Slide presentation for "Issues related to munakahat" Issue 1: Breach of contract to Marry Issue 2: Marriage Without the Consent of a Wali Marriage is a sacred bond prescribed in Islam to legalize the relationship between a man and a woman, as well as to ensure the continuation of human lineage in an orderly and dignified manner. It is not merely a social contract, but also an act of worship that carries spiritual, social, and legal implications (Al-Qaradawi, 1998). In Islam, marriage is seen as a means to preserve dignity, honor, and social harmony, as advocated by the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) in his saying narrated `Abdullah: We were with the Prophet (ﷺ) while we were young and had no wealth. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "O young people! Whoever among you is able to marry, let him marry, for it helps him lower his gaze and guard his modesty (private parts from unlawful sexual acts) and whoever is not able to marry should fast, as fasting diminishes his sexual power." However, there are several emerging issues and points of confusion within the community regarding marriage, such as breach of contract to marry and marriage without consent of wali. A breach of contract to marry arises when an individual who has made a clear promise or engagement to marry fails to fulfil that promise without reasonable justification and marriage without consent of wali is a marriage that conducted without the approval or presence of a wali. Both issues must be taken seriously by the relevant authorities to prevent misunderstanding and uncertainty among the public

In the study of Islamic jurisprudence, understanding the sources of reference is crucial to ensuring that practices and decisions are based on correct legal principles. In this context, there are four main sources that are considered references in the development of Islamic jurisprudence: the Holy Quran, the Sunnah, consensus, and analogy. The importance of reference sources in Islam is that these sources form the basis of Islamic legislation and provide moral guidance and guidance for Muslims. The Holy Quran is considered the main source of revelation from Allah, followed by the Sunnah, which clarifies and complements the teachings of the Quran through practical examples from the life of Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him. Consensus, as the third source, plays an important role in determining agreement among scholars on issues not directly mentioned in the Quran or Sunnah. This shows that Islamic jurisprudence is not static, but can adapt to developments over time and social contexts. Qiyas, or analogy, also allows scholars to apply existing legal principles to new cases based on similarities in causes (Fahmi, 2013). It must be ensured that the sources of Islamic thought come from revelation that is definitive (categorical). This is because if these sources are questionable, it will open the door to disagreement and confusion in understanding the teachings of religion. Allah, the Exalted, said in the Qur'an “And do not pursue that of which you have no knowledge” (Al-Isra: 36

The study discusses the forms of personal character structure in the novel "Umm Saad" by Ghassan Kanafani, due to the behavior of colors and the specifications of their internal elements. The approach in it is a descriptive and analytical approach, namely describing the novel and analyzing it with the inclusion of Sigmund Freud's literary psychology. The results obtained by the author are id quotes one, ego quotes four, and superego quotes one and that is the actual psychological reality, because the id is the inner world or human subjectivity, and there is no direct contact with the objective world. And the inner aspect contains things that are born from birth. Ego is the aspect of personality that is responsible for dealing with reality. As for id, it is a single quote because it is the inner world or human subjectivity, and has no direct relationship with the purpose of the world. The inner aspect contains biological elements of instinct and is also a "warehouse" of psychic energy that drives the ego and superego. And the ego is an empathetic quote to see that Umm Saad's ego position can overcome the nature of her identity. Superego quote one is actually very worried and wants to bring the kids home but he realizes that the kids are fighting for their countr

Yüksek Lisans Tezi.YÖK Tez No:376659Bizim araştırmamız Abdülkadir Geylâni'ye (v. 561/1166) nispet edilen el-Fevâtihu'l-İlahiyye ve'l-Mefâtihu'l-Gaybiyye isimli tefsirin Kehf Sûresinin İşâri yönünü içermektedir. This thesis elucidates figurative aspects (ana?ir ishariyya) of the Cave (al-Kahfi) verse in the al-Fawati? al-Ilahiyya wa al-Mafati? al-Ghaybiyya, an exegetical work attributed to the Sufi master ?Abd al-Qadir al-Jilani (d. 561/1166). From 2009 when the book was initially published in Istanbul by the Jilani Center for Knowledge and Research, there have been continuous debates about who was the correct author. By ignoring the authorship of the book which should be corroborated by comparing other manuscripts in other libraries around the world, this thesis aims only to elaborate the essential contents written in the corpus of this exegesis. It is undoubtedly indispensable that Fawati? al-Ilahiyya enriches the state of Sufi exegeses in the Islamic literary traditions in the classical period. According to my finding, although weak arguments can be traced in the Jilani tafsir, but there are also solid arguments explaining about the spiritual healing for those who have mental illness. This priceless teaching is of critical importance for being interpreted in our times. By focusing on this reason, it is suggested that certain parts of the Jilani tafsir can be understood as incomparable treatise to deliver humankind from their spiritual errors

Islamic jurisprudence fiqh has historically been characterized by a rich diversity of interpretations and methodologies, leading to the establishment of various islamic schools (schools of thought) such as Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi‘i, and Hanbali. While this plurality reflects the dynamic nature of Islamic legal thought, it has also posed challenges in achieving unity among Muslims, especially in addressing contemporary issues that transcend traditional boundaries. In the modern era, marked by rapid globalization, technological advancements, and complex socio-political dynamics, the need for a cohesive and adaptable Islamic legal framework has become increasingly evident. Comparative fiqh emerges as a vital tool in this context, facilitating the harmonization of differences among islamic schools by systematically analyzing and synthesizing diverse juristic opinions. The adoption of comparative fiqh methodologies enables scholars to navigate complex legal challenges by drawing upon the collective wisdom of various islamic schools. This approach not only preserves the core principles of Shariah but also promotes relevance, harmony, ethical guidance, and adaptability in addressing contemporary issues. By embracing a dynamic and inclusive perspective, comparative fiqh fosters consensus and community empowerment, ensuring that Islamic law remains responsive to the multifaceted issues of the modern world. (Saeed, 2023) Furthermore, the integration of comparative fiqh into Islamic jurisprudence encourages interdisciplinary engagement, bridging the gap between traditional legal thought and contemporary societal needs. These steps is crucial in dealing with modern legal issues such as bioethics, cyber law, global financial regulation, and environmental challenges, paving the way for productive dialogue between Islamic legal traditions and modern legal systems. (NurFaidah, 2024) Comparative fiqh serves as an indispensable mechanism for harmonizing differences among islamic schools, promoting unity, and enhancing the adaptability of Islamic law in the contemporary era. By fostering a deeper understanding of diverse perspectives and promoting harmonious coexistence among different schools of thought, comparative fiqh ensures that Islamic jurisprudence remains a living tradition, capable of guiding Muslims through the complexities of the modern world. Research has three basic objectives, namely discovery, proof, and development. The purpose of discovery means discovering a theory or new understandings of hadith, the purpose of proof means research that focuses on eliminating doubts that exist in a hadith, and the purpose of development means the expansion of a figure's theory about hadith. Through this article, the author will discuss a variety of hadith research methodologies, this paper uses a qualitative research writing method with a literature approach, The author discusses four famous hadith research methodologies, namely sanad hadith research, matan hadith research, figure study research and living hadith research. The sanad research is the genealogy of the narrators who transform the matan from the main source. Matan research is in the form of maintenance, definition, interpretation and maintenance of the values that exist in the redaction of hadith. Character study research describes how a certain figure thinks about the hadith, whether it is a view that comes from Muslim intellectuals or orientalists. While living hadith research means research on the interaction, understanding and practices of people in certain areas towards hadith

Slide Presentation: “The joint venture and its activities: the joint venture in the field of finance” Difference in meaning: The application of a word can lead to differences in interpretation based on the meaning of the provisions of the law. The importance of context: In jurisprudence, it is necessary to have additional context to determine the precise meaning. A homonym, or what is known as a “homonym,” refers to a word that is used to denote two or more different meanings depending on the context in which it is used. For example, in Arabic, the word "ayn" can refer to an eye (the organ of sight), a spring of water, or a spy, depending on how it is used in a sentence. This concept arises due to several factors, such as differences in the usage of words among tribes, metaphorical expansion of meaning, or the introduction of a new meaning in a legal context

Lack of knowledge regarding students\u27 morals towards teachers as teachers or as second parents in the school. The word "ta\u27lim" itself originates from the Arabic word and is an expression used to express education in ways including: \u27Alamah, yu\u27allimu, and ta\u27lim". Ta\u27lim is defined as teaching, and yu\u27allimu is defined as teaching. Tarbiyah means "grow, increase, and height" in linguistics. In contrast, tarbiyah in sharia refers to charitable giving carried out through various channels and techniques that do not conflict with Islamic law. Ta\u27dib can be interpreted as how to educate or the process of educating, forming a person\u27s morals and behavior according to the teachings of Islamic values correctly and well. In the learning context, teachers are expected to be able to integrate these two concepts by providing good examples, guiding students in a loving way, and helping them become individuals who have good manners and in-depth knowledge. In this study, the author adopted a library research methodology because there are several consistent problems. a library research methodology because there are several consistent problems. Because there are at least several reasons underlying the author\u27s use of the library research method. Firstly, the data source cannot be obtained from the field. Data sources in general can only be obtained through research or other written materials in the form of books, journals or other literature. The second is research or other written material in the form of books, journals or other literature. necessary as one of the few ways to understand a recent and difficult to understand phenomenon. Furthermore, using this study, the previously mentioned phenomena will be understood. Addressing emerging situations, the writer may formulate concepts to explain the emerging situation. Therefore, in responding to a situation that arises, the author can formulate a concept to explain the situation that arises. The third reason is that library data remains reliable for understanding researchers\u27 problems.  However, information or empirical data that has been collected by other people in the form of books, articles, or even research results can still be used, which can still be used by library researchers. Even in certain cases, field data is still not significant enough to answer the research questions to be carried out
