WInDI: a Warp-Induced Dust Instability in protoplanetary discs
No full textInternational audienceWe identify a new dust instability that occurs in warped discs. The instability is caused by the oscillatory gas motions induced by the warp in the bending wave regime. We first demonstrate the instability using a local 1D (vertical) toy model based on the warped shearing box coordinates and investigate the effects of the warp magnitude and dust Stokes number on the growth of the instability. We then run 3D SPH simulations and show that the instability is manifested globally by producing unique dust structures that do not correspond to gas pressure maxima. The 1D and SPH analysis suggest that the instability grows on dynamical timescales and hence is potentially significant for planet formation

No full textIn 2020 the divorce rate in Indonesia has increased, including in the Pekanbaru Religious Court, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study argues that the government's policy regarding PSBB during the COVID-19 pandemic which aims to maintain family health has turned out to be a factor in increasing divorce in the Religious Courts. The formulation of the problem is what factors are the cause of the increase in the divorce rate in the city of Pekanbaru during the COVID- 19 period in 2020. Does the PSBB policy have anything to do with the number of divorces that occurred at the Pekanbaru City Religious Court during the Covid-19 period in 2020 This type of research is the type of research that will be used by the author is normative research. The applicable normative law is applied to concrete events in order to achieve the stated goals. The nature of this research is descriptive. Descriptive research is research conducted to determine the value of independent variables, either one or more variables without making comparisons, or connecting one variable to another. The results showed that the reason for the increase in divorce lawsuits that occurred in the Pekanbaru City Religious Court was motivated by economic factors. Many breadwinners have been laid off due to the PSBB policy. As a result, this causes continuous quarrels between husband and wife because the husband is unable to support his family because he does not have a job and it is difficult to get a new job. The second highest reason for the occurrence of divorce cases is due to infidelity or the presence of a third party. This often happens to couples who work outside the city

In the source of the data which was used is written data of Der Fürst spricht roman by Jan Peter. In this research selected roman Der Fürst spricht of Jan Peter Bremer as research objects. Roman Der Fürst spricht tells about der Fürst and his servants, if it is associated with a sense of romance, there is also the linkages between der Fürst and his servants. Therefore, need to know these linkages to understand the story well. Then, there are figures in a roman. For making the figures live, the author needs the characterization.. According to Minderop, characterization is character description.
The research question of this research is: How the characterization of the characters in Der Fürst spricht roman by Jan Peter Bremer?. The purpose of this research is finding the characterization of the figures in Der Fürst spricht roman by Jan Peter Bremer. This research included into descriptive qualitative research. For analyzing the research problem, the research used a theory about indirectly characterization from Albertine Minderop and Enneagram theory from Oscar Ichazo dan Claudio Naranjo .
The result of analysis showed that the roman of Der Fürst spricht by Jan Peter Bremer had, 1 figure tempered leader, 1 figure tempered wicked, 1 figure tempered liar, 3 characters tempered friendly, 1 figure tempered rescuer, 1 figure tempered romantic, 1 figure tempered generalist, 3 figures tempered faithful, 1 figure tempered careful, and 1 figure cruel character. Once found the character it can be seen that in the roman Der Fürst spricht more inclined to depictions through sociological terms, because the author depicts characters through figures interaction in the environment. Where all the figures in the roman Der Fürst spricht interact with each other in environment so it appears the character of each figure.

Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode kuisioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Pengembangan Karir secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan. Hasil lain menunjukan bahwa pengaruh Kepemimpinan secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan dan Pengembangan Karir pun secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan
Role of Technology Integration in the Justice Management System
No full textThe implementation of E-court based on Supreme Court Regulation Number 3 of 2018, according to the author, its effectiveness is still in doubt because of the drastic change from the previous court service system which was completely offline but now must be done online, of course, it leads to its own polemic which is not impossible, it actually slows down the trial. Based on this, the author intends to conduct research that examines the role of technology integration in the justice system. The research was conducted using an empirical juridical approach, namely descriptive where the research source relies on data taken in the field where in this case the author chooses to conduct research at the Semarang City District Court and the Religious Courts which are supported by relevant literature. analyzed using data triangulation to obtain relevant results. The results show that the integration of technology in the judicial system as seen in the application of e-Court in Semarang is still not effective because based on data obtained from 2016-2019 there is no significant increase in applicants registering cases. E-Court still needs a lot of improvement including adding the possibility to integrate the e-court system into criminal justice. However, before achieving that, there is a big task that must be completed by the Supreme Court as the institution that oversees all judiciary in Indonesia, namely increasing socialization not only to advocates but also court employees and the public as potential application users so that the implementation of e-court can run effectively.

The researcher intends to find out whether the application of accounting carried out by Terentang Village, Tambang District, Kampar Regency is in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. The types of data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The author uses a descriptive method, namely, analyzing and collecting data, which is then arranged based on the group so that the data can be researched based on relevant theories related to the formulation of the problem. Terantang Village, Tambang District did not calculate depreciation on fixed assets, then there was an error in the transfer of fixed asset balances and at the end of the period the Terentang Village Government did not calculate the remaining inventory balance at the end of the period. From the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the application of financial accounting in Terentang Village, Tambang District, Kampar Regency is not fully in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting principles
Succesfull Learning in the Middle of Pandemic COVID-19
No full textAbstract. COVID 19 Has become an epidemic that changes the way of human life. Startingfrom small things so that we care more about our health. Like washing hands before and after doing activities, to wear a mask when leaving the house. Not only that, but COVID-19 has also demanded that we stay away from the crowd and keep our distance. This situation results in an educational policy implemented in the network (e-learning). However, please note that the implementation of e-learning has not run optimally. Several obstacles result in learning not going as expected. Such as, teachers who must quickly change the learning system, students who stammer for so many tasks, and parents who are increasingly stressed in accompanying their children in learning material delivered by teachers through elearning. Through this paper the author wants to convey any obstacles that occur in the field during e-learning takes place, how to resolve these obstacles, and what applications are easy to use by teachers, parents, and students in the success of learning during a COVID 19 pandemic supported by the results of research that has been there is.
