Proses Pengolahan Ikan Lemuru (Sardinella longiceps) Dalam Kaleng Dengan Medium Saus Cabai
Pengalengan adalah teknik pengawetan makanan dengan memanaskan pada suhu yang membunuh mikroorganisme, lalu memasukkannya ke dalam stoples atau kaleng. Ikan lemuru dengan saus cabai merupakan ikan yang dikemas dalam kaleng dengan beragam pilihan saus. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalis proses pengalengan ikan lemuru (Sardinella lemuru) dalam kaleng menggunakan saus cabai. Metode penelitian dilakukan melalui observasi langsung seluruh proses pengolahan, mulai dari penerimaan bahan baku hingga pengiriman. Pengujian dilakukan pada mutu bobot tuntas, organoleptik, sensori dan kimia serta pengamatan suhu. Analisa data dilakukan secara deskriptif-komparatif. Hasil pengujian mutu nilai organoleptik bahan baku dan produk akhir adalah 8. Hasil uji histamin pada bahan baku yaitu 7,42 ppm. Pengamatan suhu pada tahapan proses adalah: Penerimaan bahan baku 3,98; Penyimpanan sementara 5,95; Pengguntingan 9,73; Pencucian I 13,67; Filling 14,54; Pre-cooking 67,47; Penirisan 66,97; Pengisian medium saus 88,54. Model validation and error estimation of tsunami runup using high resolution data in Sadeng Port, Gunungkidul, Yogyakarta
A tsunami model using high resolution geometric data is indispensable in efforts to tsunami mitigation, especially in tsunami prone areas. It is one of the factors that affect the accuracy results of numerical modeling of tsunami. Sadeng Port is a new infrastructure in the Southern Coast of Java which could potentially hit by massive tsunami from seismic gap. This paper discusses validation and error estimation of tsunami model created using high resolution geometric data in Sadeng Port. Tsunami model validation uses the height wave of Tsunami Pangandaran 2006 recorded by Tide Gauge of Sadeng. Tsunami model will be used to accommodate the tsunami numerical modeling involves the parameters of earthquake-tsunami which is derived from the seismic gap. The validation results using t-test (student) shows that the height of the tsunami modeling results and observation in Tide Gauge of Sadeng are considered statistically equal at 95% confidence level and the value of the RMSE and NRMSE are 0.428 m and 22.12%, while the differences of tsunami wave travel time is 12 minutes

Batik Druju berlokasi di dusun terpencil bernama Wonorejo, di bawah perbukitan gunung kapur Malang Selatan yang membujur hingga pantai selatan Jawa. Suasana alam yang eksotis, mendorong karya batik Druju menjadi masterpiece di dunia. Ditemukan beragam motif flora, motif fauna, motif sinar matahari dan pemandangan alam yang terinspirasi dari alam sekitar desa Druju. Ciri khas warna batik Druju cenderung mengkombinasikan warna-warna kontras, banyak menggunakan unsur garis dan simetris, dan identik dengan warna hitam pekat. Proses penciptaan desain batik menggunakan bahan utama sutera dan dikerjakan dengan teknik tulis dan cap. Ciri khas batik Druju juga terlihat dari corak-corak batik yang menyambung dari bagian depan ke bagian belakang. Motif batik Druju menyambung karena ditorehkan setelah kain dijahit menjadi pakaian. Dan batik Druju juga tidak akan membuka di tempat lain dikarenakan ingin membesarkan sendiri desa mereka.Keberadaan batik Druju masih kurang populer di masyarakat khususnya Malang, hal ini menggugah penulis untuk merancang sebuah film dokumenter yang menjelaskan tentang asal usul, ciri khas motif hingga keunikan yang ada pada batik Druju.Perancangan ini dirancang dengan tujuan untuk mengenalkan asal usul batik Druju, ciri khas motif dan keunikan batik Druju, serta fungsi sosialnya kepada masyarakat sekitar yang belum banyak mengenal batik Druju. Perancangan ini menggunakan rancangan prosedural dengan menggariskan langkah-langkah yang harus diikuti dalam menghasilkan sebuah produk. Berdasarkan pengertian model diatas yaitu model yang dirancang harus dibuat dengan langkah-langkah dan bertahap. Tahapan tersebut terdiri dari tiga bagian yang lazim yaitu pra-produksi, produksi, dan pasca produksi.Perancangan ini menghasilkan film dokumenter yang merupakan salah satu media efektif untuk mengenalkan batik Druju kepada masyarakat. Diharapkan dengan adanya perancangan ini, masyarakat Indonesia bisa lebih menghargai dan ikut serta dalam melestarikan kesenian tradisional yang ada di Indonesia. An exotic nature ambience, encouraging Batik Druju design to being the masterpiece in the world. We can find so many flora pattern, fauna pattern, sunshine pattern and a scenery pattern that inspired by the scenery around Druju village. The uniqueness of batik Druju can be found from their color, they usually use a contrast color with a line, symmetrical design and identic with solid black color. The process of creating batik design uses a drawing and stamp technique on a silk fabric. The other uniqueness that can be found on batik Druju was on their batik pattern that extend from the front area to back area. Batik Druju pattern connected because the drawing process was doing after the fabric was made into a clothes. Batik Druju also not open any branch out the area of Druju village, because they want to developing their village. The existence of Batik Druju was not really popular in the society, especially in Malang city, this reason encourage the author to design a documentary film that can explain about the origin, the pattern and the uniqueness which can be found in batik Druju. This design was made to introduce about the origin of batik Druju, the pattern of batik Druju and it’s social function to the society that lives around the area who didn’t know about batik Druju. This design use a procedural design with aligning the steps that have to follow for producing the product. Based on the model’s explanation, the model that was designed should divide into 3 common parts which is pre-production, production, and post-production. This design will produce a documentary film which can be an effective media to introduce about batik Druju to the society. Implementasi Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam Bagi Siswa Dari Keluarga Petani Pada Masa Pandemi Di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 2 Tulung Kecamatan Tulung Kabupaten Klaten Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022
This study aims to describe how the implementation of Islamic religious education learning from farming families in the pandemic era of State Junior High School 2 Tulung, Tulung District, Klaten Regency. This research was motivated by the implementation of Islamic religious education learning for students of SMP Negeri 2 Tulung especially for farming families which was carried out online due to the covid-19 pandemic. Islamic religious education learning during the pandemic is not only teachers who are in schools who have a role in teaching students, but parents also have a very important role in educating children in the science of religion. With that, a problem can be formulated, namely how to implement. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research with a sociological research approach. The author uses the method of interview, observation and documentation in order to collect data. Then the data analysis technique that the author uses uses the deductive method of thinking, namely drawing conclusions based on general conditions, or there are special findings from general ones. Then use analytical steps such as data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. From this research, it can be concluded that the learning of Islamic education in schools is quite good. Schools are only able to provide theory during online learning. This is related to the process of implementing learning carried out by Islamic Religious Education teachers who have fulfilled the components in teaching in accordance with online learning procedures. And the implementation of Islamic religious education learning carried out by parents is still very lacking in assisting children's learning. Sufi-Healing sebagai Model Terapi Penyakit Hati: Analisa Pemikiran Ibn Qayyim Al-Jauziyah
This article examines the model of heart disease therapy in the thought of Ibn Qayyim Al-Jauziyah, known as Sufi healing. It aims to purify the heart from disease while enabling a servant to fulfill their worship as commanded by Allah to His Messenger. In life, a person inevitably encounters four conditions: pleasure, sorrow, suffering, and death. This study investigates how Sufi healing impacts the ability to face these four conditions. The author employs descriptive and analytical methods in this research. After conducting a literature review, the author concludes that Sufi healing, according to Ibn Qayyim\u27s thought, is an effective way to treat heart diseases by engaging in remembrance (dhikr) of Allah. This practice leads to human happiness and protection from diseases such as envy, jealousy, malice, and ostentation.Sufi-healing aims to cleanse the heart from disease and at the same time enable a servant to carry out his worship in accordance with what Allah ordered to His Messenger. This article aims to reveal Sufi-healing according to Ibn Qayyim Al-Jauziyyah. In this research, the author used descriptive and analytical methods. After conducting in-depth research using literature studies, the author concluded that Ibn Qayyim explained that the right way to treat liver disease is one of them is by dhikr to Allah, by dhikr the heart will be clean. Once the heart is clean from inner trash and negative memories, the heart becomes more spacious, relieved and spacious. We can also feel inner peace. The impact of peace of mind is that we will feel happiness and avoid the diseases of greed, envy, envy, joy and so on. And in the end, our hearts will always feel calm and the focus will only be on worshiping and reciting remembrance of Allah SWT
Makna kata Nafs dalam Al-Qur'an : Studi analisis semantik tentang makna kata Nafs dan implementasi pedagogisnya dalam Al-Qur'an
INDONESIA :
Al-Qur`an sebagai kitab samawi terakhir yang diberikan kepada Muhammad sebagai penuntun dalam rangka pembinaan umatnya sangatlah fenomenal. Lantaran di dalamnya sarat nilai-nilai yang unik, pelik dan rumit sekaligus luar biasa. Hal ini lebih disebabkan karena eksistensinya yang tidak hanya sebagai ajaran keagamaan saja, melainkan ajaran kehidupan yang mencakup total tata nilai semenjak hulu peradaban umat manusia hingga hilirnya.
Al-Qur’an dengan segala isinya yang komprehensif merupakan penawar atas setiap permasalahan manusia permasalahan manusia dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, baik yang berkaitan dengan ruhani, akal, jasmani, sosial, hukum, ekonomi dan politik. Sebab al-Qur’an merupakan wahyu Allah yang berlaku secara universal sepanjang zaman dan setiap kondisi. Atas dasar itu Islam dipandang sebagai agama yang kekal. Hingga Imam Ash-Shahid ( Mannaul Qattan : 19 ) mengatakan : “Islam mengandung aturan yang bherlaku secara universal, menyentuh semua sndi-sendi kehidupan; Islam pun mengatur negara dan bangsa, pemerintah dan rakyat; Islam juga merupakan moral dan kekuatan, kasih sayang dan keadilan”.
Mayoritas kata nafs dalam al-Qur’an menunjukan kepada makna totalitas manusia dan sesuatu yang terdapat pada diri manusia yang menghasilkan tingkah laku (M. Quraish Shihab : 1996 : 285 ). Dalam pandangan al-Qur’an, nafs diciptakan Allah dalam keadaan sempurna untuk berpungsi menampung serta mendorong manusia berbuat kebaikan dan keburukan, dan karena itu sisi dalam manusia inilah yang oleh al-Qur’an dianjurkan untuk diberi perhatian lebih besar. Allah berfirman :
ونفس وما سوّاها . فألهمها فجورها وتقواها ( الشمس : 7- 8 )
Artinya :
“Demi nafs serta penyempurnaan ciptaan, Allah mengilhamkan kepadanya kefasikan dan ketaqwaan” ( Q. S. As-Syams : 7-8 )
Dalam kaitannya dengan pendidikan, al-Qur’an sangat memberi perhatian terhadap pentingnya masalah pendidikan, karena pendidikan merupakan alat atau sarana untuk memberdayakan manusia agar mereka dapat menunjukan eksistensinya secara fungsional di muka bumi dengan fungsi kehalifahannya ( Abudinata : 1993 : 150 ).
Melihat penomena diatas, penulis merasa tertarik untuk meneliti hal tersebut yang disajikan dalam sebuah penelitian yang berjudul : “Makna Nafs dalam al-Qur’an (Studi Analisis Semantik tentang Makna Nafs dan Implikasi Pedagogisnya dalam al-Qur’an)”.

Al-Qur'an as the last celestial book given to Muhammad as a guide in the context of fostering his people is phenomenal. Because in it is full of unique values, complicated and complicated as well as extraordinary. This is more due to its existence which is not only a religious teaching, but also a teaching of life that includes a total value system from the upstream of human civilization to its downstream.
Al-Qur'an with its comprehensive contents is an antidote to every human problem of human problems in various aspects of life, both relating to the spiritual, intellect, physical, social, legal, economic and political. Because al-Qur'an is a revelation of God that applies universally throughout the ages and every condition. On that basis Islam is seen as an eternal religion. Until Imam Ash-Shahid (Mannaul Qattan: 19) said: "Islam contains universally applicable rules, touching all aspects of life; Islam also governs the state and nation, the government and the people; Islam is also moral and strength, compassion and justice ".
When we look at the miracles of the Qur'an in terms of lafadz we will find a word that has many meanings. In science, Fahrurrozi said: "A word that has many meanings is called musytarok (Ahmad Mukhtar Umar: 215).
The majority of the words of the nafs in the Qur'an refer to the meaning of totality of human beings and something found in human beings which results in behavior (M. Quraish Shihab: 1996: 285). In the view of the Koran, the nafs created by Allah in a perfect state to function to accommodate and encourage people to do good and evil, and because of that the inside of man is what the Koran recommends to give greater attention to. Allah says:
ونفس وما سوّاها. فألهمها فجورها وتقواها (الشمس: 7-8)
Meaning:
"For the sake of the nafs and the perfection of creation, Allah inspires him ungodliness and devotion" (Q. S. As-Shams: 7-8).
In relation to education, al-Qur'an is paying close attention to the importance of the problem of education, because education is a tool or a means to empower people so that they can demonstrate their existence functionally on earth with their caliphate functions (Abudinata: 1993: 150.)
The human expression in the Qur'an using the term nafs confirms that humans have positive and negative potential, but there is also a sign that in essence the positive potential of humans is stronger than the negative potential, only the attraction of badness is stronger than the appeal of goodness. In this case education has an important role in order to bring up positive potential in humans and minimize the negative potential of humans who can bring people into disrepute.
Seeing the phenomenon above, the author feels interested to examine this matter presented in a study entitled: "The Meaning of the Nafs in the Qur'an (Study of Semantic Analysis of the Meaning of the Nafs and its Pedagogical Implications in the Qur'an")

لا شك فيه أن معرفة اللغة العربية هي أساس لفهم القرآن الكريم لأن ألفاظه مكتوبة بها. وهذا اللغة هي أداة للتعبير عن معاني القرآن الكريم وأهدافه التي تحتوي على معزجات عظيمة في عدة جوانبه المتنوعة. ومنها معزجة في جانب حروفه وألفاظه. ويعرف أن كل الآيات في القرآن الكريم تتضمّن المعاني المفيدة في حياة الإنسان في عدة جوانبها ومنها التربية. بعبارة أخرى بمأن هذا القرآن الكريم هدى للناس، فهي هدى في عملية التربية. وكذلك الآيات التي تشتمل على لفظ النفس في القرآن الكريم لها المعاني المفيدة فى عملية التربية.
ويهدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة المعانى المعجمية للفظ النفس ومعرفة المعانى السياقية للفظ النفس فى القرآن الكريم ومعرفة القيم التربوية فى الآيات المشتملة على لفظ النفس فى القرآن الكريم.
وينطلق هذا البحث من أساس التفكير أن الإعجاز القرآني يشتمل على ثلاثة نواح : ناحية الإعجاز اللغوي وناحية الإعجاز العلمي وناحية الإعجاز التشريعي.
وأما الطريقة المستخدمة فى هذه الرسالة فهي الطريقة الوصفية، هي الطريقة التى تحلل المشكلات الواقعية، وهذه الطريقة مناسبة بالموضوع المبحوث.
بعد ما بحث الكاتب الحقائق المبحوثة، يجد الكاتب أن المعنى المعجمى للفظ النفس الروح، والدم، وذات الشيء وعينه، و الريح التى تدخل وتخرج من أنف الحي وفمه حال التنفس، ومعنى الإنسان؛ والمعنى السياقي للفظ النفس في القرآن الكريم فيكون مختلفا على حسب السياقات المتنوعة، منها معنى الروح فى أربعة مواضع، معنى الإنسان عاما أى في سبعة وعشرين موضعا، معنى شخص أو رجل في ستة مواضع ، ومعنى آدم عليه السلام فى خمسة مواضع. وفي الآيات المشتملة على كلمة النفس في القرآن قيم تربوية، منها تنمية المساعى على قدر الطاقة والنجاح بقدر الاكتساب والابتعاد عن التكبر وعدم تعرض النفس إلى الهلاك بل مراعتها واتجاهات المستقبل
IMPLEMENASI APLIKASI ELSIMIL (ELEKTRONIK SIAP NIKAH, SIAP HAMIL) SEBAGAI SYARAT PENDAFTARAN NIKAH PERSPEKTIF MAQASHID SYARIAH: STUDI KASUS DI KANTOR URUSAN AGAMA KECAMATAN MEDAN TEMBUNG
Abstrak:
Stunting merupakan suatu kondisi yang ditandai dengan kurangnya tinggi badan anak apabila dibandingkan dengan anak-anak seusianya, adapun hal ini disebabkan karena kurangnya nutrisi selama masa pertumbuhan anak. Di Indonesia anak yang menderita risiko stunting mencapai angka 21,6%, maka karena hal ini pemerintah melalui BKKBN membuat sebuah aplikasi Elsimil (Elektronik Siap Nikah, Siap Hamil) guna untuk mencegah dan menurunkan angka stunting. Yaitu dengan menjadikan sertifikat Elsimil sebagai salah satu syarat mendaftarkan pernikahan di Kantor Urusan Agama. Maka pada penelitian ini penulis ingin meneliti lebih dalam mengenai apakah ketentuan ini bertentangan dengan maqashid syari’ah ataukah sejalan, pada penelitian ini juga penulis melakukan studi lapangan di Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan Medan Tembung untuk mengetahui apakah aplikasi ini sudah di Implementasikan ataukah belum. Penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam penelitian yuridis empiris dengan menggunakan dua sumber data yaitu primer dan juga sekunder. Serta dalam pengumpulan data ini penulis menggunakan buku-buku dan literatur, serta melakukan wawancara terhadap beberapa narasumber. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah di Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan Medan Tembung penggunaan Elsimil sebagai salah satu syarat pendaftaran pernikahan belum terimplementasi secara keseluruhan, ada yang sudah menggunakan dan ada juga yang sama sekali belum mengetahui terkait keberadaan Elsimil ini. Menurut perspektif maqashid syari’ah penerapan sertifikat Elsimil sebagai salah satu syarat untuk mendaftarkan pernikahan dipandang sejalan dengan tujuan yang ada dalam maqashid syari’ah yaitu untuk melindugi 5 hal dasar berupa, agama, akal, jiwa, harta dan juga keturunan.

Abstract:
Stunting is a condition characterized by a child’s lack of height when compared to children of his age, while this is due to a lack of nutrition during the child’s growth period. In Indonesia, the risk of stunting is 21.6%, so because of this the government, through the BKKBN, has created an Elsimil application (Electronic Ready to Marry, Ready to Get Pregnant) to prevent and reduce stunting. Namely by making the Elsimil certificate one of the requirements for registering a marriage at the Office of Religious Affairs. So in this study the authors wanted to examine more deeply about whether this provision contradicts the maqasid shari’ah or is it in line, in this study the authors also conducted a field study at the Medan Tembung District Office of Religious Affairs to find out whether this application had been implemented or not. This research is included in empirical juridical research using two sources of data, namely primary and secondary. As well as in collecting this data the author uses books and literature, and conducts interviews with several informants. The results of this study are that in the Office of Religious Affairs in Medan Tembung District, the use of Elsimil as one of the requirements for marriage registration has not been fully implemented, some have used it and some have not even known about Elsimil’s existence. According to the maqashid syari’ah perspective, the application of the Elsimil certificate as a condition for registering a marriage is seen as being in line with the objectives contained in the maqasid syari’ah, namely to protect 5 basic things in the form of religion, mind, soul, property and also offspring.

Modelling transit and automobile trip-generation propensities of post-secondary students in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton area: a cross-sectional study
The postsecondary students in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTHA) maintain a constant source of demand and ridership for the region's transit infrastructure. With the province investing billions of dollars to meet the transit needs of the residents of the GTHA, a comprehensive analysis establishing the correlation between transit and automobile trips and the factors that influence the trip generation for these modes is warranted. Using data from 2015 and 2019, a cross-sectional study to gain behavioral insights into travel by postsecondary students is performed. Using a bivariate ordered-probit approach, the effect of land-use attributes and socio-demographics on the propensities of making transit and automobile trips is determined, followed by a marginal effects analysis. The results indicate that propensity of making transit and automobile trips decreases if the commute distance to campus is below 5 km, and improvement in transit accessibility can considerably increase the transit trip-making propensity.The presentation of the authors' names and (or) special characters in the title of the pdf file of the accepted manuscript may differ slightly from what is displayed on the item page. The Establishment of Mulla Sadra’s Philosophy: Main Concepts on Al-Hikmah Al-Muta’alliyah
The purpose of this article is to review the main concepts of Mulla Sadra’s philosophy. These ideas are the foundation of the Al-Hikmah Al-Muta'alliyah group of philosophy theory. This philosophy, along with Al-Hikmah Al-Masya'iyyah and Al-Hikmah Al-Isyraqiyah, is one of the three major groups in Islamic philosophy. This study used a descriptive analysis. The author reviews the main work of Mulla Sadra, namely Al-Hikmah Al-Muta'alliyah fil Al-Sysfar 'Aqliyah Arba'ah and another book, namely Al-Masya'ir. Secondary references are also used, such as Mulla Sadra's other works and they’re relevant to the subject of study. This study attempts to identify the six concepts that make up the philosophical theory of Al-Hikmah Al-Muta'alliyah, namely: the fundamental of wujûd (Ashalat al- Wujûd), the gradation of wujûd (Tâskîkal-Wujûd), the poverty of cause (Illîyah), the simple reality (Basith al-Haqîqah), the substance movement (al-Harakah al-Jawhayiah), and the unity of subject and object (Ittihad Aqil wa Ma'qûl). These concepts demonstrate that Mulla Sadra's philosophy has strong conceptual roots and is difficult to refute. As a result, Mulla Sadra's philosophy remains one of the most influential groups of Islamic philosophy.
 
Analisis Kontribusi Komponen Teknologi pada Perusahaan Jasa Kereta Api Barang dengan Pendekatan Model Teknometrik
Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung nilai koefisien kontribusi komponen teknologi (TCC) dan menentukan prioritas pengembangan komponen teknologi di PT. Kereta Api Logistik. Untuk menghitung nilai TCC penulis menggunakan model teknometrik dan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process. Hasil perhitungan TCC menunjukkan bahwa nilai TCC PT. Kereta Api Logistik adalah 0.5 (cukup), sedangkan selang penilaian TCC untuk mencapai tingkat state of the art adalah 1.0, sehingga terdapat peluang bagi PT. KALOG untuk melakukan perbaikan pada komponen teknologi yang memiliki nilai kontribusi paling rendah sehingga dapat meningkatkan nilai TCC. Perhitungan nilai intensitas kontribusi komponen teknologi menunjukkan bahwa komponen humanware (0.311) dan technoware (0.289) merupakan komponen teknologi yang menjadi prioitas pengembangan di PT. KALOG sehingga kinerja operasi dan volume penjualan akan meningkat sehingga PT. The purpose of this research are two folds. The first is to calculate the technology contribution coefficient (TCC) and the second is to determine the priority of technology component development. This research has been done in PT. KALOG, a rail freight transportation company. To calculate the TCC, the author has used the technometric model and the analytical hierarchy process method. The calculation has shown that the TCC value of PT. KALOG is 0.5 indicating a fair level degree of sophistication. Since the value of the state of the art level is 1.0, there are opportunities for PT. KALOG to improve its technology components, in particular the one with the lowest contribution value, This way the company will be able to increase its TCC value. Next, the calculation of the intensity of the contribution of technology components has shown that humanware and technoware are the technology components that should be prioritized to be developed. By improving these two components, operational problems will be minimized so that operating performance and sales volume will increase. It can then be expected that PT.
