Selalu ada keputusan-keputusan yang harus diambil oleh seseorang. Bahkan sikap tidak mengambil keputusan pada dasarnya adalah suatu bentuk pengambilan keputusan. Semuanya memiliki resiko. No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran guru dalam pendidikan multikultural di SMP Negeri 9 Binjai. Dalam konteks keberagaman budaya yang semakin meningkat, guru memiliki tanggung jawab penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang inklusif dan mendukung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru menerapkan berbagai strategi, seperti integrasi nilai-nilai multikultural dalam kurikulum, penggunaan metode pembelajaran partisipatif, serta penyelenggaraan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang merayakan keberagaman budaya. Namun, tantangan tetap ada, seperti kurangnya pemahaman guru tentang multikulturalisme dan keterbatasan sumber daya. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, guru melakukan pelatihan profesional dan membangun kolaborasi dengan komunitas lokal. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peran guru sangat penting dalam mendukung pendidikan multikultural dan bahwa dukungan dari pihak sekolah dan pemerintah sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan efektivitasnya. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan pendidikan multikultural di sekolah-sekolah lain

Imam Al-Faqih Asy-Syaikh Abdul Aziz bin Ibrahim Ar-Rayyi Al-Habasyi. The research method used is
qualitative with a library research approach. Data were obtained from primary data sources, namely the
book Aujazul Mukhtasharat published by Sheikh Abdullah bin Ibrahim in 2017, and secondary data
sources, namely books and journal articles. The results of the study show that this book contains
fundamental faith values, namely faith in Allah, because the most important obligation is to believe in
Allah and His Messenger and the most severe (dangerous) kufr is at-ta'thil (denying the existence of
Allah) and the worst is riddah. Then faith in angels, His books, the messengers, the last day, and qadha
and qadar. The presentation of the material in this book is very concise, dense, and clear, making it
easy for students at various levels to understand. Therefore, the book Aujazul Mukhtasharat is highly
recommended for use in educational institutions as a teaching material for faith, because it is able to
convey the concepts of faith systematically and effectively
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method, with a character study approach. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, and document studies. The data analysis techniques used in this research are historical continuity and systematic report writing. The research findings revealed that Arie Dwi Ningsih is an educational figure who has made significant contributions to the development of Islamic Educational Institutions. This is based on the development of Islamic educational institutions carried out, including: 1) The establishment of the Generasi Amanah Madani Foundation; 2) Actively and being the main pioneer as a mover in developing Islamic educational institutions, such as: Chairperson of the Community Reading Park Forum of Deli Serdang Regency from 2017-2022, Chairperson of the Early Childhood Educators and Education Personnel Association of Deli Serdang Region from 2019-present, Administrator of the PAUD Mother Group of Deli Serdang Regency from 2023-present, Administrator of the Nahdlatul Ulama Branch of Deli Serdang Regency, and Member of the Indonesian PIAUD Lecturers Association from 2019-present. In developing Islamic educational institutions in Deli Serdang, Arie Dwi Ningsih faces various challenges, such as: 1) The low quality of human resources; 2) The lack of equitable distribution of educational infrastructure; 3) The weak management of Islamic educational institutions; 4) The lack of community support; 5) Technological advancements; 6) The moral decadence of students

The type of research used is qualitative research. This research was located at 2 (two) high schools in Simpang Kiri District, Subulussalam City, Aceh Province, namely SMAN 1 Simpang Kiri and SMAN 1 Subulussalam. The results of the research show that: The GETBA program or Movement to Completely Read the Al-Qur\u27an is a program in the PAI field of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of Aceh Province, including Simpang Kiri sub-district, Subulussalam City. This program will be launched at the end of 2022. The supporting factors are that students are easy to direct, parents of students provide financial support, enthusiastic teachers, and the presence of students\u27 strong will/intention in reading the Koran. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are the existence of students who have just started reading the Koran, the feeling of shame and laziness among students and the existence of students who do not yet know Arabic or Hijaiyah

The efforts made by Sheikh Haji Bahauddin Tawar in the Islamic Education Institution in Aceh Singkil are: 1. Managing the Darul Muta'allimin Islamic boarding school well 2. Establishing educational institutions in villages in collaboration with the local community 3. Sending students to become teachers’ educators to villages 4. Inviting the community to provide an understanding of how important Islamic religious knowledge is in religious dialogue and lectures 5. Fostering the community through the forum of Tarikat (persulukan) 6. Conveying da'wah through the practice of five daily prayers and the Prophet's salawat and Islamic poetry. There is a very close connection between the educational institution founded by the students of Sheikh Haji Bahauddin Tawar and the thoughts and ideas of Sheikh Haji Bahauddin Tawar which played a role in the implementation of Islamic religious education and the institution he founded, namely the Darul Muta'allimin Tanah Merah Islamic boarding school

No full textThis study aims to determine the purpose of Islamic education in the book Al-Uṣûl aṡ-Ṡalâṡah by Shaîkh Muhammad At-Tamîmiy. The research method uses qualitative methods that are descriptive with the type of library research. The main source of this research is a scholarly book entitled Al-Uṣûl aṡ-Ṡalâṡah wa Adillatuhâ. Based on the results of research shows that the main purpose of Islamic education formulated by Shaîkh Muhammad At-Tamîmiy in his book is inseparable from three basic things, namely that Islamic education aims to make students know Allah Almighty (ma'rifatullâh), know the Prophet (ma'rifatu nabiyyihî), and know Islam and its postulates (ma'rifatu dîn al-islâm bi al-adillah). These three goals are the foundation for all the goals of Islamic education built upon it. Through the knowledge of Allah Almighty, learners will know the consequences of the creed lâ ilâha illallâh and the purpose of its creation, as well as know Allah's rights over His servant and the servant's duty to His Rabb. Through the introduction of His Prophet, learners will know the consequences of the creed of Muhammad rasulullâh. Through the introduction of Islam and its postulates, students will know the nature of their religious teachings which are built on scientific divine values

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
