Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi bahwa dengan meneliti dan mengkaji lebih banyak tentang kebijakan moneter khususnya pada giro wajib minimum yang mungkin sebagian besar orang masih belum banyak mengetahuinya. Kemudian karena membahas soal giro wajib minimum yang menyangkut aspek ekonomi makro yang cakubannya lebih luas dan menyangkut kesejahteran orang banyak yang melewati perantara lembaga pada Bank. Serta menganalisis tentang likuiditas karena berhubungan dengan kesehatan bank yang jika tidak bisa berjalan stabil maka akan merugikan bank dan nasabahnya, jika bank tidak sehat maka bank akan kehilangankepercayaan oleh nasabah.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara giro wajib minimum dengan likuiditas pada bank, serta menganalisis secara garis besarnya. kemudian untuk mengetahui efektifitas giro wajib minimum dan peranannya sebagai likuiditas yang memaksa.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan yang menggunakan metode, kuantitatif jenisnya content analysis kuantitatif atau menganalisis isi dari sebuah data yang diperoleh. Penelitian ini ditunjukan kepada pegawai Bank BRI Syariah Banjarmasin, memperoleh data dengan cara wawancara langsung pada pegawai, kemudian dilengkapi dengan dokumen-dokumen bank yang berkaitan dengan giro wajib minimum maupun likuiditas yang boleh dipublikasikan.
Melalui content analysis kuantitatif, maka dari data yang diperoleh dapat di analisis kemudian ditarik kesimpulan, tentang bagaimana giro wajib minimum dijalankan sehingga bisa berjalan efektif. Tentang bagaimana likuiditas bank pada BRI Syariah, yang datanya bersumber dari laporan keuangan Bank BRI Syariah serta statistik perbankan secara umum

ABSTRAK
Tugas Akhir ini membahas dinamika model SIR waktu diskrit pada model penyebaran penyakit secara umum. Titik ekuilibrium yang diperoleh kemudian ditentukan kestabilannya dengan menggunakan nilai eigen. Kemudian dilakukan simulasi terhadap model SIR pada waktu diskrit. Hasil yang diperoleh titik ekuilibrium bebas penyakit E_0 akan stabil asimtotik jika syarat terpenuhi, artinya penyakit akan menghilang dari populasi. Dan titik ekuilibrium endemik E_1 akan stabil asimtotik jika syarat terpenuhi, artinya subpopulasi terinfeksi masih memungkinkan untuk menularkan penyakit kepada subpopulasi rentan sehingga penyakit masih ada di dalam populasi.

Advisory: Setyo Ferry Wibowo, SE, M.Si & Usep Suhud, Ph.D. The purpose of this research is to tests empirically the influence of service quality and store atmosphere to customer loyalty and customer satisfaction as an intervening variable on customers of Farmers Market Grand Metropolitan Bekasi. The research design used was descriptive and causal, while the sample selection technique used was purposive sampling. Method of completion of data by survey method. The population in this study were customers who had been shopping at least twice during the last six months in the period from January to June 2017. The total sample in this study requires 200 respondents. Pilot study was conducted to 50 respondents. The analysis tool used in this research is SPSS 23 and LISREL 8.70. The results of this study indicate the service quality positive and significantly affect to customer loyalty. The store atmosphere positive and significantly affect customer loyalty. Consumer satisfaction positive and significantly affect customer loyalty. The service quality is negatively affect customer loyalty through consumer satisfaction. Store atmosphere positive and significantly affect customer loyalty through consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The goodness of fit value in the SEM fit model shows the GFI value of 0.83, RMSEA 0.063, CMIN /df 1.8, RMR 0.05, CFI and TLI 0.96, and AGFI 0.80. The results of this study are useful for Farmers Market retail stores and other retail business.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Moarmy community is a place for BTS and TXT fans who live in Pekanbaru. In the community, there is often an exchange of messages, and the exchange of messages can be done through communication patterns. Therefore, this study aims to determine the communication pattern of the Moarmy community in establishing solidarity relationships. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach by observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that Moarmy community implemented several communication patterns, namely secondary and circular communication patterns, secondary communication patterns occurred when the community shared information through social media, Instagram and WhatsApp chat groups, circular communication patterns occurred during events, where both admins and members could become communicators and communicants. The solidarity relationship of the Moarmy community is formed due to intense communication and for creating a good relationship between members and community admins

Layanan ini merupakan layanan dasar dalam kurikulum 2013. Layanan ini yang diberikan guru BK kepada para peserta didik baru yang akan menepati bangku kelas X di SMA. Layanan peminatan tidak lepas dari pengembangan potensi peserta didik dalam karirnya ke depan.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan guru BK dalam layanan peminatan bagi siswa, khususnya guru BK yang telah mendapatkan sertifikasi yang berasal dari tiga sekolah. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara konselor di sekolah. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarikan kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, pelaksanaan layanan peminatan bagi siswa baru yang akan menempati beberapa kelompok mata pelajaran peminatan telah dilaksanakan sesuai prosedur. Hasil analisis deskriptif data menunjukkan bahwa sedikit siswa yang mengalami masalah dalam pengelompokan mata pelajaran. Hal ini dikarenakan siswa mengikuti semua langkah dan prosedur yang telah ditetapkan oleh sekolah. Penyeleksian untuk penempatan kelompok mata pelajaran dilakukan secara sistematis oleh sekolah dan juga melibatkan pihak di luar sekolah yaitu psikolog. Berkaitan dengan Lintas Minat (LIMIT) juga ada dilaksanakan. Layanan peminatan ini sangat terfokus kepada penempatan kelompok mata pelajaran yang dilakukan pada kelas satu. Kesesuaian kelompok mata pelajaran akan menghasilkan peserta didik yang berhasil di masa depan

No full text“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
No full textWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
No full textWe conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more
