieved through team design, effective communication systems, and adequate technology infrastructure. Third, a reward system that appreciates learning encourages individuals to engage in self-development activities and share knowledge. Incentives can take the form of compensation, recognition, or career development opportunities. By designing these elements in an integrated manner, organizations can create an environment conducive to continuous learning and adaptation, enabling them to respond to environmental changes quickly and innovatively
